Abstract
본 발명은 광물계 소마티드 캘비 융합 마스터 배치 칩 제조 방법 및 다기능 섬유 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 광물 중에 존재하는 광물계 소마티드가 포함된 광물계 소마티드 켈비 분말(Quantum Energy Living Body: QELBY)을 고분자 수지와 일정 비율로 혼합하여 켈비 융복한 마스터 배치 칩(QELBY Master Batch Chip)을 제조하고, 이 켈비 융복합 마스터 배치 칩을 이용하여 켈비 융복합 장섬유를 제조함으로써, 다기능 천연 섬유를 보다 쉽고 편리하며, 저렴한 비용으로 용이하게 대량 생산이 가능한 효과가 있다.
