Description

净水设备 技术领域
本发明涉及净水领域,尤其是涉及一种净水设备。
背景技术
净水设备用于生产净水,净水设备多采用反渗透工艺,利用无相变的物理方法将含盐水进行脱盐、除盐等操作,从而形成可直接饮用的净水。
传统净水设备主要包括机体和滤芯模组,滤芯模组与机体为一体结构,滤芯模组具有多个滤芯,当滤芯损坏或滤芯达到使用寿命需要更换新的滤芯时,需要在狭小的空间内拆装滤芯,操作不便,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种净水设备,便于滤芯模组的拆卸和滤芯的更换和安装。
根据本发明实施例的净水设备,包括:机体,所述机体内限定出容纳空间,所述容纳空间的顶部敞开,所述机体上设有第一接头;滤芯模组,所述滤芯模组上设有第二接头,所述滤芯模组可移动地配合在所述容纳空间内以使得所述第一接头与所述第二接头配合或脱离配合,所述滤芯模组的左右侧壁上分别设有配合槽;封盖件,所述封盖件的前端可转动地设在所述机体上,所述封盖件的左右侧壁的内壁上设有滚动轮,其中在所述封盖件向下摆动的过程中所述滚动轮与所述配合槽配合以推动所述滤芯模组向前移动,在所述封盖件向上摆动的过程中所述滚动轮与所述配合槽配合以推动所述滤芯模组向后移动。
根据本发明实施例的净水设备,通过使得第一接头和第二接头可脱离配合,当需要更换滤芯时,可以将滤芯模组从机体的容纳空间内取出到宽敞的便于更换滤芯的地方,从而便于滤芯的更换。同时通过设有封盖件,用户只需要下压和上提封盖件就可以分别实现第一接头和第二接头的连接和分离,便于滤芯模组的拆卸和滤芯的更换和安装。

根据本发明的一些实施例,所述配合槽的顶部敞开,所述配合槽包括前侧壁和后侧壁,所述前侧壁包括第一段、第二段和第三段,所述第一段形成为在从上到下从前到后的方向上倾斜延伸的斜面,所述第二段与所述第一段的下端相连,所述第二段形成为在从上到下从后到前的方向上倾斜延伸的斜面,所述第三段与所述第二段的下端相连且竖直延伸,所 述后侧壁形成为平面。
优选地,所述第三段与所述后侧壁之间的距离等于所述滚动轮的直径。
在本发明的具体实施例中,所述封盖件的左右侧壁的内壁上分别设有枢转轴,所述机体的左右侧壁上分别设有与相应的所述枢转轴配合的枢转槽。
具体地,所述封盖件的顶部设有供用户握持的第一把手槽。
在本发明的进一步实施例中,所述封盖件还包括挡板,所述挡板设在所述封盖件的后端面上。
进一步地,所述挡板的底部设有供用户握持的第二把手槽。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述封盖件上设置有第一锁止孔,所述滤芯支架上设置有第二锁止孔,所述第一锁止孔与所述第二锁止孔在所述封盖件向下摆动到预定位置时彼此正对;以及所述净水设备还包括:锁止件,所述锁止件适于配合在所述第一锁止孔和所述第二锁止孔内以防止所述滤芯模组相对所述机体自由旋转。
优选地,所述第一锁止孔和所述第二锁止孔均为圆孔,所述锁止件为锁止销钉。
在本发明的一些实施例,净水设备还包括接水盘,所述接水盘设在所述机体的底壁的后端面上。

下面参考图1-图9详细描述根据本发明实施例的净水设备100,该净水设备100可对自来水进行净化以分离出纯水和浓缩水,其中纯水可供用户饮用。
如图2-图9所示,根据本发明实施例的净水设备100,包括:机体1、滤芯模组3和封盖件5,其中,机体1内限定出容纳空间10,容纳空间10的顶部敞开,机体1上设有第一接头2。具体地,第一接头2可以为多个,多个第一接头2分别与自来水接口23、净水水龙头22、废水接口24等连通。同时该净水设备100还可以包括储水罐21,储水罐21与净水水龙头22连通以储存过滤后的可供用户饮用的净水。
滤芯模组3包括可更换的滤芯31,滤芯模组3上设有第二接头(图未示出),滤芯模组 3可移动地配合在容纳空间10内以使得第一接头2与第二接头配合或脱离配合,第二接头的个数与第一接头2的个数相同且一一对应配合。也就是说,第一接头2可以与第二接头配合或脱离配合,当将滤芯模组3放置在容纳空间10内且使得第一接头2和第二接头配合时,净水设备100装配完成,从而可以对自来水进行净化。
