Definitions
- This invention relates to a shoe upper made of knitted fabric, and more particularly to reinforcement of a hole for threading.
- Patent Document 1 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2013-220357 proposes that a shoe upper is constituted by a knitted fabric, and that the stretchability of the knitted fabric is limited by coating a required part with a polymer material. Further, it has been proposed to reinforce a portion having a hole for threading by applying a polymer coating to a plurality of layers.
- Patent document 2 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2008-266854 is an applicant's prior patent, which is formed by knitting a hollow knitted fabric and filling the hollow portion with a cushioning material, a heat insulating material, a heat insulating material, etc. It is proposed to impart desired properties such as the above to the knitted fabric.
- An object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily reinforce a knitted fabric around a hole for threading.
- the shoe upper of the present invention comprises a knitted fabric,
- a bag-shaped part that is knitted into a bag shape without sewing, has a closed interior, and has a space inside is provided so as to extend along the direction connecting the toes and ankles.
- a string passage part is formed in which a hole for threading is provided, Further, the bag-like portion is filled with a filler, and the knitted fabric around the hole for stringing is reinforced.
- the bag-shaped portion is composed of a front knitted fabric and a back knitted fabric, and is a portion knitted into a bag shape.
- the tube is filled with a filler, and the knitted fabric around the hole for stringing is reinforced. . Moreover, it is not necessary to perform coating several times for reinforcement.
- the filler includes a heat-fusible or thermosetting synthetic resin, and both are fused to the knitted fabric of the bag-like portion.
- the synthetic resin in the filler is fused to the knitted fabric to reinforce the knitted fabric around the hole for stringing, and a structure is formed in which the synthetic resin is fused in the bag-like part.
- the string is supported and the knitted fabric around the hole for string passing is reinforced.
- the filler containing the heat-fusible synthetic resin or the thermosetting synthetic resin is preferably filled in a thread form or a fiber form, and may be filled in a bead form or a powder form. Although it may be filled in a liquid state, the filler may ooze out on the surface of the knitted fabric, which may impair the texture of the knitted fabric. In any case, it is preferable to fill the filler with an air flow.
- the bag-shaped part has a length of about several centimeters, for example, and it is not easy to uniformly fill the filler. Whether the filling is uniform affects whether the bag-like portion swells uniformly and has a uniform thickness, or whether the bag-like portion has a uniform hardness. Therefore, if the bag-like portion is divided into a plurality of sections and filled in each section, the filling range is reduced by one filling, and uniform filling is facilitated. In order to provide the sections, it is preferable to close the cylinder by crossing the knitting yarns of the front and back knitted fabrics, or to join the front and back knitted fabrics to each other by tacking or the like. Even if a filling machine having a plurality of injection nozzles is used, uniform filling is possible.
- an inlet for injecting the filler is provided in the bag-like portion.
- the injection port is provided with a knitted tissue having a hole such as a mesh structure in a part of the bag-like portion, and the hole serves as an injection port. If it does in this way, the nozzle for filling can be inserted in a bag-like part, without damaging a knitted fabric.
- the gauge of the knitted fabric is rough and the size of the stitch is sufficiently larger than the diameter of the nozzle, the nozzle can be directly inserted into the stitch without providing the injection port. The diameter of the nozzle can be reduced when fibers are injected, but is increased when beads are injected.
- the bag-like portion is further provided with a collar around the ankle.
- This shoe upper includes a collar filled with a filler and a stringing portion, and can be easily knitted by a flat knitting machine or the like.
- the collar is filled with an elastic filler, and the string-through portion is filled with a heat-sealing synthetic resin or a thermosetting synthetic resin.
- the collar has elasticity, and the string passage portion has strength to support the shoelace and is durable.
- the bag-shaped portion further includes a bag-shaped stretch preventing portion extending from the string passage portion toward both side surfaces of the shoe upper, and a heat-synthetic synthetic resin or a thermosetting synthetic resin is attached to the stretch preventing portion. Filler containing resin is filled. In this shoe upper, deformation due to the string passing portion being pulled by the shoelace can be prevented by the stretch preventing portion.
