본 고안은 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 애완동물이 용이하게 오르내릴 수 있으면서 자신의 몸이나 발톱, 이빨 등을 비벼대거나 물면서 스트레스 해소 및 건강 단련기능으로 사용되도록 용이하게 교체가 가능한 마찰수단을 마련하고, 또한 편안히 쉴 수 있는 어두운 암실이 유지되게 쉼부를 마련하여 애완동물이 쉼부의 주머니에 들어가 쉴 수 있도록 편의시설을 제공할 수 있도록 한 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 애완동물은 인간이 주로 즐거움을 누리기 위한 대상으로 사육하는 동물로 개·고양이·카나리아·금붕어 등을 비롯하여 예로부터 포유류·조류·어류를 주로 사육해 왔으나, 근년에 와서는 뱀·도마뱀·악어·거북·개구리·도롱뇽 등의 파충류와 양서류도 애완동물로 사육된다. 특히 개나 고양이 등은 혈통이 중요시되고, 금붕어는 품종개량의 산물로 유명하다.
최근에는 이러한 애완동물에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 국내에서도 점차 개와 함께 고양이 등의 다양한 애완동물을 키우는 사람들이 늘고 있는 추세이다.
그런데 대부분의 애완동물은 포식성 동물로서 날카로운 이빨과, 강하고 날카로우며 오므릴 수도 있는 발톱 등의 주요 형질들을 그대로 지니고 있다. 따라서 애완동물들은 일종의 스트레스를 풀기 위한 행동으로 발톱을 가는 발톱긁기를 수시로 하기 때문에, 집안의 쇼파나 가구, 벽지 등의 생활도구들에 대해 많은 손상을 입히는 폐단이 있다.
이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 대한민국 출원번호 제10-2006-0087716호에서와 같이 날카로운 발톱이 있어 수시로 긁는 습성과 올라가기를 좋아하는 애완동물들이 아무 때나 마음대로 긁을 수 있어, 기본적으로 동물의 본능을 해소할 수 있으면서 아무 때나 올라가 쉬거나 놀 수 있는 놀이터 및 휴식장소로서 동물들의 지능 발달과 건강을 키울 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 나아가 생활공간에서의 정원수 느낌이 전달될 수 있어 실내의 인테리어 소품이나 장식기능으로도 활용할 수 있는 놀이시설이 소개되고 있다.
그러나 종래의 애완동물용 놀이시설은 본체줄기와 장식잎새가 일체로 이루어져 있어, 본체줄기의 높이를 조절하기 어려운 문제점이 있으며, 특히 날카로운 발톱이 있어 수시로 긁는 습성과 올라가기를 좋아하는 애완동물들이 수시로 본체줄기의 외면을 타고 지지하면서 이동하므로 본체줄기의 외면이 갈라져 미관을 해치게 되는 문제점이 있으며, 이는 결국 본체줄기에 패널구조의 동물휴식판 이외에 애완동물이 쉴 수 있는 편의시설이 없다는 불편한 문제점이 상존하게 된다.

본 고안은 최근의 애완동물을 끼우는 소비자들의 요구조건에 부응하고자 개발된 것으로서, 애완동물이 날카로운 발톱으로 오르고 내리는 과정에서 발톱의 일부가 마찰수단으로 일부 인입되게 함으로서 애완동물들이 용이하게 놀이기구를 오르내릴 수 있으면서, 애완동물 자신의 몸이나 발톱, 이빨 등을 비벼대거나 물면서 스트레스 해소 및 건강 단련기능으로 사용되도록 용이하게 교체가 가능한 마찰수단이 교체가 가능하여 유지보수 비용이 절감되며, 또한 암실이 유지되게 쉼부를 마련하여 애완동물이 쉼부의 주머니에 들어가 쉴 수 있도록 편의시설을 제공할 수 있는 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

도 1은 본 고안의 제 1실시예에 따른 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구의 결합상태도이고, 도 2는 본 고안의 제 1실시예에 따른 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구의 분리상태도이며, 도 3은 본 고안의 제 1실시예에 따른 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구의 사용상태도이고, 또한 도 4는 본 고안의 제 2실시예에 따른 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구의 분리상태도, 도 5는 본 고안의 제 3실시예에 따른 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구를 구성요소중 연장봉 구조를 보인 것이고, 도 6은 본 고안의 제 4실시예에 따른 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구를 구성요소중 쉼부의 임의 실시 형태를 도시한 것이다.
도면에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 고안인 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구(이하, 설명의 편의상 놀이기구라 명명함)는 애완동물이 타고 오르내리거나 매달려 놀기도 하고 휴식을 취하할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 이에 이와 같은 놀이기구(10)는 바닥에 접지되는 베이스패널(20)을 기준으로 그 위쪽에 다른 구성요소들을 서로 연결 결속시키는 연장봉(30)과 함께 발톱이 날카로운 애완동물, 특히 고양이가 발톱이나 이빨을 긁거나 문지르며 스트레스를 해소할 수 있는 마찰수단으로 마찰로프(40), 그리고 다수의 줄기부(50)로 이루어진다.
