上述结构中,单列排列的储芯管便于直接倾倒入单向进芯通道中。
作为本发明的进一步设置,所述储芯管设有出芯头的一端套有外盖,所述储芯管的另一端插设有可拆卸的顶塞。
上述结构中,储芯管中的子弹头铅芯的数量与铅笔容置通道的可容纳的子弹头铅芯数量相互配合设置,一次加芯就能使得容置通道被充满,更方便;储芯管的端部设置了可拆卸的顶塞,当有掉落的子弹头铅芯时可以从该端部重新装进去,减少浪费。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明的具体实施例如图1-4所示是活动铅笔,活动铅笔包括铅芯补充装置,以及设有单向进芯通道21的按压件2,铅芯补充装置包括用于储存子弹头铅芯的储芯管3,储芯管3包括管体33,管体33中设有子弹头铅芯,管体33端部设有将子弹头铅芯保留在储芯管3中的出芯头组件,出芯头组件与活动铅笔的单向进芯通道21插接配合构成将单向进芯通道中的缩口组件径向撑开且储芯管3的出口被打开的双向打开的进芯结构。本发明使用的子弹头铅芯是将普通铅笔的铅芯加工成子弹头形状的短截铅芯。当容置通道4中的子弹头铅芯用完时,可以将用于补充的储芯管3与铅笔上的单向进芯通道21对准,将出芯头组件插入单向进芯通道21撑开缩口组件的同时将储芯管3出口打开形成双向打开的进芯结构,然后将储芯管3中的子弹头铅芯倒入铅笔的容置通道4,即完成补充子弹头铅芯的操作。该补充铅芯操作简便,更换时不需要接触子弹头铅芯,更安全卫生。
上述出芯头组件包括可插入活动铅笔的单向进芯通道21且将单向进芯通道21的缩口处撑开的外撑夹爪、以及用于夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持件,夹持件与活动铅笔的容置通道4内壁楔形配合驱动夹持件松开形成储芯管3出口被打开的进芯结构。
出芯头组件的第一种结构如图1-6所示,上述出芯头组件包括出芯头31,出芯头31包括接合端311和出芯端312,出芯头31开有与储芯管3相通且与子弹头铅芯直径适配的出芯通道313,出芯端312设有外撑夹爪3121a,出芯通道313由接合端311延伸至外撑夹爪3121a,外撑夹爪3121a上设有夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持片3122,弹性夹爪3122端部设有朝外的楔形外撑块3123,楔形外撑块3123与夹持片3122之间通过台阶面3124过渡连接,单向进芯通道21的内径与子弹头铅芯配合设置且单向进芯通道21朝向容置通道4的一端设有径向的环形片211,环形片211所围成的内孔构成缩口内孔,缩口内孔的两侧还设有供外撑夹爪3121a插入的切槽212,活动铅笔的笔杆朝向按压件2的一端设有按压件座,按压件2套设在按压件座上,按压件座上具有与楔形外撑块3123的内壁配合的曲面外缘221。储芯管3中的子弹头铅芯位于储芯管3管体33的内孔中,其靠近出芯端312的子弹头铅芯被外撑夹爪3121a夹持住,当出芯头31插入到按压件2的单向进芯通道21中时,外撑夹爪3121a以及夹持片3122首先将单向进芯通道21中设有环形片211处的缩口内孔的口径扩开可供子弹头铅芯进入,外撑夹爪3121a端部的楔形外撑块3123通过切槽212进入容置通道4中并挤压在按压件座的曲面外缘221上使得楔形外撑块3123向外撑开进而带动外撑夹爪3121a张开使得子弹头铅芯顺利进入单向进芯通道21,完成补充子弹头铅芯的操作。
上述出芯头组件的另一种结构如图7-13所示,出芯头31包括接合端311和出芯端312,出芯头31开有与储芯管3相通且与子弹头铅芯直径适配的出芯通道313,出芯通道313的出口端构成上述出口,出芯端312设有夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持夹爪3121,以及外撑夹爪3123b,夹持夹爪3121设有夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持片3122,夹持夹爪3121和外撑夹爪3123b呈瓣状结构间隔分布,单向进芯通道21的内径与子弹头铅芯尾端直径适配且单向进芯通道21朝向容置通道4的一端设有径向的环形片211,环形片211所围成的内孔构成缩口内孔,按压件2上还开设有与外撑夹爪3123b配合的外撑通槽212,活动铅笔笔杆朝向按压件2的一端设有供按压件2安装的按压件座,按压件座上具有与外撑夹爪3123b的内壁配合的曲面外缘221。