Abstract
En una primera fase se mezclan 150 gramos de algaritofe y 1000 gramos de agua, siendo la composición en relación al peso de 87% de agua y 13% de Cedronella canariensis (algaritofe), llevando a ebullición dicha mezcla hasta alcanzar una temperatura de al menos 100°C y dejando hervir durante cinco minutos. A continuación se deja reposar la mezcla resultante 4 horas y se cuela.
Description
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCIÓN DE UNA LOCIÓN CAPILAR EN ESTADO LÍQUIDO PARA FRENAR LA CAÍDA DEL CABELLO OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN La presente invención se refiere a una loción capilar en estado líquido que incorpora un innovador ingrediente a su composición, cuyas características ayudan a frenar la caída del cabello. Basada en una infusión tradicional de agua (H2O) su componente esencial para la obtención del efecto de retención de la caída del cabello es la planta Cedronella canariensis, conocida como algaritofe.
Perder una cantidad razonable de cabellos al día, de entre 90 a 1 10 cabellos diarios, es algo normal La cabeza humana suele tener más de 115.000 cabellos. Según estudios realizados, se pierden de 50 a 100 cabellos diarios, que posteriormente se reponen. Pero no toda la caída del cabello es igual. El tallo capilar crece hasta 1 ,5 cm al mes durante la fase anágena o de crecimiento, que dura entre 2 y 6 años. En la fase catágena o de transición, el crecimiento del cabello se detiene entre dos y tres semanas. Y pasa a la fase telógena o de eliminación, que dura de 2 a 4 meses, donde el pelo cae y libera el folículo piloso para que pueda instalarse un nuevo pelo. Cuando existe una caída excesiva del cabello, el ciclo de la fase de crecimiento se acorta y pasa más rápidamente a la fase de caída pudiendo derivar en una ausencia del pelo.
La loción capilar resultante de la presente invención frena la caída del cabello en un 80%, llegando en algunos casos al 100% en las pruebas realizadas, siendo por consiguiente su principal ventaja la de superar en efectividad a numerosos productos que frenan la caída del cabello, pero no en un porcentaje tan alto como el de la presente invención.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Aunque no se ha encontrado ninguna invención idéntica a la descrita por el inventor, exponemos a continuación los documentos encontrados que reflejan el estado de la técnica relacionado con la misma. Por nuestra parte
consideramos que a la vista de la información encontrada la invención propuesta se puede registrar.
Así el documento ES2019195A6 hace referencia a un procedimiento de obtención de loción capilar capaz de evitar la caída del cabello, la caspa, la grasa y dar cuerpo al mismo, caracterizado por consistir en una primera fase a hervir una cantidad de agua en un recipiente, de forma que la cantidad sea un 50% de la capacidad del mismo, mantener en ebullición durante 2 minutos y a continuación una vez retirado del fuego, añadir un 15% de la cantidad de agua, de perejil fresco y picado, sumergiendo totalmente el perejil en el agua, para seguidamente añadir un 9% de alcohol de 96 grados, y proceder al flameado del mismo dejándole arder hasta que no se apague por sí solo momento en que se añade alcohol y en cantidad adecuada para que el conjunto quede con un 50% del resto. En realidad se trata de una loción de muy baja eficacia en comparación con la presente invención, además de ser ingredientes muy distintos como ocurre en los siguientes documentos de esta búsqueda.
ES2077538A1 propone una composición cosmética que mejora la función de los bulbos capilares y que actúa especialmente contra la caída del cabello, preferentemente en forma de crema, gel, solución o tónico, caracterizada porque contiene como ingrediente activo del 5% al 40% en peso de extracto de hojas de Ginkgo biloba y del 3% al 35% en peso del extracto de raíz y/o rizoma de la Glycyrrhiza glabra basados en el peso total de la composición, junto con uno o más portadores sólidos y/o líquidos cosméticamente aceptables y/o excipientes, y opcionalmente una o más sustancias adicionales en la cantidad necesaria para completar hasta el 100%. El documento ES2436246A1 describe una composición cosmética que comprende una cantidad cosméticamente efectiva de extracto orgánico de guisante, sal de zinc del ácido pirrolidoncarboxílico, arginina, cafeína y sales de ácido pantoténico para la preparación de una composición cosmética para el cuidado y tratamiento de la alopecia y al método de administración de la misma.
