随着电视技术的不断发展,电视产品越来越受到广大用户的认可和使用。但在某些情况下,电视播放的声音可能会影响房间内其他人的正常工作或休息。为了不影响其他人,通常会将电视调成静音状态或将电视音量调小,这在一定程度上影响到电视节目收看的体验。
为了解决上述问题,现有技术中所采用的方式一般是通过耳机来输出电视的声音。此时,电视机播放的声音不再通过外放的方式输出,而是通过耳机直接输出到使用者的耳中,由此可以避免对其他人造成影响。
但是上述方式存在以下缺陷:若使用普通的有线耳机,由于受到耳机线长度的限制,要求使用者和电视机保持较近的距离;若使用蓝牙耳机,虽然可以增加使用距离,但是蓝牙传输的距离也非常有限,并且要求电视设备必须具备与接收端设备适配的蓝牙模块。

本发明实施例中电视设备的虚拟输出模块能够采集电视设备当前输出的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与远程设备间的网络连接传输给远程设备,以使远程设备播放音频数据。由于远程设备可以是智能手机、平板电脑等常用的终端设备,仅需要与电视设备之间建立网络连接即可实现音频数据的传输,与现有技术相比,一方面无需在电视设备内置蓝牙模块以及配备耳机,另一方面,本方案能够支持近距离场景以及远距离场景下电视音频的传输。进一步地,本发明通过远程设备能够控制电视端音频数据的输出。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部份实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明实施例适用的网络架构,包括电视设备110以及远程设备120。电视设备110与远程设备120之间通过无线网络方式连接,比如电视设备110与远程设备120连接于无线网络接入设备。在一种应用场景中,电视设备110可以是基于Linux或Android系统开发的智能电视设备;远程设备120可以有一个或多个,远程设备120可以是智能手机、平板电脑等无线通信设备,比如可以是基于Android或IOS系统开发的智能手机终端;无线网络接入设备可以是无线路由器,比如可以是具备WiFi功能的无线路由器。电视设备110和远程设备120可以接入到同一网络接入设备,采用无线局域网的方式进行连接。
本发明实施例适用于电视机设备播放电视节目的视频数据、移动终端播放电视节目的音频数据的场景。在本发明实施例中,电视设备110可以接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求,根据音频传输请求采集电视设备当前输出的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与远程设备间的网络连接传输给远程设备,以使远程设备播放音频数据。远程设备120可以向电视设备发送音频传输请求,以及
通过与电视设备间的网络连接接收来自电视设备的音频数据,并播放接收到的音频数据。
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种电视设备。图中仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的功能模块,电视设备中未涉及相关功能的常规模块未在图中一一列出。该电视设备中,与本发明相关的模块模块可包括第一音频输出模块200、音频输出控制模块210和虚拟输出模块220。
第一音频输出模块200,用于输出电视设备当前播放的音频数据,是电视设备的一个常规模块。
音频输出控制模块210,用于在接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求后,根据音频传输请求,指示虚拟输出模块220进行音频数据的采集和传输,否则指示第一音频输出模块输出电视设备当前播放的音频数据。
电视设备和远程设备之间可通过特定的端口发送和接收音频传输请求。例如,电视设备和远程设备之间通过端口号为1000的端口进行音频传输请求的收发。电视设备通过监听端口1000,接收远程设备发送的音频传输请求。
虚拟输出模块220,用于根据音频输出控制模块210的指示,采集电视设备当前播放的节目的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与远程设备间的网络连接传输给远程设备,以使远程设备播放音频数据。电视设备通过虚拟输出模块220向远程设备传输音频数据的过程中,仍保持继续播放当前节目的视频。
以某一时刻正在播放的音频为例,虚拟输出模块根据音频输出控制模块的指示,以采样率为48KHz、采样精度为16Bit、总码率不超过200Kbps的双声道的采样格式进行采集,采样后的音频数据可以保存于缓存中,也可以以文件的形式保存于电视机的硬盘中。
音频输出控制模块210除了用于接收音频传输请求外,还能够接收来自远程设备的静音请求,然后根据静音请求执行静音操作,使得电视设备当前播放的音频仅输出给远程设备来播放。作为另一种可行的方式,音频输出控制模块210也可以在接收到来自远程设备的音频传输请求后,执行静音操作。
执行静音操作的具体处理过程为:音频输出控制模块210指示第一音频输出模块200停止输出电视设备当前播放的音频数据。
为了方便控制,音频输出控制模块210还能够接收到来自远程设备的传输终止请求,根据传输终止请求指示虚拟输出模块220停止进行音频数据的采集和传输。
进一步地,音频输出控制模块210在接收到来自远程设备的传输终止请求后执行取消静音的操作。类似地,执行取消静音的操作的具体处理过程为:音频输出控制模块210指示第一音频输出模块200输出电视设备当前播放的音频数据。
