旋转灯头及旋转灯管 技术领域
本发明涉及灯具领域,尤其涉及一种旋转灯头及旋转灯管。
背景技术
现有的LED灯具中,如LED灯管,工作时是通过其两端的灯头通电后使灯管发光。为了使灯管的出光面可根据照射角度需要进行调节,市场上出现了可旋转的灯管。现有市场上的可旋转灯管,灯头的调节插销移动后通过弹簧自动回复,调节灯管的出光面照射角度时,需要将灯管从灯管支架上取下来,依次转动灯管两端的灯头至灯管出光面朝向所需角度,再将灯管安装回灯管支架,这样角度的调节难以到位,导致需要多次调整,操作不方便 。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种实现出光面照射角度可调且操作简单方便的旋转灯头及旋转灯管。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供 一种 旋转灯头,用于安装在管状的灯体的端部上,所述旋转灯头包括设置在所述灯体端部上的端盖、绕所述灯体的中心轴线可旋转地套接在所述端盖上的灯头盖、以及沿平行所述中心轴线的方向可来回移动地配合在所述灯头盖上的定位件;

如图2、3所示,灯头盖20的周壁上设有供本体31配合的缺口21,缺口21的形状与本体31的形状相对应;在灯头盖20相对端盖10旋转时,带动定位件30也相对端盖10旋转,且定位销32也沿数个定位槽11的分布在其上移动。在本实施例中,本体31的平面形状为锥形,且本体31以宽度较大的一端朝向端盖10;缺口21对应本体31也为锥形。当本体31沿着缺口21向远离端盖10方向移动时,本体31宽度较大的一端向着缺口21宽度较小的一端移动,并卡合其中,这样使得本体31移动后可被缺口21卡合定位。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,本体31的平面形状也可为矩形。
进一步地,如图3、5所示,在本实施例中,定位件30还包括连接在本体31和定位销32之间的卡合部34,灯头盖20上设有卡槽22,卡槽22位于缺口21正对端盖10的一侧上,卡槽22在定位件30向远离端盖10的方向移动时供卡合部34卡合。当拨动定位件30使其定位销32及定位部33脱离定位槽11后,定位件30通过卡合部34与卡槽22配合而定位在灯头盖20上,不会自行回复,方便旋转端盖10进行调节。卡合部34和卡槽22的设置进一步将移动脱离端盖10后的定位件30定位在灯头盖20上。可以理解地,当本体31和缺口21为锥形时,可不设卡合部34和卡槽22;当本体31和缺口21为矩形时,优选设置卡合部34和卡槽22,以将移动脱离端盖10后的定位件30定位在灯头盖20上。
另外,如图2、3所示,定位件30还可包括自本体31相对两侧延伸出的限位部35,两个限位部35对应缺口21相对两侧而分别配合在灯头盖20内侧,通过该两限位部35将定位件30限制在缺口21内,防止定位件30从缺口21上方脱出。
又如图2、3所示,端盖10靠近灯头盖20的一侧设有内凹的环形台阶12,环形台阶12与定位槽11所在端面相邻接,灯头盖20以其靠近端盖10的一侧周缘配合在环形台阶12外周上。端盖10上还设有数个间隔分布的刻度13,刻度13位于环形台阶12远离端面的一侧,且数个刻度13分别与数个定位槽11相对应,从而可通过刻度13推出定位槽11所在位置,方便旋转后定位销32和定位槽11之间的对准插接。端盖10上还可设有钩扣16以与灯体连接。
灯头盖20的内部设有向端盖10方向延伸的倒扣23,端盖10的端面上设有通孔(未标示),端面上沿通孔周缘还设有垂直延伸的凸壁14,倒扣23沿着凸壁14穿过通孔可转动地扣搭在端面内侧。倒扣23的设置使得在灯头盖20沿端盖10周缘旋转时,不会与端盖10分离。
此外,端盖10的定位槽11所在的端面上还设有两个用于抵挡定位销32的抵挡部15,两个抵挡部15分别位于数个定位槽11的两端且连接在凸壁14的外周侧面上。通过抵挡部15的设置,防止由于灯头盖20和端盖10相对旋转角度过大,导致定位销32脱离数个定位槽11所在的区域。
如图6所示,本发明一实施例的旋转灯管,包括管状的灯体40以及两个上述的旋转灯头,两个旋转灯头分别安装在灯体40两端部上,旋转灯头的端盖10与灯体40相对固定连接,从而端盖10和灯体40一起可相对灯头盖20旋转,通过相对灯头盖20旋转端盖10即可带动灯体40也旋转,从而调节灯体40的出光面照射角度。
灯体40包括管状的灯壳41以及安装在灯壳内的发光单元(未图示);在本实施例中,该旋转灯管为LED灯管,其发光单元包括LED灯源。
灯头盖20位于端盖10远离灯体40的一侧。为了实现端盖10和灯体40的固定连接,参考图3所示,端盖10远离灯头盖20的一侧上设有钩扣16,灯壳41的内周壁面对应钩扣16设有扣槽(未图示),端盖10通过钩扣16和扣槽相配合而连接在灯体40上。进一步地,为了方便钩扣16和扣槽之间的可拆配合,端盖10的一侧可通过缺槽设置形成有弹片17,钩扣16设置在弹片17上。在端盖10插接到灯壳41上时,弹片17受灯壳41内周壁面挤压发生形变向端盖10中心轴方向弯曲,当钩扣16到达扣槽位置时,弹片17通过回复力向灯壳41内周壁面方向形变,带动钩扣16配合到扣槽中。
