具体的状态切换指令为预先设定的指令,包括但不限于机械控制指令(例如接收到用户操作预设的机械按钮发出指令)、预设音频指令、预设视频图像指令和/或预设触摸指令等。需要说明的是,上述各种预先设定的指令可以单独使用,也可结合使用。
S102、判断是否切换到智能操作模式的状态,若是则执行操作S103,否则执行操作S106。
S103、采集用户信息。
如果切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息。其中,所述采集用户信息包括下述至少一项:基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频信息,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸信息。
S104、对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容。
本实施例中,具体的获取的用户指令内容为预先设定的指令,对所述用户 信息进行识别,获取用户指令内容的方法包括多种,包括但不限于机械控制指令(例如接收到用户操作预设的机械按钮发出指令)、预设音频指令、预设视频图像指令和/或预设触摸指令等。需要说明的是,上述各种预先设定的指令可以单独使用,也可结合使用。
例如,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的动作图像,根据所述动作图像识别用户手势,并根据所述用户手势确定用户指令内容。又如,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的人脸图像,根据所述人脸图像识别用户表情,并根据所述用户表情确定用户指令内容。
S105、根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息,结束。
具体地,进行远程数据交互的方式包括多种,例如远程数据获取,包括但不限于获取文本形式、视频形式、和/或音频形式的新闻数据,获取天气预报数据,获取股票信息等,下载或曲或视频文件等。
具体地,基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息包括:将获取的文本形式、视频形式、和/或音频形式的新闻数据分别以网页、音频、视频的形式向用户呈现,将获取天气预报的音频数据通过音频播放单元进行播放,将股票信息以网页形式进行呈现,将下载的歌曲通过音频播放单元进行播放,将下载的视频文件通过视频显示单元进行播放等。
S106、基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像,结束。
如果切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像。控制所述音频播放单元、视频显示单元、触摸屏等停止工作。当然,智能镜也可以同时工作在智能操作模式和镜面操作模式。
本发明实施例的技术方案提出了一种包括智能操作模式和镜面操作模式两种状态的智能镜,通过接收用户输入的状态切换指令实现智能操作模式和镜面操作模式两种状态的切换。如果切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息,对所述用户信息进行识别获取用户指令内容,根据所述用户指令内容进行远程数据交互,和/或向用户反馈信息;如果切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所 述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像。能通过镜子进行交互式的沟通交流,以拓展镜子的功能,能满足智能生活的要求。
实施例二
图2是本发明实施例二所述的智能镜实现方法流程图,如图2所示,本实施例所述的智能镜实现方法包括:
S201、接收用户输入的状态切换指令。
S202、判断是否切换到智能操作模式的状态,若是则执行操作S203,否则执行操作S208。
S203、基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息。
S204、判断所述视频图像信息中是否包含预指定服装,若是则执行操作S205,否则返回操作S203。
S205、获取所述预指定服装的服装标识。
需要说明的是,本操作目的是通过服装标识所对应服装的参数信息(例如该服装各个部位的尺寸、颜色、码号等),获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,和/或所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息。
优选地,获取所述预指定服装的服装标识后,还可根据所述标识获取所述服装的参数信息。根据所述参数信息获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,和/或所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息。
S206、基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息和/或所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息。
其中,本操作可仅获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,也可仅获取所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息,还可同时获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,以及所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息。
所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息可包括所述服装颜色与所述用户肤色是否匹配的结论信息,和/或所述服装的尺寸与所述用户身材是否匹配的结论信息等。若结论信息为匹配,还可进一步包括根据该用户肤色和/或身材信息向所述 用户推荐其他的服装。
S207、基于所述智能镜的视频播放单元实时向用户反馈所述用户穿上所述服装标识对应的服装的视频图像信息,和/或根据所述匹配信息基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元向所述用户进行反馈,结束。
需要说明的是,由于本实施例中智能镜所显示的视频图像信息是根据所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息进行远程分析获得,因此,本实施例所显示的视频图像相对于智能镜的摄像头采集的视频图像有所延迟。智能镜所显示的图像中,除了用户所穿的服装不同以外,用户动作与用户实际动作一致,用户表情与用户实际表情一致。
S208、基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像,结束。
本实施例以智能镜实现虚拟试穿的方法为例公开了一种智能镜实现方法,能通过镜子进行交互式的沟通交流,以拓展镜子的功能,能满足智能生活的要求。
本发明实施例提供的智能镜实现方法并不限于实现上述的智能操作功能,还可以利用远程交互、显示等功能完成多种复杂功能,例如增强现实功能。
即,可基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集平面图像信息,例如通过摄像头识别现实场景中标识图案,或者通过传感器追踪现实场景物体运动。再通过三维空间注册技术计算虚拟物体在现实世界坐标系中位置和姿态,以实现虚拟数字信息(包括文字,图像,3D模型或者动画),与现实场景实时融合,最后通过显示屏进行展示。虚拟物体的计算可以在智能镜本地的处理器中计算,也可以通过远程交互,由后台服务器进行计算。
增强现实技术完整的运行需要借助软硬件的连接和协调,首先借助摄像头对现实环境图像和信息进行捕捉,然后输入处理系统,再借助应用处理器对捕捉到的数据信息进行加工处理,叠加进虚拟辅助数据,然后再通过显示输出设备进行输出。
实施例三
图3是本发明实施例三所述的智能镜实现装置的结构框图,如图3所示,本实施例所述的智能镜实现装置包括:
状态切换指令接收模块301,用于接收用户输入的状态切换指令;
用户信息采集模块302,用于如果根据状态切换指令切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息,其中,所述采集用户信息包括下述至少一项:基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频信息,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸信息;
指令内容获取模块303,用于对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容;
指令执行模块304,用于根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息;
