由于应用程序会不定时发出信息传递请求,CPU可能一直处于工作状态,因此,当手机中的应用程序比较多,且没有统一的规范时,CPU产生的功耗大,手机的性能也随之降低,导致用户体验差。

图3为根据本发明一个实施例的指令的发送装置的结构示意图。
如图3所示,指令的发送装置包括:获取模块110、截取模块120和发送模块130。
获取模块110用于获取待控制的应用程序。
其中,应用程序包括第三方应用程序和所在终端的工具组件。
截取模块120用于对应用程序进行监控,当监控到应用程序向信号接收器发送指令时,截取指令,并自截取指令起预定时间间隔内截取应用程序发送的所有指令,以使指令无法到达信号接收器。
在本发明的实施例中,在获取模块110获取待控制的应用程序后,截取模块120可通过监听器对应用程序进行监控。当监控到应用程序向信号接收器发送指令时,截取指令,并自截取指令起预定时间间隔内截取应用程序发送的所有指令,以使指令无法到达信号接收器。其中,预定时间间隔为用户预先设置的,如3分钟,此处并不进行限定。
举例来说,当监控到“微信”向信号接收器发送信息时,截取“微信”发送的信息,并在当前时间开始3分钟内,截取所有手机内应用程序发送的所有信息。
发送模块130用于当达到预定时间间隔时,向信号接收器发送截取的所有指令。
在本发明的实施例中,当达到预定时间间隔时,发送模块130可向信号接收器发送截取的所有指令。举例来说,截取模块120已截取“新浪”、“微信”、“搜狐视频”推送的信息,当达到3分钟的预定时间时,发送模块130可向信号接收器发送上述截取的信息。
此外,本发明实施例的指令的发送装置还可包括接收模块140。
接收模块140用于在自截取指令起预定时间间隔内截取应用程序发送的所有指令之前,接收用户设置的预定时间间隔。
另外,本发明实施例的指令的发送装置还可包括注入模块150。
注入模块150用于在获取待控制的应用程序之前,获得所在终端系统的最高权限,并对种子进程进行注入操作。
具体地,注入模块150可获得所在终端系统的最高权限,并对种子进程进行注入操作,从而可获得对待控制的应用程序进行管理的权限。
进一步地,本发明实施例的指令的发送装置还可包括显示模块160。
显示模块160用于在接收用户选择的应用程序之前,显示所有应用程序的状态,状态包括可选状态和不可选状态。
其中,状态可包括可选状态和不可选状态。所有应用程序包括第三方应用程序和所在终端的工具组件。
更进一步地,本发明实施例的指令的发送装置还可包括计时模块170。
计时模块170用于在当达到预定时间间隔时之前,通过计时器判断是否达到预定时间间隔。
具体地,计时模块170可通过计时器计算时间,并判断是否达到预定时间间隔。如果未达到预定时间间隔,则保持截取应用程序发送的所有指令。
本发明实施例的指令的发送装置,通过对获取的应用程序进行监控,并截取预定时间间隔内应用程序发送的所有指令,然后在达到预定时间间隔时向信号接收器发送截取的所有指令,对应用程序实现了统一管理,有效地降低了终端的功耗,从而提升了终端的性能。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出了一种存储介质,用于存储应用程序,该应用程 序用于执行本发明任一个实施例所述的指令的发送方法。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种移动终端,该移动终端包括壳体、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其中,上述电路板安置在上述壳体围成的空间内部,上述处理器和上述存储器设置在上述电路板上;上述电源电路,用于为上述移动终端的各个电路或器件供电;上述存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;上述处理器通过读取上述存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与上述可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行以下步骤:
S101’,获取待控制的应用程序。
在本发明的实施例中,首先可获得所在终端系统的最高权限,并对种子进程进行注入操作,从而可获得对待控制的应用程序进行管理的权限。然后可显示所有应用程序的状态,其中,状态可包括可选状态和不可选状态。所有应用程序包括第三方应用程序和所在终端的工具组件。举例来说,如果闹钟等工具组件发送的指令被截取,则可能会对用户造成影响,因此这类应用程序的状态为不可选状态。其他第三方应用程序的状态可为可选状态。在显示所有应用程序的状态后,可接收用户选择的应用程序。
此外,在接收用户选择的应用程序之后,还可接收用户更新后的应用程序。具体地,用户可根据自身需求重新选择需要监控的应用程序。
S102’,对应用程序进行监控,当监控到应用程序向信号接收器发送指令时,截取指令,并自截取指令起预定时间间隔内截取应用程序发送的所有指令,以使指令无法到达信号接收器。
在本发明的实施例中,在获取待控制的应用程序后,可通过监听器对应用程序进行监控。当监控到应用程序向信号接收器发送指令时,截取指令,并自截取指令起预定时间间隔内截取应用程序发送的所有指令,以使指令无法到达信号接收器。其中,预定时间间隔为用户预先设置的,如3分钟,此处并不进行限定。
具体地,可通过计时器计算时间,并判断是否达到预定时间间隔。如果未达到预定时间间隔,则保持截取应用程序发送的所有指令。如果达到预定时间间隔,则跳转至步骤S103’。
举例来说,当监控到“微信”向信号接收器发送信息时,截取“微信”发送的信息,并在当前时间开始3分钟内,截取所有手机内应用程序发送的所有信息。
S103’,当达到预定时间间隔时,向信号接收器发送截取的所有指令。
