本发明实施例涉及无线通信技术领域, 尤其涉及一种终端设备能力上报 方法和装置。 背景技术
设备到设备 (Device to Device, D2D ) 通信是一种终端设备之间直接进 行通信的技术。 D2D通信与蜂窝通信技术的区别在于, D2D通信中终端设备 发送的数据不需要进行基站的传输, 而是直接通过终端和终端之间的空口进 行传输。
进行 D2D通信的终端设备可以称为 D2D设备, D2D设备既可以在蜂窝 通信网中进行通信, 也可以进行 D2D通信, D2D设备进行 D2D通信所使用 的资源是通过蜂窝网中的基站进行管理的。 D2D通信包括多种特性, 随着无 线通信技术的演进, 终端设备所能支持的 D2D特性也是逐渐演进的, 也就是 说, 不同的 D2D设备能够支持的 D2D特性可能是不同的, 而基站能够支持 的 D2D特性和 D2D设备也可能不同。 由于基站需要根据 D2D设备所能支持 的 D2D特性为该设备调度相应的资源进行 D2D通信, 因此基站可能为 D2D 设备不支持的 D2D特性调度多余的资源, 或者无法为 D2D特性支持的资源 调度相应的资源。
综上所述, 在 D2D通信中, 如何使基站为 D2D设备正确地调度资源, 为本领域亟待解决的问题。 发明内容

也就是说,终端设备的 D2D能力信息包括两方面的信息,一方面是 D2D 射频能力, 另一方面是 D2D所支持的特性能力。 由于 D2D通信是工作在蜂 窝网频谱的上行频段,而终端设备所在的蜂窝网小区可能支持多个上行频段, 而终端设备可能仅在部分上行频段上支持 D2D通信, 因此 D2D射频能力包 括终端设备支持 D2D通信的射频频段信息; 另外, 终端设备可能支持同时进 行 D2D通信和蜂窝通信, 其中终端设备在某些频段同时支持 D2D通信和蜂 窝通信, 因此 D2D射频能力包括终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和蜂窝通信的 射频频段信息; 另外, 终端设备还可能支持载波聚合 (Carrier Aggregation, CA) , 当终端设备支持 CA时, 终端设备可以使用多个下行载波同时接收数 据, 此时终端设备可能在某一上行载波上支持 D2D通信, 因此 D2D射频能 力包括终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和载波聚合的能力信息。 而 D2D所支持 的能力信息例如包括: D2D发现能力、 D2D广播通信能力、 D2D点对点传输 能力、 D2D组播通信能力、 D2D中继通信能力等。
终端设备的 D2D能力信息是根据终端设备的硬件及软件配置决定的,也 就是说, D2D能力信息是终端设备的固有属性, 除非终端设备进行了硬件或 软件的升级, 终端设备的 D2D能力信息才会发生改变。 因此, 处理模块 11 可以从终端设备的预设信息中获取 D2D能力信息, 或者处理模块 11可以根 据终端设备的硬件或软件的配置获取 D2D能力信息。
发送模块 12, 用于向基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息。
具体地, 当处理模块 11获取终端设备的 D2D能力信息后, 发送模块 12 向基站发送该终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 以使基站获取终端设备的 D2D能 力信息, 则基站可以根据终端设备的 D2D 能力信息获知终端设备所支持的 D2D能力, 并且进而为终端设备分配相应的资源完成 D2D通信。
发送模块 12可以周期性地向基站发送终端设备的 D2D能力信息; 或者 发送模块 12 可以根据在终端设备能力上报装置接收到基站发送的终端能力 査询消息后, 再向基站发送终端设备的 D2D能力信息。
发送模块 12向基站发送的 D2D能力信息可以是具体的能力信息, 例如 支持 D2D发现能力, 支持 D2D广播通信能力等; 或者发送模块 12可以向基 站发送终端设备的系统版本号, 由于不同的系统版本所支持的 D2D能力是固 定的, 因此当基站获知终端设备的系统版本后, 即可获知终端设备的 D2D能 力信息。
本实施例, 通过获取终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 并向基站上报终端设备 的 D2D能力信息, 使基站能够获知终端设备支持的 D2D能力, 并正确地为 终端设备的 D2D通信分配资源。
图 2为本发明实施例提供的终端设备能力上报装置实施例二的结构示意 图, 如图 2所示, 本实施例的终端设备能力上报装置在图 1的基础上, 还包 括:
接收模块 13, 用于在发送模块 12向所述基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D 能力信息之前, 接收所述基站发送的终端能力査询消息。
具体地, 由于 D2D通信一般情况下是一种应急通信手段, 因此基站无需 实时地获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 而是只需在终端设备需要进行 D2D 通信时, 再获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息。 因此本实施例提供的终端设备能 力上报装置还包括接收模块 13, 用于接收基站发送的终端能力査询信息。
