背景技术
随着手机、平板电脑等移动终端的摄像硬件的不断提升,移动终端的拍摄功能也越来越多样化,用户对移动终端的拍摄要求也越来越高,目前的移动终端具备拍摄照片以及视频等功能,尤其在进行物体运动轨迹拍摄的拍摄过程中,需要基于多次拍摄的照片合成以生成对应的物体运动轨迹,但由于移动终端的存储空间的限制,可能在物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中出现断电或者存储空间不足的情况,导致拍摄的图片丢失。

本发明的主要目的在于解决物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中图片丢失的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,采用如下技术方案:
一种拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,包括以下步骤:
在拍摄过程中,终端获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量;
所述终端根据获取到的剩余电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长;及/或所述终端根据获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第二剩余拍摄时长;

本实施例提出的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,在拍摄过程中,终端获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量终端 定时或者实时获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量;
本实施例中,在定时获取剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量,以及图像拍摄的剩余时长时可为拍摄移动物体轨迹时,拍摄每一张照片的时间间隔,或者视频拍摄过程中每一帧图片的获取时间间隔等。
本方案可应用于物体运动轨迹的拍摄过程中,该移动物体可为拍摄者不动,物体移动,即拍摄者相对于物体移动,如行星以及光绘;或者,物体静止,拍摄者移动;或者拍摄者与物体之间相对运行。拍摄移动物体轨迹的具体过程如下:在拍摄到第一张图片时,将所述第一张图片作为当前待合成图片;每隔预设的曝光时间拍摄一张图片,并在每一张图片拍摄到时,将当前拍摄到的图片与当前待合成图片进行合成以生成新的物体运动轨迹图片,将所述新的物体运动轨迹图片作为当前待合成图片;在拍摄结束时将当前待合成图片作为物体移动轨迹的图片或者基于所有待合成图片作为移动物体轨迹视频。
步骤S20,所述终端根据获取到的剩余电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长;及/或所述终端根据获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第二剩余拍摄时长。
在本实施例中,可基于单位耗电量以及剩余电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长,该单位耗电量可为终端在拍摄过程中的每分钟耗电量或者每秒钟耗电量等,可通过根据预存的图片拍摄时间间隔、图片容量以及获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端的第二剩余拍摄时长,该拍摄时间间隔可为物体运动轨迹拍摄过程总每张图片的拍摄时间间隔或者视频拍摄过程中每帧图片的拍摄施加间隔;或者一组图片拍摄过程中的每张图片的拍摄时间间隔。在本实施例中,该图片容量为图片占存储空间的大小,该单位耗电量以及图片容量可由开发人员进行设置。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中,可能会有后台运行的一些应用如QQ以及微信等,这些后台运行的应用也会耗电,则所述终端根据获取到的剩余耗电量确定的第一剩余拍摄时长的步骤包括:所述终端获取当前后台运行的应用,所述终端根据预存的物体运动轨迹拍摄单位耗电量以及后台运行的应用的单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余耗电量确定的第一剩余拍摄时长,使得第一拍摄时长的获取更加准确。
步骤S30,所述终端显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长, 或者所述终端显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长与第二剩余拍摄时长二者之中较小者。
在本实施例中,终端可直接在终端的显示屏显示第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,以供用户基于第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,确定是否要进行充电或者内存清理,在显示屏同时显示第一剩余拍摄时长第二剩余拍摄时长时,可在不同区域显示,以方便用户进行区分,进行充电或者内存清理;或者在同一区域同时显示第一剩余拍摄时长以及第二剩余拍摄时长,并在第一剩余拍摄时长以及第二剩余拍摄时长之前添加相应的标识。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,所述终端可显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,同时显示当前拍摄操作的剩余时长,用户将拍摄时长及或第二剩余拍摄时长与当前拍摄操作的剩余时长进行比对,以确定当前的电池电量及或剩余内存空间是否能支持接下来的拍摄过程。
本实施例提出的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,在物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中,终端定时或者实时获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量,并获取到的剩余耗电量确定的剩余电量及/或剩余存储空间确定终端的剩余拍摄时长,进行剩余拍摄时长的实时或定时提醒,以提示用户及时进行充电或者存储空间的清理,避免物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中图片丢失;而且用户也不用手动查看当前的剩余电量以及剩余存储空间,非常便捷。

本实施例提出的技术方案,在拍摄之前即检测当前的电量以及剩余存储空间,以确定当前剩余的电量以及存储空间是否能当前拍摄过程,以保证在拍摄过程中不会因为电量不足或者存储空间不足导致拍摄中断。该预设阈值为当前拍摄过程的持续时长。
在本实施例中,步骤S60的优选方案为,在所述第三剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,所述终端输出充电提示信息;在所述第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,所述终端输出存储空间整理提示信息。

