本发明实施例提供的数据共享方法及装置可以应用于为多个终端连接于数据服务器并进行数据共享的场景,例如:接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令,第一终端与第二终端是与数据服务器相连的任意两个终端,且第一终端与第二终端处于同一局域网,检测第一终端与第二终端之间是否存在关联关系,当第一终端与第二终端之间存在关联关系时,在第一终端与第二终端之间建立共享连接,并根据操作指令将目标数据发送至第一终端。可在第一终端和第二终端均与数据服务器连接时,通过检测第一终端与第二终端之间的关联关系建立共享连接,以使第一终端对第二终端的目标数据进行操作,加快了数据共享效率,同时保证了数据共享的安全性,提高了终端的智能性与便捷性。
本发明实施例涉及的第一终端和第二终端均可以是任何具备通信和存储功能的设备,例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备;所述数据服务器可以是任何具备通信、存储、播放功能的设备,例如网络音响、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有网络功能的智能设备;所述数据共享装置可以是数据服务器或者数据服务器中的数据共享模块。
下面将结合附图1-附图3,对本发明实施例提供的数据共享方法进行详细介绍。
请参见图1,为本发明实施例提供了一种数据共享方法的流程示意图。如图1所示,本发明实施例的所述方法可以包括以下步骤S101-步骤S103。
S101,接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令。
具体的,数据共享装置接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令。其中,所述操作指令包括对所述目标数据的查看指令、收藏指令、播放指令中的任一种,所述第一终端与所述第二终端是与数据服务器相连的任意两个终端,且所述第一终端与所述第二终端处于同一局域网。在可选的方案中,终端可以通过安装对数据服务器的控制软件,以使对所述数据服务器进行查看数据、收藏数据、播放所存储的音频、视频等数据,例如,终端A、终端B、网络音响均连接于同一无线网络,终端A和终端B可以通过安装网络音响对应的app对音响进行控制,并且与网络音响连接的终端(如:终端A)可以通过网络音响app向与网络音响连接的任一终端的目标数据发送操作指令。
S102,检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间是否存在关联关系。
具体的,所述数据共享装置在接收到所述第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令时,检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间是否存在关联关系,其目的是为了检测所述第一终端是否有权限对第二终端的目标数据进行操作,保证了第二终端中目标数据的 安全性。
S103,当所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系时,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立共享连接,并根据所述操作指令将所述目标数据发送至所述第一终端。
具体的,当所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系时,即所述第一终端有访问所述第二终端的权限,所述数据共享装置在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立共享连接,并根据所述操作指令将所述目标数据发送至所述第一终端。例如,当终端A与终端B有关联关系时,所述终端A可以查看所述终端B的音频、视频、文档、图片等数据,同时可以对终端B的数据进行收藏或共享至终端A,还可以对终端B的音频数据进行试听、播放。通过便捷的操作可以提高数据共享效率,增强用户黏性。

S201,当检测到第一终端和/或第二终端与数据服务器建立连接时,获取所述第一终端的第一标识码和第一联系列表和/或所述第二终端的第二标识码和第二联系列表。
具体的,数据共享装置当检测到第一终端和/或第二终端与数据服务器建立连接时,获取所述第一终端的第一标识码和第一联系列表和/或所述第二终端的第二标识码和第二联系列表。其中,所述第一标识码与所述第二标识码是用于区分各个终端的唯一标识,所述标识可以是所述终端的SIM卡卡号、控制数字服务器app软件的登陆账号或者终端的自定义名称等,在本发明实施例中不做限定。所述第一联系列表是所述第一终端存储的可以联系的各个终端标识,同理,所述第二联系列表保存了第二终端可以联系的各个终端标识。本发明实施例中,可以利用第一标识码、第一联系列表、第二标识码、第二联系列表确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端的关联关系。
S202,接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令。
具体的,所述数据共享装置接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令。其中,所述操作指令包括对所述目标数据的查看指令、收藏指令、播放指令中的任一种, 所述第一终端与所述第二终端是与数据服务器相连的任意两个终端,且所述第一终端与所述第二终端处于同一局域网。在可选的方案中,终端可以通过安装对数据服务器的控制软件,以使对所述数据服务器进行查看数据、收藏数据、播放所存储的音频、视频等数据,例如,终端A、终端B、网络音响均连接于同一无线网络,终端A和终端B可以通过安装网络音响对应的app对音响进行控制,并且与网络音响连接的终端(如:终端A)可以通过网络音响app向与网络音响连接的任一终端的目标数据发送操作指令。
S203,判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中。
具体的,所述数据共享装置判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中,用以检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端的关联关系。
S204,所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系。
具体的,当所述第二标识码存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码存在于所述第二联系列表中时,所述数据共享装置确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系,即所述第一终端有权限访问所述第二终端的数据,并可以对目标数据进行操作。
S205,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立共享连接,并根据所述操作指令将所述目标数据发送至所述第一终端。

