Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'emballage et de stockage (10) pour des nutriments ou des aliments tels que, par exemple, du poisson, comprenant au moins une partie de base (11) et éventuellement un couvercle (23) ou bouchon, configuré pour être placé sur l'élément de base (11) d'une manière refermable et étanche. L'élément de base (11) est doté d'une surface supérieure (13) destinée à supporter le nutriment, de parois latérales externes (20') et d'un vide ou d'une cavité (27) agencé(e) en association avec l'élément de base (11). Le vide ou la cavité (27) est configuré(e) pour être en communication fluidique avec la surface supérieure (13) destinée à supporter le nutriment, ce qui permet à d'éventuels fluides provenant du nutriment de s'écouler dans le vide ou la cavité (27), et la surface supérieure (13) étant positionnée à un niveau plus élevé qu'un moyen de collecte de liquide (27) associé à la surface supérieure (11), ce qui permet à un liquide éventuel suintant du nutriment d'être collecté par le vide ou la cavité (27).