在本发明的实施例中,当达到预定时间间隔时,可向信号接收器发送截取的所有指令。举例来说,已截取“新浪”、“微信”、“搜狐视频”推送的信息,当达到3分钟的预定时间时,可向信号接收器发送上述截取的信息。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下 列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种指令的发送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取待控制的应用程序;
    对所述应用程序进行监控,当监控到所述应用程序向信号接收器发送指令时,截取所述指令,并自截取所述指令起预定时间间隔内截取所述应用程序发送的所有指令,以使所述指令无法到达所述信号接收器;以及
    当达到所述预定时间间隔时,向所述信号接收器发送截取的所有指令。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述自截取所述指令起预定时间间隔内截取所述应用程序发送的所有指令之前,还包括:
    接收用户设置的所述预定时间间隔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取待控制的应用程序之前,还包括:
    获得所在终端系统的最高权限,并对种子进程进行注入操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取待控制的应用程序,包括:
    接收用户选择的所述应用程序。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对所述应用程序进行监控,包括:
    通过监听器对所述应用程序进行监控。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述自截取所述指令起预定时间间隔内截取所述应用程序发送的所有指令,包括:
    通过计时器计算时间,并在所述时间达到所述预定时间间隔之前,截取所述应用程序发送的所有指令。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述当达到所述预定时间间隔时之前,还包括:
    通过计时器判断是否达到所述预定时间间隔。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收用户选择的所述应用程序之后,还包括:
    接收用户更新后的所述应用程序。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述接收用户选择的所述应用程序之前,还包括:
    显示所有应用程序的状态,所述状态包括可选状态和不可选状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述所有应用程序包括第三方应用程 序和所在终端的工具组件,其中,所述工具组件的状态为所述不可选状态。
  11. 一种指令的发送装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取待控制的应用程序;
    截取模块,用于对所述应用程序进行监控,当监控到所述应用程序向信号接收器发送指令时,截取所述指令,并自截取所述指令起预定时间间隔内截取所述应用程序发送的所有指令,以使所述指令无法到达所述信号接收器;以及
    发送模块,用于当达到所述预定时间间隔时,向所述信号接收器发送截取的所有指令。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收模块,用于在所述自截取所述指令起预定时间间隔内截取所述应用程序发送的所有指令之前,接收用户设置的所述预定时间间隔。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    注入模块,用于在所述获取待控制的应用程序之前,获得所在终端系统的最高权限,并对种子进程进行注入操作。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,具体用于:
    接收用户选择的所述应用程序。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述截取模块,具体用于:
    通过监听器对所述应用程序进行监控。
  16. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述截取模块,具体用于:
    通过计时器计算时间,并在所述时间达到所述预定时间间隔之前,截取所述应用程序发送的所有指令。
  17. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    计时模块,用于在所述当达到所述预定时间间隔时之前,通过计时器判断是否达到所述预定时间间隔。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取模块,还用于:
    在所述接收用户选择的所述应用程序之后,接收用户更新后的所述应用程序。
  19. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    显示模块,用于在所述接收用户选择的所述应用程序之前,显示所有应用程序的状态,所述状态包括可选状态和不可选状态。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述所有应用程序包括第三方应用程序和所在终端的工具组件,其中,所述工具组件的状态为所述不可选状态。
