[0040] 本发明通过将触控板 20设置为柔性触控板以适应耳机的各种外形, 触控板 20可 以紧贴耳机不同外形的外壳 10内壁安装, 这样触控板 20占用耳机内部空间较小 , 使得耳机可以向更加微小化方向设计, 另外, 本发明在触控板 20中额外加装 蓝牙天线 50, 增强了耳机的发射信号, 进一步地, 利用顶针将触控板 20顶起, 使得蓝牙天线 50与下方的主板 30距离较远, 减轻了电磁屏蔽, 从而使得微型蓝 牙耳机具有较好的信号传输距离。

权利要求书
[权利要求 1] 一种触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 包括:
外壳, 所述外壳形成有容置空间;
触控板, 所述触控板安装于所述容置空间内且所述触控板为柔性触控 板, 所述触控板设有多个金属触点, 所述金属触点包括与所述触控板 电性连接的第一金属触点和与所述第一金属触点间隔设置且互相绝缘 的第二金属触点;
主板, 所述主板固定于所述容置空间的底部并与所述触控板相面对设 第一顶针, 所述第一顶针的一端固定并电性连接于所述主板和另一端 朝向所述触控板延伸并抵接于所述第一金属触点; 第二顶针, 所述第二顶针的一端固定并电性连接于所述主板和另一端 朝向所述触控板延伸且抵接于所述第二金属触点; 以及
蓝牙天线, 设于所述触控板表面上并与所述第二金属触点电性连接。 如权利要求 1所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述触控板划分 为用于铺设所述蓝牙天线并设有所述第二金属触点的空置区以及用于 接收外界触控操作并设有所述第一金属触点的触控区。
如权利要求 1所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述触控式蓝牙 耳机所发射的信号由主板传导至第二顶针再传到至第二金属触点, 由 蓝牙天线发射。
如权利要求 2所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述触控板包括 并排设置于所述触控区内的第一子触控板和第二子触控板, 所述第一 金属触点设置于所述第二子触控板上。
如权利要求 4所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述第一子触控 板和所述第二子触控板为两个独立的触控按键。
如权利要求 4所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述金属触点还 包括设置在所述第二子触控板上且与所述第二子触控板互相绝缘的第 三金属触点, 所述蓝牙耳机还包括横跨于所述第一子触控板和所述第 二子触控板之间并电性连接于所述第一子触控板与所述第三金属触点 的导线以及一端固定并电性连接于所述主板和另一端朝向所述第二子 触控板延伸并抵接于所述第三金属触点的第三顶针。
如权利要求 6所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述第二子触控 板的触控信号由所述第一金属触点传导至所述第一顶针进而传导至所 述主板。
如权利要求 6所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述第二触控板 的触控信号由导线传至所述第三金属触点, 再由所述第三金属触点传 导至所述第三顶针进而传导至所述主板。
如权利要求 6所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述金属触点还 包括设置在所述第二子触控板上且与所述第二子触控板互相绝缘的第 四金属触点, 所述蓝牙耳机还包括铺设在所述触控区底面并且一端连 接所述蓝牙天线和另一端连接所述第四金属触点的天线参考地以及一 端固定并电性连接于所述主板和另一端朝向所述触控板延伸且抵接于 所述第四金属触点的第四顶针。
如权利要求 9所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述第一金属触 点、 所述第二金属触点、 所述第三金属触点和所述第四金属触点均为 由所述触控板向所述主板方向延伸的突起。
如权利要求 9所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述第一顶针抵 持所述第一金属触点的头部为半球面形状; 所述第二顶针抵持所述第 二金属触点的头部为半球面形状; 所述第三顶针抵持所述第三金属触 点的头部为半球面形状; 所述第四顶针抵持所述第四金属触点的头部 为半球面形状。
如权利要求 9至 11任意一项所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所 述蓝牙天线包括弯曲的第一天线段以及与所述第一天线段连接的第二 天线段, 所述第一天线段沿所述触控板长度方向的边缘铺设在所述空 置区, 所述第二天线段铺设在所述空置区并且一端连接所述第一天线 段和另一端连接所述第二金属触点。 [权利要求 13] 如权利要求 12所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述蓝牙天线的 形状呈 "倒 F"状。
[权利要求 14] 如权利要求 12所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述第一天线段 与所述天线参考地电性连接。
[权利要求 15] 如权利要求 14所述的触控式蓝牙耳机, 其特征在于, 所述外壳为能够 将外部压力传导至所述触控板的薄壁壳体。