可选地,音频输出控制模块210在将采集到的音频数据通过与远程设备间的网络连接传输给远程设备之前,还可以对采集到的音频数据进行编码处理,以减少传输资源开销。具体采用的编码算法可以根据实际应用场景确定,例如网络环境较差且对音质要求不高时,可以将音频数据编码成MP3或者LPC(Linear Predictive Coding,线性预测编码)格式,对音频数据进行压缩,以降低传输延迟。根据网络环境或者用户对音频质量的需求的不同,可采用不同的音频编码算法,以兼顾传输时延的要求以及音频失真率的要求。
在实际应用中,某一个远程设备发送的音频传输请求除了能够用于指示电视设备向该远程设备传输音频数据之外,还能够指示电视设备向多个其它的远程设备传输音频数据。
音频输出控制模块在接收到其中一个远程设备的音频传输请求后,根据音频传输请求指示虚拟输出模块进行音频数据的采集和传输;虚拟输出模块采集电视设备当前播放的音频数据,将采集到的音频数据通过与多个远程设备间的网络连接传输给对应的远程设备。
较佳地,针对不同类型的远程设备,电视设备内可以设置多个虚拟输出模块,每个虚拟输出模块用于针对相应类型的远程设备采集电视设备当前播放的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与相应类型的远程设备间的网络连接传
输给相应类型的远程设备。
例如在电视设备内设置两个虚拟输出模块,分别为第一虚拟输出模块和第二虚拟输出模块。其中,第一虚拟输出模块对应的远程设备均是通过TCP(Transmission Control Protocol,传输控制协议)与电视设备建立连接,而第二虚拟输出模块对应的远程设备均是通过HTTP(Hypertext Transfer Protocol,超文本传输协议)与电视设备建立连接,两个虚拟输出模块在传输时分别采用不同的形式对音频数据进行封装。
可选地,第一虚拟输出模块和第二虚拟输出模块也可以采用不同采集方式,以针对不同音质要求的远程设备。在音频数据采集时,第一虚拟输出模块和第二虚拟输出模块可以设定不同的采样率、采样精度和码率,以获取不同音质的音频数据。例如,第一虚拟输出模块以采样率为48KHz、采样精度为16Bit、码率不超过200Kbps的采样格式进行采集,而第二虚拟输出模块以采样率为96KHz、采样精度为32Bit、码率不超过400Kbps的采样格式进行采集。
在上述场景中,音频输出控制模块用于接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求,根据远程设备的类型确定对应的虚拟输出模块,根据音频传输请求,指示对应的虚拟输出模块进行音频数据的采集和传输。例如,在音频传输请求中包含远程设备类型的标识信息,音频输出控制模块根据该标识信息即可确定远程设备的类型,然后根据远程设备的类型可以确定对应的虚拟输出模块。
除上述方式外,若不同类型的远程设备分别采用不同的协议与电视设备连接,若不同的协议会采用不同的端口发送音频传输请求,则可以音频传输请求的接收端口来确定远程设备的类型。例如,两个远程设备分别是通过TCP和HTTP与电视设备建立连接,若TCP协议使用端口号为1000的端口,而HTTP协议使用端口号为500的端口。电视设备在监听端口1000和500时,如果音频传输请求是通过端口1000接收到的,那么音频输出控制模块可以确定发送该音频传输请求的远程设备是采用TCP协议的远程设备。
可选地,如图3示,上述电视设备除上述音频输出控制模块210和虚拟输
出模块220之外,还可包括一个用于建立并维护与远程设备间的网络连接的网络服务模块230。
电视设备与远程设备之间的网络连接所采用的网络协议可以是TCP、HTTP或者RTSP(Real Time Streaming Protocol,实时流传输协议)等。以TCP为例,电视设备与每个远程设备之间建立一个独立的TCP长连接,通过该TCP长连接进行音频数据传输和请求收发。
为了保证连接的有效性,需要网络服务模块230对连接进行维护。一般会通过心跳检测的方式。由远程设备还能够通过网络连接以一定周期向电视设备发送心跳报文,电视设备的网络服务模块定时检测是否接收到心跳报文,若在设定周期内未接收到心跳报文,则可能是由于网络中断或者远程设备异常,如关机等。
例如,远程设备会以10s的周期定时向电视设备发送心跳报文,而电视设备则会定期接收该心跳报文,若在某一周期内未接收到心跳报文,则电视设备会判定当前的网络连接中断。当然,为了提高中断检测的冗余度,可以设定在N个周期未接收到心跳报文后,才判定玩过连接中断,以防止某些不会对音频传输造成影响的短时网络异常造成的误报。
当网络服务模块230检测到网络连接中断后,音频输出控制模块210会指示虚拟输出模块220停止将音频数据通过与远程设备间的网络连接传输给远程设备。
进一步地,当电视设备处于静音状态时,若电视设备的虚拟输出模块220停止向所有远程设备传输音频数据(无论是由于音频输出控制模块接收到传输终止请求,还是网络服务模块检测到网络连接中断),会执行取消静音的操作,以使电视设备正常播放音频。
虚拟输出模块在电视设备内实际所起到的功能为虚拟出一个音频输出设备。对电视设备而言,会将其识别为一个实体模块。该虚拟输出模块能够调用HAL(Hardware Abstraction Layer,硬件抽象层)中定义的音频输出接口,进行
音频数据的采集。