- Top view of the shoe upper in the preferred embodiment The figure which shows the stitch structure of the bag-shaped part in the optimal Example
- the figure which shows the manufacturing process of a bag-shaped part provided with the hole for stringing Diagram of knitting process for holes for stringing The figure which shows the division of a bag-like part, and the mesh for injection
- FIG. 1 shows a shoe upper according to an embodiment, and a shoe is formed when a shoe sole (not shown) is attached.
- 4 is an upper
- 5 is an inner sole
- the inner sole 5 may not be provided.
- 6 is a tongue
- 8 and 8 are bag-like portions on both sides of the tongue 6, which are bag-like knitted fabrics composed of a front knitted fabric and a back knitted fabric, and are provided with a plurality of holes 10 for supporting through shoelaces 12.
- the kind of shoes is arbitrary, such as sports shoes, sneakers, trekking boots, and knit boots. *
- FIG. 2 shows the structure of the bag-shaped portion 8
- 14 is a front knitted fabric that appears on the surface of the shoe upper
- 15 is a back knitted fabric that does not appear on the surface. Since the knitted fabrics 14 and 15 on the front and back sides are closed, the bag-like portion 8 has a bag shape. Note that the entire shoe upper 2 may have front and back knitted fabrics, or only the bag-shaped portion 8 may have front and back knitted fabrics.
- the heat-fusible resin is, for example, a thread-like resin in which a core made of highly heat-resistant fibers is wrapped with a fiber sheath of a thermoplastic or thermosetting resin whose softening temperature or polymerization temperature is lower than that of the core.
- the thermosetting resin is, for example, a polyurethane resin.
- the structure 16 in the case of a soft polyurethane resin, the structure 16 is in the form of a highly elastic foam. In the case of a rigid polyurethane resin, the structure 16 becomes harder. The body 16 loses its bulge and becomes close to a film or plate.
- the bag-shaped portion 8 may be softened by heating.
- the filler is not limited to a thread form or fiber form, and may be a bead form or a powder form, and may contain other fiber materials in addition to a heat-fusible resin and a thermosetting resin.
- FIG. 3 and 4 show a shoe upper 30 according to the optimum embodiment.
- two carriers are provided from the set-up portions L1 and L2, that is, from the heel side of the shoe upper.
- the areas 32 and 33 are organized using the.
- one carrier is formed from the line L3, and the remaining area 34 is knitted to the toe.
- reduction and increase are performed, and knitting is performed according to the shape of the shoe upper 30, and a knitting method that is difficult to stretch, such as double-sided knitting (interlock knitting) or smooth knitting, is used.
- the tongue may be knitted simultaneously, or the tan may be knitted separately and combined by sewing or the like. *
- the collar 35, the stringing portion 36, and the stretch preventing portion 37 are bag-like, and the collar 35 and the stringing portion 36 are located at the end portions of the areas 32 and 33.
- the collar 35 is knitted as shown in FIG. The same applies to the through portion 36.
- the area 32 is knitted by double-sided knitting, and the bag-like collar 35 is knitted by tengu knitting.
- the stretch stopper 37 knitting one surface of the bag with the needles of the front needle bed and the other surface of the bag with the needles of the rear needle bed, for example.
- FIG. 5 shows the manufacturing process of the bag-like portion 8 and the structure 16, and the bag-like portion 8 is knitted in step S1, and at this time, for example, as shown in FIG.
- a filler containing a heat-fusible resin is injected from the injection port 22 shown in FIG. 7 using the filling machine 80 shown in FIG.
- the heat-fusible resin is fused to the knitted fabric of the bag-like portion by heat treatment, and the structure 16 is provided to reinforce the stringing hole 10.
- the shoelace 12 is passed through the hole 10 between step S1 and step S2.
- FIG. 6 shows the knitting of the hole 10 for threading.
- the front knitted fabric 14 (broken line) and the back knitted fabric 15 (solid line) of the bag-like portion 8 are arranged horizontally, for example, having a pair of front and back needle beds.
- a knitting machine is used for knitting with the knitting yarn 64.
- the needles to be used are marked with A to H and a to h.
- the stitches of the needles D and e of the front knitted fabric are overlapped with the stitches of the needles C and F of the back knitted fabric on the needles C, c, F and f around the hole 10, respectively.
- the double stitches 68 are formed by overlapping the stitches of the needles D and E with the stitches of the needles c and f on the front knitted fabric, thereby closing both sides of the hole 10 with the knitting yarn 64.