图像反射成像模块305,用于如果根据状态切换指令切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像。
进一步地,所述状态切换指令接收模块301具体用于:
基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频指令,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像指令,和/或基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸指令;
对所述音频指令、视频图像指令和/或触摸指令,进行识别以获取所述状态切换指令。
进一步地,所述用户信息采集模块302具体用于基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的动作图像;
所述指令内容获取模块303具体用于根据所述动作图像识别用户手势,并根据所述用户手势确定用户指令内容。
进一步地,所述用户信息采集模块302具体用于基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的人脸图像;
所述指令内容获取模块303具体用于根据所述人脸图像识别用户表情,并根据所述用户表情确定用户指令内容。
进一步地,所述指令执行模块303具体用于:
根据获取音乐的用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的无线保真WIFI交互单元 从网络服务器下载获取所述音乐;
基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元播放所述音乐。
进一步地,所述用户信息采集模块302具体用于:基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,如果所述视频图像信息中包含预指定服装,则获取所述预指定服装的服装标识;
所述指令执行模块303具体用于:基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,和/或所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息;基于所述智能镜的视频播放单元实时向用户反馈所述用户穿上所述服装标识对应的服装的视频图像信息,和/或根据所述匹配信息基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元向所述用户进行反馈。
本实施例提供的智能镜实现装置可执行本发明实施例一和实施例二所提供的智能镜实现方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。

图4是本发明实施例四所述的智能镜的结构框图,如图4所示,本实施例所述的智能镜包括:
镜面401、音频接收器402、音频播放单元403、摄像头404、视频显示单元405、触摸屏406和远程交互单元407;
以及本发明任意实施例所提供的智能镜实现装置408。
进一步地,采用半透半反显示器作为所述镜面401和视频显示单元405,切换实现镜面功能和显示功能。
具体地,所述智能镜实现装置408用于:接收用户输入的状态切换指令;
如果根据状态切换指令切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息,其中,所述采集用户信息包括下述至少一项:基于所述智能镜的音频接收器402采集用户的音频信息,基于所述智能镜的摄像头404采集用户的视频图像信息,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏406采集用户的触摸信息;
对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容;
根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元407进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元403和/或视频显示单元405向用 户反馈信息;
如果根据状态切换指令切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所述智能镜的镜面401进行图像反射成像。
进一步地,所述智能镜实现装置408具体用于:
基于所述智能镜的音频接收器402采集用户的音频指令,基于所述智能镜的摄像头404采集用户的视频图像指令,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏406采集用户的触摸指令;
对所述音频指令、视频图像指令和/或触摸指令,进行识别以获取所述状态切换指令。

根据获取音乐的用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的无线保真WIFI交互单元从网络服务器下载获取所述音乐;

基于所述智能镜的摄像头404采集用户的视频图像信息,如果所述视频图像信息中包含预指定服装,则获取所述预指定服装的服装标识;
基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元407进行远程数据交互,获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,和/或所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息,并基于所述智能镜的视频播放单元实时向用户反馈所述用户穿上所述服装标识对应的服装的视频图像信息,和/或根据所述匹配信息基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元403向所述用户进行反馈。
本实施例所述的智能镜包括镜面、音频接收器、音频播放单元、摄像头、 视频显示单元、触摸屏和远程交互单元、以及智能镜实现装置,具有镜子功能和交互式的沟通交流功能,能满足智能生活的要求。
本实施例所述的智能镜能进行交互式的沟通交流,能满足智能生活的要求。
以上实施例提供的技术方案中的全部或部分内容可以通过软件编程实现,其软件程序存储在可读取的存储介质中,存储介质例如:计算机中的硬盘、光盘或软盘。本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。本发明实施例还提供一个或多个包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行一种智能镜实现方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:接收用户输入的状态切换指令;如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息,其中,所述采集用户信息包括下述至少一项:基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频信息,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸信息;对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容;根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息;如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像。
注意,上述仅为本发明的较佳实施例及所运用技术原理。本领域技术人员会理解,本发明不限于这里所述的特定实施例,对本领域技术人员来说能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。因此,虽然通过以上实施例对本发明进行了较为详细的说明,但是本发明不仅仅限于以上实施例,在不脱离本发明构思的情况下,还可以包括更多其他等效实施例,而本发明的范围由所附的权利要求范围决定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智能镜实现方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收用户输入的状态切换指令;
    如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息,其中,所述采集用户信息包括下述至少一项:基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频信息,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸信息;
    对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容;
    根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息;
