Abstract
一种旋风助燃装置,包括支承座(1),支承座(1)为盘状结构。支承座(1)上设置有一对以上的进风管(2)。进风管(2)倾斜设置在支承座(1)外壁上,且进风管(2)上对应设置有风扇(3)和导风罩(4),通过风扇(3)形成的风力产生对流,从而形成旋风效果。该装置结构简单,燃烧效率高。
Description
本发明涉及一种旋风助燃装置。
中国专利文献号CN103493858A于2013年09月25日公开了一种无烟烧烤炉的排风助燃系统,设于烧烤炉内,所述烧烤炉上设有烧烤架(4)和过滤系统(6),烧烤架(4)下设有落料室(5),所述无烟烧烤炉的排风助燃系统包括排风室(1)和风管(2),所述排风室(1)设在烧烤炉侧壁上,排风室(1)与所述过滤系统(6)连接,排风室(1)上端通过风管(2)与所述落料室(5)连接;烧烤炉侧壁上对应排风室(1)的位置上开有排风口(3),且排风口(3)与排风室(1)连接,排风室(1)内对应排风口的位置上设有可滑移的风门。其通过排风室的作用实现助燃,结构复杂,难以实现且实现效果差。因此,有必要作进一步改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、制造成本低、火力大小可调、操作简单方便、性能可靠和燃烧效率高的旋风助燃装置,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种旋风助燃装置,包括支承座,支承座为盘状结构,其特征在于支承座上设置有一对或一对以上的进风管,进风管倾斜设置在支承座外壁上,且进风管上对应设置有风扇和导风罩,通过风扇形成的风力产生对流,从而形成旋风效果。
作为本发明上述结构的支承座设置有一对或一对以上的通孔,进风管贯穿支承座上的通孔,使进风管的一端设置在支承座的外部,进风管的另一端设置在支承座内。进风管的一端上设置有导风罩,进风管通过与导风罩连接,使进风管一端固定在支承座内;进风管的另一端上设置有风扇,风扇通过与进风管卡合,实现风扇与进风管的固定。
作为本发明上述结构的进风管与支承座外壁的相交位置上设置有隔热密封圈,使支承座与进风管的相交位置实现高度密封和隔热效果。
作为本发明上述结构的进风管向上倾斜设置在支承座外部,且进风管与支承座的水平方向形成一个大小为20°-60°的夹角A。进风管上设置的导风罩与助燃盒下部紧密接触,且导风罩的中心线与助燃盒径向形成一个大小为5°-30°的夹角B。
作为本发明上述结构的风扇通过干电池或其它电力作为电源,且风扇的风力大小可通过电位器或其它控制装置实现控制。
作为本发明旋风助燃装置的改进,支承座上方设置有隔层、助燃盒和燃烧桶,所述燃烧桶用于盛装燃烧材料,燃烧材料可以是木炭或环保炭或煤块或木柴或固体燃料。燃烧桶的底部对应助燃盒设置有若干的通风孔,通风孔呈螺旋状分布,燃烧桶的底部顺着旋转风力的方向设置有旋转凸部,该旋转凸部呈前低后高倾斜状,其一端的凸起高度低于另一端的凸起高度;所述的通风孔部分设置于旋转凸部上。
作为本发明旋风助燃装置的进一步改进,燃烧桶下方设置有助燃盒,助燃盒下部的侧壁设有若干个通孔,助燃盒用于盛装固体酒精或用于引燃的引燃物。
本发明通过在支承座上设置一对或一对以上的进风管,进风管的进风口设置有风扇,风扇形成的风力产生对流,从而形成旋风效果,为燃烧桶提供充足的氧气,且燃烧桶的底部设置有呈前低后高倾斜状的旋转凸部,使风扇产生的旋风效果得到更好的提升。同时其具有结构简单合理、制造成本低、火力大小可调、操作简单方便、性能可靠和燃烧效率高等特点。

下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
参见图1-7,本旋风助燃装置,包括支承座1,支承座1为盘状结构,支承座1上设置有一对或一对以上的进风管2,进风管2倾斜设置在支承座外壁上,且进风管2上对应设置有风扇3和导风罩4,通过风扇3形成的风力产生对流,从而形成旋风效果。
支承座1设置有一对或一对以上的通孔,进风管2贯穿支承座1上的通孔,使进风管2的一端设置在支承座1的外部,进风管2的另一端设置在支承座1内。进风管2的一端上设置有导风罩4,进风管2通过与导风罩4连接,使进风管2一端固定在支承座1内;进风管2的另一端上设置有风扇3,风扇3通过与进风管2卡合,实现风扇3与进风管2的固定。
进风管2与支承座1外壁的相交位置上设置有隔热密封圈5,使支承座1与进风管2的相交位置实现高度密封和隔热效果。
