本发明涉及瓶盖,尤其涉及了一种带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖。
背景技术
当今市场上出售的多数瓶子一般只能在每个瓶子中储存一种物质,为了给用户提供多种品味,有时需要将不同的物质混合在一起,制成一种混合物,例如,以咖啡为底的饮料就可与装在瓶盖内的糖或奶油混合;且 添加物分离有一个很重要的作用是便于某些成份的保护,以防变质变性,保持某些食品风味,还能大大延长整体保质期。 同理可用于药品和化学品。
为了混合两种物质以提供一种混合物,必须购买两个瓶子,分别盛放两种物质,特别是在物质需要以严格比例混合时,必须用一个量具才能准备测量,若无这样一个量具,就很难保持混合剂的严格比率,使混合物质的形状有可能变坏,甚至有时无法使用。
因此,为了克服上述问题,包含有不同于瓶装物质的添加物的瓶盖就被提出来了。而现有的少部分能够实现包含有添加物的瓶盖,其结构均较为复杂,成本较高,且操作较为的不方便;在添加物加进瓶体内后,整个瓶子的密封性能可能有变;用于封装添加物的封合块可能会掉入瓶体内。
少部分能够实现 包含有添加物的瓶盖,其将添加物和瓶装物分离的方式一般都是采用两片阻挡片闭合来分离,他们之间的密封性较差,瓶装物在长期倒置后可能会通过他们之间的缝隙渗入到添加物所在的空间内 。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中结构复杂、成本较高、操作不方便、密封性差、封合块易 掉入 瓶体内的缺点,提供了一种结构简单、成本低、操作简单、密封性好、可开裂部不会掉入瓶体内的带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,包括瓶盖本体和与瓶盖本体连接的储存盖,瓶盖本体包括第一顶部和设置在第一顶部下端的第一外裙部,第一顶部下端设有用于安装储存盖的安装槽,安装槽包括设置在第一顶部下端的槽壁和设置在槽壁底端的可开裂部,可开裂部与槽壁为一体式结构;储存盖包括第二顶部和设置在第二顶部下端的第二外裙部,储存盖安装在安装槽内,第二顶部、第二外裙部和可开裂部形成一个密封的储存空间。
作为优选,可开裂部包括中部和靠近槽壁的边缘部,边缘部的厚度小于中部的厚度。
作为优选,边缘部的厚度在0.01-0.5mm之间。
作为优选,边缘部上设有均与边缘部、中部一体式结构的加厚部。
作为优选,槽壁内围设有环形凹槽,第二外裙部上与环形凹槽相应位置设有环形凸台,储存空间通过环形凸台卡在环形凹槽内进行密封。

本发明将添加物放置在储存盖内,储存盖安装在安装槽内,槽壁内围与第二外裙部外围贴合、环形凸台卡入环形凹槽内从而将储存盖密封住,可防止添加物受潮变质等;瓶装本体上设有可开裂部,使用时只需向下敲击储存盖即可将可开裂部打开,让添加物掉入瓶体内,从而与瓶装物混合,该结构简单、成本低,且操作简单方便;整体结构不管是在物质混合前还是物质混合后,瓶装物都不会外泄,密封性较好;边缘部上设有均与边缘部、中部一体式结构的加厚部,加厚部的厚度确保了第二外裙部对可开裂部的作用力不会敲裂加厚部,从而确保在可开裂部裂开后可开裂部不会掉入瓶体内;储存空间通过可开裂部与瓶体内部完全分离,即储存空间是完全封闭的,可防止在瓶体运输等过程中,瓶体在外力的作用下或倒置时,瓶装物会慢慢的渗入储存盖内,影响添加物的保藏,可开裂部与槽壁一体式结构,可实现储存空间的完全密封;且将添加物与瓶装物分开各自密封保存,可防止它们之间进行反应,延长添加物和瓶装物的保质期,同一个瓶子里既有瓶体又有储存盖,可方便使用者对瓶装物进行调颜色、调口味、调香味、调风味,适用性更为广泛。

