背景技术
随着智能手机与微信的普及,各大航空公司都推广了微信、上网或者短信等值机方式供旅客选择,旅客用智能手机办理值机后,去到机场仍然需要在值机柜台或自助值机上打印登机凭证,但是旅客用有效的证件确认登机信息及选定座位号,取到登机凭证要用约几十秒的时间,不够快捷,而且现有技术的落地式自助值机装置结构复杂,占用空间大,造价高影响推广。
另外随着科技的发展,应用于医疗行业的手机网上预约挂号逐渐普及,但是病人到医院后仍要打印挂号单,效率比较低而且非常不方便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种悬挂式自助打印装置,本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是:应用于机场登机凭证的打印时,读取手机值机二维码或身份证号码后打印登机凭证,读取与打印时间大大缩短,旅客不需要任何信息选择,方便快捷,提高值机效率, 另外本实用新型可以应用于交通行业、剧院等领域手机二维码申请打印车票或入场券,总之本实用新型可以应用于需要进行快捷、高效率的自助打印牌、卡、凭证、单据的场合。

一种悬挂式自助打印装置,其特征在于,它包括信息采集与确认装置与打印装置,所述的信息采集与确认装置包括条码二维码阅读器或身份证阅读器及与之相连的信息处理器,还包括无线通讯模块,所述无线通讯模块承担信息处理器与数据中心之间的通讯,打印装置包括受信息处理器驱动的打印机,所述打印机连接登机凭证或行李条纸卷,所述打印机出纸端连接有剪切装置和压纸装置,所述的剪切装置在打印机出纸端切断登机凭证或行李条,所述的压纸装置负责压住切断后的登机凭证或行李条供人工提取。
作为进一步优化,其特征还在于,所述与打印机连接的登机凭证或行李条纸卷上设置有卷纸中轴供纸卷旋转供纸,所述的信息采集与确认装置与打印装置外设置有支架,用以固定纸卷中轴和打印机,所述的支架外侧面设置有前面板,所述前面板底边有活页可以翻下便于取下或安装登机凭证或行李条纸卷。

作为另外一种实施方式,其特征还在于,所述的前面板上设置有 信息阅读器窗口和触摸显示屏,所述信息阅读器窗口内设置条码二维码阅读器或身份证阅读器,触摸显示屏取代指示灯显示信息采集与打印状况,通过触摸显示屏,作出功能选择。
根据上述结构及技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1、本实用新型应用于航空领域时,在读取手机值机二维码或身份证号码后打印登机凭证,统计到的读取与打印时间不超过五秒钟,旅客不需要任何信息选择,方便快捷。
2、如上所述,手机值机二维码只能打印一张登机凭证,不会打印出两张相同的登机凭证。
3、本实用新型将登机凭证纸卷换成行李标签纸卷,用登机凭证的条形码或二维码或身份证号码,申请打印行李标签,可以大大提高自助值机的效率。
4、本实用新型半露式卷纸结构,换纸非常方便。
5、本实用新型的压纸器确保打印好的登机凭证或者行李标签不会落在地上,方便旅客操作。
6、如上所述,本实用新型可以促进手机网上值机,提高航空服务水平,减少工作人员,减少设备投资,提高航空运营效益。

如图1-4所示,在使用时,旅客将手机值机后形成的二维码图案或身份证对着自助值机装置的信息阅读器窗口1’,条码二维码阅读器或身份证阅读器1自动读取手机值机二维码或身份证信息,信息处理器2通过无线通信模块3,传输到数据中心,数据中心将核查是否是有效航班,是否已打印过登机凭证,如确认无误时,通过无线通信模块3向信息处理器2发出确认指令,指示灯4绿色并且发出打印指令;如果航班不对或已打印过登机凭证,向信息处理器2发出不可 以打印的指令,指示灯红色闪烁,提示旅客不能打印登机凭证,确保已打印登机凭证的二维码不能再次申请打印登机凭证,确保不出现两张相同的登机凭证。
本实用新型的信息处理器2控制打印机5工作,打印机5打印登机凭证完毕时剪切装置6切断登机凭证,并启动压纸装置7工作,压纸轮压住登机凭证或行李条8不会自动滑落,旅客从打印机中取下登机凭证或行李条8。
安装:在墙壁13上安装墙壁持钉14,然后装悬挂式自助打印装置固定在墙壁持钉14上,接通电源就可以工作了。