如图7所示,以基于Android系统的智能电视设备为例,HAL定义了一些与硬件交互的基本接口,这些接口被系统调用后即可实现与硬件的数据交互。同理,本实施例也需要在HAL定义音频输出的接口,从而实现将音频数据通过音频输出接口写入到缓存中。
举例来说,本实施例中的需要在HAL中定义如下接口
该接口被虚拟输出模块调用时,能够将当前播放的音频数据输出写入到缓存中。
然后虚拟输出模块即可通过已经建立的网络连接将该音频数据发送给远程设备。
电视设备在启动过程中加载硬件设备时,加载该虚拟音频输出设备。仍以基于Android系统的智能电视设备为例,该虚拟的音频输出设备在电视设备启动时的加载注册过程具体为:
在HAL中完成接口的定义后,将定义的接口编译成一个动态链接库文件RemoteVirtualAudio.so加载到电视设备的系统中,在系统的音频设备管理模块中注册虚拟的音频输出设备并加载该动态链接库文件即可实现虚拟的音频输出设备的加载注册过程。
如图4所示,本发明实施例提供的一种远程设备,包括请求模块410和播放处理模块420。
请求模块410,用于向电视设备发送音频传输请求;
播放处理模块420,用于通过与电视设备间的网络连接接收来自电视设备的音频数据,并播放接收到的音频数据。
在实际应用中,音频传输请求可以通过远程设备上安装的应用程序生成,例如远程设备是一台采用IOS系统的智能手机,若需要由该远程设备进行电视设备的音频输出,那么可以打开应用程序进行对应的操作,通过应用程序调用相关功能完成音频传输请求的发送。音频传输请求除了可以指示电视设备向该远程设备本身传输音频数据外,还能够指示电视设备向其它远程设备本身传输音频数据。
除音频传输请求外,请求模块还可以向电视设备发送静音请求和传输终止请求,分别用于使电视设备执行静音操作和停止将音频数据通过与远程设备间的网络连接传输给远程设备。
由于远程设备可以是手机、平板电脑等移动终端,可以携带在使用者身边通过有线耳机来播放声音。
基于同一发明构思,本申请实施例中还提供了音频输出方法,由于这些方法对应的设备是本申请实施例中提供的电视设备和远程设备,并且该方法解决问题的原理与系统相似,因此该方法的实施可以参见系统中对应的设备的实施,
重复之处不再赘述。
如图5所示,本发明实施例提供了一种电视设备侧实现的音频输出方法,应用于电视设备中,该电视设备包括第一音频输出模块以及虚拟输出模块。如果电视设备当前未接收任何来自远程设备的音频传输请求,则会通过第一音频输出输出电视设备当前播放的音频数据。当有远程设备向电视设备发送音频传输请求后,该方法包括:
步骤501,电视设备接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求;
步骤502,电视设备根据音频传输请求,指示虚拟输出模块采集电视设备当前播放的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与远程设备间的网络连接传输给远程设备,以使远程设备播放音频数据。
较佳地,电视设备在接收到来自于远程设备的静音请求或者音频传输请求后,执行静音操作,从而避免房间内的其他人受到打扰。执行静音操作的具体处理过程为:电视设备仅向远程设备传输音频数据,而停止通过电视设备自身来输出当前播放的音频数据。
较佳地,电视设备在接收到来自远程设备的传输终止请求后,或者在检测到网络连接中断后,停止通过与远程设备间的网络连接向远程设备传输音频数据。

进一步地,根据本发明实施例,远程设备除了播放音频数据,还可以进一步对电视设备端进行控制,例如,向电视设备静音请求发送静音请求,以控制电视进行静音,或者向电视设备发送将音频数据传输给其他远程设备的请求,以使电视设备可以向多个远程设备发送音频数据。

- 一种电视设备,包括第一音频输出模块,其特征在于,所述电视设备包括:音频输出控制模块和虚拟输出模块;音频输出控制模块,用于在接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求后,根据所述音频传输请求,指示所述虚拟输出模块进行音频数据的采集和传输,否则指示所述第一音频输出模块输出所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据;虚拟输出模块,用于采集所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备,以使所述远程设备播放所述音频数据。
- 如权利要求1所述的电视设备,其特征在于,所述音频输出控制模块,还用于:在接收到来自于所述远程设备的静音请求或者所述音频传输请求后,指示所述第一音频输出模块停止输出所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据。

- 如权利要求1所述的电视设备,其特征在于,所述虚拟输出模块为多个,每个虚拟输出模块用于针对相应类型的远程设备采集所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与所述相应类型的远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述相应类型的远程设备;所述音频输出控制模块,具体用于:接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求,根据所述远程设备的类型确定对应的虚拟输出模块,根据所述音频传输请求,指示对应的虚拟输出模块进行音频数据的采集和传输。
