D2D技术可以工作在授权频段或非授权频段,允许多个支持D2D功能的用户设备(即D2D用户设备,D2D User Equipment,D2D UE)在有网络基础设施或无网络基础设施的情况下进行直接发现/直接通信。D2D的应用场景主要有三种:
1)UE1和UE2在蜂窝网络的覆盖下进行数据交互,用户面数据不经过网络基础设施,如图1的模式1;
2)在弱/无覆盖区域的UE中继传输,如图1中的模式2,允许信号质量较差的UE4通过附近有网络覆盖的UE3与网络进行通信,能帮助运营商扩展覆盖、提高容量;
3)在发生地震或紧急情况,蜂窝网络不能正常工作的情况下,允许设备间直接通信,如图1中的模式3,UE5,UE6和UE7间控制面和用户面都不经过网络基础设施而进行一跳或多跳的数据通信。
D2D技术通常包括D2D发现技术和D2D通信技术:
1)D2D发现技术是指用于判断/确定两个或多个D2D用户设备之间相互邻近(例如在可进行D2D直接通信范围之内)或用于判断/确定第一用户设备邻近第二用户设备的技术。
2)D2D通信技术是指D2D用户设备之间部分或全部通信数据可以不通过网络基础设施而直接进行通信的技术。
D2D UE在进行D2D发现或D2D通信之前,都需要首先获取相应的无线资源,无论是D2D发现还是D2D通信资源,都存在两种资源分配方式,即基于竞争的资源获取(第一资源分配方式)或是由基站为UE分配专有的资源(第二资源分配方式)进行D2D发现/通信。第一资源分配方式通常由基站或是系统预分配一个D2D资源池,参与D2D发现/通信的D2D UE监听该资源池,并通过竞争的方式获取D2D发送资源,这种方式主要用于蜂窝网络覆盖外的D2D UE,也可用于蜂窝网络覆盖内的D2D UE。对于蜂窝网络覆盖内的D2D UE,其可使用所服务小区配置的D2D竞争资源池。对于蜂窝网络覆盖外的D2D UE,则可使用预配置的D2D竞争资源池。而第二资源分配方式由基站根据D2D UE的请求为D2D UE分配合适的D2D资源,这种方式只能用于位于蜂窝网络覆盖内的D2D UE。
对于D2D发现和D2D通信,若蜂窝网络覆盖内的D2D UE采用基于竞争的资源获取,可从基站处获得D2D资源池。然后该D2D UE可从该资源池中竞争选取资源进行D2D发送。
一般的,D2D传输与蜂窝传输共用资源,相邻小区间的D2D资源可能相同,也可能不同。对于相邻小区间的D2D传输与蜂窝传输共存场景,如图2所示,UE1和UE2在基站eNB1下,UE3、UE4、UE5在基站eNB2下,这些UE都处于相应小区的边缘区域。UE1在eNB1下进行D2D发送(指D2D发现或D2D通信的信号传输),UE2和UE3正在对其进行相应的D2D监听或接收;UE4在eNB2下进行D2D发送,UE5正在对其进行相应的D2D监听或接收。如果eNB1和eNB1给UE1和UE4分配了相同的D2D资源,则两者的D2D传输之间可能会相互干扰,而如果UE3希望对UE1和UE4的D2D发送都能进行监听或接收,则由于两者的D2D资源发生冲突,对于只有半双工能力的UE来说,也无法进行正常的监听或接收。
在UE4有蜂窝传输的情况下,如果eNB2给UE4分配的蜂窝传输资源与eNB1给UE1分配的D2D传输资源相同,则UE4的蜂窝传输与UE1的D2D传输可能会相互干扰。
一般情况下,D2D传输普遍采用现有蜂窝通信的上行资源,故D2D传输与蜂窝传输的干扰主要指与蜂窝上行传输的干扰。若D2D传输也会采用现有蜂窝通信的下行资源,则D2D传输与蜂窝下行传输之间也可能出现干扰。
现有技术中针对相邻小区蜂窝传输之间的干扰问题,基于提前调度并通过小区间的交互进行干扰协调,主要方法如下:
高干扰指示(High Interference Indicator,HII)机制:以比特图列表的形式向相邻基站提供每个RB(Resource Block,资源块)的干扰敏感度,每个比特位取值可以为0或1,分别指示在将来一段时间一个或多个小区边缘UE会在某些频带上被调度进行上行传输的可能;
发明人在研究过程中发现,相关技术无法提供对于D2D传输的针对性的信息,也无法区分哪些信息是蜂窝通信间干扰相关的信息,哪些是D2D传输干扰相关的信息。而由于D2D传输资源与蜂窝传输资源负荷程度是有区别的,且对于D2D传输的策略与优先级与蜂窝传输的根据实际应用的不同也会有区别,进而在相应的干扰处理和调度上会有不同的考虑。所以,对于上述小区间的D2D传输引起的干扰或资源冲突问题,需要有针对性的解决方法,否则将会对D2D传输和蜂窝传输的效果产生较大的影响,导致接收性能下降,严重影响相关业务的用户体验。
针对相关技术中小区间的D2D传输引起的干扰或资源冲突导致D2D传输和蜂窝传输的接收性能下降的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种设备到设备干扰协调方法、装置及基站、用户设备,以至少解决小区间的D2D传输引起的干扰或资源冲突导致D2D传输和蜂窝传输的接收性能下降的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种设备到设备(D2D)干扰协调方法,包括:基站获取D2D干扰敏感度信息,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度;所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理。
优选地,基站获取D2D干扰敏感度信息包括:所述基站接收UE或者相邻基站发送的所述D2D干扰敏感度信息;和/或所述基站根据无线资源的干扰状况,生成所述D2D干扰敏感度信息。
优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息包括以下至少之一的信息:指示D2D干扰敏感度信息的有效时间或所述D2D传输的持续时间、所述D2D传输的组标识、所述D2D传输的优先级、所述D2D传输对应的资源信息。
优选地,根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理包括以下至少之一:所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整;所述基站将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给所述基站的相邻基站;所述基站将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给处理中心。
