Abstract

The utility model relates to the field of hairdressing. An attachment for trimming the ends of long hairs comprises a body, which is adapted to be fastened to the blade unit end of a hair trimmer, said attachment having two parallel lateral protruding plates with a clamping shaft fastened therebetween, wherein a clamping plate with hair separators is hingedly coupled to the body, said clamping plate having, in a middle portion, a projection which fits in the space between the body and the clamping shaft, and a release lever is connected to the clamping plate, said release lever rotating on a shaft fastened in the clamping plate and being spring-loaded in the direction of the clamping of the clamping plate to the body, wherein between the body and the clamping plate there is a gap for a lock of hairs to pass in a direction from the body toward a hair separator.

Description

Nozzle for cutting ends of long hair

The offer relates to the field of hairdressing services and concerns the design of a nozzle for a hair clipper, in particular long hair.

Split ends spoil the whole impression of the hair, making the hairstyle dull and untidy. However, solving this problem almost always requires time and a systematic approach. Traditionally, in such cases, a very convenient option is to cut the ends of the hair (in one cut). This will save time and effort, allowing the master to quickly and accurately trim the ends of the hair to the desired level. In general, speaking from a position of serious hairdressing, when cutting, you can apply from one to five sections. It depends on the intended shape of the hairstyle and its complexity. Haircuts can be cut in different ways, and if the hair is long, it can already be a full haircut. On short hair, the master can apply various methods, but on long hair this can be done in one cut. To do this, the master usually washes his head, and then, collecting the hair very carefully in the tail, with a single movement of the scissors cuts off the estimated length. Many hairdressers carry out this procedure on dry hair, competently motivating this with the fact that wet hair can be damaged if you pull them in this condition. After the hair is trimmed, the hairdresser will dissolve the hair and trim the broken hair with scissors. As a rule, the tips are cut and because of their tendency to unhealthy and cross-section. This cutting of the ends of the hair is a fairly simple option for caring for long hair.

Now the fashion for very long curls that look healthy and natural is back again. Of course, they, as a rule, are not subjected to styling in a certain hairstyle with the help of special haircuts, but require only periodic cutting of the ends. This allows hair to grow better, and also removes split ends that look completely unattractive. As a rule, so that the split ends are not so noticeable, it is recommended that you cut your hair at least once every five, for a maximum of six weeks. If a haircut and whether pruning to do tips less often, there is a risk that you will have to cut a large length of hair, since the cut ends will become too long.

Thus, it is clear that the presence of split ends in long hair is a serious problem for the owner, since on the one hand it requires frequent visits to the hairdresser, and on the other hand, at each visit, the master cuts off part of the length of all hair. But not all owners of long hair have all the hair of the same length. As a rule, even in one strand, hair of different lengths is collected, and the ends of these hairs of different lengths can be damaged. In this case, according to the recommendations of hairdressers, you should either cut off the ends of individual hairs of each strand (this sometimes takes up to 1.5 hours of manual selective work). Or, shorten all hair by cut (but in this case, the owner of long hair loses length, which ultimately ends with a short haircut).

To perform hair cutting, either scissors or special electric machines with a knife edge and special nozzles for curly haircuts are used.

These machines are used nozzles, worn on a part of the body in the area of the pair of blades moving relative to each other (knife cutting part of the machine). So in RU 96811 U1, 08/20/2010, an electric hair clipper is described, containing a nozzle with membranes for cutting single and parallel curly lines, each hair line has its own length (height). And in RU 2211 U1, June 16, 1996, a hair clipper is described, comprising a fixed comb and movable knives attached to the drive fixed to the housing, and a group of removable nozzles, each made in the form of a plate mounted on a stand made of parallel runners with ends bent to the plate with a height of 10-50 mm, respectively, and the nozzles are equipped with attachment points for them to the body. Each such nozzle is used to perform one cutting operation, which consists in the general alignment of all hair to a total length.

The prior art has not identified analogues that would realize the possibility of cutting the ends of each hair without damaging adjacent hair. In this regard, the present utility model is considered as a pioneer development.

This proposal is aimed at achieving a technical result, which consists in expanding the functionality of the nozzle by providing the ability to cut only the ends of long hair, having a pronounced shape of the strands, without damaging the hair along its length.