带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,如图1至图10所示,包括瓶盖本体1和与瓶盖本体1连接的储存盖2,瓶盖本体1包括第一顶部3和与第一顶部3一体式结构的第一外裙部5,第一外裙部5设置在第一顶部3下端,第一顶部3上设有台阶孔7,第一顶部3下端设有用于安装储存盖2的安装槽8,安装槽8由第一外裙部5围成,台阶孔7的直径大于安装槽8的直径,因此在储存盖2下压后储存盖2可卡在安装槽8内,从而将瓶盖本体1上端封合,且可保证储存盖2不会掉入瓶体内,且可提高在添加物加入瓶体后整个瓶子的密封性。
安装槽8与台阶孔7相通,安装槽8包括设置在第一顶部3下端的槽壁9和设置在槽壁9底端用于封合安装槽8底部的可开裂部10,槽壁9与第一顶部3为一体式结构,可开裂部10与槽壁9为一体式结构,可开裂部10包括中部11和靠近槽壁9的边缘部12,边缘部12的厚度小于中部11的厚度,边缘部12的厚度在0.01-0.5mm之间,这个厚度可保证可开裂部10能被第二外裙部6敲裂。边缘部12上设有均与边缘部12、中部11一体式结构的加厚部13。
储存盖2包括第二顶部4和与第二顶部4一体式结构的第二外裙部6,第二外裙部6设置在第二顶部4下端,第二顶部4外围设有环形卡台14,环形卡台14与台阶孔7配合,环形卡台14可将瓶盖本体1的上端封合。
储存盖2安装在安装槽8内,储存盖2安装时,储存盖2底端与中部11上端的距离在1-3mm之间,台阶孔7底端与环形卡台14的距离在4-8mm之间,加厚部13的厚度加上边缘部12的厚度在3-4mm之间,中部11的厚度在3-4mm之间。
第二外裙部6与槽壁9紧密贴合,第二顶部4、第二外裙部6和可开裂部10形成一个密封的储存空间15,槽壁9内围设有环形凹槽19,第二外裙部6上与环形凹槽19相应位置设有环形凸台20,储存空间15通过环形凸台20卡在环形凹槽19内进行密封。
第二外裙部6底部的厚度小于第二外裙部6上部的厚度,将第二外裙部6底部命名为敲击部16。敲击部16的厚度小于第二外裙部6其他部位的厚度,从而在下压储存盖2时可对可开裂部10有一个足够的作用力,可确保边缘部12上除加厚部13的部位均可被敲裂。
第一外裙部5与第二外裙部6之间设有一个用于与瓶体上部配合的空腔18,第一外裙部5内围设有与瓶体配合的内螺纹17,瓶体上设有外螺纹,瓶体与瓶盖本体1通过螺纹连接。
安装时,添加物等放置在储存盖2内,将第二外裙部6卡入安装槽8内,槽壁9的内围与第二外裙部6的外围贴合,槽壁9底端位于可开裂部10上方,储存盖2上部裸露在台阶孔7底端上方,此时环形凸台20卡入环形凸槽内进而将储存盖2内部密封,防止添加物受潮变质等。使用时,用力向下敲击储存盖2,第二外裙部6下端敲击可开裂部10的边缘部12,因可开裂部10、加厚部13和第二外裙部6均为塑料制成,本身具有一定的弹性,因此在敲击部16先敲到加厚部13后可挤压加厚部13继续敲击较薄的边缘部12,边缘部12的厚度仅有0.01-0.5mm,因此储存盖2的向下移动的行程所产生的作用力可将较薄的边缘部12全部敲裂开,当环形卡台14向下移动,在环形卡台14下端抵在台阶孔7底端后环形卡台14停止运动,台阶孔7起到阻止环形卡台14继续往下移动,防止环形卡台14继续下移的行程会敲裂加厚部13。添加物等落入瓶体内,与瓶装物融合。加厚部13因为厚度较大,不会被第二外裙部6敲裂,确保可开裂部10不会掉落入瓶体内,影响瓶装物。第二外裙部6将可开裂部10敲裂后,环形卡台14卡在台阶孔7内,从而使瓶盖本体1仍保持是一个密封的结构,在晃动瓶体时,瓶装物不会从瓶盖本体1上泄露出去。

Claims (6)

  1. 带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,包括瓶盖本体(1),其特征在于:还包括与瓶盖本体(1)连接的储存盖(2),瓶盖本体(1)包括第一顶部(3)和设置在第一顶部(3)下端的第一外裙部(5),第一顶部(3)下端设有用于安装储存盖(2)的安装槽(8),安装槽(8)包括设置在第一顶部(3)下端的槽壁(9)和设置在槽壁(9)底端的可开裂部(10),可开裂部(10)与槽壁(9)为一体式结构;储存盖(2)包括第二顶部(4)和设置在第二顶部(4)下端的第二外裙部(6),储存盖(2)安装在在安装槽(8)内,第二顶部(4)、第二外裙部(6)和可开裂部(10)形成一个密封的储存空间(15)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,其特征在于:可开裂部(10)包括中部(11)和靠近槽壁(9)的边缘部(12),边缘部(12)的厚度小于中部(11)的厚度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,其特征在于:边缘部(12)的厚度在0.01-0.5mm之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,其特征在于:边缘部(12)上设有均与边缘部(12)、中部(11)一体式结构的加厚部(13)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,其特征在于:槽壁(9)内围设有环形凹槽(19),第二外裙部(6)上与环形凹槽(19)相应位置设有环形凸台(20),储存空间(15)通过环形凸台(20)卡在环形凹槽(19)内进行密封。
  6. 据权利要求1所述的带有添加物供应结构的瓶盖,其特征在于:第一顶部(3)上设有台阶孔(7),台阶孔(7)的直径大于安装槽(8)的直径,安装槽(8)与台阶孔(7)相通,第二顶部(4)外围设有环形卡台(14),环形卡台(14)与台阶孔(7)配合。