优选地,所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整包括:所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,确定所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的发送方在相应的无线资源上的D2D传输对干扰的敏感程度;在所述敏感程度高于第一预设值的情况下,在相应的无线资源上优先调度不易对小区产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,或者不调度任何传输。
优选地,在所述D2D传输为小区内的传输的情况下,所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整包括:所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上只调度功率较低的传输或者小区中心UE的蜂窝传输/D2D传输,或者不调度任何UE的传输;和/或所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级不高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上调度小区中心或边缘UE的优先级较高的传输。
优选地,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息包括所述D2D传输的优先级的情况下,所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整包括:所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上只调度功率较低的传输或者小区中心UE的蜂窝传输/D2D传输,或者不调度任何UE的传输;和/或所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级不高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上调度小区中心或边缘UE的优先级较高的传输。

根据本发明实施例的另一个方面,还提供了一种设备到设备(D2D)干扰协调方法,包括:用户设备(UE)发送用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度的D2D干扰敏感度信息至基站,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示所述基站进行干扰协调处理。
优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息包括以下至少之一的信息:指示D2D干扰敏感度信息的有效时间或所述D2D传输的持续时间、所述D2D传输的组标识、所述D2D传输的优先级、所述D2D传输对应的资源信息。
优选地,UE通过以下之一的方式触发向基站发送所述D2D干扰敏感度信息:事件触发、周期上报、定时器触发。

通过本发明实施例,采用基站获取D2D干扰敏感度信息,其中,D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度;基站根据D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理的方式,解决了小区间的D2D传输引起的干扰或资源冲突导致D2D传输和蜂窝传输的接收性能下降的问题,提高了接收性能,从而提升了用户体验。

本实施例提供了一种D2D干扰协调方法,图3是根据本发明实施例的D2D干扰协调方法的流程示意图,如图3所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S302,基站获取D2D干扰敏感度信息,其中,D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度;
步骤S304,基站根据D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理。
通过上述步骤,采用向基站发送D2D干扰敏感度信息的方式,使得基站可以根据接收到的D2D干扰敏感度信息对正在进行的D2D传输或者将要进行的D2D传输的干扰进行协调处理,解决了小区间的D2D传输引起的干扰或资源冲突导致D2D传输和蜂窝传输的接收性能下降的问题,提高了接收性能和D2D通信服务质量,从而提升了用户体验。
优选地,该D2D干扰敏感度信息指示在相应的资源上的D2D干扰敏感程度或指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度。优选地表示是否在相应资源上调度边缘UE或者干扰敏感程度较高或者优先级较高的D2D传输。其中,干扰敏感度的取值不同,分别指示相应资源上的D2D传输对干扰敏感程度不同。优选地,所 述D2D干扰敏感度信息指示D2D干扰敏感程度,可以为高,中,低,分别代表不同的干扰敏感程度。

优选地,相邻基站收到所述D2D的干扰敏感度信息后,根据信息中所述D2D传输的时间信息进行相应的干扰协调。比如,在所述D2D传输的对应持续时间内,该基站在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的相应资源上只调度小区中心UE的蜂窝传输/D2D传输或功率较低的传输或不调度任何UE的传输。在对应时间后,可调度小区边缘UE的传输。
优选地,上述提供D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息可以D2D传输资源单元,D2D通信资源单元,D2D调度分配资源单元,或D2D发现资源单元为单位,或以PRB为单位。
优选地,可针对D2D发现/D2D通信进一步区分不同的比特图,其分别的长度与D2D资源包含的发现资源/SA资源/数据PRB个数相同。优选地,仅在D2D资源或分配给小区边缘UE的D2D资源上设置干扰敏感度信息。