若基站支持终端设备进行 D2D通信, 则基站在得知终端设备需要进行 D2D通信时, 首先向终端设备发送终端能力査询消息。 终端设备中设置的终 端设备能力上报装置中的接收模块 13接收到终端能力査询消息,然后发送模 块 12再向基站发送终端设备的 D2D能力信息。 该终端能力査询消息用于査 询终端设备的能力信息, 其中终端设备的能力信息包括 D2D能力信息。 也就 是说, 当基站需要获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息时, 接收模块 13会接收到 终端能力査询消息, 然后发送模块 12才会向基站发送终端设备的 D2D能力 信息。这样的 D2D能力信息上报方法与周期性上报相比,可以节约上报 D2D 能力信息所需的资源。
进一歩地, 图 2所示实施例中, 终端能力査询消息中包括 D2D能力上报 请求信息, 所述 D2D 能力上报请求信息用于指示所述终端设备上报对应的 D2D能力信息; 发送模块 12, 具体用于根据所述 D2D能力上报请求信息向 所述基站发送所述 D2D能力上报请求信息对应的 D2D能力信息。
具体地, 由于 D2D能力信息包括多种信息, 若每次接收模块 13接收到 査询请求消息时, 都向基站发送终端设备的所有 D2D能力信息, 则会占用较 多的传输资源。 因此基站在请求终端设备上报 D2D能力信息时, 还可以指定 终端设备上报基站想要获知的 D2D能力信息。 接收模块 13接收的终端能力 査询消息中包括 D2D能力上报请求信息, D2D能力上报请求信息用于指示终 端设备上报对应的 D2D能力信息。然后发送模块 12根据 D2D能力上报请求 信息向基站发送与 D2D能力上报请求信息所对应的 D2D能力信息。
另外, 发送模块 12还可以在向基站发送注册请求消息时, 在注册请求消 息中携带 D2D能力信息;或者发送模块 12可以在接收模块 13接收到基站发 送的注册确认消息后, 向基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息。 也就是在 终端设备注册的过程中向基站上报 D2D能力信息,这样当终端设备在基站中 进了了注册, 基站即可获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 从而可以正确地为终 端设备的 D2D通信分配资源。
图 3为本发明实施例提供的终端设备能力上报装置实施例三的结构示意 图, 如图 3所示, 本实施例的终端设备能力上报装置包括:
接收模块 31, 用于接收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息。 具体地,本实施例提供的终端设备能力上报装置设置于网络中的基站中, 并且该基站支持终端设备进行 D2D通信。
为了为终端设备的 D2D通信正确地分配资源,本实施例的终端设备能力 上报装置需要获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息,从而才能根据终端设备的 D2D 能力信息为终端设备分配相应的资源。因此接收模块 31用于接收终端设备发 送的 D2D能力信息。
终端设备的 D2D能力信息例如包括: 终端设备的 D2D射频能力信息、 终端设备的 D2D特性支持信息中的至少一个。 其中终端设备的 D2D射频能 力信息, 包括如下信息中的至少一个: 终端设备支持 D2D通信的射频频段信 息、 终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和蜂窝通信的射频频段信息、 终端设备同时 支持 D2D通信和载波聚合的能力信息。 终端设备的 D2D特性支持信息包括 终端设备所支持的 D2D特性。
也就是说,终端设备的 D2D能力信息包括两方面的信息,一方面是 D2D 射频能力, 另一方面是 D2D所支持的特性能力。 由于 D2D通信是工作在蜂 窝网频谱的上行频段,而终端设备所在的蜂窝网小区可能支持多个上行频段, 而终端设备可能仅在部分上行频段上支持 D2D通信, 因此 D2D射频能力包 括终端设备支持 D2D通信的射频频段信息; 另外, 终端设备可能支持同时进 行 D2D通信和蜂窝通信, 其中终端设备在某些频段同时支持 D2D通信和蜂 窝通信, 因此 D2D射频能力包括终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和蜂窝通信的 射频频段信息; 另外, 终端设备还可能支持 CA, 当终端设备支持 CA时, 终 端设备可以使用多个下行载波同时接收数据, 此时终端设备可能在某一上行 载波上支持 D2D通信, 因此 D2D射频能力包括终端设备同时支持 D2D通信 和载波聚合的能力信息。而 D2D所支持的能力信息例如包括: D2D发现能力、 D2D广播通信能力、 D2D点对点传输能力、 D2D组播通信能力、 D2D中继 通信能力等。
终端设备的 D2D能力信息是根据终端设备的硬件及软件配置决定的,也 就是说, D2D能力信息是终端设备的固有属性, 除非终端设备进行了硬件或 软件的升级, 终端设备的 D2D能力信息才会发生改变。 因此, 终端设备可以 从预设信息中获取 D2D能力信息,或者终端设备可以根据硬件或软件的配置 获取 D2D能力信息。然后接收模块 31即可接收到终端设备发送的 D2D能力 信息。
