본 발명의 이점 및 특징, 그리고 그것들을 달성하는 방법은 첨부되는 도면과 함께 상세하게 후술되어 있는 실시예들을 참조하면 명확해질 것이다. 그러나, 본 발명은 이하에서 개시되는 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 구현될 것이며, 단지 본 실시예들은 본 발명의 개시가 완전하도록 하며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 발명의 범주를 완전하게 알려주기 위해 제공되는 것이며, 본 발명은 청구항의 범주에 의해 정의될 뿐이다.
이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 다기능 베개에 관하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.

도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 다기능 베개(100)는 제1 부재(110) 및 제2 부재(120)를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에서, 제1 부재(110) 및 제2 부재(120)는 각각 내피로 감싼 후, 제1 부재(110) 및 제2 부재(120)의 전체를 감싸도록 각각의 외피를 더 구비할 수 있다.
제1 부재(110)는 제1 몸체부(111), 후두부받침부(112), 목지지부(113)를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 제1 부재(110)는 제1 홈(114)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 제1 부재(110)는 외부에 내피 및 외피를 각각 더 구비할 수 있다. 보다 상세하게는, 제1 부재(110)는 외부에 천 등을 이용한 내피 및 외피를 덧대서 베개로 사용하는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서, 내피 및 외피는 사용자가 다기능 베개(100)를 사용하면서 땀이나 이물질 등이 묻을 경우에 세척이 용이하여, 청결한 베개를 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
제1 몸체부(111)는 사용자의 머리 부위와 닿는 부분으로 사각형태, 육각형태, 원형태 및 불규칙한 형태 등으로 다양하게 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 제1 몸체부(111)는 탄성 복원력이 양호한 스폰지 폼, 메모리 폼, 슬로우리커버리폼, 저탄성 폴리우레탄, 라텍스 등의 다양한 재질을 적용함으로써, 사용자가 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이때, 제1 몸체부(111)의 높이는 바닥면으로부터 대략 12~14cm로 형성될 수 있다. 제1 몸체부(111)의 높이가 12cm 미만이거나, 14cm를 초과할 경우에는 사용자가 옆으로 누웠을 때, 목에 무리를 주어 편안함이 줄어들 수 있다.
제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)가 서로 접하는 제1 몸체부(111)의 일면은 제1 면(111a)과 제2 면(111b)으로 이루어질 수 있다. 도 3 내지 도 6을 참조하면, 제1 면(111a) 및 제2 면(111b)는 제2 몸체부(121)의 상부 측면에 접하는 제1 몸체부(111)의 측면에 형성될 수 있다. 제1 면(111a)은 제1 몸체부(111)의 상부 측면에 위치하고, 제2 면(111b)은 제1 몸체부(111)의 하부 측면에 위치할 수 있다. 이때, 제2 면(111b)은 제1 면(111a)보다 제2 부재(120) 방향으로 더 돌출되도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 면(111a)이 제2 몸체부(121)의 상부 측면에 접할 때 보다, 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 제2 면(111b)이 제2 몸체부(121)의 상부 측면과 접할 때, 제1 부재(110)의 전체 길이가 길어지는 것을 알 수 있다.
따라서, 사용자의 체형에 맞게 다기능 베개(110)의 제1 부재(110)의 길이를 조절하여 사용할 수 있으므로, 키가 큰 사람이 사용할 경우에도 불편함 없이 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
도 5 및 도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 제1 몸체부(111)는 제1 면(111a)이 제2 몸체부(121)의 상부 측면에 접하는 것을 기준으로 할 때, 제1 몸체부(111)의 상부에 형성되는 제1 지지부(111c) 및 제1 몸체부(111)의 하부에 형성되는 제2 지지부(111d)를 포함할 수 있다.
이때, 제1 지지부(111c)와 제2 지지부(111d)는 서로 높이를 다르게 형성함으로써, 사용자의 체형에 맞게 높낮이를 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 보다 상세하게는 목지지부(113)는 제1 몸체부(111)의 끝단 중앙보다 아래부분에 위치함으로써, 제1 지지부(111c)와 제2 지지부(111d)의 높낮이를 다르게 할 수 있다.
보다 상세하게, 제1 면(111a)이 제2 몸체부(121)의 상부 측면에 접할 때의 제1 지지부(111c)의 높이(h1) 보다, 제2 면(111b)이 제2 몸체부(121)의 상부 측면에 접할 때의 제2 지지부(111d)의 높이(h2)가 더 높아질 수 있다.