优选地,所述D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息重用现有干扰敏感度信息HII信息单元(Information Element,IE),或采用新的IE进行指示。优选地,可增加D2D标识,用于指示该信息为D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息。
优选地,所述D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息在X2负荷信息(Load information)消息中携带。
优选地,将所述D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息,通过OAM,或者向MME和或集中式信息中心上报的方式进行汇总和或共享给相邻基站。
本实施例还提供了另一种D2D干扰协调方法,该方法包括步骤:UE发送用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度的D2D干扰敏感度信息至基站,其中,D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示基站进行干扰协调处理。
其中,该干扰敏感度信息指示所申请的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度或者在相应的资源上的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度。优选地表示是否传输干扰敏感度较高或者高优先级的D2D传输。其中,干扰敏感度的取值不同,分别指示D2D传输对干扰敏感程度不同。优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息指示D2D干扰敏感程度,可以为高,中,低,分别代表不同的干扰敏感程度。
优选地,程度高则表示需要相邻基站在该资源上尽量不调度易对该小区产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,比如处于小区边缘的UE传输或功率较高的传输。

优选地,所述周期上报为UE收集每个资源粒度所对应的D2D干扰情况,并将平均值进行周期性上报。其中,资源单位可以是D2D发现资源单元,或调度分配(Scheduling Assignment,SA)资源单元,或数据资源单元或PRB。优选地,数据资源可以仅仅是UE感兴趣的D2D通信所对应的资源。
优选地,终端可通过UE终端辅助信息(AssistanceInformation),测量报告(MeasurementReport),RRC连接建立(Connection Setup),跟踪区域更新请求(TAU Request)流程,或者新的消息上报上述D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息。
优选地,基站根据UE上报的D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰处理。优选地,所述干扰处理包括以下之一:
1)基站根据所述D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息为相应的D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整。比如,如果相应D2D传输为小区内的传输,所述D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息显示该D2D传输干扰敏感度较高或者为高优先级的D2D传输,则基站为相应D2D传输分配或调度其它资源或不易受到干扰的资源。
2)基站根据UE上报的D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息,向相邻基站报告D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息。优选地,基站根据UE上报的D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息,和或相邻基站的D2D资源(池)信息,得到可能的干扰源小区/基站。优选地,所述向相邻基站报告D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息是指,基站向可能的干扰源小区/基站报告D2D干扰敏感度信息。优选地,UE上报的D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息中包含所在小区/基站标识。
优选地,相邻基站收到所述D2D干扰敏感度信息后,根据信息进行相应的干扰协调。比如,当所述干扰状态信息为高时,则相邻基站在该资源上尽量不调度易对该D2D传输产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,比如处于小区边缘的UE相关的传输或功率较高的传输。
3)基站将UE上报的D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息,通过OAM,或者向MME和或集中式信息中心上报的方式进行汇总和或共享。
优选地,基站通过OAM,MME,和或集中式信息中心获得相邻基站的D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息。
本实施例还提供了一种D2D干扰协调装置,应用于基站中。该装置用于实现上述D2D干扰协调方法。图4是根据本发明实施例的D2D干扰协调装置的结构示意图,如图4所示,该装置包括:获取模块42和协调模块44,其中,获取模块42设置为获取D2D干扰敏感度信息,其中,D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度;协调模块44耦合至获取模块42,设置为根据D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理。