储芯管3中的子弹头铅芯位于储芯管3管体33的内孔中,其靠近出芯端312的子弹头铅芯被夹持夹爪3121夹持住,当出芯头31插入到按压件2的单向进芯通道21中时,夹持夹爪3121以及夹持片3122首先将单向进芯通道21中设有环形片211处的口径扩开可供子弹头铅芯进入,外撑夹爪3123b则穿过外撑通槽212挤压在按压件座端部的曲面外缘221上使得外撑夹爪3123b向外撑开进而带动夹持夹爪3121张开使得子弹头铅芯顺利进入单向进芯通道21,完成补充子弹头铅芯的操作。
上述储芯管3管体33的内孔与子弹头铅芯间隙配合,储芯管3中的子弹头铅芯沿着储芯管3轴向单列排列。单列排列的子弹头铅芯便于直接倾倒入单向进芯通道21中。
上述储芯管3设有出芯头31的一端套有外盖,储芯管3的另一端插设有可拆卸的顶塞32。储芯管3中的子弹头铅芯的数量与容置通道4的可容纳的子弹头铅芯数量相互配合设置,一次加芯就能使得容置通道4被充满,更方便;储芯管3的端部设置了可拆卸的顶塞32,当有掉落的子弹头铅芯时可以从该端部重新装进去,减少浪费。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:包括用于储存子弹头铅芯的储芯管,储芯管端部设有将子弹头铅芯保留在储芯管中的出芯头组件,出芯头组件与活动铅笔的单向进芯通道插接配合构成将缩口组件径向撑开且储芯管的出口被打开的双向打开的进芯结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述出芯头组件包括可插入活动铅笔的单向进芯通道且将单向进芯通道的缩口处撑开的外撑夹爪、以及用于夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持件,夹持件与活动铅笔的容置通道内壁楔形配合驱动夹持件松开形成储芯管出口被打开的进芯结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述外撑夹爪内壁设有夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持片,所述外撑夹爪的自由端内壁还延伸有与活动铅笔的容置通道内壁配合驱动外撑夹爪打开的楔形外撑块,外撑夹爪、夹持片以及楔形外撑块一体连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述夹持件包括具有夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持夹爪,所述夹持夹爪和外撑夹爪呈瓣状结构间隔分布,夹持夹爪上设有夹持子弹头铅芯的夹持片。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述储芯管中设有子弹头铅芯,储芯管内径与子弹头铅芯直径适配,所述出芯头设置在储芯管中子弹头铅芯的尖端朝向的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述储芯管内孔与子弹头铅芯间隙配合,储芯管中的子弹头铅芯沿着储芯管轴向单列排列。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述储芯管内孔与子弹头铅芯间隙配合,储芯管中的子弹头铅芯沿着储芯管轴向单列排列。
  8. 根据权利要求2-4任意一项所述的活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述储芯管设有出芯头的一端套有外盖,所述储芯管的另一端插设有可拆卸的顶塞。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述储芯管设有出芯头的一端套有外盖,所述储芯管的另一端插设有可拆卸的顶塞。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的活动铅笔的铅芯补充装置,其特征在于:所述储芯管设有出芯头的一端套有外盖,所述储芯管的另一端插设有可拆卸的顶塞。