따라서, 도 5를 참조하면, 사용자가 다기능 베개(100)를 사용했을 경우에, 사용자의 목은 목지지부(113)에 지지하고, 바닥면과 접해있는 제2 지지부(111d)의 높이가 제1 지지부(111c) 보다 더 낮기 때문에 낮은 높이로 사용할 수 있다.
반면에, 도 6을 참조하면, 제1 몸체부(111)를 뒤집어서 사용할 경우에는, 사용자의 목은 목지지부(113)에 지지하고, 제1 지지부(111c)의 높이(h1)가 제2 지지부(111d)의 높이(h2) 보다 더 높기 때문에, 다기능 베개(100)의 전체의 높이가 높아짐으로써, 체형이 큰 사람이 사용하더라도 불편함 없이 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 다기능 베개(100)는 키가 작거나 체형이 작은 사람이 사용할 경우에 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 몸체부(111)의 길이를 짧고, 높이를 낮게 사용할 수 있다. 반대로, 키가 크거나 체형이 큰 사람이 다기능 베개(100)를 사용할 경우에는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 제1 몸체부(111)를 뒤집어서 사용함으로써, 제1 몸체부(111)의 길이를 길고 높게 사용할 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 다기능 베개(100)는 사용자의 체형에 맞게 길이 및 높이를 조절하여 사용함으로써, 편안함이 향상될 수 있다.
도 1 및 도 3을 참조하면, 후두부받침부(112)는 사용자가 누웠을 때 직접적으로 머리가 닿는 부분으로, 제1 몸체부(111)의 대략 중앙부분에 형성될 수 있다. 이러한 후두부받침부(112)는 내부에 빈 공간이 형성되고, 그 내측으로는 제1 이동부재(112a) 및 제2 이동부재(112b)가 형성될 수 있다. 본 발명에서 제1 이동부재(112a)와 제2 이동부재(112b)는 일체형태로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 제1 이동부재(112a)와 제2 이동부재(112b)는 상하 뒤집어서 사용할 수 있기 때문에, 사용자가 원하는 경도에 따라 제1 이동부재(112a)가 상부에 위치할 수도 있고, 제2 이동부재(112b)가 상부에 위치할 수도 있다.
도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 제1 면(111a)이 제2 몸체부(121)의 상부 측면에 접하는 것을 기준으로 할 때, 제1 이동부재(112a)는 후두부받침부(112)의 내측 상부에 위치할 수 있으며, 제2 이동부재(112b)는 제1 이동부재(112a)의 하부에 위치할 수 있다.
이때, 제1 이동부재(112a)와 제2 이동부재(112b)는 서로 다른 경도로 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제2 이동부재(112b)는 제1 이동부재(112a) 보다 단단하게 형성될 경우, 사용자들이 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 경도를 선택하여 제1 이동부재(112a)와 제2 이동부재(112b)를 상하로 뒤집어서 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 다기능 베개(100)는 사용자가 제1 부재(110)를 뒤집어서 사용할 경우에는, 1 이동부재(112a)와 제2 이동부재(112b)는 이동이 가능하므로, 제1 이동부재(112a)가 하측 부분에 위치하고, 제2 이동부재(112b)가 상측 부분에 위치할 수 있다.
목지지부(113)는 후두부받침부(112)의 끝단에 위치하여, 사용자의 목을 지지할 수 있다. 또한, 도 5 및 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 목지지부(113)는 내측으로 제1 심재(113a)가 더 형성될 수 있다.
제1 심재(113a)는 원통형태로 형성되고, 목지지부(113)의 길이방향으로 형성될 수 있다. 또한, 제1 심재(113a)는 고경도 재질인 EVA 소재, 플라스틱 소재, PE 소재 등으로 형성되어, 사용자가 베개를 베고 휴식을 취하거나 잠을 자더라도, 목지지부(113)가 내려앉는 현상을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 제1 심재(113a)는 도 2에 도시된 제2 심재(122)와 동일하게 중앙부분이 굴곡되어, 사용자의 경추에 무리가 가는 것을 줄일 수 있으나, 본 발명에서 제1 심재(113a)의 형상을 한정하는 것은 아니다.