处理模块 32,用于根据所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息确定所述终端设备 的 D2D能力。
具体地, 当接收模块 31接收到终端设备的 D2D能力信息后, 处理模块 31根据终端设备的 D2D能力信息获知终端设备所支持的 D2D能力, 并且进 而为终端设备分配相应的资源完成 D2D通信。
终端设备在进行 D2D通信时, 不同的 D2D特性所需的资源有所差别, 例如终端设备只能在某些频段进行 D2D通信, 接收模块 31接收到的 D2D能 力信息中可以包括能够进行 D2D通信的频段信息, 从而处理模块 32才能够 获知终端设备能够进行 D2D通信的频段,从而才能为终端设备分配相应频段 的资源。
接收模块 31接收的 D2D能力信息可以是具体的能力信息,例如支持 D2D 发现能力, 支持 D2D广播通信能力等; 或者接收模块 31可以接收终端设备 发送的系统版本号, 由于不同的系统版本所支持的 D2D能力是固定的, 因此 当处理模块 32获知终端设备的系统版本后, 即可确定终端设备的 D2D能力 信息。
本实施例, 通过接收终端设备发送的 D2D能力信息, 并确定终端设备支 持的 D2D能力, 从而正确地为终端设备的 D2D通信分配资源。
接收模块 31可以周期性地接收终端设备发送的终端设备的 D2D能力信 息;或者接收模块 31可以根据在终端设备能力上报装置向终端设备发送终端 能力査询消息后, 再接收向终端设备发送的终端设备的 D2D能力信息。
图 4为本发明实施例提供的终端设备能力上报装置实施例四的结构示意 图, 如图 4所示, 本实施例的终端设备能力上报装置在图 3的基础上, 还包 括:
发送模块 33, 用于在接收模块 31接收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息之前, 向所述终端设备发送终端能力査询消息。 具体地, 由于 D2D通信一般情况下是一种应急通信手段, 因此基站无需 实时地获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 而是只需在终端设备需要进行 D2D 通信时, 再获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息。 因此本实施例提供的终端设备能 力上报装置还包括发送模块 33, 当基站需要获知终端设备的 D2D能力时,发 送模块 33再向终端设备发送终端能力査询信息。
若基站支持终端设备进行 D2D通信, 则基站在得知终端设备需要进行 D2D通信时,首先向基站发送终端能力査询消息。发送模块 33向终端设备发 送终端能力査询消息之后, 接收模块 31 再接收基站发送的终端设备的 D2D 能力信息。 该终端能力査询消息用于査询终端设备的能力信息, 其中终端设 备的能力信息包括 D2D 能力信息。 也就是说, 当基站需要获知终端设备的 D2D能力信息时,发送模块 33才会向终端设备发送终端能力査询消息,然后 接收模块 31才会接收到终端设备发送的终端设备的 D2D能力信息。 这样的 D2D能力信息上报方法与周期性上报相比,可以节约上报 D2D能力信息所需 的资源。
进一歩地, 图 4所示实施例中, 终端能力査询消息中包括 D2D能力上报 请求信息, 所述 D2D 能力上报请求信息用于指示所述终端设备上报对应的 D2D能力信息; 接收模块 31, 具体用于接收所述终端设备根据所述 D2D能 力上报请求信息发送的所述 D2D能力上报请求信息对应的 D2D能力信息。

另外,接收模块 31还可以在终端设备向发送注册请求消息时,接收 D2D 能力信息, 其中注册请求消息中携带 D2D能力信息; 或者接收模块 31可以 在发送模块 33向终端设备发送注册确认消息后,接收终端设备发送的所述终 端设备的 D2D能力信息。 也就是在终端设备注册的过程中向基站上报 D2D 能力信息, 这样当终端设备在基站中进了了注册, 基站即可获知终端设备的

终端设备的 RRC层在 RRC_COnneCted的状态时,报告给基站的信息指明 当前的 "发现接收状态信息" 。 所述发现接收状态信息包括, 开始接收和结 束接收 2种状态。
图 5为本发明实施例提供的终端设备能力上报方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 5所示, 本实施例方法包括:

其中, ULreception表示能够在上行频段接收, DL&ULreception表示能 够同时在上行频段和下行频段接收。 CellularD2DcombinationParameters为蜂 窝通信与 D2D通信混合参数。当基站得知终端设备在某一频段能够同时在上 行频段和下行频段接收, 并且获取了 CellularD2DcombinationParameters后, 即可确定终端设备在该频段既能进行蜂窝通信也能进行 D2D通信。