우선, 베이스패널(20)은 합성수지재 또는 금속재로 이루어지며, 상면 중앙에는 상향으로 돌출되게 기둥(21)이 일체로 형성되고, 상기 기둥(21)의 상면에는 내주연에 나선을 갖는 체결홀(211)이 형성된다.
또한 베이스패널(20)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 기본적으로 안정된 형태인 사각의 패널형상으로 형성됨이 바람직하며, 사각 이외에 원형 다각형의 다양한 형상으로 형성시키는 것도 가능하고, 다수의 바 형태로 형성시키는 것도 가능하다.
그리고 연장봉(30)은 합성수지재 또는 금속재로 이루어지며, 저면에는 기둥(21)의 체결홀(211)에 나사체결되는 체결돌기(31)가 하부에 형성되고, 상부에는 내주연에 나선을 갖는 결합홀(32)이 형성되어 서로 나사결합됨을 기본으로 하나, 경우에 따라서는 서로 일정 가압으로 간단하게 끼워넣어 서로 끼움 결속되는 탈부착 가능한 결합구조를 이룰수 있음은 물론이다.
또한 연장봉(30)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 기본적으로 부드러운 원형의 봉형상으로 형성되며, 경우에 따라 사각 또는 다각형으로 형성시키는 것도 가능하다.
그리고 애완동물이 스트레스를 해소하기 위해 물거나 긁거나 비벼댈 수 있도록 마찰수단으로 사용되는 마찰로프(40)는 연장봉(30)의 외면을 감으면서 배치되는데, 이는 애완동물인 고양이가 기본적으로 자신의 몸이나 발톱, 이빨 등을 비벼대거나 물면서 스트레스 해소 및 건강 단련기능으로 사용되도록 하는바, 경우에 따라서는 고양이가 스트레스 해소는 물론 기어오르는 과정에서 발톱 단부가 상기 마찰로프(40) 안쪽으로 인입되어 용이하게 기어오를 수 있도록 하는 기능도 제공된다.
또한 마찰로프(40)는 도 2에서와 같이, 사선형태로 홈부(33)가 형성된 연장봉(30)의 외면을 나선방향으로 감싼 후 접착고정되며, 다르게는 마찰로프(40)로 연장봉을 감싼 후 감겨진 단부에 끝단부를 묶어 고정시키는 것도 가능하다. 이는 연장봉(30)의 외면으로 마찰로프(40)의 과도한 노출을 줄이면서 동시에 상기 마찰로프(40)가 연장봉(30)의 홈부(33)을 따라 함몰되게 감기면서 좀더 안정된 결속상태가 유지되도록 하는 효과와 고양이의 접촉에 따른 결속이 쉽게 느슨해짐을 방지할 수 있는 확실한 고정상태를 제공할 수 있도록 한다.
또한 마찰로프(40)는 주로 볏짚을 꽈서 로프형태로 만든 것이 사용되며, 다르게는 상대적으로 내구성이 강하면서 깨끗한 섬유재 또는 합성섬유재로 이루어진 로프를 사용하는 것도 가능하다.
그리고 줄기부(50)는 애완동물과 이용자에게 시각적인 아름다움을 제공할 수 있는 구성요소로서, 연장봉(30)의 결합홀(32)에 나사체결되는 결합돌기(51)가 하부에 형성되고 상부에는 잎새(52)가 마련된다. 이러한 줄기부(50)는 기본적으로 합성수지재로서 형성시키는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구가 조립되는 설치과정을 설명하면, 먼저 베이스패널(20)을 설치할 장소에 배치한 상태에서 순차적으로 상기 베이스패널(20)의 기둥에 연장봉(30)을 나사결합하고, 상기 연장봉(30)에 줄기부(50)를 나사결합 한 후 연장봉(30)의 외면을 감싸면서 마찰로프(40)를 권취시킨 후 고정시킴으로서, 일련의 과정을 마치게 된다.
도 4를 참조하면, 연장봉(30)에는 외면에 나선의 홈부(33)가 더 형성되고, 상기 마찰로프(40)가 상기 홈부(33)를 따라 감겨지게 배치되어, 애완동물의 이동에 의해 상기 마찰로프(40)가 처지거나 풀리는 것을 방지하게 되며, 홈부(33)를 따라 마찰로프(40)를 감으면 되므로 설치가 용이하게 된다. 이때, 홈부(33)에 감겨진 마찰로프(40)의 상단부와 하단부는 밴드로 감싸 묶음으로서 고정시키는 것이 바람직하다.
도 5를 참조하면, 기둥(21)과 연장봉(30) 사이에는 애완동물이 지지하며 쉴 수 있도록 하부지지패널(60)이 더 개재되게 배치되고, 상기 연장봉(30)과 상기 줄기부(50) 사이에는 상부지지패널(70)이 더 개재되게 배치된다.
