背景技术
耳塞(或带麦克风的耳塞)在现代电子系统(手机,平板电脑等等)中是不可少的外围音频设备。耳塞给我们生活带来了极大的方便和用处,使用起来简洁时尚。
随着越来越多的大屏幕手机及平板电脑的出现,用于控制电容屏的触控笔也越来越受到欢迎,但由于触控笔体积较小,携带时容易掉落,非常不便。
而现有技术的耳塞通常不具有触控笔的功能,因此功能比较单一。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种便于携带触控笔或能作为触控笔使用的耳塞。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了下列技术方案:一种带有触控笔的耳麦,包括音频插头,与音频插头通过音频线连接的两个耳塞,且耳塞通过控制板连接音频插头,所述的控制板上设有一个触控笔。
进一步的,所述触控笔置于控制板内部且能从控制板中取出或滑出。
进一步的,所述触控笔为表面电容式触控笔或投影式电容触控笔。
进一步的,所述触控笔上设有能与控制板形成固定连接的固定机构。
进一步的,所述固定机构包括设置在触控笔外壁的凸点及设置在控制板内的凹孔,所述凸点与凹孔的形状、大小相配适,且当触控笔置于控制板内部时,凸点嵌入到凹孔内使触控笔固定在控制板内。
进一步的,所述触控笔的一端设有能导电的笔头,所述触控笔能从控制板中取出,该触控笔远离笔头的一端设有一个具有弹性的弹力套且该弹力套与触控笔固定连接。
进一步的,当触控笔从控制板内部滑出时,触控笔的端部与控制板卡接。
进一步的,所述触控笔的一端设有能导电的笔头,另一端设有一个边缘凸出触控笔的第一卡接口,控制板内设有第二卡接口且当触控笔从控制板内滑出时,第一卡接口和第二卡接口接触。
进一步的,所述第一卡接口和第二卡接口呈环状,且第二卡接口能挡住第一卡接口。
进一步的,所述控制板的一侧设有音量调节键和控制键,另一侧设有进音孔,所述触控笔上设有贯穿触控笔的通孔,当触控笔置于控制板内部时,进音孔与通孔连通。
本实用新型的有益效果是:实现了让耳塞携带触控笔的功能,并能使耳塞作为触控笔使用,从而使耳塞的功能多样化,且该触控笔携带方便,不易丢失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,一种带有触控笔的耳麦,包括音频插头1,与音频插头1通过音频线2连接的两个耳塞3,且耳塞3通过控制板4连接音频插头1,所述的控制板4上设有一个触控笔5,该触控笔5可以是设置在控制板4的外壁,也可以置于控制板4内部。因此,本实用新型除了能作为耳塞使 用外,还可以用作触控笔5,且携带方便。触控笔5为表面电容式触控笔或投影式电容触控笔,可以分别配合不同的电容屏使用。优选的,触控笔5置于控制板4内部且能从控制板4中取出,从而使耳塞与触控笔5更一体化,携带更方便。
如图3所示,触控笔5上设有能与控制板4形成固定连接的固定机构6。优选的,该固定机构6能形成凹凸配合从而使触控笔5与控制板4形成可拆卸的固定连接。具体的说,固定机构6包括设置在触控笔5外壁的凸点61及设置在控制板4内的凹孔62,所述凸点61与凹孔62的形状、大小相配适,且当触控笔5置于控制板4内部时,凸点61嵌入到凹孔62内使触控笔5固定在控制板4内。当然,触控笔5外壁也可以设置凹点,而控制板4内可设置凸点,从而形成凹凸配合。
如图4所示,触控笔5的一端设有能导电的笔头51,笔头51可是采用导电橡胶、导电棉或者金属制成,所述的触控笔5能从控制板4中取出,该触控笔5远离笔头51的一端设有一个具有弹性的弹力套52且该弹力套52与触控笔5固定连接,弹力罩52可以采用橡胶等具有弹性可形变的材料,用于将手指固定,从而使触控笔5套在手指上使用。
控制板4的一侧设有音量调节键41和控制键42,音量调节键41一般有两个,为音量增加键和音量减小键,控制键42则为接听键,另一侧设有进音孔43,所述的触控笔5上设有贯穿触控笔5的通孔55,当触控笔5置于控制板4内部时,进音孔43与通孔55连通,需要说明的是,当进音孔43与通孔55连通时,也恰好是固定机构6将触控笔5和控制板4形成固定的状态。
本实用新型的工作原理是:将触控笔5从控制板4中取出,该触控笔5既可以是表面电容式触控笔或投影式电容触控笔,当触控笔5为表面电容式触控笔时,只需将笔头51与电容屏接触即可作为正常的触控笔使用,当触控笔5为投影式电容触控笔时,则可控制目前高阶智能手机或电脑,如IPHONE手机等。
当触控笔5置于控制板4内时,则可通过固定机构6将触控笔5和控制板4固定,使触控笔5不易脱离控制板4,也就提高了携带的安全性。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的结构和工作原理基本相同,不同之处在于,如图3、图5所示,触控笔5能从控制板4中滑出,当触控笔5从控制板4内部滑出时,触控笔5的端部与控制板4卡接。也就是说触控笔5与控制板4卡接后形成一个加长的触控笔5,从而更方便使用。
触控笔5的一端设有能导电的笔头51,另一端设有一个边缘凸出触控笔5的第一卡接口53,控制板4内设有第二卡接口54且当触控笔5从控制板4内滑出时,第一卡接口53和第二卡接口54接触。第一卡接口53和第二卡接口54呈环状,且第二卡接口54能挡住第一卡接口53,也就是说,第二卡接口54限制第一卡接口53向外移动,从而防止触控笔5滑出控制板4。
上述实施例用来解释说明本实用新型,而不是对本方面进行限制,在本实用新型的精神和权利要求的保护范围内,对本方面作出的任何修改和改变,都落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,所述触控笔(5)为表面电容式触控笔或投影式电容触控笔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,所述触控笔(5)上设有能与控制板(4)形成固定连接的固定机构(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,所述固定机构(6)包括设置在触控笔(5)外壁的凸点(61)及设置在控制板(4)内的凹孔(62),所述凸点(61)与凹孔(62)的形状、大小相配适,且当触控笔(5)置于控制板(4)内部时,凸点(61)嵌入到凹孔(62)内使触控笔(5)固定在控制板(4)内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,所述触控笔(5)的一端设有能导电的笔头(51),所述触控笔(5)能从控制板(4)中取出,该触控笔(5)远离笔头(51)的一端设有一个具有弹性的弹力套(52)且该弹力套(52)与所述触控笔(5)固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,当触控笔(5)从控制板(4)内部滑出时,所述触控笔(5)的端部与控制板(4)卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,所述触控笔(5)的一端设有能导电的笔头(51),另一端设有一个边缘凸出触控笔(5)的第一卡接口(53),控制板(4)内设有第二卡接口(54)且当触控笔(5)从控制板(4)内滑出时,第一卡接口(53)和第二卡接口(54)接触。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,所述第一卡接口(53)和第二卡接口(54)呈环状,且所述第二卡接口(54)能挡住所述第一卡接口(53)。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的带有触控笔的耳麦,其特征在于,所述控制板(4)的一侧设有音量调节键(41)和控制键(42),另一侧设有进音孔(43),所述触控笔(5)上设有贯穿触控笔(5)的通孔(55),当所述触控笔(5)置于控制板(4)内部时,进音孔(43)与通孔(55)连通。