- Four hooks 69 are formed on the needles D, d, E, e in the hole 10 so that the passing yarn crosses in an X shape, and a normal stitch is formed on the hooks 69 in 4).
- the knitting of the holes 10 is completed.
- the knitting method of the hole 10 is arbitrary.
- FIG. 7 shows the structure of the bag-like portion 8, and the longitudinal direction (the axial direction of the cylinder) of the bag-like portion 8 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the tongue 6. 8 is divided along the longitudinal direction.
- Each compartment 21 is provided with an inlet 22 for mesh tissue or the like.
- the dividing unit 20 is a portion that closes or joins the front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric. For example, when the knitting yarn of the front knitted fabric and the knitted yarn of the back knitted fabric are crossed, the front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric Can be closed. Further, when the front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric are connected by a tack or the like, the front knitted fabric and the back knitted fabric can be combined.
- the division part 20 is for restricting the range in which the filler is injected into the compartment 21, and it is sufficient that the bag-like portion 8 can be divided to such an extent that the range in which the filler is injected can be limited. Moreover, the division part 20 and the division 21 have an effect which suppresses that the bag-shaped part 8 swells too much. In addition, even if a large number of yarns are arranged in a spacer fabric shape so as to connect the front and back sides of the bag-like portion 8, it is possible to suppress the bag-like portion 8 from swelling too much. If a filling machine having a plurality of nozzles is used, the bag-like portion 8 can be filled uniformly and in a short time.
- the dividing unit 20 and the partition 21 may not be provided.
- An injection port 22 composed of a mesh hole in the mesh structure is provided at an inconspicuous location such as the back surface of the bag-like portion 8. This is a hole for inserting the nozzle of the filling machine.
- the injection port 22 may not be provided, but it is preferably provided in an inconspicuous place such as a back knitted fabric. .
- FIG. 8 shows an example of a filling machine 80, 82 is a nozzle, compressed air is supplied from an air pipe 84, and a filler, fiber, bead, powder, etc. are filled from a filler supply unit 86.
- the material is supplied and mixed with air and injected from the nozzle 82.
- the filler is preferably a heat-fusible resin or a thermosetting resin, but may be a simple thermoplastic resin, and has a heat resistance equal to or higher than that of the heat-fusible resin or thermosetting resin and the knitting yarn of the knit upper. It may be a mixture with fibers.
- the heat-sealable resin yarn is obtained by surrounding a fiber core having high heat resistance with a fiber sheath that is thermoplastic and has a low softening temperature.
- a fiber having high heat resistance and a fiber having a polymerization initiation temperature or a heat resistance temperature lower than the heat resistance temperature of the knitting yarn of the knit upper may be mixed and filled.
- FIG. 9 schematically shows a main part of the shoe upper 90 of the embodiment, in which 92 is an instep, 94 is a stringing part, and the bag-like stringing part 94 is swollen.
- the bag of the stringing portion 94 is filled with a heat-fusible resin or a thermosetting resin from the injection port 22 and fused or thermoset to reinforce the stringing portion 44. Further, the stringing portion 94 is partitioned by the section 21 and the injection port 22 is provided for each section 21, but the section 21 and the injection port 22 may not be provided.
- the embodiment has the following characteristics. 1) A bag-like portion 8 is provided, and a structure 16 is provided so as to reinforce the stringing hole 10. A plurality of times of polymer coating or the like is not required, coating is not performed with different materials, and the filler does not ooze out from the bag-shaped portion 8, so that the original texture of the knitted fabric can be maintained. 2) The bag-like portion 8 has a thickness and elasticity in addition to strength, and has a good tactile sensation. 3) The structure 16 made of a thermosetting resin filler is not softened by solar radiation or the like. 4) When the bag-like portion 8 is divided into a plurality of compartments 21, the filler can be easily and uniformly filled.
- the nozzle 82 When the inlet 22 for mesh structure or the like is provided, the nozzle 82 can be inserted without damaging the knitted fabric of the bag-like portion 8. 6)
- a shoe upper having a collar, a stringing portion, and a stretch preventing portion can be easily knitted. 7) In addition to giving elasticity to the collar, it also gives strength to the lace-through portion and the stretch-preventing portion, and can prevent cracking and deformation due to repeated pulling on the shoelace.
