背景技术
相关技术中的波轮洗衣机,其工作时,桶体内的水流对波轮的阻力较大,影响波轮的导水效率,导致波轮的能效较低、噪音较大。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的上述技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种波轮,该波轮具有导水效率高、能效高、噪音小等优点。
本发明还提出一种具有所述波轮的洗衣机。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明第一方面的实施例提出一种波轮,所述波轮包括:轮盘;多个导水叶片,多个所述导水叶片设在所述轮盘的上表面上,每个所述导水叶片的上表面设有沿所述导水叶片的长度方向排列的多个凸节。
根据本发明实施例的波轮,可以有效减小水流对导水叶片的阻力,从而可以提高波轮的导水效率、降低波轮旋转时与水摩擦而产生的噪音。此外,导水叶片旋转同样的圈数,相比现有的波轮需要更少的能量驱动。
另外,根据本发明上述实施例的波轮还可以具有如下附加的技术特征:

如图1和图2所示,根据本发明实施例的波轮40包括轮盘100和多个导水叶片200。
多个导水叶片200设在轮盘100的上表面上(上下方向如图1和图3中的箭头A所示)。每个导水叶片200的上表面设有沿所在导水叶片200的长度方向排列的多个凸节210。
根据本发明实施例的波轮40,通过在导水叶片200的上表面设置沿导水叶片200的长度方向排列的多个凸节210,可以有效减小水流对导水叶片200的阻力,从而可以提高波轮40的导水效率、降低波轮40旋转时与水摩擦而产生的噪音。此外,由于水流对导水叶片200的阻力的减小,导水叶片200旋转同样的圈数,相比现有的波轮需要更少的能量驱动,这样可以有效提高波轮40的能效。因此,根据本发明实施例的波轮40具有导水效率高、能效高、噪音小等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明具体实施例的波轮40。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,如图1和图2所示,根据本发明实施例的波轮40包括轮盘100和多个导水叶片200。
轮盘100的中部下凹,多个导水叶片200从轮盘100的中心处呈放射状地设在轮盘100的上表面上。由此可以便于波轮40形成以波轮40的轴线为中心的涡流。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,在本发明的实施例中,在波轮40的俯视图中,每个所述导水叶片的至少一侧面构造成沿所述导水叶片的长度方向波动的波纹面。各个导水叶片的波纹面沿所述导水叶片的长度方向平滑连接。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,每个凸节沿导水叶片的侧表面及顶表面分别具有高处和 低处。也就是说,如图1和图2中示出了多个导水叶片200的中部侧表面和顶表面分别朝向轮盘100的逆时针或顺时针方向凸出。由此可以提高导水叶片200对水流的搅动效果,加速涡流的形成。
可选地,如图1和图2所示,多个导水叶片200的外端在轮盘100的周向上等间距设置。由此可以提高多个导水叶片200导水的均匀性,使形成的涡流的各处水流的流速一致。
在本发明的一些具体示例中,每个导水叶片200上的多个凸节沿所在导水叶片200的长度方向连续排列。这样既可以减小水流对导水叶片200的阻力,又可以保证导水叶片200的导水效果。
进一步地,每个导水叶片200在轮盘100周向上的两个侧面中的至少一个构造成波纹面220,波纹面220沿所在导水叶片200的长度方向延伸,这样的波纹面可以沿轮盘100的周向往复波动,波轮转动时可以制造强烈的水流效果;而且可以进一步减小水流对导水叶片200的阻力,从而可以进一步提高波轮40的能效、降低波轮40的噪音。优选地,每个导水叶片200在轮盘100周向上的两个侧面均构造成波纹面220。
需要注意的是,波纹面220与多个凸节210的侧面平滑过渡。由此可以使波轮40的外表面的各处呈流线形,以减小水流对波轮40的阻力。
各个导水叶片的波纹面沿所述导水叶片的长度方向平滑连接。也就是说,波纹面220由上至下逐渐转变为平滑面。一方面可以避免水积留在导水叶片200的底部,另一方面可以便于波轮40的制造,保证导水叶片200与轮盘100的连接强度。
有利地,轮盘100、导水叶片200和凸节210可以一体形成。而且,凸节210由导水叶片200的上壁整体向上凸起而成。这样不仅可以加强波轮40的整体结构强度,而且可以简化波轮40的生产工艺。