当需要将滤芯模组3移出以更换滤芯31时,可使得第一接头2和第二接头脱离配合,并将滤芯模组3从容纳空间10内移出,可将滤芯模组3移动到便于用户更换滤芯31的地方。
滤芯模组3的左右侧壁上分别设有配合槽7。封盖件5的前端可转动地设在机体1上,封盖件5的左右侧壁的内壁上设有滚动轮6,其中在封盖件5向下摆动的过程中滚动轮6与配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向前移动,在封盖件5向上摆动的过程中滚动轮6和配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向后移动。从而便于滤芯模组3的装配和拿取。
具体而言,需要使得第一接头2和第二接头对接时,首先将滤芯模组3放置在容纳空间10内实现第一接头2和第二接头的预对接,然后下压封盖件5使得滚动轮6与配合槽7配合,在封盖件5向下摆动的过程中滚动轮6与配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向前移动使得第一接头2和第二接头对接。
当需要更换滤芯31时,首先向上抬起封盖件5,在封盖件5向上摆动的过程中滚动轮6和配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向后移动,使得第一接头2和第二接头脱离配合,然后继续上抬封盖件5使得滚动轮6从配合槽7内脱离,之后将滤芯模组3从容纳空间10内取出即可。
根据本发明实施例的净水设备100,通过使得第一接头2和第二接头可脱离配合,当需要更换滤芯31时,可以将滤芯模组3从机体1的容纳空间10内取出到宽敞的便于更换滤芯31的地方,从而便于滤芯31的更换。同时通过设有封盖件5,用户只需要下压和上提封盖件5就可以分别实现第一接头2和第二接头的连接和分离,便于滤芯模组3的拆卸和滤芯31的更换和安装。
下面参考图1-图7详细描述根据本发明一个具体实施例的净水设备100。
根据本发明实施例的净水设备100,包括:机体1、滤芯模组3和封盖件5,其中,机体1内限定出用于容纳滤芯模组3的容纳空间10。机体1的后侧敞开以限定出插入口11,机体1的顶部敞开,滤芯模组3通过插入口11装配到容纳空间10内,且通过插入口11取出滤芯模组3。封盖件5的前端可枢转地设在机体1的左右侧壁上以封盖机体1的顶部,从而可以对滤芯模组3起到保护的作用,避免灰尘等物质污染滤芯模组3。
容纳空间10的左右侧壁的后端分别形成为在从容纳空间10的外侧到容纳空间10内的方向上向前倾斜延伸的导引面13。也就是说,插入口11设有两个向前向内倾斜延伸的导 引面13,从而在两个导引面13的导引下,便于滤芯模组3装配到容纳空间10内。
机体1的左右侧壁均包括第一部分14和与第一部分14的后端相连的第二部分15,第一部分14与机体1的前面板12相连,第二部分15的高度小于第一部分14的高度,前面板12的高度和第一部分14的高度相同。
机体1上还设有隔板8,隔板8设在机体1的前面板12的后表面上且与第二部分15平齐,隔板8、前面板12和两个第一部分14限定出方形框9,方形框9的后侧敞开,方形框9的顶部可封闭也可敞开,第一接头2设在方形框9内,第一接头2设在前面板12的后表面上。
滤芯模组3包括滤芯支架30和滤芯31,滤芯31可拆卸地设在滤芯支架30上,第二接头设在滤芯支架30的前表面上。滤芯31可以为多个,多个滤芯31分别可拆卸地设在滤芯支架30上,从而通过设有多个滤芯31,可提高滤芯模组3对自来水的净化能力。
滤芯支架30的左右侧壁的底部分别设有朝向彼此凹入的凹槽32,每个凹槽32在前后方向上贯穿相应的侧壁,每个凹槽32的底部敞开,每个凹槽32的顶壁适于与相应的第二部分15的顶部滑动配合。每个凹槽32的顶壁和侧壁分别形成为平面且彼此垂直设置,从而可以提高滤芯支架30的外观美观性。