结合图2、3、6、7,该旋转灯管使用时安装在支架50上,通过两端的灯头盖20与支架50电连接。调节灯体40的出光面照射角度时,将灯头盖20上的定位件30沿平行灯体40的中心轴线向远离端盖10方向拨动,使定位销32脱离端盖10,同时定位件30可通过卡合部34定位在灯头盖20上;以刻度13为参照旋转灯体40及端盖10,从而灯头盖20绕灯体40的中心轴线旋转,使灯体40的出光面照射角度朝向所需要的角度;将定位件30往回拨至定位销32插接到对应定位槽11中,将端盖10和灯头盖20锁定,完成出光面照射角度的调节。从上述过程可知,灯体40的出光面照射角度调节时,不需将灯管从支架50上取下,简单方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种旋转灯头,用于安装在管状的灯体的端部上,所述旋转灯头包括设置在所述灯体端部上的端盖(10)、绕所述灯体的中心轴线可旋转地套接在所述端盖(10)上的灯头盖(20)、以及沿平行所述中心轴线的方向可来回移动地配合在所述灯头盖(20)上的定位件(30);其特征在于,
    所述定位件(30)包括配合在所述灯头盖(20)外周上的本体(31)、设置在所述本体(31)上的定位销(32)、以及设置在所述定位销(32)上的定位部(33);
    所述端盖(10)的端面上设有数个供所述定位销(32)选择性插入定位的定位槽(11),所述定位销(32)插入并通过所述定位部(33)定位于所述定位槽(11)中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转灯头,其特征在于,所述定位部(33)设置在所述定位销(32)的末端,包括在所述定位销(32)末端向外凸设的两圆弧形突起,所述突起通过所述定位槽(11)后卡设在所述定位槽(11)的内侧端面;
    数个所述定位槽(11)沿所述端盖(10)的圆周方向间隔地分布在靠近所述灯头盖(20)的一侧端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转灯头,其特征在于,所述灯头盖(20)的周壁上设有供所述本体(31)配合的缺口(21),所述缺口(21)的形状与所述本体(31)的形状相对应;
    所述本体(31)的平面形状为矩形;或者,所述本体(31)的平面形状为锥形,且所述本体(31)以宽度较大的一端朝向所述端盖(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转灯头,其特征在于,所述定位件(30)还包括连接在所述本体(31)和所述定位销(32)之间的卡合部(34),所述灯头盖(20)上设有在所述定位件(30)向远离所述端盖(10)的方向移动时、供所述卡合部(34)卡合的卡槽(22),所述卡槽(22)位于所述缺口(21)正对所述端盖(10)的一侧上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转灯头,其特征在于,所述定位件(30)还包括自所述本体(31)相对两侧延伸出的限位部(35),两个所述限位部(35)对应所述缺口(21)相对两侧而分别配合在所述灯头盖(20)内侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转灯头,其特征在于,所述端盖(10)靠近所述灯头盖(20)的一侧设有内凹的环形台阶(12),所述环形台阶(12)与所述端面相邻接,所述灯头盖(20)以其靠近所述端盖(10)的一侧周缘配合在所述环形台阶(12)外周上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的旋转灯头,其特征在于,所述端盖(10)上还设有数个间隔分布的刻度(13),所述刻度(13)位于所述环形台阶(12)远离所述端面的一侧,且数个所述刻度(13)分别与数个所述定位槽(11)相对应。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转灯头,其特征在于,所述灯头盖(20)的内部设有向所述端盖(10)方向延伸的倒扣(23),所述端盖(10)的端面上设有通孔,所述端面上沿所述通孔周缘还设有垂直延伸的凸壁(14),所述倒扣(23)沿着所述凸壁(14)穿过所述通孔可转动地扣搭在所述端面内侧;
    所述端面上还设有两个用于抵挡所述定位销(32)的抵挡部(15),两个所述抵挡部(15)分别位于数个所述定位槽(11)的两端且连接在所述凸壁(14)的外周侧面上。
  9. 一种旋转灯管,其特征在于,包括管状的灯体(40)、以及两个分别安装在所述灯体(40)两端部上的权利要求1-8任一项所述的旋转灯头;所述旋转灯头的端盖(10)与所述灯体(40)相对固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的旋转灯管,其特征在于,所述灯体(40)包括管状的灯壳(41)以及安装在所述灯壳(41)内的发光单元;所述端盖(10)远离灯头盖(20)的一侧上设有钩扣(16),所述灯壳(41)的内周壁面对应所述钩扣(16)设有扣槽,所述端盖(10)通过所述钩扣(16)和所述扣槽相配合而连接在所述灯体(40)上。