제1 몸체부(111)와 제2 몸체부(121)가 접하는 부분의 중앙에는 제1 몸체부(111)의 내측에 제1 홈(114)이 형성될 수 있으며, 제1 홈(114)에 대응되도록 후술할 제2 몸체부(121)의 내측에는 제2 홈(123)이 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 제1 홈(114)은 사용자가 엎드렸을 때 보다 쉽게 호흡을 할 수 있으며, 사용자의 얼굴이 빠지지 않는 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
제2 부재(120)는 제2 몸체부(121) 및 제2 심재(122)를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 제2 부재(120)는 제2 홈(123)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 제2 부재(120)는 외부에 내피 및 외피를 각각 더 구비할 수 있다. 내피 및 외피는 사용자가 다기능 베개(100)를 사용하면서 땀이나 이물질 등이 묻을 경우에 세척이 용이하여, 청결한 베개를 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
제2 몸체부(121)는 제1 몸체부(111)와 일측면이 접하며, 다기능 베개(100)의 가장 높은 부분으로, 사용자가 엎드렸을 때, 이마나 가슴 부위 등을 받칠 수 있다. 보다 상세하게는 제2 몸체부(121)는 제1 몸체부(111)와 인접하는 부분으로부터 점점 멀어질수록 높이가 높아짐으로써, 사용자가 엎드리거나 누워서 사용할 때 편안함을 느낄 수 있다.
이때, 제2 몸체부(121)는 가장 높은 부분의 높이가 대략 15~18cm로 형성될 수 있다. 가장 높은 부분의 높이가 15cm미만일 경우에는 제1 몸체부(111) 보다 높이가 낮아지기 때문에, 사용자가 머리나 이마를 받치고 휴식을 취하거나, 숙면을 취하기가 어려울 수 있다. 반면에, 가장 높은 부분의 높이가 18cm를 초과할 경우에는, 제1 부재(110)와의 높이 차이가 너무 나기 때문에, 사용자의 목이 꺾이는 등의 불편함이 생길 수 있다.
제2 몸체부(121)는 스폰지 폼이나 메모리 폼, 슬로우리커버리폼, 저탄성 폴리우레탄, 라텍스 등의 부드러운 재질을 사용함으로써, 사용자는 안락함을 느낄 뿐만 아니라, 베개 관리도 매우 용이하기 때문에 청결한 베개를 사용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
도 2 및 도 9을 참조하면, 제2 심재(122)는 제2 몸체부(121)의 내측에 일체형으로 형성될 수 있다. 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 심재(122)는 제2 몸체부(121)의 길이방향으로 형성되어, 사용자의 머리뿐만 아니라, 목, 허리, 가슴 등에 받쳐서 사용할 경우에 스트레칭 효과도 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 제2 심재(122)는 고경도 재질인 EVA 소재, 플라스틱 소재, PE 소재 등으로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 제2 심재(122)는 사용자가 베개를 베고 휴식을 취하거나 잠을 자더라도, 몸의 하중에 의한 압착 강도가 유지되어 과도한 눌림을 방지할 수 있기 때문에, 제2 부재(120)가 내려앉는 현상을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 도 2 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 제2 심재(122)는 원통형태로 형성되고, 중앙부분은 절구공이처럼 굴곡된 굴곡부(122a)를 포함할 수 있다. 따라서, 굴곡부(122a)는 사용자가 목, 허리 등에 제2 부재(120)를 사용하더라도 제2 심재(122)가 직접적으로 척추에 닿지 않아서 사용자는 고통없이 시원함만을 느낄 수 있다. 도 9에서는 사용자의 요추부위에만 제2 부재(120)를 사용하는 것을 도시하였으나, 요추뿐만 아니라 경추 및 흉추 등에도 사용할 수 있다.
이러한 제2 심재(122)는 지름이 대략 6~8cm로 형성될 수 있다. 지름이 6cm미만일 경우에는 스트레칭 등의 효과를 얻기가 어려울 뿐만 아니라, 제2 몸체부(1221)가 내려앉는 현상을 방지하기 어려울 수 있으며, 지름이 8cm를 초과할 경우에는 제2 심재(122)의 단단함이 직접적으로 느껴지기 때문에, 편안함이 줄어들 수 있다.
제2 홈(123)은 제1 부재(110)와 접하는 부분인 제2 몸체부(121)의 중앙 내측으로 상기 제1 홈(114)과 대응되는 부분에 형성될 수 있다.