需要说明的是,本发明的实施例中所涉及到的模块、单元可以通过软件的方式实现,也可以通过硬件的方式来实现。本实施例中的所描述的模块、单元也可以设置在处理器中,例如,可以描述为:一种处理器包括获取模块42和协调模块44。其中,这些模块的名称在某种情况下并不构成对该模块本身的限定,例如,获取模块42还可以被描述为“设置为获取D2D干扰敏感度信息的模块”。并且,装置实施例中描述的 D2D干扰协调装置对应于上述的方法实施例,其具体的实现过程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明,在此不再赘述。

图6是根据本发明实施例的D2D干扰协调装置的优选结构示意图二,优选地,调度单元442还可以包括第一确定子单元4422和调度子单元4424,其中,第一确定子单元4422,设置为根据D2D干扰敏感度信息,确定D2D干扰敏感度信息的发送方在相应的无线资源上的D2D传输对干扰的敏感程度;调度子单元4424,耦合至第一确定子单元4422,设置为在敏感程度高于第一预设值的情况下,在相应的无线资源上优先调度不易对小区产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,或者不调度任何传输。
图7是根据本发明实施例的D2D干扰协调装置的优选结构示意图三,优选地,第一发送单元444还可以包括第二确定子单元4442和第一发送子单元4444,其中,第二确定子单元4442,设置为根据D2D干扰敏感度信息和/或相邻基站的D2D资源信息,确定可能的干扰源小区/基站;第一发送子单元4444,耦合至第二确定子单元4442,设置为将D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给确定的可能的干扰源小区/基站。
图8是根据本发明实施例的D2D干扰协调装置的优选结构示意图四,优选地,获取模块42还可以包括以下至少之一:接收单元422、生成单元424。其中,接收单元422设置为接收UE或者相邻基站发送的D2D干扰敏感度信息;生成单元424设置为根据无线资源的干扰状况,生成D2D干扰敏感度信息。

本实施例还提供了另一种D2D干扰协调装置,应用于用户设备中,该装置包括发送模块52,其中,该发送模块52设置为发送用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度的D2D干扰敏感度信息至基站,其中,D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示基站进行干扰协调处理。
本实施例还提供了一种用户设备,该用户设备包括上述的应用于用户设备的D2D干扰协调装置。
为了使本发明的技术方案和实现方法更加清楚,下面将结合优选的实施例对其实现过程进行详细描述。
方法实施例一
本实施例描述的是基站向相邻基站提供D2D的干扰敏感度信息的方法。该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1.基站通过X2负荷信息(Load information)消息向相邻基站提供D2D的干扰敏感度信息。该信息指示在相应的资源上的D2D干扰敏感程度或指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,即是否在相应资源上调度边缘UE或者干扰敏感度较高或者高优先级的D2D传输。其中,干扰敏感度的取值不同,分别指示相应资源上D2D传输的干扰敏感程度不同。优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息指示D2D干扰敏感程度,可以为高,中,低,分别代表不同的干扰敏感程度。比如,程度高则表示指示相邻基站在该资源上尽量不调度易对该D2D传输产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,比如处于小区边缘的UE传输或功率较高的传输。优选地,所述D2D的干扰敏感度信息包括以下信息之一:时间,所述D2D传输的组标识,优先级,所述D2D传输对应的资源信息等。其中,时间指示D2D干扰敏感度信息的有效时间或所述D2D传输的持续时间。
步骤2.相邻基站收到该D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息后,根据信息进行相应的干扰协调。比如,当该干扰敏感度信息为高时,则相邻基站在该资源上尽量不调度易对该小区产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,比如处于小区边缘的UE传输或功率较高的传输。
优选地,相邻基站收到所述D2D的干扰敏感度信息后,根据信息中所述D2D传输的组号或优先级进行相应的干扰协调。比如,当所述D2D传输的优先级较高时,该基站在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的相应资源上只调度小区中心UE的蜂窝传输或功率较低的传输或不调度任何UE的传输。当优先级较低时,该基站在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的相应资源上调度小区中心或边缘UE的优先级较高的传输。
优选地,相邻基站收到所述D2D的干扰敏感度信息后,根据信息中所述D2D传输的时间信息进行相应的干扰协调。比如,在所述D2D传输的对应持续时间内,该基站在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的相应资源上只调度功率较高的传输或小区中心UE的 蜂窝传输或不调度任何UE的传输。在对应时间后,可调度小区边缘UE的传输或功率较高的传输。
优选地,所述提供D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息以D2D传输资源单元,D2D通信资源单元,D2D调度分配资源单元或D2D发现资源单元为单位,或PRB为单位。
优选地,所述D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息以比特图形式提供。可针对D2D发现/D2D通信进一步区分不同的比特图,其分别的长度与D2D资源包含的发现资源/SA资源/数据PRB个数相同。优选地,仅在D2D资源或分配给小区边缘UE的D2D资源上设置干扰敏感度信息。
