Then, not only the expansion / contraction region of the waistline elastic member and the first fixing portion, but also the second fixing portion contracts in the width direction, and the entire back side end portion is pulled inward in the longitudinal direction. When wearing a property article, wrinkles are formed at the back end, or the flap is pulled inward in the width direction and enters under the user's body, so that the wearability is lowered. On the other hand, in the above configuration, as described above, the contraction force of the waistline elastic member and the contraction force of the second elastic member are not interlocked.

Further, while the waistline elastic member is pulled by the contraction force of the first three-dimensional gather, the stretchable region of the rigid waistline elastic member maintains the surface shape, so that the longitudinal section is Z-shaped and the pocket-like space is formed in the non-existing portion. However, since the pocket-shaped space can be further increased by this configuration, leakage on the back side can be prevented.
- the shape of the end edge portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core is such that the central portion in the width direction is longer than the end portion in the width direction. It is desirable to have a curved shape protruding outward in the direction.
- the shape of the edge portion in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core is such that the central portion in the width direction protrudes more outward in the longitudinal direction than the end portion in the width direction. Since it has a curved shape, the shrinkage force of the waistline elastic member and the shrinkage force of the first elastic member are interlocked so that the waistline elastic member and the first upright portion contract along the curve shape. Therefore, it becomes easy to identify the central portion in the width direction on the basis of the shape contracted along the curved shape.
- region between a 1st solid gather and a top sheet formed in the vicinity of the 1st fixed part of a 1st solid gather and a 1st standing part can be made wide because there is no thickness of an absorptive core. Therefore, since the pocket-shaped space formed according to the said area
- At least a central region in the width direction of the absorbent core is formed with a lower basis weight than other regions of the absorbent core.
- the center region in the width direction of the absorbent core is formed with a low basis weight so that the region becomes a mark when the disposable diaper (absorbent pad) is worn, and the pad fit is reduced. Can do well. Therefore, it becomes easier to align the center in the width direction of the disposable diaper and the center of the user's body (or the center in the width direction of the absorbent pad).

Is desirable.
- the fixing portion is provided in a region sandwiched between the innermost thread-like elastic member and the outermost thread-like elastic member in the longitudinal direction, so that it stands up in a natural state.
- a plurality of thread-like elastic members are drawn inward based on the contraction force in the longitudinal direction acting on the portion. Therefore, the back end is formed in a shape (R shape) close to an arc. Further, since the fixed end is located in the non-existing portion, in the natural state, the non-existing portion having lower rigidity than other regions is drawn inward based on the contraction force in the longitudinal direction acting on the standing portion.
- the non-existing portion drawn toward the inside and the portion on the back side combine to form a shape (R shape) closer to an arc.
- R shape shape closer to an arc.
- the first fixing portion is provided over the entire region sandwiched between the innermost thread-like elastic member and the outermost thread-like elastic member in the longitudinal direction.
- the fixing portion is provided over the entire region sandwiched between the innermost thread-like elastic member and the outermost thread-like elastic member in the longitudinal direction, so that it stands up in a natural state.
- the contraction force in the longitudinal direction acting on the part acts on the entire region. Therefore, the vicinity of the end on the back side is formed in a shape (R shape) close to a clearer arc. Therefore, it becomes easier to align the center in the width direction of the disposable diaper and the center of the wearer's body (or the center in the width direction of the absorbent pad).
- the back side end portion is located outside the outermost thread-like elastic member in the longitudinal direction and contracts as the thread-like elastic member contracts, and is adjacent to the back-side end portion. It is desirable that a contraction region which is longer in the longitudinal direction than the interval between the matching thread-like elastic members is formed.
- the length in the longitudinal direction of the contraction region is more than half of the length in the longitudinal direction of the region sandwiched between the outermost thread-like elastic member and the innermost thread-like elastic member. Long is desirable.

When the flange-like first upright portion 41s1 provided with the first three-dimensional gather elastic member 451 and contracted in the longitudinal direction is expanded to 93% in the longitudinal direction, the first three-dimensional gather elastic member 451 has a value of 0.0. The extension state of the first three-dimensional gathered elastic member 451 when fixing to the first upright portion 41s1 is determined so that a contraction force of 5N to 2N is generated.
- one thread rubber 451 of 940DTEX is used. Therefore, the contraction force of the thread rubber 451 at the time of 93% extension is set by fixing the stretched state in the longitudinal direction of the one thread rubber 451 to twice the natural length and fixing it to the first upright portion 41s1. In 0.5N to 2N.

- the first fixing portion 42b1 is an example of a “fixing portion”.
- the innermost part 42b1p is an example of a “fixed end”.
- the back end 1 kbeL is a portion located on the outer side in the longitudinal direction from the arrangement position of the waistline elastic member 71 located on the innermost side in the longitudinal direction in the main body 1 k.
- the longitudinal dimension of the back end 1 kbeL is selected from a range of, for example, 20 mm to 40 mm in the deployed state of the disposable diaper 1 as shown in FIG. 4, and the waistline elastic member 71 provided at the back end 1 kbeL.
- the dimension in the width direction is selected from 180 mm to 220 mm in the unfolded state.
- the contraction force of the first three-dimensional gather elastic member 451 related to the first upright portion 41s1 is input to the innermost portion 42b1p of the first fixing portion 42b1 in the form of a pulling force F facing inward in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the main body 1k is pulled inward in the longitudinal direction through the innermost part 42b1p.
- the innermost part 42b1p is disposed on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 11 in the main body 1k, and more preferably, the non-existing part 1kbn (the part indicated by the dot pattern in FIG. 4).