S301,当检测到第一终端和/或第二终端与数据服务器建立连接时,获取所述第一终端的第一标识码和第一联系列表和/或所述第二终端的第二标识码和第二联系列表。
S302,接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令。

S303,判断所述第二终端是否将所述第一终端标记为关联终端。
具体的,所述数据共享装置判断所述第二终端是否将所述第一终端标记为关联终端,其中,所述关联终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系。所述第二终端可自行设置访问权限,例如,可将某一终端设置为无需检测可直接访问的关联终端,简化了检测是否为关联关系的步骤,提高了数据共享效率。
S304,所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系。
具体的,当所述第二终端将所述第一终端标记为关联终端时,所述数据共享装置确定所述第一终端可以直接访问所述第二终端,即所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系。
S305,判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中。
具体的,当所述第二终端未将所述第一终端标记为关联终端时,所述数据共享装置判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中,用以检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端的关联关系。
当所述第二标识码存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码存在于所述第二联系列表中,所述数据共享装置确定所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系。
S306,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立共享连接,并根据所述操作指令将所述目标数据发送至所述第一终端。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种数据共享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令,所述第一终端与所述第二终端是与数据服务器相连的任意两个终端,且所述第一终端与所述第二终端处于同一局域网;
    检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间是否存在关联关系;
    当所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系时,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立共享连接,并根据所述操作指令将所述目标数据发送至所述第一终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令之前,还包括:
    当检测到第一终端和/或第二终端与数据服务器建立连接时,获取所述第一终端的第一标识码和第一联系列表和/或所述第二终端的第二标识码和第二联系列表。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述操作指令包括对所述目标数据的查看指令、收藏指令、播放指令中的任一种。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间是否存在关联关系,包括:
    判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中;
    当所述第二标识码存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码存在于所述第二联系列表中时,所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间是否存在关联关系,包括:
    判断所述第二终端是否将所述第一终端标记为关联终端,其中,所述关联终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系;
    若是,则所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系;
    若否,则执行判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中的步骤。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间是否存在关联关系之后,还包括:
    当所述第二标识码不存在于所述第一联系列表中和/或所述第一标识码不存在于所述第二联系列表中时,所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间不存在关联关系,并向所述第一终端输出操作权限限制的提示信息。
  7. 一种数据共享装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收单元,用于接收第一终端发送的对第二终端的目标数据的操作指令,所述第一终端与所述第二终端是与数据服务器相连的任意两个终端,且所述第一终端与所述第二终端处于同一局域网;
    检测单元,用于检测所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间是否存在关联关系;
    发送单元,用于当所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系时,在所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间建立共享连接,并根据所述操作指令将所述目标数据发送至所述第一终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    获取单元,用于当检测到第一终端和/或第二终端与数据服务器建立连接时,获取所述第一终端的第一标识码和第一联系列表和/或所述第二终端的第二标识码和第二联系列表。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述操作指令包括对所述目标数据的查看指令、收藏指令、播放指令中的任一种。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测单元包括:
    第一判断子单元,用于判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中;
    第一关联子单元,用于当所述第一判断子单元判断所述第二标识码存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码存在于所述第二联系列表中时,所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述检测单元还包括:
    第二判断子单元,用于判断所述第二终端是否将所述第一终端标记为关联终端,其中,所述关联终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系;
    第二关联子单元,用于当所述第二判断子单元判断所述第二终端将所述第一终端标记为关联终端时,则所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间存在关联关系;
    所述第一判断子单元还用于当所述第二判断子单元判断所述第二终端未将所述第一终端标记为关联终端时,则执行判断所述第二标识码是否存在于所述第一联系列表中且所述第一标识码是否存在于所述第二联系列表中的步骤。
  12. 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    输出单元,用于当所述第二标识码不存在于所述第一联系列表中和/或所述第一标识码不存在于所述第二联系列表中时,所述第一终端与所述第二终端之间不存在关联关系,并向所述第一终端输出操作权限限制的提示信息。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质用于存储应用程序,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行如权利要求1-6任一项所述的数据共享方法。
  14. 一种设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或者多个处理器;
    存储器;
    一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,执行如权利要求1-6任一项所述的数据共享方法。