当终端设备在具有 CA能力, 同时也支持 D2D通信时, 则当终端设备向 基站上报 CA能力时, 同时也上报了 CellularD2DcombinationParameters, 贝 lj 基站可以确定终端设备同时支持 CA和 D2D通信。 如果终端设备在向基站上 报 CA能力时, 同时不上报 CellularD2DcombinationParameters, 而是只上报 SupportedBandEUTRA-rl2或 ULBandlnfoEUTRA, 则基站确定终端设备支持 CA或者 D2D通信, 而不是两者同时支持。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的处理模块 11可以与终端设备的处理器 对应, 这里处理器可以是一个中央处理器 (Central Processing Unit, CPU) , 或者是特定集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC) , 或者 完成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。发送模块 12可以与终端设备 的发送器对应, 也可以对应终端设备的收发器。接收模块 13可以与终端设备 的接收器对应, 也可以对应终端设备的收发器。 终端设备还可以包括存储器, 存储器用于存储指令代码, 处理器调用存储器的指令代码, 控制本发明实施 例中的发送模块 12和接收模块 13执行上述操作。
本发明实施例中的接收模块 31可以与基站的接收器对应,也可以对应基 站的收发器。 处理模块 32可以与基站的处理器对应, 这里处理器可以是一个 CPU, 或者是 ASIC, 或者完成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。 发 送模块 33可以与基站的发送器对应, 也可以对应基站的收发器。基站还可以 包括存储器, 存储器用于存储指令代码, 处理器调用存储器的指令代码, 控 制本发明实施例中的接收模块 31和发送模块 33执行上述操作。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分歩 骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中。 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述各方法实施例的歩骤; 而 前述的存储介质包括: ROM、 RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码 的介质。

8、 一种终端设备能力上报装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块,用于接收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的设备到设备 D2D能 力信息; 处理模块,用于根据所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息确定所述终端设备的 D2D能力。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的终端设备能力上报装置, 其特征在于, 所述终 端设备的 D2D能力信息, 包括: 所述终端设备的 D2D射频能力信息、 所述 终端设备的 D2D特性支持信息中的至少一个。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的终端设备能力上报装置, 其特征在于, 所述 终端设备的 D2D射频能力信息, 包括如下信息中的至少一个:
所述终端设备支持 D2D 通信的射频频段信息、 所述终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和蜂窝通信的射频频段信息、所述终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和载 波聚合的能力信息。
11、 根据权利要求 8〜10任一项所述的终端设备能力上报装置, 其特征 在于, 还包括: 发送模块, 用于在所述接收模块接收终端设备发送的所述终 端设备的 D2D能力信息之前, 向所述终端设备发送终端能力査询消息。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的终端设备能力上报装置, 其特征在于, 所述 终端能力査询消息中包括 D2D能力上报请求信息, 所述 D2D能力上报请求 信息用于指示所述终端设备上报对应的 D2D能力信息;
所述接收模块,具体用于接收所述终端设备根据所述 D2D能力上报请求 信息发送的所述 D2D能力上报请求信息对应的 D2D能力信息。
13、 根据权利要求 8〜10任一项所述的终端设备能力上报装置, 其特征 在于, 所述接收模块, 具体用于接收所述终端设备周期性地发送的所述终端 设备的 D2D能力信息。
14、 根据权利要求 8〜10任一项所述的终端设备能力上报装置, 其特征 在于, 所述接收模块, 具体用于接收所述终端设备发送的注册请求消息, 所 述注册请求消息包括所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息;或者接收所述终端设备 在接收到注册确认消息后发送的所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息。
15、 一种终端设备能力上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端设备获取所述终端设备的设备到设备 D2D能力信息;