优选地,将小区的D2D资源进行分块,一部分划为小区中心UE进行D2D传输或功率较低的UE的D2D传输使用,一部分为小区边缘UE进行D2D传输或功率较高的UE的D2D传输使用。优选地,D2D资源的干扰敏感度仅指示后者的干扰敏感度信息。即比特图长度与用于小区边缘UE或功率较高的UE的D2D传输的D2D传输资源个数相同。
优选地,上述D2D资源分块信息可在相邻小区间交互,如通过基站配置更新(eNB Configuration Update)消息或负荷信息(Load information)消息,或者由OAM配置。
优选地,上述D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息可与现有蜂窝资源的干扰敏感度信息在一个IE中统一指示,也可单独指示。在统一指示时,也需指示哪些是对应D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息。比如,D2D资源(池)信息也通过相邻小区间交互,或OAM配置的方式发送给邻区。邻区可根据该信息结合统一的干扰敏感度信息得知相应的D2D资源干扰敏感度。优选地,在单独指示时,基站应忽略所收到的现有蜂窝资源的干扰敏感度信息中D2D资源所对应的干扰敏感度信息。
优选地,上述D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息重用现有干扰敏感度信息HII IE,或采用新的IE进行指示。优选地,可增加D2D标识,用于指示该信息为D2D资源的干扰敏感度信息。
方法实施例二
本实施例描述的是UE向基站上报D2D干扰敏感度信息的方法。该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1.UE向基站上报D2D干扰敏感度信息。优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息指示所申请的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度或者在相应的资源上的D2D传输的干扰敏 感程度。优选地表示是否传输干扰敏感度较高或者高优先级的D2D传输。优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息指示D2D干扰敏感程度,可以为高,中,低,分别代表不同的干扰敏感程度。
优选地,D2D的干扰敏感度信息包括以下信息之一:时间,D2D传输的组标识,优先级,D2D传输对应的资源信息等。其中,时间指示D2D干扰敏感度信息的有效时间或D2D传输的持续时间。
步骤2.基站根据UE上报的D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰处理。优选地,所述干扰处理包括以下之一:
1)基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为相应的D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整。比如,如果相应D2D传输为小区内的传输,所述D2D传输的干扰敏感度信息显示该D2D传输干扰敏感度较高或者为高优先级的D2D传输,则基站为相应D2D传输分配或调度其它资源或不易受到干扰的资源。
2)基站根据UE上报的D2D干扰敏感度信息,向相邻基站报告D2D的干扰敏感度信息。优选地,基站根据UE上报的D2D干扰敏感度信息,和或相邻基站的D2D资源(池)信息,得到可能的干扰源小区/基站。优选地,所述向相邻基站报告D2D干扰敏感度信息是指,基站向可能的干扰源小区/基站报告D2D干扰敏感度信息。
3)基站将UE上报的D2D干扰敏感度信息,通过OAM,或者向MME和或集中式信息中心上报的方式进行汇总和或共享。
优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息可以D2D传输资源单元,D2D通信资源单元,D2D调度分配资源单元或D2D发现资源单元为单位,或以PRB为单位。优化的,可以仅处于小区边缘的D2D UE上报干扰敏感度情况。

优选地,终端可通过UE AssistanceInformation,MeasurementReport,RRC Connection Setup,TAU Request流程,或者新的消息上报上述D2D干扰敏感度信息。

方法实施例三
本实施例描述的是UE向基站上报D2D干扰敏感度信息,基站收到该信息后,向相邻基站提供D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调的方法。该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1.UE向基站上报D2D干扰敏感度信息。优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息指示所申请的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度或者在相应的资源上的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度。优选地表示是否传输干扰敏感度较高或者高优先级的D2D传输。优选地,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息指示D2D干扰敏感程度,可以为高,中,低,分别代表不同的干扰敏感程度。

综上所述,通过本发明的上述实施例、优选实施例和实施方式,该方法针对D2D发现或D2D通信中,相邻小区间的D2D传输之间的干扰或资源冲突问题,以及D2D传输与蜂窝传输之间的干扰或资源冲突问题,基于提前调度的考虑进行干扰避免或者消除干扰。采用本发明实施例所述的方法和系统,与相关技术相比,能根据D2D传输实际应用时的策略与优先级,提供有针对性的干扰或冲突解决方法,提升D2D业务服务质量和用户体验。
工业实用性:本发明通过上述实施例,解决了小区间的D2D传输引起的干扰或资源冲突导致D2D传输和蜂窝传输的接收性能下降的问题,提高了接收性能。

  1. 一种设备到设备D2D干扰协调方法,包括:
