In an embodiment of the present invention, the peeling process of peeling the polarizing film from the panel may be performed by the movement of the stage 1100. In addition, both ends of the polarizing film that is peeled through the movement of the stage 1100 may be in close contact with the peeling bar 1314.
  • the stage 1100 may be rotated as shown in FIG. 17B.
  • Rotation of the stage 1100 is possible in two forms.
  • the control unit 1500 may control the stage transfer unit 1200 to actively rotate the stage 1100. That is, the stage 1100 is mounted to the stage transfer unit 1200 through a drive shaft, and the stage 1100 is rotated by the rotation of the drive shaft.
  • the rotation of the stage 1100 may be actively controlled during peeling, and thus, both end tensions in the width direction of the polarizing film may be adjusted by control. Therefore, at the point where peeling occurs, both ends of the width direction of the polarizing film may be in close contact with the peeling bar.
  • the stage 1100 is mounted to the stage transfer unit 1200 to be freely rotatable. Accordingly, when an external force is applied to the stage 1100, the stage 1100 is free to rotate. In this case, an external force (tension) applied to the polarizing film at the time of peeling is transmitted to the stage 1100, and the tension applied to the polarizing film becomes uniform throughout the polarizing film while the stage 1100 rotates freely. Therefore, breaking of the polarizing film at the time of peeling can be prevented.

  • the stage 1100 heats the panel 10 through a plurality of plate heaters, heat can be uniformly transmitted to the entire panel 10, and thus, no breakage occurs when the polarizing film 20 is peeled off.
  • the polarizing film 20 to be peeled off the front end of the peeling bar 1314 is in contact.
  • the polarizing film 20 to be peeled off is fixed to the clamper 1462 while being in contact with the tip of the peeling bar 1314 and the rotating bar 1316. Therefore, the polarizing film 20 to be peeled off can be prevented from being sharply bent, thereby preventing the polarizing film from breaking during peeling.
  • peeling of the polarizing film 20 proceeds (S130). Peeling of the polarizing film 20 advances, moving at least one of the stage 1100 and the clamper 1462. In order to peel the polarizing film 20, the panel 10 may be uniformly heated through a plurality of plate heaters, so that the breakage of the polarizing film 20 does not occur during peeling. In addition, the cylinder of the clamper 1462 may adjust the peeling force applied to the polarizing film 20 when peeling by adjusting the pressure applied to the cylinder.
  • the controller may detect the tension and the rotation angle applied to the polarizing film through a tension sensor, a rotation sensor, and a rotation sensor connected to the joint member of the peeling unit. Based on this value, the controller may rotate at least one of the stage 1100, the peeling bar 1314, and the clamper 1462 so that the tension is uniform.
  • the stage 1100 may be mounted to be freely rotated by an external force, and the stage 1100 may be rotated by a tension applied to the polarizing film 20 to be peeled off.
  • the stage 1100 may rotate in a direction in which the tension applied in the width direction of the polarizing film 20 becomes uniform without control by the controller. That is, when the tension applied to the width direction of the polarizing film 20 is biased toward either side, the stage 1100 may be freely rotated in a direction to uniform the biased tension.
  • a peeling accelerator may be injected at a position where peeling occurs while peeling is in progress.
  • the peeling accelerator may be water, and when the peeling accelerator is sprayed, the adhesive is removed while the adhesive is cleanly removed.
  • the peeling accelerator may be sprayed in the form of a spray.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une barre de libération, un appareil, et un procédé de libération pour libérer un film de polarisation d'un panneau. La présente invention peut réduire à un minimum le frottement entre la barre de libération et le film de polarisation en mettant en contact le film de polarisation à libérer avec une partie d'extrémité d'une partie d'extrémité avant de la barre de libération. Le rayon d'une surface incurvée de la partie d'extrémité de la partie d'extrémité avant et une surface supérieure de la partie d'extrémité avant de la barre de libération sont conçus de telle sorte qu'une composante d'axe z d'une force de cisaillement appliquée sur le film de polarisation est réduite à un minimum. En outre, la présente invention amène deux extrémités du film de polarisation en contact étroit avec la barre de libération, de manière à permettre d'appliquer une tension uniforme sur le film de polarisation lors de la libération. Selon la présente invention, en empêchant le déchirement du film de polarisation à libérer, le film de polarisation peut être libéré de manière stable du panneau sans se déchirer.
