Abstract
L'invention concerne un écran sous-toiture (300) comprenant successivement: - une première couche (102) réalisée en un premier matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de micro- perforations (110) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau, - une cinquième couche (104) réalisée en un cinquième matériau tissé et pourvue de micro-perforations (110) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau, - une deuxième couche (106) réalisée en un troisième matériau isolant, et - une troisième couche (108) réalisée en un quatrième matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de perforations (112) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau, l'écran sous-toiture (300) comportant en outre : - au moins une quatrième couche (114) réalisée en un quatrième matériau contenant des matériaux à changement de phase (MCP) disposés contre l'une et/ou l'autre des faces de la deuxième couche (106), et - une couche (302) réalisée en argile gonflante et disposée entre la première couche (102) et la cinquième couche (104).
Description
Ecran sous-toiture
La présente invention concerne un écran sous-toiture.
La demande de brevet EP-07-725903 divulgue un écran sous-toiture qui comporte:
- une première couche réalisée en un premier matériau formant une barrière de réflexion thermique,
- une deuxième couche réalisée en un deuxième matériau tissé et collée à la première couche,
- une troisième couche réalisée en un troisième matériau isolant et collée à la deuxième couche, et
- une quatrième couche réalisée en un quatrième matériau formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et collée à la troisième couche.
La première couche et la deuxième couche sont pourvues de micro-perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau.
La quatrième couche est pourvue de perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau.
Bien que les caractéristiques thermiques de cet écran sous-toiture soient particulièrement intéressantes, elles peuvent encore être améliorées.
Le document US-A2011/247215 divulgue un écran d'un autre type qui présente une première couche réalisée en un matériau métallique, une deuxième couche réalisée en un matériau isolant et une troisième couche réalisée en un quatrième matériau métallique.
Un objet de la présente invention est de proposer un écran sous-toiture qui ne présente pas les inconvénients de l'art antérieur.
A cet effet, est proposé un écran sous-toiture comprenant successivement:
- une première couche réalisée en un premier matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de micro-perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau,
- une cinquième couche réalisée en un cinquième matériau tissé et pourvue de micro-perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau, - une deuxième couche réalisée en un troisième matériau isolant, et
- une troisième couche réalisée en un quatrième matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau,
l'écran sous-toiture comportant en outre :
- au moins une quatrième couche réalisée en un quatrième matériau contenant des matériaux à changement de phase (MCP) disposés contre l'une et/ou l'autre des faces de la deuxième couche, et
- une couche réalisée en argile gonflante et disposée entre la première couche et la cinquième couche.
L'invention propose également un écran sous-toiture comprenant successivement:
- une première couche réalisée en un premier matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de micro-perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau,
- une cinquième couche réalisée en un cinquième matériau tissé hydrophobe et pourvue de micro-perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau,
- une deuxième couche réalisée en un deuxième matériau isolant, et
- une troisième couche réalisée en un troisième matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de perforations assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau,
l'écran sous-toiture comprenant en outre :
- au moins une quatrième couche réalisée en un quatrième matériau contenant des matériaux à changement de phase (MCP) disposés contre l'une et/ou l'autre des faces de la deuxième couche, et
- une couche réalisée en argile gonflante, et disposée entre la cinquième couche et la deuxième couche ou entre la cinquième couche et la quatrième couche lorsque celle-ci est présente.
Avantageusement, la ou chaque quatrième couche est discontinue.
Les caractéristiques de l'invention mentionnées ci-dessus, ainsi que d'autres, apparaîtront plus clairement à la lecture de la description suivante d'un exemple de réalisation, ladite description étant faite en relation avec les dessins joints, parmi lesquels :
la Fig. 1 représente une vue en coupe d'un écran sous-toiture,
la Fig. 2 représente une vue en coupe d'un écran sous-toiture,
la Fig. 3 représente une vue en coupe d'un écran sous-toiture,
la Fig. 4 représente une vue en coupe d'un écran sous-toiture selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention, et
la Fig. 5 représente une vue en coupe d'un écran sous-toiture selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention.
La Fig. 1 représente un écran sous-toiture 50 qui comprend successivement:
- une première couche 102 réalisée en un premier matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique,
- une deuxième couche 106 réalisée en un deuxième matériau isolant, et
- une troisième couche 108 réalisée en un troisième matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique.
L'écran de sous-toiture 50 comporte également au moins une quatrième couche 114 réalisée en un quatrième matériau contenant des matériaux à changement de phase (MCP) et qui est déposée entre la première couche 102 et la deuxième couche 106 et/ou entre la deuxième couche 106 et la troisième couche 108.