也就是说,滤芯支架30的左侧壁的底部设有向右凹入的凹槽32,滤芯支架30的左侧壁上的凹槽32在前后方向上贯穿滤芯支架30的左侧壁,滤芯支架30的左侧壁上的凹槽32的底部敞开,且滤芯支架30的左侧壁上的凹槽32的顶壁与机体1的左侧壁的第二部分15的顶部滑动配合。
滤芯支架30的右侧壁的底部设有向左凹入的凹槽32,滤芯支架30的右侧壁上的凹槽32在前后方向上贯穿滤芯支架30的右侧壁,滤芯支架30的右侧壁上的凹槽32的底部敞开,且滤芯支架30的右侧壁上的凹槽32的顶壁与机体1的右侧壁的第二部分15的顶部滑动配合。
滤芯支架30的前表面上设有适于与方形框9配合的方形凸起33,第二接头设在方形凸起33的前表面上。
具体而言,当需要将滤芯模组3上的第二接头与机体1上的第一接头2配合时,首先将滤芯模组3对准插入口11,在插入口11处的两个导引面13的导引下,滤芯模组3移动到容纳空间10内且使得两个凹槽32的顶壁分别与两个第二部分15的顶部接触,实现了第一接头2和第二接头的初步对接方向校正。在两个第二部分15的导引作用下,每个凹槽32的顶壁与相应的第二部分15的顶部滑动配合以使得滤芯模组3在容纳空间10内可移动。
在滤芯模组3移动的过程中,方形凸起33与方形框9配合使得第一接头2和第二接头对准。从而通过设有导引面13、方形框9、方形凸起33和两个凹槽32,便于滤芯模组3 的装配,且保证了第一接头2和第二接头的方向对准以便于第一接头2和第二接头的对接。
封盖件5的左右内壁上分别设有滚动轮6,滤芯模组3的左右侧壁上分别设有配合槽7,滚动轮6的中心轴线到封盖件5的旋转轴线之间的距离小于封盖件5的后端面到滚动轮6的中心轴线之间的距离。也就是说,封盖件5的设计利用了杠杆原理,可以使用较小的力按压封盖件5就可使滚动轮6与配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3移动。
配合槽7的顶部敞开,配合槽7包括前侧壁70和后侧壁71,前侧壁70包括第一段72、第二段73和第三段74,第一段72形成为在从上到下从前到后的方向上倾斜延伸的斜面,第二段73与第一段72的下端相连,第二段73形成为在从上到下从后到前的方向上倾斜延伸的斜面,第三段74与第二段73的下端相连且竖直延伸,后侧壁71形成为平面。需要进行说明的是,斜面可以是平面也可以是曲面。
具体地,在封盖件5下压的过程中,滚动轮6首先与第一段72配合,在第一段72与滚动轮6的作用下,滚动轮6向滤芯支架30提供一个向前的作用下以推动滤芯模组3向前移动,封盖件5继续下压,滚动轮6继续向下移动以与第一段72脱离配合,此时滤芯模组3停止向前移动,当滚动轮6位于第三段74与后侧壁71限定出的空间内时,封盖件5停止下压。
在封盖件5向上摆动的过程中,滚动轮6与第二段73配合以向滤芯支架30提供一个向后的作用力,以使得滤芯模组3向后移动,当滚动轮6与第二段73脱离配合时,滚动轮6不再向滤芯支架30提供向后的作用力。
第三段74与后侧壁71之间的距离等于滚动轮6的直径。从而可以实现封盖件5和滤芯模组3之间互锁的目的,避免因净水设备100的水压过大而导致滤芯模组3移动而使得第一接头2和第二接头脱离配合。
其中,可以理解的是,配合槽7的形状还可以不限于此,配合槽7还可以形成为其他形状,只要保证在封盖件5向下摆动的过程中滚动轮6与配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向前移动,在封盖件5向上摆动的过程中滚动轮6和配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向后移动即可。
封盖件5的左右侧壁的内壁上分别设有枢转轴53,机体1的左右侧壁上分别设有与相应的枢转轴53配合的枢转槽16。从而使得封盖件5的装配简单。为了便于封盖件5的打开,封盖件5的顶部设有供用户握持的第一把手槽51。
