含咖啡因雾化液及含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法 技术领域
本发明涉及雾化液,尤其涉及一种含咖啡因雾化液及含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法。
背景技术
目前,现代人生活节奏快、工作压力大、睡眠不足,常需要咖啡饮品或者电子香烟雾化液来提神醒脑。现有的咖啡饮品分为冲泡式和便携式。冲泡式的咖啡饮品需要水,不方便使用。而便携式的咖啡饮品包装中就包含有大量的水,不方便携带。并且,咖啡饮品为了改善口感,经常添加一定量的糖分,对于糖尿病和肥胖人群均不适用。而现有的电子香烟雾化液,一般使用烟草中提取的尼古丁作为提神物质,具有成瘾性,不安全。
为此,需要提供一种便于使用和携带,而且安全的替代用品。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种含咖啡因雾化液,其特征在于,所述含咖啡因雾化液包括如下重量配比的组分:咖啡因0.01%~20%、有机相79%~95%、以及香料。
可选的,所述有机相为醇类物质。
可选的,所述醇类物质包括丙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种。
可选地,所述含咖啡因雾化液不含水分。
可选的,所述香料重量配比为0~5%。
可选地,所述香料为咖啡、茶叶、烟草、水果或花草中提取的特征香味物质。
本发明实施例还提供一种含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,包括:
对在所述可加热的反应釜中加入的有机相和咖啡因进行超声波振荡,形成咖啡因分散在有机相中的分散液;
在所述分散液中加入香料并进行第一次搅拌,形成混合溶液;
加热所述混合溶液至预定温度;以及
在所述预定温度下对所述混合溶液进行第二次搅拌,
其中,所述混合溶液包括如下重量配比的组分:咖啡因0.01%~20%、有机相79%~95%、以及香料。
可选的,所述超声波震荡持续的时间为20分钟至40分钟。
可选的,所述第一次搅拌持续的时间为20分钟至40分钟。
可选的,所述预定温度的取值范围是30℃至50℃。
可选的,所述第二次搅拌持续的时间为4小时至6小时。
可选的,所述混合溶液中不含水分。
可选的,所述香料重量配比为0~5%。
可选地,所述香料为咖啡、茶叶、烟草、水果或花草中提取的特征香味物质。
本发明的有益效果是:将咖啡因均匀稳定地溶解在有机相中,有便于携带和雾化吸收,以及见效快的效果。
具体实施方式
目前市场上的咖啡因饮料为水溶型的、含糖的,携带和使用不便,适用人群受限;而目前的电子香烟因含有尼古丁,继而会带来成瘾性和安全性的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种含咖啡因雾化液,包括如下重量配比的组分:咖啡因0.01%~20%、有机相79%~95%、以及香料。
咖啡因是一种黄嘌呤生物碱化合物,是一种中枢神经兴奋剂,能够暂时驱走睡意并使人恢复精力。市场上的咖啡因主要分为人工合成和天然提取两种。人工合成的咖啡是通过化学方法合成的;天然咖啡因主要是从咖啡豆、茶叶等食品中提取,是植物本身的多酚类物质,以复合形式存在,可以温和而持久地刺激神经,对人体没有危害。本发明实施例中选用合成咖啡因及天然提取的咖啡因为原料,优选天然提取的咖啡因为原料。
有机相在化学领域是指有机溶液,咖啡因可以分散在有机溶液中。本发明有些实施例中,有机相为醇类物质,尤其是选用食品级醇类物质。进一步的,本发明有些实施例中,选用丙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种作为有机相,尤其是选用食品级丙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种作为有机相。本发明有些实施例中,所述有机相也可以是丙二醇和丙三醇以任意比例混合所得的混合物。
香料是一种能被嗅觉嗅出香气或味觉尝出香味的物质,是配制香精的原料。香料从来源上可以分为天然香料及合成香料。天然香料又进一步分为动物性天然香料及植物性天然香料。动物性天然香料是动物的分泌物或排泄物。植物性天然香料是用芳香植物的花、枝、叶、草、根、皮、茎、籽或果实等为原料,用水蒸气蒸馏法、浸提法、压榨法、吸收法等方法,生产出来的精油、浸膏、酊剂、香脂、香树脂和净油等。合成香料通过化学合成的方法制取的香料化合物。本发明有些实施例中,以植物性天然香料作为所述香料。本发明有些实施例中,所述香料为食品级植物性天然香料。本发明有些实施例中,所述香料为从咖啡、茶叶、烟草、水果或花草中提取的特征香味物质。本发明实施例中所述香料的重量配比为0~5%。
本发明还提供了一种含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,包括:
在可加热的反应釜中加入有机相和咖啡因;
对在所述可加热的反应釜中加入的有机相和咖啡因进行超声波震荡,形成咖啡因分散在有机相中的分散液;
在所述分散液中加入香料并进行第一搅拌,形成混合溶液;
加热所述混合溶液至预定温度;以及
在所述预定温度下对所述混合溶液进行第二搅拌。
本发明实施例中所述超声震荡的时间为20分钟至40分钟,优选为30分钟。
本发明实施例中所述第一次搅拌的时间为20分钟至40分钟,优选为30分钟。
本发明实施例中所述预定温度为30℃至50℃,优选为40℃。