本方案可应用于物体运动轨迹的拍摄过程中,该移动物体可为拍摄者不动,物体移动,即拍摄者相对于物体移动,如行星以及光绘;或者,物体静 止,拍摄者移动;或者拍摄者与物体之间相对运行。拍摄移动物体轨迹的具体过程如下:在拍摄到第一张图片时,将所述第一张图片作为当前待合成图片;每隔预设的曝光时间拍摄一张图片,并在每一张图片拍摄到时,将当前拍摄到的图片与当前待合成图片进行合成以生成新的物体运动轨迹图片,将所述新的物体运动轨迹图片作为当前待合成图片;在拍摄结束时将当前待合成图片作为物体移动轨迹的图片或者基于所有待合成图片作为移动物体轨迹视频。
确定模块20,设置成:根据获取到的剩余耗电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长;及/或所述终端根据获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第二剩余拍摄时长;
在本实施例中,可基于单位耗电量以及剩余电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长,该单位耗电量可为终端在拍摄过程中的每分钟耗电量或者每秒钟耗电量等,可通过根据预存的图片拍摄时间间隔、图片容量以及获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端的第二剩余拍摄时长,该拍摄时间间隔可为物体运动轨迹拍摄过程总每张图片的拍摄时间间隔或者视频拍摄过程中每帧图片的拍摄施加间隔;或者一组图片拍摄过程中的每张图片的拍摄时间间隔。在本实施例中,该图片容量为图片占存储空间的大小,该单位耗电量以及图片容量可由开发人员进行设置。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中,可能会有后台运行的一些应用如QQ以及微信等,这些后台运行的应用也会耗电,则确定模块20还设置成:获取当前后台运行的应用,所述终端根据预存的物体运动轨迹拍摄单位耗电量以及后台运行的应用的单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余耗电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长,使得第一拍摄时长的获取更加准确。
输出模块30,设置成:显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,或者显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长与第二剩余拍摄时长二者之中较小者。
在本实施例中,输出模块30可直接在终端的显示屏显示第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,以供用户基于第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,确定是否要进行充电或者内存清理,输出模块30在显示屏同时显示第一剩余拍摄时长第二剩余拍摄时长时,可在不同区域显示,以方便用户进行区分,进行充电或者内存清理;或者输出模块30在同一区域同时显示第一剩余拍摄时长以及第二剩余拍摄时长,并在第一剩余拍摄时长以及第二剩余 拍摄时长之前添加相应的标识。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,输出模块30可显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,同时显示当前拍摄操作的剩余时长,用户将拍摄时长及或第二剩余拍摄时长与当前拍摄操作的剩余时长进行比对,以确定当前的电池电量及或剩余内存空间是否能支持接下来的拍摄过程。
本实施例提出的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统,在物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中,终端定时或者实时获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量,并获取到的剩余耗电量确定的剩余电量及/或剩余存储空间确定终端的剩余拍摄时长,进行剩余拍摄时长的实时或定时提醒,以提示用户及时进行充电或者存储空间的清理,避免物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中图片丢失;而且用户也不用手动查看当前的剩余电量以及剩余存储空间,非常便捷。
可选地,为避免在拍摄过程中出现中断,在本发明拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统第一实施例中,所述获取模块10还设置成:在侦测到物体运动轨迹拍摄指令时,获取此时其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量;所述确定模块20还设置成:根据预存的单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余耗电量确定第三剩余拍摄时长;及/或根据预存的图片拍摄时间间隔、图片容量以及获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第四剩余拍摄时长;所述输出模块30还设置成:在所述第三剩余拍摄时长及/或第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,输出第一提示信息。
本实施例提出的技术方案,在拍摄之前即检测当前的电量以及剩余存储空间,以确定当前剩余的电量以及存储空间是否能支持当前拍摄过程,以保证在拍摄过程中不会因为电量不足或者存储空间不足导致拍摄中断。该预设阈值为当前拍摄过程的持续时长。
在本实施例中,优选方案为,所述输出模块30在所述第三剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,输出充电提示信息;在所述第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,输出存储空间整理提示信息。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,在物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中,可能会有后台运行的一些应用如QQ以及微信等,这些后台运行的应用也会耗电,则在侦测到物体运动轨迹拍摄指令时,获取模块10获取其剩余存储空间及/或 剩余电量,以及当前后台运行的应用;确定模块20根据预存的物体运动轨迹拍摄单位耗电量以及后台运行的应用的单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余耗电量确定的第三剩余拍摄时长。通过该方案确定的第三剩余拍摄时长更加准确。
可选地,为避免在拍摄过程中出现中断,在本发明拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统第一实施例中,所述输出模块30还设置成:显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,并在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,输出第二提示信息;或者,在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,输出第三提示信息。
在本实施例中,该第二提示信息可为文字以及光信息等。例如第一剩余拍摄时长小于当前拍摄时长时,输出模块30控制电量指示灯电量,在第二剩余拍摄时长小于当前拍摄时长时,输出模块30控制存储空间提示灯点亮;或者在第一剩余拍摄时长小于当前拍摄时长时,输出模块30输出充电提示,在第二剩余拍摄时长小于当前拍摄时长时,输出模块30输出存储空间不足提示。
