Description

一种可显示安全带张紧的显示结构及张紧控制方法 [技术领域]
本发明涉及车内安全带或护身带技术领域,具体是一种可显示安全带张紧的显示结构及张紧控制方法。
[背景技术]
众所周知,安全性已成为驾驶员和乘员首要考虑的问题,也是汽车等最重要的性能之一。安全带是目前汽车发生碰撞过程中保护驾乘人员的基本防护装置,但目前安全带中缺乏有效的装置,使安全带在使用过程中的松紧情况未知。尤其是当车内有儿童时,目前市场上使用的安全带系统在未拉紧时不能很好地保护儿童人生安全,而当前市场上也没有显示的安全带系统,用户无法直观的看到安全带是否拉紧,存在安全隐患。
现有技术中有一种如公开号为CN 203318199U的一种安全座椅基座的扣合状态显示机构,其包括:一基座,其设有一显示窗口;一对伸缩扣接臂,分别具有一管体可伸缩地装置于基座后端的两侧,于管体的端部设有一可咬入或释放ISOFIX扣环的咬合槽;及一显示机构,包括一显示滑块可滑动地伸入管体内并受一弹性组件偏压而以一端伸入咬合槽内,于表面相间隔地设有复数个第一信号区及复数个第二信号区。这种结构的部件全部为刚性件,其驱动为最简单的机械传动,在使用过程中这种刚性传动方式容易造成部件之间的强烈冲击,磨损严重,使得产品在使用过程中寿命减短,不够安全可靠。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中安全带使用过程中不能较好显示松紧状态,而导致安全隐患的不足和缺陷,提供一种安全带系统张紧的显示装置,显示装置设在座椅或其它基座上并与安全带系统连接,安全带系统包括两根纵向调节带、两根横向调节带、安全带调节块、调节器带、调节器,所述纵向调节带与横向调节带的一端与椅背固定连接,纵向调节带与横向调节带的另一端活动连接安全带调节块,调节器设在调节器带上,调节器带一端与椅背固定连接,调节器带另一端连接所述的显示装置,座椅椅背的侧边设有竖槽,椅背上开设有上孔,所述的显示装置包括斜块、调节显示块、弹性件、固定盖、调节带,其特征在于所述的调节带另一端通过斜块底部并穿过显示装置延伸至显示装置外部,斜块与调节显示块上分别具有一相对应的斜面,显示装置的弹性件6放在调节显示块4的槽体内,弹性件的一端顶在椅背上孔的筋面上,弹性件的另一端顶在调节显示块的斜面上,斜块放置在座椅椅背侧边的竖槽内。
所述的固定盖的一端插入在斜块的方槽内,同时通过螺钉固定在椅背上的孔上,所述的调节器带2从斜块的下面通过,调节器带末端穿过调节器,可确保装置的牢固性且结构简单、使用方便。
所述的调节器显示块上设有第一警示块和第二警示块,分别表示安全警示色和危险警示色,能够直观的显示安全带是否被拉紧。
所述的弹性件为弹簧。
本发明还包括一种安全带系统张紧的显示装置的张紧控制方法,其特征在于将弹性件放在调节器显示块4的槽体内,弹性件的一端顶在椅背上孔的筋面上,弹性件的另一端顶在调节器显示块的槽面上,斜块放置在座椅椅背侧边的 竖槽内,斜块与调节显示块上分别具有一相对应的斜面,两斜面相接触,固定盖的一端插入在斜块的方槽内,防止斜块掉落;固定盖同时通过螺钉固定在椅背上的孔上,所述的调节带2从斜块的下面通过,调节带末端穿过调节器;在初始状态时,此时调节带为松弛状态,调节显示块在弹性件的推动下处于初始状态,调节显示块的上面有第二警示块,其显露在椅背的上孔中,此时显示的是安全带未拉紧的状态;当拉动调节带时,调节带会绷紧,趋于变直趋势,压着斜块向上移动,而斜块的斜面与调节器显示块的斜面接触,由于斜块的向上移动,推动调节显示块向左移动,调节显示块的上方红色将逐渐消失,而当安全带系统完全被拉紧时,调节显示块上的第一警示块会显示在椅背上的孔中,此时显示的是安全带完全拉紧,可以安全使用。
本发明同现有技术相比,其优点在于本发明可应用在安全带系统上,具有警示显示机构,能够直观的显示安全带是否被拉紧。本实用新型将机械传功应用在柔软的调节带上,其原理在与当柔软的织带被拉紧时会趋于绷直,通过从柔软到绷直的过程形成距离差作为驱动,压动斜块,斜块压动调节显示块移动,从而形成第一信号区与第二信号区的变更。警示指示器完全显示安全警示色,表明安全带系统已经完全拉紧,可以放心使用;警示指示器出现危险警示色,表明安全带未完全拉紧,此时使用会有安全隐患。显示直观,造价成本低,安全可靠。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明,这种装置的结构和原理对本专业的 人来说是非常清楚的。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,图1为安全带系统安装在座椅上的正面图示,安全带系统共有4个开放点,如图3所示,其中3个日字扣结构固定在椅背上,调节器固定在椅背上,调节带穿过调节器,为开放端,可自由拉动。当拉动调节带时,安全带系统内部空间减小,当儿童坐入后,可以牢牢将儿童束缚在椅背上。