所述终端设备向基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备的 D2D 能力信息, 包括: 所述终端设备的 D2D射频能力信息、所述终端设备的 D2D 特性支持信息中的至少一个。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备的 D2D 射频能力信息, 包括如下信息中的至少一个:
所述终端设备支持 D2D 通信的射频频段信息、 所述终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和蜂窝通信的射频频段信息、所述终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和载 波聚合的能力信息。
18、 根据权利要求 15〜17任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设 备向所述基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息之前, 还包括:
所述终端设备接收所述基站发送的终端能力査询消息。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端能力査询消息 中包括 D2D能力上报请求信息, 所述 D2D能力上报请求信息用于指示所述 终端设备上报对应的 D2D能力信息;
所述终端设备向所述基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 包括: 所述终端设备根据所述 D2D 能力上报请求信息向所述基站发送所述 D2D能力上报请求信息对应的 D2D能力信息。
20、 根据权利要求 15〜17任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设 备向所述基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 包括:
所述终端设备周期性地向所述基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息。
21、 根据权利要求 15〜17任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设 备向所述基站发送所述终端设备的设备到设备 D2D能力信息, 包括:
所述终端设备向所述基站发送注册请求消息, 所述注册请求消息包括所 述终端设备的 D2D能力信息;
或者当所述终端设备接收到所述基站发送的注册确认消息后, 所述终端 设备向所述基站发送所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息。
22、 一种终端设备能力上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
基站接收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的设备到设备 D2D能力信息; 所述基站根据所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息确定所述终端设备的 D2D 能力。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备的 D2D 能力信息, 包括: 所述终端设备的 D2D射频能力信息、所述终端设备的 D2D 特性支持信息中的至少一个。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备的 D2D 射频能力信息, 包括如下信息中的至少一个:
所述终端设备支持 D2D 通信的射频频段信息、 所述终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和蜂窝通信的射频频段信息、所述终端设备同时支持 D2D通信和载 波聚合的能力信息。
25、 根据权利要求 22〜24任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站接 收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息之前, 还包括:
所述基站向所述终端设备发送终端能力査询消息。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端能力査询消息 中包括 D2D能力上报请求信息, 所述 D2D能力上报请求信息用于指示所述 终端设备上报对应的 D2D能力信息;
所述基站接收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 包括: 所述基站接收所述终端设备根据所述 D2D能力上报请求信息发送的所述 D2D能力上报请求信息对应的 D2D能力信息。
27、 根据权利要求 22〜24任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述基站接 收终端设备发送的所述终端设备的 D2D能力信息, 包括:
所述基站接收所述终端设备周期性地发送的所述终端设备的 D2D能力信 息。