封盖件5还包括挡板50,挡板50设在封盖件5的后端面上。从而通过设有挡板50,在第一接头2和第二接头对接时,封盖件5可将机体1和滤芯模组3完全抱紧,确保第一接头2和第二接头的连接稳定可靠,避免因净水设备100的水压过大而导致滤芯模组3移 动而使得第一接头2和第二接头脱离配合。挡板50的底部设有供用户握持的第二把手槽52,以便于用户打开封盖件5。
净水设备100还包括接水盘20,接水盘20设在机体1的底壁的后端面上。由此,当将滤芯模组3从机体1上拆卸下来时,接水盘20可以接收第一接头2和第二接头分离时流出的水,避免水从容纳空间10流出而对用户造成不便。
下面详细描述根据本发明上述实施例的净水设备100的装配过程和拆卸过程。
首先,将滤芯模组3对准插入口11,在导引面13的导引下,将滤芯模组3推入到容纳空间10内且每个凹槽32的顶壁与第二部分15的顶部接触,第一接头2和第二接头在凹槽32和第二部分15的作用下实现初步的对接方向校正。
继续推动滤芯模组3,在第二部分15的导向下,每个凹槽32的顶壁与第二部分15的顶部滑动配合直到方形凸起33伸入到方形框9内,实现了第一接头2和第二接头的预对准,方形框9主要限制了滤芯模组3的五个方向上的自由度,所以通过设有方形框9,可以实现第一接头2和第二接头的精确对接。
当方形框9和方形凸起33对接后,接着下压封盖件5,在封盖件5下摆的过程中,滚动轮6进入到配合槽7内,滚动轮6首先与第一段72配合,在第一段72与滚动轮6的作用下,滚动轮6向滤芯支架30提供一个向前的作用下以推动滤芯模组3向前移动直至滚动轮6与第一段72脱离配合,使得第一接头2和第二接头完成对接。继续下压封盖件5,使得滚动轮6进入到第三段74与后侧壁71限定出的空间内,停止下压。由于封盖件5的设计利用杠杆原理,所以可以利用较小的力推动滤芯模组3移动以实现第一接头2和第二接头对接。
如图5所示,在配合槽7的前侧壁70与后侧壁71之间有水压作用下产生的分离力F,分离力F可以进行分解平衡,一是沿曲面圆心的分解力F1,另一个是沿第二段73所示的曲面切向向下的力F2,在此力F2的作用下,当滚动轮6进入到第三段74与后侧壁71限定出的空间内时,封盖件5有向下方旋转的趋势,但受到第三段74的阻挡而不能旋转,从而实现滤芯模组3和机体1的自锁。
当需要取出滤芯模组3更换滤芯31时,首先向上抬起封盖件5,在封盖件5上摆的过程中,滚动轮6与第二段73配合以向滤芯支架30提供一个向后的作用力,滤芯模组3向后移动使得第一接头2和接头脱离配合。继续向上摆动封盖件5使得滚动轮6脱离配合槽7。
之后在第二部分15的导引下,向后拉动滤芯模组3使得滤芯模组3在容纳空间10内滑动直至滤芯模组3从插入口11滑出容纳空间10,完成滤芯模组3的拆卸。
根据本发明实施例的净水设备100,用户只需要下压和上提封盖件5就可以分别实现第 一接头2和第二接头的连接和分离,便于滤芯模组3的拆卸和滤芯31的更换和安装。另外,封盖件5的设计采用了杠杆原理,实现了以小力驱动大力的作用,用户只需要在封盖件5上施加较小的力,就可以实现第一接头2和第二接头的连接和分离。同时由于滚动轮6可位于第三段74和后侧壁71限定出的空间内,实现了滤芯模组3和机体1的自锁连接,在使用净水设备100的过程中,无需害怕因水压过大而使得第一接头2和第二接头分离,保证了净水设备100的使用可靠性。
下面参考图7和图8详细描述根据本发明另一个实施例的净水设备100。
如图7和图8所示,封盖件5的左右侧壁上分别设有配合槽7,机体1的左右侧壁上分别设有滚动轮6,配合槽7的前侧壁70包括第四段75、第五段76和第六段77,第四段75和第五段76分别形成为在从后到前的方向上向上倾斜延伸的斜面,第五段76的下端与第四段75的上端相连,第六段77的下端与第五段76的上端相连,第五段76的倾斜角度大于第四段75的倾斜角度,第六段77形成为竖直平面。配合槽7的后侧壁71分别与第五段76和第六段77相对且与第五段76和第六段77大体平行设置。
