Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Spindel (40; 80) für einen Kugelgewindetrieb umfassend die Schritte: - zumindest bereichsweises Einbringen eines Gewindeprofils (12; 52) in einen flachen Materialabschnitt (10; 50), - Umformen des Materialabschnitts (10; 50) in einen hohlzylindrischen Mantel (30; 70), wobei zwei Längskanten (18, 20; 58; 60) des hohlzylindrischen Mantels (30; 70) aneinander stossen und das Gewindeprofil (12; 52) radial auswärts gerichtet ausgebildet ist, - Verbinden der zwei Längskanten (18, 20; 58, 60) des hohlzylindrischen Mantels (30; 70), und - zumindest bereichsweise Ausbilden einer Stützstruktur (42; 82) an der radialen Innenseite des hohlzylindrischen Mantels (30; 70) zum Fertigstellen der Spindel (40; 80). Hierdurch lässt sich auf einfache Weise eine Spindel (40; 80) für einen Kiugelgewindetrieb in Hybridbauweise fertigen. Die Spindel (40; 80) lässt sich kostenoptimal herstellen und verfügt aber eine hohe Verschleissfestigkeit sowie eine ausgezeichnete mechanische Belastbarkeit bei einem zugleich geringen Gewicht. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung eine verfahrensgemäss gefertigte Spindel (40, 80) zum Einsatz in einem Kugelgewindetrieb.
