Abstract

본 발명은 가용성 단백질 발현량 및 활성이 증대된 α-1,3 푸코실 전달효소 변이체, α-1,3 푸코실 전달효소 변이체를 코딩하는 DNA, α-1,3 푸코실 전달효소 변이체를 코딩하는 DNA를 포함하는 재조합 DNA 벡터, 상기 재조합 DNA 벡터로 형질전환된 숙주세포 및 숙주세포의 추출물, 3-푸코실올리고당의 제조 방법, 푸코실 전달효소 변이체 제조방법 및 푸코실 전달효소의 변이체 탐색방법을 제공하는 것으로서, 본 발명의 α-1,3 푸코실 전달효소 변이체는 가용성 단백질의 발현량 및 효소 활성이 획기적으로 향상된 효과가 있다.