其中,可以理解的是,配合槽7的形状还可以不限于此,配合槽7还可以形成为其他形状,只要保证在封盖件5向下摆动的过程中滚动轮6与配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向前移动,在封盖件5向上摆动的过程中滚动轮6和配合槽7配合以推动滤芯模组3向后移动即可。封盖件5上设有把手54以便于用户握持,把手54形成为从封盖件5的侧壁向外延伸的圆柱体。
在该实施例中,机体1的形状、滤芯支架30的形状等均与上述实施例相同,这里就不再赘述。
在本发明的一些实施例中,封盖件5上设置有第一锁止孔(图未示出),滤芯支架30上设置有第二锁止孔(图未示出),第一锁止孔与第二锁止孔在封盖件5向下摆动到预定位置时彼此正对。净水设备100还包括:锁止件(图未示出),锁止件适于配合在第一锁止孔和第二锁止孔内以防止滤芯模组3相对机体1自由旋转。从而通过设有第一锁止孔、第二锁止孔和锁止件,可以避免因净水设备100的水压过大而导致第一接头2和第二接头脱离配合。具体地,第一锁止孔和第二锁止孔均为圆孔,锁止件为锁止销钉。从而使得净水设备100的结构简单。

  1. 一种净水设备,其特征在于,包括:
    机体,所述机体内限定出容纳空间,所述容纳空间的顶部敞开,所述机体上设有第一接头;
    滤芯模组,所述滤芯模组上设有第二接头,所述滤芯模组可移动地配合在所述容纳空间内以使得所述第一接头与所述第二接头配合或脱离配合,所述滤芯模组的左右侧壁上分别设有配合槽;
    封盖件,所述封盖件的前端可转动地设在所述机体上,所述封盖件的左右侧壁的内壁上设有滚动轮,其中在所述封盖件向下摆动的过程中所述滚动轮与所述配合槽配合以推动所述滤芯模组向前移动,在所述封盖件向上摆动的过程中所述滚动轮与所述配合槽配合以推动所述滤芯模组向后移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述配合槽的顶部敞开,所述配合槽包括前侧壁和后侧壁,所述前侧壁包括第一段、第二段和第三段,所述第一段形成为在从上到下从前到后的方向上倾斜延伸的斜面,所述第二段与所述第一段的下端相连,所述第二段形成为在从上到下从后到前的方向上倾斜延伸的斜面,所述第三段与所述第二段的下端相连且竖直延伸,所述后侧壁形成为平面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述第三段与所述后侧壁之间的距离等于所述滚动轮的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述封盖件的左右侧壁的内壁上分别设有枢转轴,所述机体的左右侧壁上分别设有与相应的所述枢转轴配合的枢转槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述封盖件的顶部设有供用户握持的第一把手槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述封盖件还包括挡板,所述挡板设在所述封盖件的后端面上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述挡板的底部设有供用户握持的第二把手槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述封盖件上设置有第一锁止孔,所述滤芯支架上设置有第二锁止孔,所述第一锁止孔与所述第二锁止孔在所述封盖件向下摆动到预定位置时彼此正对;以及
    所述净水设备还包括:锁止件,所述锁止件适于配合在所述第一锁止孔和所述第二锁止孔内以防止所述滤芯模组相对所述机体自由旋转。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的净水设备,其特征在于,所述第一锁止孔和所述第二锁止孔 均为圆孔,所述锁止件为锁止销钉。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的净水设备,其特征在于,还包括接水盘,所述接水盘设在所述机体的底壁的后端面上。
