Abstract
公开了一种悬挂式固体物料垂直投料缓冲装置,它主要由缓冲机构和限位机构两部分组成,缓冲机构包括锥形缓冲器(1)、缓冲底座(2)和缓冲弹簧(3),限位机构包括上限位螺母(5)、下限位螺母(6)和导轨(4),锥形缓冲器(1)固定于缓冲底座(2)上,缓冲底座(2)与导轨(4)套接连接,缓冲弹簧(3)上端与缓冲底座(2)连接,下端固定于下限位螺母(6),上限位螺母(5)和下限位螺母(6)分别与导轨(4)连接并固定,导轨(4)上端焊接固定于投料管(8)外壁。物料经投料管投放至缓冲装置,经锥形缓冲器缓冲后低速散落至储料仓,缓冲机构在缓冲弹簧和物料的共同作用下实现反复缓冲和复原。
Description
本发明涉及一种悬挂式固体物料垂直投放缓冲装置,尤其是一种适用于煤矿及金属矿山固体充填采煤固体物料由地面垂直投放至井下的缓冲装置。
目前,固体充填采煤技术已经实现了对“三下”压煤的规模性开采,大大地提高了煤炭的采出率,实现了对地表的控制,解决了地表矸石等废弃物的堆积问题。在固体充填采煤投料系统中,一般矸石由地面投放至井底,高速下落的矸石具有极大地冲击力,如果不加以缓冲,会对井下储料仓等设施造成极大破坏,造成巨大的经济损失,严重影响矿井的正常生产。
发明内容
技术问题:本发明的目的是克服已有技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、安全高效、成本低、能有效减小下落物料冲击力的悬挂式固体物料垂直投料缓冲装置。
技术方案:本发明的悬挂式固体物料垂直投料缓冲装置,主要由缓冲机构和限位机构两部分组成,所述的缓冲机构包括锥形缓冲器、缓冲底座和缓冲弹簧,所述的限位机构包括上限位螺母、下限位螺母和导轨,锥形缓冲器固定于缓冲底座上,缓冲底座与导轨套接连接,缓冲弹簧上端与缓冲底座连接,缓冲弹簧下端固定于下限位螺母上,上限位螺母和下限位螺母分别与导轨连接并固定,导轨上端焊接固定于投料管外壁,导轨下端设有一开口销加以固定。
所述的锥形缓冲器半径R1与投料管内径R2之比需满足:R1/R2=1.1~1.3。
所述的锥形缓冲器表面镀有耐磨钢。
有益效果:由于采用了上述技术方案,当物料由地面经投料管投至缓冲装置时,物料的大部分动能转化为缓冲弹簧的弹性势能,这样就实现了对高速下落物料的安全有效缓冲,缓冲装置随缓冲弹簧弹性势能的释放而恢复至初始状态。整个装置结构简单,使用方便,安全高效、投资少,在井工充填开采具有广泛的实用性,对于其他的矿山工程具有借鉴意义。

本发明的悬挂式固体物料垂直投料缓冲装置,其主要由缓冲机构和限位机构两部分组成,所述的缓冲机构包括锥形缓冲器1、缓冲底座2和缓冲弹簧3,所述的限位机构包括上限位螺母5、下限位螺母6和导轨4,锥形缓冲器1固定于缓冲底座2上,锥形缓冲器1半径R1与投料管8内径R2之比需满足:R1/R2=1.1~1.3;缓冲底座2与导轨4套接连接,缓冲弹簧上端3与缓冲底座2连接,缓冲弹簧1下端固定于下限位螺母6上,上限位螺母5和下限位螺母6分别与导轨4连接并固定,导轨4上端焊接固定于投料管8外壁,导轨4下端设有一开口销7加以固定;锥形缓冲器1表面镀有AM360型高强度耐磨钢。
工作时,地面物料经投料管投放至悬挂式垂直投料缓冲装置,锥形缓冲器1受到来自物料的冲击力后,和缓冲底座2整体沿导轨4向下滑动,物料经锥形缓冲器1缓冲后,低速散落至储料仓;此时,缓冲弹簧3被压缩,并对缓冲底座2有一向上的作用力,从而对锥形缓冲器1提供向上的缓冲作用力。投料结束时,锥形缓冲器1和缓冲底座2一并在缓冲弹簧3的作用下复原至自然状态。此缓冲过程随落料周而复始循环进行,从而源源不断对投出的物料进行缓冲。此悬挂式固体物料垂直投料缓冲装置减弱了物料的冲击力,减小了对储料仓的破坏,实现了物料的安全投放。

- 一种悬挂式固体物料垂直投料缓冲装置,其特征在于:它主要由缓冲机构和限位机构两部分组成,所述的缓冲机构包括锥形缓冲器(1)、缓冲底座(2)和缓冲弹簧(3),所述的限位机构包括上限位螺母(5)、下限位螺母(6)和导轨(4),所述的锥形缓冲器(1)固定于缓冲底座(2)上,缓冲底座(2)和缓冲弹簧(3)顺序套装在导轨(4)上,缓冲弹簧(3)上端顶靠在缓冲底座(2)上,由上限位螺母(5)固定定位,缓冲弹簧(3)下端由下限位螺母(6)固定定位,所述导轨(4)的上端固定于投料管(8)的外壁上或投料管(8)的底端孔壁上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种悬挂式固体物料垂直投放缓冲装置,其特征在于:所述锥形缓冲器(1)的最大半径R1与投料管(8)内径R2之比为:R1/R2=1.1~1.3。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种悬挂式固体物料垂直投放缓冲装置,其特征在于:所述锥形缓冲器(1)的表面上镀有耐磨钢。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种悬挂式固体物料垂直投放缓冲装置,其特征在于:所述导轨(4)的下端设有一开口销(7)。