Dans le mode de réalisation présenté sur la Fig. 1, il y a une quatrième couche 114 de part et d'autre de la deuxième couche 106, mais il pourrait y avoir une seule
quatrième couche 114 disposée contre l'une et/ou l'autre des faces de la deuxième couche 106.
Les caractéristiques thermiques de l'écran sous-toiture 50 sont ainsi améliorées par la présence des MCP qui permettent une meilleure régulation de la température autour de leurs températures de changement de phase.
Les MCP permettent de ralentir échauffement de la troisième couche 108 en absorbant la chaleur et ils maintiennent ainsi la troisième couche 108 à une température voisine de la température de changement d'état des MCP qui est de préférence comprise entre 15°C et 40°C.
Lors de la mise en place de l'écran sous-toiture 50 sous une toiture d'un bâtiment, la première couche 102 est orientée vers la toiture, c'est-à-dire vers l'extérieur du bâtiment, tandis que la troisième couche 108 est orientée vers l'intérieur du bâtiment.
La première couche 102 sert de barrière thermique réfléchissante à la chaleur extérieure voulant pénétrer dans le bâtiment et est réalisée par exemple en aluminium, ou en matériau aluminisé.
La troisième couche 108 sert de barrière thermique réfléchissante à la chaleur intérieure voulant sortir du bâtiment et est réalisée par exemple en aluminium, ou en matériau aluminisé.
La deuxième couche 106 sert, entre autres, d'isolant thermique entre la première couche 102 et la troisième couche 108 et évite ainsi la création de pont thermique.
Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la deuxième couche 106 est un matelas en fibres de verre non tissées.
La ou les quatrièmes couches 114 sont constituées par exemple d'un liant, comme par exemple un liant aqueux styrène-acrylate, et de MCP, comme par exemple des microcapsules de paraffine, dispersés dans le liant.
L'adhésion des différentes couches entre elles est assurée de préférence par collage sauf la ou les quatrièmes couches 114 qui sont déposées de préférence par enduction.
La Fig. 2 représente un écran sous-toiture 100 qui est une variante du premier mode de réalisation. L'écran sous-toiture 100 comprend entre la première couche 102 et la deuxième couche 106 ou entre la première couche 102 et la quatrième couche 114 lorsque celle-ci est présente, une cinquième couche 104 réalisée en un cinquième matériau tissé.
La cinquième couche 104 est un matériau qui, du fait de son tissage, présente une forte résistance au déchirement et qui permet ainsi de rendre plus résistant l'écran sous-toiture 100. La structure plus résistante de l'écran sous-toiture 100 autorise, alors, sa mise en place sur des chevrons écartés de 90 cm. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, la cinquième couche 104 est en fibres de verre tissées et le diamètre des fibres de verre est d'environ 6 μιη à 20 μιη.
La vapeur d'eau qui se forme à l'arrière de la première couche 102, c'est-à-dire vers l'intérieur du bâtiment, doit être évacuée vers l'avant de la première couche 102, c'est-à-dire vers l'extérieur du bâtiment. A cet effet, la première couche 102 et la cinquième couche 104 sont pourvues de micro-perforations 110 qui assurent ainsi la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau. Les micro-perforations 110 ont un diamètre de l'ordre de 50μιη mais peuvent varier de 10 μιη à 200 μιη.
Pour permettre l'évacuation de la vapeur d'eau qui se forme à l'intérieur du bâtiment, la troisième couche 108 est pourvue de perforations 112 assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau. Les perforations 112 peuvent avoir un diamètre supérieur ou égal à celui des micro-perforations 110 car elles ne jouent aucun rôle dans l'imperméabilité de l'écran sous-toiture 100 par rapport à l'eau provenant de l'extérieur de la première couche 102. Les perforations 112 ont un diamètre de l'ordre de 50 μιη à 150 μιη.
La Fig. 3 montre un écran sous-toiture 200 qui est une variante du mode de réalisation précédent.
Afin de renforcer encore l'étanchéité et la perméance de l'écran sous-toiture 200, celui-ci comprend une couche respirante 202 réalisée en un matériau respirant et étanche. La couche respirante 202 est disposée entre la cinquième couche 104 et la deuxième couche 106 ou entre la cinquième couche 104 et la quatrième couche 114 lorsque celle-ci existe. Le matériau respirant peut être du type polyéthylène, polypropylène ou un mélange de ces produits avec une charge minérale ou bien encore un thermoplastique imper-respirant. Selon un mode de réalisation particulier, l'épaisseur de la couche respirante 202 est comprise entre ΙΟμιη et 50μιη. Cette couche respirante 202 peut être réalisée par enduction à chaud ou bien par étirage afin de réaliser un réseau de micro-canaux laissant passer la vapeur d'eau.