ES2110497T3 propone una composición cosmética, destinada para estimular el crecimiento de los cabellos, para retrasar su caída, o para combatir el prurito, particularmente el prurito del cuero cabelludo que comprende, a título de ingrediente activo, una cantidad cosméticamente eficaz de oxiacantina, de uno de sus derivados o sales, de preferencia de la fórmula (I) siguiente en la cual: R representa un átomo de hidrógeno (oxiacantina) una cadena hidrocarbonada de C1-C12 o un radical acilo de C2-C12, la cadena hidrocarbonada y el radical acilo pueden ser saturados o no, lineales, ramificados o en parte cíclicos, particularmente aromáticos; R representa en particular un radical metilo, hexilo, decilo acetilo, propionilo, butanoilo, pentanoilo, hexanoilo, octanoilo, incluso mejor metilo, acetilo o propionilo; de una de sus sales de adición de ácido, en particular cosméticamente aceptable; o de un extracto de planta que contiene la oxiacantina o sus derivados o sales anteriormente citadas, con exclusión de un extracto de la planta Berberís thunbergii, y de la planta Mahonia.
ES2044786A1 describe un procedimiento para la obtención de una loción capilar para evitar la caída del cabello, caracterizado por consistir en una primera fase, en hervir una cantidad de agua en un recipiente, de forma que ocupe un 50% de su capacidad, manteniendo la ebullición durante dos minutos, para a continuación, una vez retirado del fuego, añadir un 15% de la cantidad de agua de zanahoria, boj y judías verdes, frescos y finamente picado, sumergiendo estos ingredientes totalmente en el agua, para seguidamente añadir un 9% de alcohol de 96 grados y proceder al flameado del mismo, dejándole arder hasta que se apague por sí mismo, momento en que se añade alcohol en cantidad adecuada para que quede con un 50% de alcohol y resto del conjunto.
Conclusiones: Como se desprende de la investigación realizada, pensamos que ninguno de los documentos encontrados soluciona los problemas planteados como lo hace la invención propuesta. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
El procedimiento para la obtención de una loción capilar en estado
líquido para frenar la caída del cabello objeto de la presente invención se desarrolla en las siguientes fases:
En una primera fase se mezclan dos componentes, uno en estado sólido, algaritofe y otro en estado líquido, agua en la siguiente proporción: 1000 gramos de agua natural y 150 gramos de algaritofe en hojas y tallos. En una segunda fase esta mezcla se lleva a ebullición hasta alcanzar una temperatura de al menos 100°C y se deja hervir durante cinco minutos.
A continuación se deja reposar la mezcla resultante 4 horas y se cuela, obteniéndose como resultado la loción capilar para frenar la caída del cabello objeto de la presente invención cuya composición en relación al peso es la siguiente:
Agua (H20) 87% en peso
Cedronella canariensis (algaritofe) 13% en peso DESCRIPCIÓN DE UNA REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE
Una realización preferente de la presente invención puede basarse en el siguiente procedimiento:
En una primera fase se mezclan dos componentes, uno en estado sólido, algaritofe, y otro en estado líquido, agua, en la siguiente proporción: 1000 gramos de agua natural y 150 gramos de algaritofe en hojas y tallos, siendo la composición en relación al peso la siguiente:
Agua (H20) 87% en peso

En una segunda fase se lleva a ebullición dicha mezcla hasta alcanzar una temperatura de al menos 100°C y se deja hervir durante cinco minutos.

Cedronella canariensis (algaritofe), y otro en estado líquido, agua, en la siguiente proporción: 1000 gramos de agua natural y 150 gramos de algaritofe en hojas y tallos, siendo la composición en relación al peso la siguiente:

En una segunda fase se lleva a ebullición dicha mezcla hasta alcanzar una temperatura de al menos 100°C y se deja hervir durante cinco minutos.