이때, 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이. 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)가 결합할 경우에는 제1 홈(114)과 제2 홈(123)을 통하여 관통홀이 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 관통홀은 사용자가 다기능 베개(100)에 엎드려 있을 경우 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이. 사용자의 코나 입이 위치함으로써, 보다 편하게 숨을 쉬면서 휴식을 취할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
도 7 및 도 8을 참조하면, 다기능 베개(100)는 제2 부재(120)의 상면이 제1 부재(110)의 상면과 접하도록 접어서 사용할 수 있다. 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 사용자의 뒤통수를 지지하거나, 등받이로 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 다기능 베개(100)는 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)가 결합부재(130)로 서로 연결되어 있기 때문에, 사용자가 누워있을 경우에도 제2 부재(120)를 제1 부재(110)의 상면으로 손쉽게 들어올려서, 접을 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자가 독서를 하거나 TV를 시청할 경우에 머리나 허리를 기댈 수 있기 때문에, 침대 앞에 있는 TV를 편안하게 시청할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
본 발명에 따른 다기능 베개(100)는 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)를 접어서 사용할 경우, 오랜시간 사용자의 머리, 목, 어깨 및 등을 지지하더라도 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)의 내부에 결합된 제1 심재(113a)와 제2 심재(122)로 인해, 과도한 눌림을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 다기능 베개(100)는 결합부재(130) 및 차양막(140)을 더 포함할 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 결합부재(130)는 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)가 접하는 부분에 위치하여, 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)를 서로 탈부착할 수 있다.
일반적으로 결합부재(130)는 자석이나 똑딱이, 끈 등을 이용할 수 있으나, 본 발명에서는 벨크로 테이프를 사용하여 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)를 탈부착하여, 보다 간편하게 사용할 수 있다.
이러한 결합부재(130)는 제1 부재(110)와 제2 부재(120)를 용도에 따라 서로 분리하거나 결합하여 사용할 뿐만 아니라, 접어서 등받이 등으로 사용할 수도 있다.
도 11을 참조하면, 차양막(140)은 제1 부재(110)의 일측면에 결합되고, 탈부착이 가능할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 차양막(140)은 제1 부재(110)의 일측면에 홈을 형성하여 삽입할 수도 있고, 나사 등으로 고정할 수도 있으며, 필요하지 않을 경우에는 분리 하여 차양막(140)을 따로 보관 할 수 있다. 이러한 차양막(140)은 펼쳤다 접었다가 할 수 있는 자바라식으로 형성될 수 있으며, 차양막(140)을 펼칠 경우에는 외부로부터의 불빛 등을 막아 숙면을 취할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 차양막(140)은 내부 상단에 휴대폰이나 태블릿 PC등을 삽입할 수 있는 투명한 재질의 포켓부(141)가 더 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 포켓부(141)에 휴대폰이나 태블릿 PC등을 삽입하여, 사용자가 누운 상태에서도 손을 사용하지 않고 영상이나 음악 등을 쉽게 감상할 수 있다.
또한, 차양막(140)은 흡음 소재로 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 차양막(140)은 외부로부터의 불빛을 막을 뿐만 아니라 코를 골거나 잠꼬대 등의 소음을 경감시켜주기 때문에, 주위 사람들에게도 편안한 잠자리를 제공할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 변형될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (13)

  1. 사용자의 머리를 지지하는 제1 몸체부와, 상기 제1 몸체부의 중앙부분에 형성되고, 상기 제1 몸체부 보다 낮은 높이로 형성되는 후두부받침부와, 상기 후두부받침부의 끝단에 위치하여, 사용자의 목을 지지하는 목지지부를 포함하는 제1 부재; 및
    상기 제1 몸체부와 상부 측면이 접하는 제2 몸체부와, 상기 제2 몸체부의 내측에 형성되는 제2 심재를 포함하는 제2 부재;를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 부재와 상기 제2 부재는 결합부재로 서로 결합되어 탈부착이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 베개.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 몸체부의 상부 측면에 접하는 상기 제1몸체부의 측면에 형성된 것으로, 상기 제1몸체부의 상부 측면에 위치하는 제1 면 및 상기 제1 몸체부의 하부 측면에 위치하는 제2 면을 포함하며,
    상기 제2 면은 상기 제1 면 보다 돌출되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 베개.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 면이 상기 제2 몸체부의 상부 측면에 접할 때 보다 상기 제2 면이 상기 제2 몸체부의 상부 측면과 접할 때 전체 길이가 길어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 베개.
  4. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 면이 상기 제2 몸체부의 상부 측면에 접하는 것을 기준으로 할 때,
    상기 제1 몸체부의 상부에 형성되는 제1 지지부 및 상기 제1 몸체부의 하부에 형성되는 제2 지지부를 포함하며,
    상기 제1 지지부 및 상기 제2 지지부는 서로 높이가 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 다기능 베개.