La couche respirante 202 est fixée de préférence par collage par exemple lorsqu'elle est réalisée par étirage.
La Fig. 4 montre un écran sous-toiture 300, selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention qui est basé sur l'écran sous-toiture 100 .
Afin de renforcer encore l'étanchéité et la perméance de l'écran sous-toiture 300, celui-ci comprend une couche 302 réalisée en argile gonflante. La couche 302 est disposée entre la première couche 102 et la cinquième couche 104. L'argile gonflante est appliquée par enduction sur la première couche 102 ou la cinquième couche 104. Le diamètre des micro-perforations 110 est ainsi contrôlé car les particules d'argile gonflante se déposent dans les micro-perforations 110 et au contact de l'eau, elles gonflent réduisant ainsi de façon significative le diamètre des micro-perforations 110 et assurant ainsi une meilleure étanchéité.
La Fig. 5 montre un écran sous-toiture 400, selon un deuxième mode de réalisation de l'invention qui est basé sur l'écran sous-toiture 200.
Afin de renforcer encore l'étanchéité et la perméance de l'écran sous-toiture 400, celui-ci comprend une couche 402 réalisée en argile gonflante et la cinquième couche 104 est traitée pour être hydrophobe. La couche 402 est disposée entre la cinquième couche 104 et la deuxième couche 106 ou entre la cinquième couche 104 et la quatrième couche 114 lorsque celle-ci existe. L'argile gonflante est appliquée par enduction sur la cinquième couche 104 ou la deuxième couche 106. Comme précédemment, le diamètre des micro-perforations 110 est ainsi contrôlé du fait de la présence des particules d'argile gonflante.
Dans les modes de réalisation de la Fig. 4 et de la Fig. 5, l'épaisseur de la couche d'argile gonflante 302, 402 est dimensionnée de manière à ce que la vapeur d'eau puisse la traverser sans que l'eau de ruissellement puisse y pénétrer.
Pour faciliter le passage de l'air et de la vapeur d'eau et faciliter le pliage ou l'enroulement de l'écran sous-toiture 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, la ou chaque quatrième couche 114 est discontinue, par exemple par une enduction discontinue. Le liant avec les MCP est déposé en paquets distants les uns des autres, laissant ainsi un espace libre entre chacun d'eux. Les paquets sont par exemple des dépôts alignés en matrice, chaque dépôt prenant la forme d'un carré d'environ 0.8 cm de côté, d'épaisseur de l'ordre 1,5 mm et distant de ses voisins d'environ 1 mm.
Le collage des différentes couches 102, 104, 106, 108 entre elles peut être réalisé par thermocollage. Par exemple, du polyéthylène peut être utilisé pour constituer la colle entre les différentes couches 102, 104, 106, 108.
Claims
REVENDICATIONS
1) Ecran sous-toiture (300) comprenant successivement:
- une première couche (102) réalisée en un premier matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de microperforations (110) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau,
- une cinquième couche (104) réalisée en un cinquième matériau tissé et pourvue de micro-perforations (110) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau,
- une deuxième couche (106) réalisée en un troisième matériau isolant, et
- une troisième couche (108) réalisée en un quatrième matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de perforations (112) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau,
l'écran sous-toiture (300) comportant en outre :
- au moins une quatrième couche (114) réalisée en un quatrième matériau contenant des matériaux à changement de phase (MCP) disposés contre l'une et/ou l'autre des faces de la deuxième couche (106), et
- une couche (302) réalisée en argile gonflante et disposée entre la première couche (102) et la cinquième couche (104). 2) Ecran sous-toiture (400) comprenant successivement:
- une première couche (102) réalisée en un premier matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de microperforations (110) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau,
- une cinquième couche (104) réalisée en un cinquième matériau tissé hydrophobe et pourvue de micro-perforations (110) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau et l'imperméabilité à l'eau,
- une deuxième couche (106) réalisée en un deuxième matériau isolant, et
- une troisième couche (108) réalisée en un troisième matériau métallique ou métallisé formant une barrière de réflexion thermique et pourvue de perforations (112) assurant la perméance à la vapeur d'eau,
l'écran sous-toiture (400) comprenant en outre :
- au moins une quatrième couche (114) réalisée en un quatrième matériau contenant des matériaux à changement de phase (MCP) disposés contre l'une et/ou l'autre des faces de la deuxième couche (106), et
- une couche (402) réalisée en argile gonflante, et disposée entre la cinquième couche (104) et la deuxième couche (106) ou entre la cinquième couche (104) et la quatrième couche (114) lorsque celle-ci est présente.
3) Ecran sous-toiture (300, 400) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque quatrième couche (114) est discontinue.