    基站获取D2D干扰敏感度信息,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度;
    所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,基站获取D2D干扰敏感度信息包括:
    所述基站接收用户设备UE或者相邻基站发送的所述D2D干扰敏感度信息;和/或
    所述基站根据无线资源的干扰状况,生成所述D2D干扰敏感度信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息包括以下至少之一的信息:
    指示D2D干扰敏感度信息的有效时间或所述D2D传输的持续时间、所述D2D传输的组标识、所述D2D传输的优先级、所述D2D传输对应的资源信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理包括以下至少之一:
    所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整;
    所述基站将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给所述基站的相邻基站;
    所述基站将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给处理中心。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整包括:
    所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,确定所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的发送方在相应的无线资源上的D2D传输对干扰的敏感程度;
    在所述敏感程度高于第一预设值的情况下,在相应的无线资源上优先调度不易对小区产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,或者不调度任何传输。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在所述D2D传输为小区内的传输的情况下,所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整包括:
    所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上只调度功率较低的传输或者小区中心UE的蜂窝传输/D2D传输,或者不调度任何UE的传输;和/或
    所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级不高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上调度小区中心或边缘UE的优先级较高的传输。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息包括所述D2D传输的优先级的情况下,所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整包括:
    所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上只调度功率较低的传输或者小区中心UE的蜂窝传输/D2D传输,或者不调度任何UE的传输;和/或
    所述基站在所述D2D传输的优先级不高于第二预设值的情况下,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上调度小区中心或边缘UE的优先级较高的传输。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息包括指示所述D2D传输的持续时间的情况下,所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整包括:
    所述基站在所述D2D传输的持续时间内,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源上只调度功率较低的传输或者小区中心UE的蜂窝传输/D2D传输或不调度任何UE的传输。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述基站将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给所述基站的相邻基站包括:
    所述基站根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,和/或所述相邻基站的D2D资源信息,确定可能的干扰源小区/基站;
    所述基站将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给确定的所述可能的干扰源小区/基站。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述处理中心包括以下至少之一:
    操作维护管理实体OAM、移动管理实体MME或者集中式信息中心。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息对应的无线资源以D2D传输资源单元为单位、或者以D2D通信资源单元为单位、或者以D2D调度分配资源单元为单位、或者以D2D发现资源单元为单位、或者以物理资源块PRB为单位。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,在所述D2D干扰敏感度信息中携带的比特图中,D2D发现/D2D通信对应的比特图的长度分别与D2D资源包含的发现资源或调度分配SA资源或数据PRB的个数相同。