    如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,接收用户输入的状态切换指令包括:
    基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频指令,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像指令,和/或基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸指令;
    对所述音频指令、视频图像指令和/或触摸指令,进行识别以获取所述状态切换指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,采集用户信息,对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容的操作具体包括:
    基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的动作图像;
    根据所述动作图像识别用户手势,并根据所述用户手势确定用户指令内容。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,采集用户信息,对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容的操作具体包括:
    基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的人脸图像;
    根据所述人脸图像识别用户表情,并根据所述用户表情确定用户指令内容。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,并基于所述智能镜的音频播 放单元向用户反馈信息的操作具体包括:
    根据获取音乐的用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的无线保真WIFI交互单元从网络服务器下载获取所述音乐;
    基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元播放所述音乐。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,
    基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息的操作具体包括:基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,如果所述视频图像信息中包含预指定服装,则获取所述预指定服装的服装标识;则
    基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息的操作具体包括:
    基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,获取所述视频图像信息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,和/或所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息;
    基于所述智能镜的视频播放单元实时向用户反馈所述用户穿上所述服装标识对应的服装的视频图像信息,和/或根据所述匹配信息基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元向所述用户进行反馈。
  7. 一种智能镜实现装置,其特征在于,包括:
    状态切换指令接收模块,用于接收用户输入的状态切换指令;
    用户信息采集模块,用于如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息,其中,所述采集用户信息包括下述至少一项:基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频信息,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸信息;
    指令内容获取模块,用于对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容;
    指令执行模块,用于根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息;
    图像反射成像模块,用于如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述状态切换指令接收模块具体用于:
    基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频指令,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像指令,和/或基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸指令;
    对所述音频指令、视频图像指令和/或触摸指令,进行识别以获取所述状态切换指令。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述用户信息采集模块具体用于基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的动作图像;
    所述指令内容获取模块具体用于根据所述动作图像识别用户手势,并根据所述用户手势确定用户指令内容。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述用户信息采集模块具体用于基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的人脸图像;
    所述指令内容获取模块具体用于根据所述人脸图像识别用户表情,并根据所述用户表情确定用户指令内容。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述指令执行模块具体用于:
    根据获取音乐的用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的无线保真WIFI交互单元从网络服务器下载获取所述音乐;
    基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元播放所述音乐。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:
    所述用户信息采集模块具体用于:基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,如果所述视频图像信息中包含预指定服装,则获取所述预指定服装的服装标识;
    所述指令执行模块具体用于:
    基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,获取所述视频图像信 息与所述服装标识所对应服装的合成信息,和/或所述用户与所述服装的匹配信息;
    基于所述智能镜的视频播放单元实时向用户反馈所述用户穿上所述服装标识对应的服装的视频图像信息,和/或根据所述匹配信息基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元向所述用户进行反馈。
  13. 一种智能镜,其特征在于,包括:
    镜面、音频接收器、音频播放单元、摄像头、视频显示单元、触摸屏和远程交互单元;
    权利要求7-12任一所述的智能镜实现装置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的智能镜,其特征在于:
    采用半透半反显示器作为所述镜面和视频显示单元,切换实现镜面功能和显示功能。
  15. 一个或多个包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行一种智能镜实现方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
    接收用户输入的状态切换指令;
    如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到智能操作模式的状态,则采集用户信息,其中,所述采集用户信息包括下述至少一项:基于所述智能镜的音频接收器采集用户的音频信息,基于所述智能镜的摄像头采集用户的视频图像信息,基于所述智能镜的触摸屏采集用户的触摸信息;
    对所述用户信息进行识别,以获取用户指令内容;
    根据所述用户指令内容,基于所述智能镜的远程交互单元进行远程数据交互,和/或基于所述智能镜的音频播放单元和/或视频显示单元向用户反馈信息;
    如果根据所述状态切换指令切换到镜面操作模式的状态,则基于所述智能镜的镜面进行图像反射成像。