在本实施例中,为避免在终端显示屏上显示过多文字,影响正常的拍摄,则在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,输出模块30输出第三提示信息,该第三提示信息优选为光信息比较直观。
可选地,为避免在拍摄过程中出现中断,参照图6,基于第一实施例提出本发明拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统第二实施例,在本实施例中,所述拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统还包括:
处理模块40,设置成:在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,将拍摄到的图片发送至预设的其它终端;或者,在所述第二剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,删除存储空间中预设类型的数据。
在本实施例中,在物体运动轨迹拍摄生成的为物体运动轨迹图片时,处理模块40可将之前拍摄的图片以及除当前待合成图片之外的其它待合成图 片、以及前一次物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中拍摄的图片删除,在物体运动轨迹拍摄生成的为物体运动轨迹视频时,处理模块40可将前一次物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中拍摄的图片删除。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,为避免突然断电或者存储空间不足导致拍摄图片的丢失,在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,处理模块40将拍摄到的图片发送至预设的其它终端,以保证终端拍摄的照片不会丢失。
本发明进一步提供一实施例一种剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法。
本实施例提出的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,包括:
根据被拍摄物体预设的效果模型以及当前拍摄的结果,计算剩余拍摄时长。
效果模型为拍摄成像所展现出的模式或风格的式样。比如,效果模型为图像叠加效果,物体运动轨迹模型等等。
在本实施例中,预设的效果模型为预设目标轨迹图片。例如,在预设的物体运动轨迹为圆形时,将当前拍摄结果所对应的图片与预设目标轨迹图片进行比对,在当前的拍摄结果对应于预设目标轨迹图片的1/3时,确定剩余2/3拍摄过程所对应的剩余时长。该预设目标轨迹为可为光绘轨迹等物体运动轨迹。
或者,预设的效果模型为预设目标轨迹图片,此时步骤“根据被拍摄物体预设的效果模型以及当前拍摄的结果,计算剩余拍摄时长”包括:根据被拍摄物体预设的效果模型、当前拍摄的结果以及当前拍摄的结果所花费的时间,计算剩余拍摄时长。
例如,在预设的物体运动轨迹为圆形时,当前的拍摄结果为1/3圆形,则将当前拍摄结果所对应的图片与预设目标轨迹图片比对,在当前的拍摄结果对应于预设目标轨迹图片的1/3,且拍摄至1/3阶段所花费的时间为T,则可确定剩余2/3拍摄过程所对应的剩余时长为2T。该预设目标轨迹为可为光绘轨迹等物体运动轨迹。
本发明进一步提供一实施例一种剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统。
本实施例提出的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统,包括:
计算模块,设置成:根据被拍摄物体预设的效果模型以及当前拍摄的结果,计算剩余拍摄时长。
在本实施例中,预设的效果模型为预设目标轨迹图片。例如,在预设的物体运动轨迹为圆形时,将当前拍摄结果所对应的图片与预设目标轨迹图片进行比对,在当前的拍摄结果对应于预设目标轨迹图片的1/3时,确定剩余2/3拍摄过程所对应的剩余时长。该预设目标轨迹为可为光绘轨迹等物体运动轨迹。
或者,预设的效果模型为预设目标轨迹图片,此时所述计算模块还设置成:根据被拍摄物体预设的效果模型、当前拍摄的结果以及当前拍摄的结果所花费的时间,计算剩余拍摄时长
例如,在预设的物体运动轨迹为圆形时,当前的拍摄结果为1/3圆形,则将当前拍摄结果所对应的图片与预设目标轨迹图片比对,在当前的拍摄结果对应于预设目标轨迹图片的1/3,且拍摄至1/3阶段所花费的时间为T,则可确定剩余2/3拍摄过程所对应的剩余时长为2T。该预设目标轨迹为可为光绘轨迹等物体运动轨迹。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者系统所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者系统中还存在另外的相同要素。

工业实用性
上述技术方案的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,在物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中,终端定时或者实时获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量,并获取到的剩余耗电量确定的剩余电量及/或剩余存储空间确定终端的剩余拍摄时长,进行剩余拍摄时长的实时或定时提醒,以提示用户及时进行充电或者存储空间的清理,避免物体运动轨迹拍摄过程中图片丢失;而且用户也不用手动查看当前的剩余电量以及剩余存储空间,非常便捷。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,包括以下步骤:
    在拍摄过程中,终端获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量;
    所述终端根据获取到的剩余电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长;及/或所述终端根据获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第二剩余拍摄时长;
    所述终端显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,或者所述终端显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长与第二剩余拍摄时长二者之中的较小者。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,其中,所述在拍摄过程中,终端获取其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电的步骤之前,该方法还包括:
    在侦测到物体运动轨迹拍摄指令时,所述终端获取此时其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量;
    所述终端根据预存的单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余耗电量确定第三剩余拍摄时长;及/或所述终端根据预存的图片拍摄时间间隔、图片容量以及获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第四剩余拍摄时长;