- 如权利要求1所述的电视设备,其特征在于,所述虚拟输出模块,还用于:在将采集到的音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备之前,对所述音频数据进行编码。
- 如权利要求1~7中任一项所述的电视设备,其特征在于,所述虚拟输出模块具体用于:通过调用硬件抽象层HAL中定义的音频输出接口,采集所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据。
- 一种远程设备,其特征在于,该远程设备包括:请求模块,用于向电视设备发送音频传输请求;播放处理模块,用于通过与所述电视设备间的网络连接接收来自所述电视设备的音频数据,并播放接收到的音频数据。
- 如权利要求9所述的远程设备,其特征在于,所述请求模块,还用于:向所述电视设备发送静音请求,以使所述电视设备根据所述静音请求停止输出当前播放的音频数据。
- 如权利要求9所述的远程设备,其特征在于,所述请求模块,还用于:向所述电视设备发送传输终止请求,以使所述电视设备停止将音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备。
- 如权利要求9所述的远程设备,其特征在于,所述音频传输请求用于指示电视设备向所述远程设备和/或其它远程设备传输音频数据。
- 一种音频输出方法,其特征在于,应用于电视设备中,所述电视设备包括第一音频输出模块以及虚拟输出模块,该方法包括:电视设备指示所述第一音频输出模块输出所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据;若接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求,所述电视设备根据所述音频传输请求,指示所述虚拟输出模块采集所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备,以使所述远程设备播放所述音频数据。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述电视设备在接收到来自于所述远程设备的静音请求或所述音频传输请求后,停止输出所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述电视设备在接收到来自所述远程设备的传输终止请求后,或者在检测到所述网络连接中断后,停止进行音频数据的采集和传输。
- 如权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述电视设备在在接收到来自所述远程设备的传输终止请求后,输出当前播放的音频数据。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,电视设备接收来自远程设备的音频传输请求,包括:所述电视设备接收来自第一远程设备的音频传输请求;其中,所述音频传输请求用于指示所述电视设备向多个远程设备传输音频数据;电视设备将采集到的音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备,包括:所述电视设备将采集到的音频数据通过与所述多个远程设备间的网络连接传输给对应的远程设备。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电视设备采集所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备,包括:所述电视设备针对相应类型的远程设备采集所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据,并将采集到的音频数据通过与所述相应类型的远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述相应类型的远程设备。
- 如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:在将采集到的音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备之前,对所述音频数据进行编码。
- 如权利要求13~19中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,采集所述电视设备当前输出的音频数据,包括:所述电视设备通过调用硬件抽象层HAL中定义的音频输出接口,采集所述电视设备当前播放的音频数据。
- 一种音频输出方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:远程设备向电视设备发送音频传输请求;所述远程设备通过与所述电视设备间的网络连接接收来自所述电视设备的音频数据,并播放接收到的音频数据。
- 如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述远程设备向所述电视设备发送静音请求,以使所述电视设备根据所述静音请求停止输出当前播放的音频数据。
- 如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:所述远程设备向所述电视设备发送传输终止请求,以使所述电视设备停止将音频数据通过与所述远程设备间的网络连接传输给所述远程设备。
- 如权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述音频传输请求用于指示电视设备向所述远程设备和/或其它远程设备传输音频数据。