进风管2向上倾斜设置在支承座1外部,且进风管2与支承座1的水平方向形成一个大小为20°-60°的夹角A。进风管2上设置的导风罩4与助燃盒7下部紧密接触,且导风罩4的中心线与助燃盒7径向形成一个大小为5°-30°的夹角B。
风扇3通过干电池或其它电力作为电源,且风扇3的风力大小可通过电位器或其它控制装置实现控制。
支承座1上方设置有隔层6、助燃盒7和燃烧桶8,所述燃烧桶8用于盛装燃烧材料,燃烧材料可以是木炭或环保炭或煤块或木柴或固体燃料。燃烧桶8的底部对应助燃盒7设置有若干的通风孔8.1,通风孔8.1呈螺旋状分布,燃烧桶8的底部顺着旋转风力的方向设置有旋转凸部8.2,该旋转凸部8.2呈前低后高倾斜状,其一端的凸起高度低于另一端的凸起高度;所述的通风孔8.1部分设置于旋转凸部8.2上。
燃烧桶8下方设置有助燃盒7,助燃盒7下部的侧壁设有若干个通孔,助燃盒7用于盛装固体酒精或用于引燃的引燃物。
上述为本发明的优选方案,本领域普通技术人员对其简单的变型或改造,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种旋风助燃装置,包括支承座(1),支承座(1)为盘状结构,其特征在于支承座(1)上设置有一对或一对以上的进风管(2),进风管(2)倾斜设置在支承座外壁上,且进风管(2)上对应设置有风扇(3)和导风罩(4),通过风扇(3)形成的风力产生对流,从而形成旋风效果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述支承座(1)设置有一对或一对以上的通孔,进风管(2)贯穿支承座(1)上的通孔,使进风管(2)的一端设置在支承座(1)的外部,进风管(2)的另一端设置在支承座(1)内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述进风管(2)的一端上设置有导风罩(4),进风管(2)通过与导风罩(4)连接,使进风管(2)一端固定在支承座(1)内;进风管(2)的另一端上设置有风扇(3),风扇(3)通过与进风管(2)卡合,实现风扇(3)与进风管(2)的固定。
- 根据权利要求3所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述进风管(2)与支承座(1)外壁的相交位置上设置有隔热密封圈(5),使支承座(1)与进风管(2)的相交位置实现高度密封和隔热效果。
- 根据权利要求4所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述进风管(2)向上倾斜设置在支承座(1)外部,且进风管(2)与支承座(1)的水平方向形成一个大小为20°-60°的夹角A。
- 根据权利要求5所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述进风管(2)上设置的导风罩(4)与助燃盒(7)下部紧密接触,且导风罩(4)的中心线与助燃盒(7)径向形成一个大小为5°-30°的夹角B。
- 根据权利要求3所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述风扇(3)通过干电池或其它电力作为电源,且风扇(3)的风力大小可通过电位器实现控制。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述支承座(1)上方设置有隔层(6)、助燃盒(7)和燃烧桶(8), 所述燃烧桶(8)用于盛装燃烧材料,燃烧材料可以是木炭或环保炭或煤块或木柴或固体燃料。
- 根据权利要求8所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述燃烧桶(8)的底部对应助燃盒(7)设置有若干的通风孔(8.1),通风孔(8.1)呈螺旋状分布,燃烧桶(8)的底部顺着旋转风力的方向设置有旋转凸部(8.2),该旋转凸部(8.2)呈前低后高倾斜状,其一端的凸起高度低于另一端的凸起高度;所述的通风孔(8.1)部分设置于旋转凸部(8.2)上。
- 根据权利要求9所述的旋风助燃装置,其特征在于所述燃烧桶(8)下方设置有助燃盒(7),助燃盒(7)下部的侧壁设有若干个通孔,助燃盒(7)用于盛装固体酒精或用于引燃的引燃物。