    在所述第三剩余拍摄时长及/或第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,所述终端输出第一提示信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,其中,所述在所述第三剩余拍摄时长及/或第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,所述终端输出第一提示信息的步骤包括:
    在所述第三剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,所述终端输出充电提示信息;在所述第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,所述终端输出存储空间整理提示信息。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,其中,所述终端显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,或者显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长与第二剩余拍摄时长二者之中的较小者的步骤包括:
    所述终端显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,并在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,输出第二提示信息;或者,在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,所述终端输出第三提示信息。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,其中,所述终端显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,或者显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长与第二剩余拍摄时长二者之中的较小者的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,所述终端将拍摄到的图片发送至预设的其它终端;或者,在所述第二剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,所述终端删除存储空间中预设类型的数据。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,其中,
    所述终端根据获取到的剩余电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长的步骤包括:基于单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余电量确定所述第一剩余拍摄时长;
    所述终端根据获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第二剩余拍摄时长的步骤包括:通过根据预存的图片拍摄时间间隔、图片容量以及获取到的剩余存储空间确定所述第二剩余拍摄时长。
  7. 一种拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统,该系统包括获取模块确定模块和输出模块,其中:
    所述获取模块设置成:在拍摄过程中,获取该系统所在终端的剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量;
    所述确定模块设置成:根据获取到的剩余耗电量确定第一剩余拍摄时长;及/或根据获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第二剩余拍摄时长;
    所述输出模块设置成:显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,或者显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长与第二剩余拍摄时长二者之中的较小者。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统,其中,
    所述获取模块还设置成:在侦测到物体运动轨迹拍摄指令时,获取此时其剩余存储空间及/或剩余电量;
    所述确定模块还设置成:根据预存的单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余耗电量确定第三剩余拍摄时长;及/或根据预存的图片拍摄时间间隔、图片容量以及获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第四剩余拍摄时长;
    所述输出模块还设置成:在所述第三剩余拍摄时长及/或第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,输出第一提示信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法,其中,所述输出模块还设置成:在所述第三剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,输出充电提示信息;在所述第四剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,输出存储空间整理提示信息。
  10. 如权利要求7-9中任一项所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统,其中,所述输出模块还设置成:显示所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长,并在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,输出第二提示信息;或者,在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,输出第三提示信息。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统,该系统还包括处理模块:
    所述处理模块设置成:在所述第一剩余拍摄时长及/或第二剩余拍摄时长小于获取到的当前剩余拍摄时长时,将拍摄到的图片发送至预设的其它终端;或者,在所述第二剩余拍摄时长小于预设阈值时,删除存储空间中预设类型的数据。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒系统,还包括:计算模块,其中
    所述计算模块设置成按照如下方式根据获取到的剩余电量确定第一剩余 拍摄时长:基于单位耗电量以及获取到的剩余电量确定所述第一剩余拍摄时长;
    所述计算模块设置成按照如下方式根据获取到的剩余存储空间确定终端第二剩余拍摄时长:通过根据预存的图片拍摄时间间隔、图片容量以及获取到的剩余存储空间确定所述第二剩余拍摄时长。
  13. 一种计算机程序的载体,载有计算机程序,该计算机程序包括程序指令,当该程序指令被终端执行时,使得该终端可执行如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的拍摄过程中剩余拍摄时长的提醒方法。