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,在基站的小区的D2D资源被划分为小区中心UE进行D2D传输或功率较低的UE的D2D传输使用的部分,和小区边缘UE进行D2D传输或功率较高的UE的D2D传输使用的部分的情况下,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息中携带的比特图长度与用于小区边缘UE的D2D传输或功率较高的UE的D2D传输资源个数相同。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述D2D资源的分块信息通过相邻小区间的交互进行配置,或者由OAM配置。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息与现有蜂窝资源的干扰状态信息在一个信息单元IE中统一指示,或者单独指示。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息重用过载指示信息,或者采用新的信息单元进行指示。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息携带在X2负荷信息消息中。
  18. 一种设备到设备D2D干扰协调方法,包括:
    用户设备UE发送用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度的D2D干扰敏感度信息至基站,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示所述基站进行干扰协调处理。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息包括以下至少之一的信息:
    指示D2D干扰敏感度信息的有效时间或所述D2D传输的持续时间、所述D2D传输的组标识、所述D2D传输的优先级、所述D2D传输对应的资源信息。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的方法,其中,UE通过以下之一的方式触发向基站发送所述D2D干扰敏感度信息:
    事件触发、周期上报、定时器触发。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述事件触发包括以下至少之一的方式:
    所述UE检测到D2D传输的干扰或者资源冲突;
    所述UE收到所述基站指示所述UE上报所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的上报请求;
    所述UE有D2D传输资源需求或者有待传输的D2D信号或数据。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述周期上报包括:
    所述UE收集每个资源粒度所对应的D2D干扰程度,并将所述D2D干扰程度的平均值进行周期性上报。其中,所述资源粒度的资源单位包括以下至少之一:D2D发现资源单元、或调度分配SA资源单元、或数据资源单元、或物理资源块PRB。
  23. 根据权利要求18至22中任一项所述的方法,其中,UE发送所述D2D干扰敏感度信息至所述基站包括:
    所述UE通过终端辅助信息、测量报告、无线资源控制协议RRC连接建立、跟踪区域更新请求流程中的一个,或者新的消息上报所述D2D干扰敏感度信息。
  24. 一种设备到设备D2D干扰协调装置,应用于基站,包括:
    获取模块,设置为获取D2D干扰敏感度信息,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度;
    协调模块,设置为根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,进行干扰协调处理。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述协调模块包括以下至少之一:
    调度单元,设置为根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息为所述D2D传输进行资源分配或调度调整;
    第一发送单元,设置为将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给所述基站的相邻基站;
    第二发送单元,设置为将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给处理中心。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述调度单元包括:
    第一确定子单元,设置为根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,确定所述D2D干扰敏感度信息的发送方在相应的无线资源上的D2D传输对干扰的敏感程度;
    调度子单元,设置为在所述敏感程度高于第一预设值的情况下,在相应的无线资源上优先调度不易对小区产生干扰的蜂窝传输或D2D传输,或者不调度任何传输。
  27. 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其中,所述第一发送单元包括:
    第二确定子单元,设置为根据所述D2D干扰敏感度信息,和/或所述相邻基站的D2D资源信息,确定可能的干扰源小区/基站;
    第一发送子单元,设置为将所述D2D干扰敏感度信息发送给确定的所述可能的干扰源小区/基站。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    接收单元,设置为接收用户设备UE或者相邻基站发送的所述D2D干扰敏感度信息;和/或
    生成单元,设置为根据无线资源的干扰状况,生成所述D2D干扰敏感度信息。
  29. 一种设备到设备D2D干扰协调装置,应用于用户设备,包括:
    发送模块,设置为发送用于指示在相应的无线资源上进行D2D传输的干扰敏感程度,或者指示在相应的无线资源将要进行的D2D传输的干扰敏感程度的D2D干扰敏感度信息至基站,其中,所述D2D干扰敏感度信息用于指示所述基站进行干扰协调处理。
  30. 一种基站,包括:如权利要求24至28中任一项所述的D2D干扰协调装置。
  31. 一种用户设备,包括:如权利要求29所述的D2D干扰协调装置。
