Description

一种新型双J管导丝套件 技术领域
本实用新型属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种新型双J管导丝套件。
背景技术
双J管具有良好的内引流和内支架的双重作用,可用于输尿管手术的内引流,在泌尿外科手术中应用极为广泛。现有的双J管通常为一端开口,一端闭合,管壁上开有侧孔。手术中,导引导丝从双J管的侧孔插入将双J管撑直,双J管沿导引导丝进入相应的部位,抽出导引导丝,双J管恢复原形。但是在临床使用的过程中,如图1所述,通常导引导丝都要比双J管长很多,过长的导引导丝导致双J管不容易放置,术中放管时插入和拔出导引导丝困难,特别是在腹腔镜下放置更为困难。并且现有的双J管管壁上的侧孔较小较密、呈不均匀的直线型排列,易造成双J管的堵塞和不利于导引导丝的插入和拔出。另外,现有的双J管的两端弹性圈的直径较大,容易引起术后膀胱刺激症的发生,给病人带来了很多烦恼和痛苦。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有的双J管在手术中不方便放置、侧孔易堵塞、术后易引起膀胱刺激症的问题,本实用新型提供了一种新型双J管导 丝套件,本新型在手术中易于放置,能有效防止侧孔堵塞,并且能减少术后膀胱刺激症的发生,具有很好的实际应用价值。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:
一种新型双J管导丝套件,包括双J管管体和导引导丝,双J管管体由位于双J管管体中部的输尿管部和分别位于输尿管部两端的肾盂端弹性圈和膀胱端弹性圈组成;肾盂端弹性圈和膀胱端弹性圈与输尿管部的两端连为一体,并且相连通;肾盂端弹性圈和膀胱端弹性圈的另一端均为封闭的圆形端头;双J管管体的外壁上设置有侧孔,侧孔沿外壁轴向呈螺旋形均匀分布;导引导丝为与双J管管体等长并配合使用的金属导丝;金属导丝的两端设置有硬头,金属导丝中间部分的硬度比硬头的硬度小,并具有弹性,金属导丝通过两端的硬头从侧孔伸入双J管管体内将双J管管体撑直。
优选地,所述双J管管体的外壁上的侧孔的直径为1.5mm,沿外壁螺旋线方向上两相邻侧孔之间的距离为0.5cm。
优选地,所述肾盂端弹性圈和膀胱端弹性圈的直径为1.5-2厘米。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型的有益效果为:所述导引导丝与双J管等长,双J管的侧孔较大,既方便手术放置又能减少侧孔堵塞,并且肾盂端弹性圈和膀胱端弹性圈的直径较小,能有效减少术后膀胱刺激症的发生。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型做详细说明:
图2为本实用新型的双J管的结构示意图,如图2所示,双J管管体由位于双J管管体中部的输尿管部2和分别位于输尿管部两端的肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3组成;肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3与输尿管部2的两端连为一体,并且相连通;所述肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3的另一端均为封闭的圆形端头;所述双J管管体的外壁上设置有侧孔4,侧孔4沿外壁轴向呈螺旋形均匀分布。
图3为本实用新型的双J管导丝套件的结构示意图,如图3所示,导引导丝为与双J管管体长度相等并配合使用的金属导丝5;金属导丝5的两端设置有硬头,金属导丝5中间部分的硬度比硬头的硬度小,金属导丝5具有弹性,金属导丝5通过两端的硬头从侧孔4伸入双J管管体内将双J管管体撑直。
在实际应用中,双J管管体的外壁上的侧孔4的直径可选为1.5mm,沿外壁螺旋线方向上两相邻侧孔4之间的距离可选为0.5cm。
肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3的直径为1.5-2厘米。
在临床手术实际应用中,先按术中输尿管切口到膀胱的长度选择金属导丝5插入侧孔4的位置,从两个同侧的侧孔4将金属导丝5插入双J管后将双J管撑直而且使双J管具有弹性,由切开的输尿管切口向下经输尿管将双J管的膀胱端弹性圈3放入膀胱,一直往下将整条双J管推到输尿管切口里面,再将双J管由切口向上经输尿管将肾盂端弹性圈1推到肾盂,调整好位置确保双J管的肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3分别到达肾盂和膀胱,从输尿管切口拔出金属导丝5,肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3恢复卷曲形状。
本实用新型的双J管的侧孔4较大,有利于进出金属导丝5的插入和拔出,并且呈螺旋形分布,引流更通畅,尿液在管腔内形成涡流,能有效防止双J管的堵塞和尿垢的产生。另外,两相邻侧孔4的距离为0.5厘米使双J管抗拉力增加,防止拔管时拔断双J管。
本实用新型的金属导丝5与双J管等长,配合双J管放入所需部位,金属导丝5的中部有弹性,两端有硬头的设计,使得由侧孔4能更容易的插入双J管内腔使双管变直而且有弹性,肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3的端部为圆形,这样能保证术中插管时不容易插穿输尿管和膀胱造成损伤,并且有利于手术中的放置。
肾盂端弹性圈1和膀胱端弹性圈3的直径较小,减少了术后膀胱刺激症的发生,使病人免于承受不必要的痛苦。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

  1. 一种新型双J管导丝套件,包括双J管管体和导引导丝,其特征在于,所述双J管管体由位于双J管管体中部的输尿管部(2)和分别位于输尿管部两端的肾盂端弹性圈(1)和膀胱端弹性圈(3)组成;所述肾盂端弹性圈(1)和膀胱端弹性圈(3)与输尿管部(2)的两端连为一体,并且相连通;所述肾盂端弹性圈(1)和膀胱端弹性圈(3)的另一端均为封闭的圆形端头;所述双J管管体的外壁上设置有侧孔(4),侧孔(4)沿外壁轴向呈螺旋形均匀分布;所述导引导丝为与所述的双J管管体长度相等并配合使用的金属导丝(5);所述金属导丝(5)的两端设置有硬头,金属导丝(5)中间部分的硬度比硬头的硬度小,金属导丝(5)具有弹性,金属导丝(5)通过两端的硬头从侧孔(4)伸入双J管管体内将双J管管体撑直。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型双J管,其特征在于,所述双J管管体的外壁上的侧孔(4)的直径为1.5mm,沿外壁螺旋线方向上两相邻侧孔(4)之间的距离为0.5cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型双J管,其特征在于,所述肾盂端弹性圈(1)和膀胱端弹性圈(3)的直径为1.5-2厘米。