如图8~图12所示,其中图8是本发明实施例中的椅背结构示意图;图9是本发明图8中放置了弹性件和调节显示块的结构示意图;图10是本发明图9中放置了斜块的结构示意图,图11是本发明图10中放置了固定盖的结构示意图,图12是本发明图11中放置了安全带系统的结构示意图。将弹性件放在调节器显示块4的槽体内,弹性件的一端顶在椅背上孔的筋面上,弹性件的另一端顶在调节器显示块的槽面上,如图4、图6、图9所示,斜块放置在座椅椅背侧边的竖槽内,斜块与调节显示块上分别具有一相对应的斜面,两斜面相接触,固定盖的一端插入在斜块的方槽内,防止斜块掉落。同时通过螺钉固定在椅背上的孔上,所述的调节带2从斜块的下面通过,调节带末端穿过调节器。
将各部件按上述步骤放入即可完成组装,结构简单合理,造价成本低且效果好。如图5所示为初始状态,此时调节带为松弛状态,调节显示块在弹性件的推动下处于初始状态,调节显示块的上面有第二警示块,第二警示块优选为红色的色块,其显露在椅背的上孔中,此时由于可看到红色,显示的是安全带未拉紧的状态,此时使用会有安全风险,为不可使用状态。
而当拉动调节带时,调节带会绷紧,趋于变直趋势,压着斜块向上移动, 而斜块的斜面与调节器显示块的斜面接触,由于斜块的向上移动,推动调节显示块向左移动,调节显示块的上方红色将逐渐消失,而当安全带系统完全被拉紧时,调节显示块上的第一警示块会显示在椅背上的孔中,如图7所示,其中第一警示块优选为绿色色块,此时显示的是安全带完全拉紧,可以安全使用。

  1. 一种安全带系统张紧的显示装置,显示装置设在座椅或其它基座上并与安全带系统连接,安全带系统包括两根纵向调节带、两根横向调节带、安全带调节块、调节器带、调节器,所述纵向调节带与横向调节带的一端与椅背固定连接,纵向调节带与横向调节带的另一端活动连接安全带调节块,调节器设在调节器带上,调节器带一端与椅背固定连接,调节器带另一端连接所述的显示装置,座椅椅背的侧边设有竖槽,椅背上开设有上孔,所述的显示装置包括斜块、调节显示块、弹性件、固定盖、调节带,其特征在于所述的调节带另一端穿过斜块底部并通过显示装置延伸至显示装置外部,斜块与调节显示块上分别具有一相对应的斜面,显示装置的弹性件(6)放在调节显示块(4)的槽体内,弹性件的一端顶在椅背上孔的筋面上,弹性件的另一端顶在调节显示块的斜面上,斜块放置在座椅椅背侧边的竖槽内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种可显示安全带系统张紧的显示装置,其特征在于所述的固定盖的一端插入在斜块的方槽内,同时通过固定件固定在椅座上的孔上,所述的调节带(2)从斜块的下面通过,调节带末端穿过调节器。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种可显示安全带系统张紧的显示装置,其特征在于所述的调节显示块上设有第一警示块(18)和第二警示块(17)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种可显示安全带系统张紧的显示装置,其特征在于所述的弹性件为弹簧。
  5. 一种安全带系统张紧的显示装置的张紧控制方法,其特征在于将弹性件放在调节器显示块(4)的槽体内,弹性件的一端顶在椅背上孔的筋面上,弹性件的另一端顶在调节器显示块的槽面上,斜块放置在座椅椅背侧边的竖槽 内,斜块与调节显示块上分别具有一相对应的斜面,两斜面相接触,固定盖的一端插入在斜块的方槽内,防止斜块掉落;固定盖同时通过螺钉固定在椅背上的孔上,所述的调节带2从斜块的下面通过,调节带末端穿过调节器;在初始状态时,此时调节带为松弛状态,调节显示块在弹性件的推动下处于初始状态,调节显示块的上面有第二警示块,其显露在椅背的上孔中,此时显示的是安全带未拉紧的状态;当拉动调节带时,调节带会绷紧,趋于变直趋势,压着斜块向上移动,而斜块的斜面与调节器显示块的斜面接触,由于斜块的向上移动,推动调节显示块向左移动,调节显示块的上方红色将逐渐消失,而当安全带系统完全被拉紧时,调节显示块上的第一警示块会显示在椅背上的孔中,此时显示的是安全带完全拉紧,可以安全使用。
