Abstract

The invention is mainly composed of two bag members (1), made of thin, long fabric, 4 stoppers(3), a zip (2), two front bodies (4), two back bodies (back pads)(5) and two underlays(6) and additional parts suitable for the preferred design.

D E S C R I P T I O N
Technical Field
This invention is about the bags made of lights materials such as leather, buff, polyester, nylon, cotton etc. and which are used for placing and carrying Money, document, food, clothing, educational materials, sports cloths etc. within depending on the size.
Prior Art
Bags have at least one compartment for putting various materials within and these compartments are generally closed with a zip. In the known technique, inner surfaces of the bags are used as the compartments only. Therefore the bags are sewn from inside and then made inside-out. Bags that are made by using the new technique are made of a bag member, zip, stopper, front body, back pad and underlay and these parts are sewn to each other and made inside out. Thus sewing traces are kept inside which is used as the compartment. Interlining is also used at some bags. Colour and model are very important for the customers especially for sports bag and back pack. Since the inside area of the bag is designed as compartment, the user can have only one model of bag by purchasing one.
Purpose of the Invention
Starting from this position of the technique, the purpose of the invention is to create a bag which offers two different models or colours although having the appearance of one bag.
. Another purpose of the invention is to create a bag which has two models and colour choice which does not have sewing traces in either sides. The bag which has been developed for achieving the aforesaid purposes is mainly composed of two bag members made of thin, long fabric, four stoppers, a zip, two front bodies; two back bodies (back pads) and two underlays and additional parts suitable for the preferred design. These parts are combines by using a special manufacturing method and as the result; a bag having two model or colour selections and that does not have any sewing traces on either side can be established.

Detailed Description of the invention
The invention is mainly composed of two bag members (1), made of thin, long fabric, 4 stoppers(3), a zip (2), two front bodies (4), two back bodies (back pads)(5) and two underlays(6) and additional parts suitable for the preferred design.
First Step;
The zip (2) is placed between two bag members (1). The zip (2) is sewn from the sides in a way that the entire zip will be in the bag members (1)
Second step;
The bag members (1) are reversed on the axis of the sewn part by fixing the zip (2). The unsewn parts of the zip (1) are remain open.
In third step; The extensions of the bag members (1) are called stoppers (3). There are four stoppers (3) .Stoppers (3) are sewn to the front end and back end of the part composed of two previously prepared bag members (1) and the zip (2). The stoppers (3) are placed in a way that, one side of the stopper is at the end of the bag member (1) while the opposite side of the stopper lies along the other end of bag member (1). After that, the stoppers (3) are laid open 180 degrees on the axis of the sewing points. As the result the bag member (1) length is increased. The lower parts of the front bodies (4) are aligned with the lower part of the stopper (3). Front bodies (4) are placed under and on the part composed of the bag member (1), zip(2) and stopper (3) in a way that they are at the same level and looking each other. The top of the front pocket (4) is oval and the lower part has a flat design. All these parts ( bag member (1), zip (2), stopper (3) group and 2 front bodies (4)) are aligned in a way that their left sides are overlaps and they are started to be sewed. Bag member (1) and the stopper (3) group, excluding the lower part of the front pocket (4), are sewn along the frame of the front body (4) and following the front body (4) side. So a bag without underlay and back pad is assembled.
After this stage, production can be finalized with two different methods which are alternative to each other.
Fourth step;
Underlay (6) is sewn to the bag (7) Fifth step;
The back body (5) is sewn in a way that the front side looks inside.
Sixth step;
The bag (7) is reversed.
Seventh step; The second front body (4) is sewn from outmost and the second underlay (6) is added.
Eighth step;
The bag (7) is reversed again. Ninth step;
The bag is formed by sewing the unsewn side of the front body (4) and the side of the underlay (6).
Alternative method
Alternative forth step;
Two underlays (6) are sewn to the bag (7) in a way that the interior of the underlays look each other.
Alternative fifth step;
Back body (back pad) (5) is sewn in a way that the front of it looks inside.
Alternative sixth step;
The bag (7) is reversed
Alternative seventh step;
The back pad (5) is sewn all along from the side of the underlay (6)
Alternative eighth step
The bag (7) is reversed again.
Alternative ninth step;
The unsewn part of the underlay (6) is sewn to the lower part of the back pad (5) and the sewing process is completed. By using this system, production of school bags backpacks, sports bags and document bags in different dimensions can be made. The bag (7) has two separate front bodies (4) and there is no trace of sewing on these two bodies which has different colours or are in different models, unlike the known techniques. No sewing trace is seen on any part of the bag (7) other than the final sewing area (8) mentioned in the alternative method. When the bag (7) is reversed, another bag in different colour or model is obtained. The method indicated above contains the basic steps and additional steps and parts can be applied for adding different models or additional pockets or compartments to the bag (7). In an alternative application of the invention, no stopper (3) is used.

1. A bag made of light materials such as leather, buff, polyester, nylon, cotton etc. and which are used for carrying money, document, food, clothing, educational materials, sports cloths etc. within depending on the size characterised in that; it contains two bag members (1), two front bodies (4), two back bodies (back pads)(5) and two underlays(6).
2. A method of production for the bag mentioned in claim 1 characterised in that;
As the first step; placing the zip (2) between two bag members (1) and sewing the zip (2) in a way that the entire zip will be in the bag members

As the second step;, reversing the bag members (1) on the axis of the sewn part by fixing the zip (2),
As the third step; sewing the stoppers (3) to the front end and back end of the part composed of two previously prepared bag members (1) and the zip
(2) ; placing the stoppers (3) in a way that, one side of the stopper is at the end of the bag member (1) while the opposite side of the stopper lies along the other end of bag member (1) ; after that, laying the stoppers (3) opened 180 degrees on the axis of the sewing points; aligning the lower parts of the front bodies (4) with the lower part of the stopper (3); placing the front bodies (4) under and on the part composed of the bag member(l), zip(2) and stopper (3) in a way that they are at the same level and looking each other; Aligning all these parts ( bag member (1), zip (2), stopper (3) group and 2 front bodies (4)) in a way that their left sides are overlaps and they are started to be sewed. Sewing the bag member (1) and the stopper (3) group, excluding the lower part of the front pocket (4), along the frame of the front body (4) and following the front body (4) side;,
As the forth step; sewing the underlay (6) to the bag (7), As the fifth step ; Sewing the back body (5) in a way that the front side looks inside,
As the sixth step; reversing the bag (7),
As the seventh step; Sewing the second front body (4) from outmost and adding the second underlay (6),
As the seventh step; reversing the bag (7),
As the ninth step; sewing the unsewn side of the front body (4) and the side of the underlay (6).
3. A bag production method mentioned in Claim 2 characterised in that;
As an alternative to the forth step ; sewing two underlays (6) to the bag
(7) in a way that the interior of the underlays look each other,
As an alternative to the fifth step; sewing the back body (back pad) (5) in a way that the front of it looks inside,
As an alternative to the sixth step ; reversing the bag (7),
As an alternative to the seventh step; sewing the back pad (5) all along from the side of the underlay (6),
As an alternative to the eighth step; reversing the bag (7) again,
As an alternative to the ninth step; sewing the unsewn part of the underlay (6) to the lower part of the back pad (5).
4. A bag production method mentioned in Claim 2 and Claim 3 characterised in that; no stopper (3) is used in an alternative application.
5. A bag production method mentioned in Claim 2 and Claim 3 characterised in that; additional steps and parts can be applied for adding different models and/or additional pockets and/or compartments to the bag.