本发明实施例中所述第二次搅拌的时间为4小时至6小时,优选为5小时。
其中,所述咖啡因、有机相和香料的材料及组分均可参考上述实施例,在此不再赘述。
为了进一步说明本发明,通过以下具体实施例对本发明做详细的描述。其中,在下面实施例的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其它不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
实施例1
将949.9g丙二醇加入到可加热的反应釜中,然后加入0.1g咖啡因,超声波震荡20分钟,使咖啡因完全均匀分散后,加入50g香料,搅拌20分钟后,将反应液加热到30℃,再恒温搅拌4小时,得到含咖啡因雾化液。
实施例2
将920g丙三醇加入到可加热的反应釜中,然后加入50g咖啡因,超声波震荡30分钟,使咖啡因完全均匀分散后,加入30g香料,搅拌30分钟后,将反应液加热到40℃,再恒温搅拌5小时,得到含咖啡因雾化液。
实施例3
将395g丙二醇和395g丙三醇加入到可加热的反应釜中,然后加入200g咖啡因,超声波震荡40分钟,使咖啡因完全均匀分散后,加入10g香料,搅拌40分钟后,将反应液加热到50℃,再恒温搅拌6小时,得到含咖啡因雾化液。
实施例4
将950g丙三醇加入到可加热的反应釜中,然后加入50g咖啡因,超声波震荡40分钟,使咖啡因完全均匀分散后,搅拌40分钟后,将反应液加热到40℃,再恒温搅拌5小时,得到含咖啡因雾化液。
以上实施例中各组分均为市售。
本发明实施例提供或形成的含咖啡因雾化液,不含有水分,能够减少雾化液的体积,方便使用和携带。全部采用有机相作为咖啡因的分散相载体,雾化吸收效果好,见效快。而且,含咖啡因雾化液不含糖分和尼古丁成分,更加健康安全。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些改正和改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做出的修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围

Claims (14)

  1. 一种含咖啡因雾化液,其特征在于,所述含咖啡因雾化液包括如下重量配比的组分:咖啡因0.01%~20%、有机相79%~95%、以及香料。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的含咖啡因雾化液,其特征在于,所述有机相为醇类物质。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的含咖啡因雾化液,其特征在于,所述醇类物质包括丙二醇和丙三醇中的至少一种。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的含咖啡因雾化液,其特征在于,所述含咖啡因雾化液不含水分。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的含咖啡因雾化液,其特征在于,所述香料重量配比为0~5%。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的含咖啡因雾化液,其特征在于,所述香料为咖啡、茶叶、烟草、水果或花草中提取的特征香味物质。
  7. 一种含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在可加热的反应釜中加入有机相和咖啡因;
    对在所述可加热的反应釜中加入的有机相和咖啡因进行超声波振荡,形成咖啡因分散在有机相中的分散液;
    在所述分散液中加入香料并进行第一搅拌,形成混合溶液;
    加热所述混合溶液至预定温度;以及
    在所述预定温度下对所述混合溶液进行第二搅拌,
    其中,所述混合溶液包括如下重量配比的组分:咖啡因0.01%~20%、有机相79%~95%、以及香料。
  8. 如权利要求7所述含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述超声波震荡持续的时间为20分钟至40分钟。
  9. 如权利要求7所述含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述第一次搅拌持续的时间为20分钟至40分钟。
  10. 如权利要求7所述含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述预定温度的取值范围是30℃至50℃。
  11. 如权利要求7所述含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述第二次搅拌持续的时间为4小时至6小时。
  12. 如权利要求7所述含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述混合溶液中不含水分。
  13. 如权利要求7所述含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述香料重量配比为0~5%。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的含咖啡因雾化液的生产方法,其特征在于,所述香料为咖啡、茶叶、烟草、水果或花草中提取的特征香味物质。