즉, 하부지지패널(60)은 합성수지재로 이루어지며, 애완동물이 올라가 편안하게 쉼을 하는 과정에서 미끄럼이 방지되도록 상면에 섬유재 또는 합성섬유재로 이루어진 마찰시트(61)가 더 부착되고, 상기 체결돌기(31)에 끼움되도록 끼움홀(62)이 형성됨으로서 상기 체결돌기(31)가 상기 끼움홀(62)을 관통하여 상기 체결홀(211)에 체결되며, 또한 상기 하부지지패널(60)이 상기 베이스패널(20)과 상기 연장봉(30) 사이에 압착 고정되게 배치된다.
그리고 상부지지패널(70)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 후술될 줄기부(50)의 결합돌기(51)에 끼움홀(72)을 끼운 후 상기 결합돌기(51)가 상기 결합홀(32)에 체결되도록 함으로서, 상기 연장봉(30)과 상기 줄기부(50) 사이에 압착고정되게 배치되고 상면에는 미끄럼을 방지하도록 마찰시트(71)가 부착된다.
도 6을 참조하면, 기둥(21)과 연장봉(30) 사이 또는 상기 연장봉(30)과 상기 줄기부(50) 사이에는 관통공(811a)을 갖는 쉼부(80)가 더 배치되며, 상기 쉼부(80)는 상기 관통공(811a)이 형성된 연결패널(811)과 상기 연결패널(811)과 일체로 형성되고 인입구(812a)를 갖는 링부(812)로 이루어진 고정패널(81)과, 상기 링부(812)의 하부에 형성되어 상기 링부(812)를 통해 인입되는 애완동물이 배치되는 섬유재로 이루어진 주머니(82)로 이루어진다.
이때, 링부(812)에는 인입구(812a)를 개방 또는 폐쇄하도록 축회동되게 테두리에 환형의 마찰링(91)이 끼움된 도어(90)가 더 설치되어, 상기 주머니(82)의 내부공간이 어두운 암실이 되도록 함이 바람직하다.
즉, 애완동물 특히 고양이의 경우, 아늑하고 쉴 수 있는 어두운 암실을 좋아하는데, 상기 관통공(811a)과 인입구(812a)를 갖는 고정패널(81)에 주머니(82)를 융착 또는 첩착시키고, 상기 관통공(811a)을 상기 줄기부(50)의 결합돌기(51)에 끼워 줄기부(50)와 연장봉(30) 사이에 쉼부(80)를 배치시키거나, 상기 연장봉(30)의 체결돌기(31)에 관통공(811a)을 끼워 상기 연장봉(30)과 상기 기둥(21) 사이에 쉼부(80)를 배치시키게 된다.
또한 인입구(812a)에 도어(90)를 마련하여 내부 공간을 어둡게 함과 아울러, 마찰링(91)이 인입구(812a)의 내주연에 마찰되어 애완동물의 가압에 의해 도어(90)가 회전되도록 함과 아울러, 인입구(812a)와 도어(90) 사이에 틈이 생겨 빛이 유입되는 것을 방지하게 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상면에 체결홀을 갖는 기둥이 형성된 베이스패널;
    상기 기둥의 체결홀에 나사체결되는 체결돌기가 하부에 형성되고, 상부에는 결합홀이 형성된 연장봉;
    상기 연장봉의 외면을 감으면서 배치되는 마찰로프; 및
    상기 연장봉의 결합홀에 나사체결되는 결합돌기가 하부에 형성되고, 잎새가 마련된 줄기부를 포함하여 구성되되,
    상기 연장봉에는 외면에 나선의 홈부가 더 형성되고, 상기 마찰로프가 상기 홈부를 따라 감겨지게 배치되어, 애완동물의 이동에 의해 상기 마찰로프가 처지거나 풀리는 것을 방지하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구.

    상기 기둥과 상기 연장봉 사이에는 애완동물이 지지하며 쉴 수 있도록 하부 지지패널이 더 개재되게 배치되고, 상기 연장봉과 상기 줄기부 사이에는 상부 지지패널이 더 개재되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 기둥과 상기 연장봉 사이 또는 상기 연장봉과 상기 줄기부 사이에는 관통공을 갖는 쉼부가 더 배치되며,
    상기 쉼부는 상기 관통공이 형성된 연경패널과 인입구를 갖는 링부로 이루어진 고정패널과,
    상기 링부의 하부에 형성되어 상기 링부를 통해 인입되는 애완동물이 배치되는 주머니로 이루어지되,
    상기 링부에는 상기 인입구를 개방 또는 폐쇄하도록 축회동되게 테두리에 마찰링이 끼움된 도어가 더 설치되어, 상기 주머니의 내부공간이 어두운 암실이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 애완동물용 놀이기구.
