背景技术
在病人的护理过程中,由于需要长期卧床,在重力作用下,病人背部和臀部等突出部位长期受压,血液循环不畅,极易发生肌体组织缺血坏死 而导致褥疮。传统的解决办法是需要护士经常为病人翻身,但费时费力,效果不佳。于是,这就为自动翻身床的应用提供了广阔的市场。
中国专利公开了一种医疗电动床,其授权公告号202933139U申请号 201220666395.5 ,使用时,护理人员或病人按动控制器的前、后上、下、停按钮,任意调整前、后上、下高度,床板转动角度大,静音设计,上升、下降平稳,操作方便,给医务人员治疗护理或病人生活自理提供方便,减轻护理人员的繁重劳动。但依然存在诸多缺陷,结构复杂,功能单一,无法实现大角度的翻身,对病人的护理效果不好,也无法实现遥控自动控制。
目前国内医疗护理床技术主要有两大类。一类为半卧起坐立床(支背曲腿型),可方便病人进食服药。一类为侧翻翻身床,主要辅助患者翻身,预防褥疮的 发生。现有的国内外产品除了价格高昂外,在结构功能上也存在不足。国内外大部分产品的侧翻角度 最多只能达到左右自由翻转约30度,因此作用于人体的压力点的变化范围十分有限,这在很大程度上限制了预防褥疮的效果,同时左右30度的侧翻角度远未达到人体生理翻身的最舒适状态75度,病人后背依然大面积的接触在床褥上,无法有效解决褥疮的产生。
因此,一种能够实现坐起和侧翻,且侧翻角度足够的真正意义上的多功能自动遥控翻身床便成为了市场急需的产品。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是为了彻底解决上述现有医疗护理床的不足而提供 一种遥控电动翻身护理床。
为实现上述目的,设计一种遥控电动翻身护理床,包括床架和床板,所述床板分为围板和中板,所述中板的两侧与围板之间设置柔性褡裢相连;所述的中板两侧分别设置一组升降杆连接升降螺母;控制升降螺母的丝杆连接电机轴,控制器设置与外部遥控相适配的信号接收单元控制电机的启停,所述围板分为倒凹形头背板和正凹形平固板,所述头背板通过铰链连接于平固板,所述中板分为背臀托板和腿部屈伸板,所述背臀托板通过铰链与腿部屈伸板连接,所述头背板设置一组升降杆,所述腿部屈伸板设置一组横向升降杆,所述床架设置万向脚轮,所述围板设置支持架,所述围板与床架一体成型。
本实用新型能够实现坐起和侧翻,且侧翻角度能达到75度以上,并可在 任意角度停留。所述中板的两侧与围板之间设置柔性褡裢相连,正常状态褡裢挂在床板下,当中板向下侧翻,使用者可以向床下侧翻,侧身落在褡裢上,柔性褡裢在保护使用者的同时还提高舒适度,当中板回位时柔性褡裢恢复悬挂状,不会给中板的侧翻和回位运动造成阻碍。所述中板两侧分别设置一组升降杆,使用者可以向两侧分别侧翻,翻身幅度大。所述头背板通过铰链连接于平固板,头背板可以通过升降杆折起,托起使用者头肩,方便喂药;所述述腿部屈伸板设置一组横向升降杆,可以将屈伸板抬起一定角度,可以将腿部位置提高并调节高度。床架设置万向脚轮,方便移动,可以推着病床转移到其他房间或走廊。升降全部采用电机控制,节省了人力。控制器设置与外部遥控相适配的信号接收单元控制电机的启停,操作按钮转移到移动的外部遥控器上,智能化程度大大提高。

需要恢复平躺状态时,再次按下启动键1301,电机6的反向旋转开启,升降杆12升起,中板3恢复水平状。此时按下遥控器的停止键1302,电机停转,保持该状态。
也可以在按动一次启动键1301后,电机6在预先设计中,即完成一定的行程,自动停止,这个行程即完成中板3侧翻的预定角度。
本实用新型的侧翻装置,在实现分别向左右侧翻的同时,可有效改善患者身体的受力情况,防止褥疮发生,并且该翻身床整体结构紧凑简洁,可实现翻身机构0°-75°范围内任意角度的停留。
