Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système servant à classer des gousses d'arachide à l'aide de l'imagerie thermique, le procédé consistant : (a) à chauffer ou à refroidir les gousses d'arachide pendant un temps de chauffage prédéfini en vue de porter les gousses d'arachide à une température supérieure ou inférieure à la température ambiante; (b) à laisser les gousses d'arachide se refroidir ou se réchauffer à la température ambiante pendant un temps de refroidissement ou de réchauffement prédéfini; (c) à capturer une image thermique des gousses d'arachide après l'écoulement du temps de refroidissement ou de réchauffement prédéfini; et (d) à déterminer le niveau d'occupation de chacune des gousses d'arachide, sur la base de l'image thermique.
