该收绳组件 50是包含有一第一绳件 52、 三第二绳件 53、 一接头 54、 一压抵件 55、 一收柬弹簧 56以及一止脱件 57, 该第一绳件 52的顶端是连接于该主杆件 20, 而底端 则是经由该接头 54而与各该第二绳件 53的其中一端连接, 而该第二绳件 53的另一端 则是连接于该支架 40的下杆 42 , 该第一绳件 52的顶端是利用该压抵件 55以及该收束 弹簧 56而连接于该主衧件 20,该压抵件 55是位于该主杆件 20的外管 22内部以及该内 管 28的顶侧, 该第一绳件 52是穿过该底座 26的绳孔 263以及该内管 28内部, 并以其 顶端固定于该压抵件 55,该收束弹簧 56是祗顶于该内管 28内部以及该压抵件 55之间, 该收束弹簧 56可将该压抵件 55朝远离该内管 28的方向向上推顶 (见图 4), 从而将该第 一绳件 52向上拉伸, 该第二绳件 53则可借此带动该支架 40的下杆 42朝内偏摆, 该止 脱件 57是 用多个螺件 571而设置于该第一绳件 52上, 且位于该压抵件 55与该底座 26的绳孔 263之间, 可限制该第一绳件 52被拉离该主杆件 20的程度,从而避免该收束 弹簧 56被过度压缩而疲乏。
该保护套 60是设置于该主杼件 20的底座 26外围。
经由上述结构, 当此一可作为拐技的折叠椅 10需要作为座椅使用时, 请参阅图 1 及图 4, 使用者可展开该等坐柄 30以及该等支架 40, 使得该主杼件 20底座 26的第一 卡合部 261 沿着该支架 40滑套 44的顶侧滑动, ^而卡合于该滑套 44 的第二卡合部 443(见图 1A) , 此 ,该滑套 44受该锁掣弹簧 46的抵顶, 可稳固地使该第一卡合部 261 与第二卡合部 443维持卡合状态, 该被展开的坐柄 30 可稳固地供使用者乘坐; 另外, 于展开的过程中, 该主杆件 20的内管 28受到主弹簧 29的带动, 可利用其环锥面 281 推抵该等支架 40的下杆 42朝外偏摆, 以协助使用者展开该等支架 40。
当此一可作为拐杖的折叠椅 10需要收折时,请参阋图 2及图 5 ,使用者需先施力于 该等支架 40的滑套 44, 使其抵抗该锁掣弹簧 46的推力朝远离该主杆件 20的方向向下 推移,待该主杆件 20底座 26的第一卡合部 261完全脱离该支架 40滑套 44的第二卡合 部 443 , 使用者即可将该等支架 40朝内偏摆, 而达到收折的目的, 而于收折过程中, 该 收绳组件 50的压抵件 55及收束弹簧 56可将该第一绳件 52朝上拉伸, 除可经由该第二 绳件 53协助收折该支架 40之并, 更能达到理线的效果。
除此之外, 该可作为拐杖的折叠椅于结构上其实也可具有多种变化 请再参阅图 6 及图 7, 其主杆件底座 26'的第一卡合部 261' 是具有圆角, 而支架滑套 44'的第二卡合 部 443' 同样为一凹槽, 其不同点在于, 该第二卡合部 443' 的凹槽是形成于该中心孔 441 ' 的孔 , 且轴向地贯穿该滑套 44' , 但在径向上并未贯穿该滑套 44' 的侧周壁, 这祥的结构也同样能够达到卡合的效果。
另外, 此一可作为拐杖的折叠椅其实也可具有多种变化, 例如该主杆件 20底座 26 的第一卡合部 26 也可设计为凹槽, 并配合将该支架 40滑套 44的第二卡合部 443设计 为定位销, 也同祥能够达到效果; 举凡此种应用本发明说明书以及申请专利范围所为之

Claims

1、 一种可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 包括:
一主杆件, 具有一顶端以及一底端, 该底端具有多个第一卡合部;
至少一坐柄, 是枢接于该主杆件的顶端; 以及
多个支架,任一支架均包含有一下杆以及一滑套,该下杆是与该主杆件的底端枢接, 该滑套是可滑动地套置于该下杼, 并具有一第二卡合部, 该第二卡合部是可脱离地与该 主衧件底端的第一卡合部卡合。
2 -, 根据权利要求 1 所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 各该支架还包含有 一锁掣弹簧 该支架的下衧具有一抵推部, 该锁掣弹簧是套置于该下杆, 且抵顶于该下 杆的抵推部与该滑套之间。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 该支架的滑套是具 有一中心孔供该下杆穿置 该滑套的第二卡合部是为一凹槽, 该主杆件底端的第一卡合 部是为一定位销, 且插置于该凹槽中。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 该支架滑套的凹槽 是位于该滑套的顶侧, 且由该中心孔径向地向外延伸, 并贯穿该滑套的侧周壁。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 该支架滑套的凹槽 是形成于该中心孔的孔 且轴向地贯穿该滑套。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 该主杆件包含有一 外管、 一顶座、 一底座、 一内管以及一主弹簧, 该顶座及该底座分别设于该外管的顶端 及底端, 该坐柄是梪接于该顶座, 该主衧件的第一卡合部是位于该底座上, 该内管是可 轴向移动地容置于该夕卜管内部, 该主弹簧是容置于该夕卜管内部, 且抵顶于该顶座与该内 管顶端之间, 任一该支架的下杆顶端是穿过该底座, 并抵接于该内管的底端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 该内管的底端是具 有一环锥面供该支架的下杆抵接。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 更包含有一收绳组 件, 该收绳组件是包含有一第一绳件以及多个第二绳件, 该第一绳件的顶端是连接于该 主衧件, 各该第二绳件的一端均连接于该第一绳件的底端, 另一端则与其中一该支架的 下杆连接。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅, 其特征在于: 该主杆件是包含有 一外管、 一底座以及一内管, 该底座是设于该夕卜管的底端, 该内管是可轴向移动地容置 于该夕卜管内部,该收绳组件的第一绳件顶端是利用一压抵件以及一收束弹簧而连接于该 主杆件, 该压抵件是位于该内管的顶侧, 该第一绳件是穿过该底座及该内管, 并以其顶 端固定于该压抵件, 该收束弹簧是抵顶于该内管以及该压抵件之间。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的可作为拐杖的折叠椅 其特径在于: 该收绳组件还包含 有一止脱件设置于该第一绳件 且位于该压抵件与该底座之间。