The specified technical result is achieved in that the nozzle for cutting the ends of long hair contains a housing configured to be mounted on a clipper on the side of the blade device having two lateral protruding plates parallel to each other, between which the clamping axis is fixed, while with the body 4, a clamping plate with a hair separator bearing a protrusion placed in the middle part between the housing and the clamping axis is pivotally connected, and a clamping lever is connected to the clamping plate, having rotation on an axis fixed in the clamping plate, spring-loaded towards the side of the pressed clamping plate from the housing and made with a lock to lock the pressure plate pressed against the body, and between the body and the pressure plate is made to pass the yarn of hair in the direction from the body towards the separator in los.

Options for implementing the proposal

The nozzle consists of a housing 1 made of plastic (metal can be used), a clamp (pressure plate 2 and squeeze lever 3) and a clamping axis 4. There are also secondary, but integral parts: hair dividers 5, spring 6 and lock 7 (for connecting the body pressure plate and spring). The housing is configured to be clipped to the clipper from the side of the blade device arrangement (pairs of blades 8 moving relative to each other). The pressure plate can be made of plastic or light metal. The clamping axis, spring and connection lock are made of metal.

The housing 1, the pressure plate 2 and the spring 6 in the assembled position for clamping the strands are combined with a latch. A spring 6 presses the pressure plate 2 against the housing 1. The release lever 3 is necessary for unlocking and opening the pressure plate, which leans back under the force of the spring, and strands of hair can be placed between it and the body. The clamping axis 4 fixes and distributes the hair in a closed state at a predetermined level in the gap formed between the body 1 and the clamping plate 2. Hair separators 5 distribute and separate the hair strands into separate thin clusters of hair.

A feature of the nozzle is a certain form of execution of the pressure plate. It consists of two platforms 9 and 10, one of which 9 is made flat, and the other 10 with protrusions such as combs or combs, which are hair separators 5. Between them is made (located) the protrusion 11 of approximately triangular shape, but can be oval and round. This protrusion with the assembled position of all parts of the nozzle is located in the space between the housing and the clamping axis. Thus, the hair strands are laid out by a curved surface repeating the surface profile of two sites 9 and 10 and the protrusion 11.

The case is put on a knife block of a hair clipper. Using the squeeze lever, the pressure plate opens. A strand of hair is passed between the plate and the body, the squeeze ryag is released and pressed against the body by the action of the spring, and the strand is distributed between the body and the plate, separating the hair separator 5 into separate hair groups. Hair dividers help the correct distribution of the strand. The clamping axis from the outside presses and gives a special shape to the strands, creating a slight strain (bending effect) on the hair. The machine turns on, and the strand extends between the body and the plate (Fig. 6). A lock of hair fixed by the clamping axis follows the shape of the clamping plate. The hair in its structure has different lengths and, as soon as the tip of the hair is released from fixing the clamping axis, it tries to restore its linear shape under the action of its own elasticity and slides out of the nozzle (Fig. 7). The tip of the hair falls within the range of the blade device. The knife block cuts off the tip of the hair. The length of the cut depends on the distance between the clamping axis and the upper part of the body where the knife block of the machine is located.

Due to the special geometric shape of the nozzle, where a lock of hair repeats all the bends and is at an angle, the effect of cutting only the ends of the hair is achieved.

The nozzle allows you to work with long hair, cutting only the very tip of the hair (5-10 mm), in contrast to the usual nozzle, which cuts all the hair at a given level. Thanks to the lower clamping base, the nozzle is a fundamentally new method of working with hair. Long hair has different lengths, the nozzle selects only the very tip of the hair and allows the machine to cut it just without affecting the length. Using this nozzle, you can refresh the haircut, remove the cut ends, which is especially necessary for those who want to grow hair without split, injured ends, which are the result of stains, lightening and environmental influences.

The essence of the nozzle. A strand of hair is taken, clamped between the lower and upper bases and stretches smoothly. As soon as the hair slips out pressure partitions, the knife block cuts off a tip. There are no analogues of such a haircut method, except with hands and scissors. The advantage is saving time: this procedure is done for 1 - 1.5 hours with scissors, and with the help of a nozzle - no more than 30 minutes.