- the pulling force F directed inward in the longitudinal direction is input to the non-existing portion 1 kbn through the innermost portion 42 b 1 p of the first fixing portion 42 b 1. Therefore, the pulling force F is generally not input to the back end 1 kbeL located adjacent to the outside in the longitudinal direction from the non-existing portion 1 kbn, and as a result, the back end 1 kbeL rises. Can be suppressed.
- a pocket-shaped space SP (FIG. 5) can be reliably formed at a position between the back end 1 kbeL and the absorbent core 11.
- the innermost portion 42b1p of the first fixing portion 42b1 when the innermost portion 42b1p of the first fixing portion 42b1 is located on the inner side of the longitudinal center position C1kbnL in the non-existing portion 1kbn, the inner side in the longitudinal direction is directed.

- a contraction force is applied to the second standing portion 41s2 in the longitudinal direction, and the second standing portion 41s2 contracts in the longitudinal direction based on the contracting force, so that the second standing portion 41s2 has a plurality of wrinkles. While forming, it stands up on the skin side in the thickness direction and functions as the second three-dimensional gather 41g2 (FIG. 2B).
- a suitable material for the three-dimensional gather sheet 47 an appropriate non-woven fabric can be exemplified, and an SMS non-woven fabric is used here, but it is not limited to this as long as it has flexibility.
- the three-dimensional gather sheet 47 extends to the outer side in the width direction to substantially the same position as the outer end edges 31ew and 31ew of the exterior sheet 31,
- the outer edge 31ew or a position near the outer edge 31ew is bonded and integrated with the exterior sheet 31 by a hot melt adhesive or the like.
- the three-dimensional gather sheet 47 and the exterior sheet 31 cooperate with each other, and the above-described ventral side flaps 1asf and 1asf and the dorsal side flaps 1bsf and 1bsf are formed in the ventral side portion 1a and the back side portion 1b, respectively. ing.
- the three-dimensional gather sheet 47 and the exterior sheet 31 are bonded and integrated with a hot melt adhesive or the like at the outer end edge 31ew or in the vicinity thereof.

It is fixed by a hot melt adhesive or the like in a stretched state in the direction. Therefore, when the extension state of the leg elastic members 81, 81 is relaxed, the leg flap 1mf contracts in the longitudinal direction to form a plurality of ridges, and the ridges become leg gathers.
- the second upright portion 41s2 is folded back outward in the width direction with the second base end portion 41k2 or a position near the second upright portion 41k2 being a folded back position.
- an “outside opening” state opened outward in the width direction is established.
- the end portions 41s2eLa and 41s2eLb in the longitudinal direction of the second standing portion 41s2 are respectively connected to the end portions 41s2eLa, 2nd fixing

- the contraction force of the second three-dimensional gather elastic member 452 related to the second upright portion 41s2 is also in the form of a tensile force F2 facing inward in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG.
- the input is concentrated on the non-existing portion 1 kbn via the portion 42 bp 2, and as a result, it is not generally input to the back end portion 1 kbeL. Therefore, effectively contributing to the formation of the pocket-shaped space SP (FIG. 5) at the position between the back end 1 kbeL and the absorbent core 11 while suppressing the rise of the back end 1 kbeL. Can do.
- size of the contraction force of the elastic member 452 for 2nd solid gathers is set by the method similar to the elastic member 451 for 1st solid gathers, for example. That is, the total length dimension in the longitudinal direction of the second upright portion 41s2 before the second three-dimensional gather elastic member 452 is provided, that is, the total length dimension in the longitudinal direction in the absence of the above-described wrinkles. Define length.
- the second solid gather elastic member 452 has a thickness of 0.02%.
- the extension state of the elastic member 452 for the second three-dimensional gather when fixing to the second upright portion 41s2 is determined so that the contraction force of 5N to 2N is generated.
- one thread rubber 452 of 940DTEX is used. Therefore, by setting the stretched state in the longitudinal direction of the one rubber thread 452 to be twice the natural length and fixing it to the second upright portion 41 s 2, the magnitude of the contraction force of the thread rubber 452 when stretched 93%. In 0.5N to 2N.
- the innermost part 42b1p of the first fixing part 42b1 and the innermost part 42b2p of the second fixing part 42b2 each contribute to the formation of the pocket-shaped space SP.
- the second fixing part 42b2 The innermost part 42b2p is located on the inner side in the longitudinal direction and on the outer side in the width direction than the innermost part 42b1p of the first fixing portion 42b1.
- both of these innermost portions 42b2p and 42b1p can each ride on a substantially arc-shaped curve bulging outward in the longitudinal direction. Then, the innermost part 42b2p of the second fixing part 42b2 and the innermost part 42b1p of the first fixing part 42b1 bend the main body part 1k of the disposable diaper 1 into a substantially Z-shape in cross-section at each position.
- the shape of the space SP can be formed into a substantially arc shape in plan view. As a result, it is possible to improve the fit to the heel part, which is generally arcuate, and more effectively prevent urine leakage.
- the contraction force applied from the second solid gathering elastic member 452 to the second upright portion 41s2 is the first solid gathering elastic member. It is preferable that the contraction force applied from 451 to the first upright portion 41s1 is larger. In other words, the contraction force generated in the second three-dimensional gather elastic member 452 when the second upright portion 41s2 extends 93% is greater in the first three-dimensional gather elastic member when the first stand up portion 41s1 extends 93%. It may be larger than the magnitude of the contraction force generated in 451.
- the innermost portion 42b2p of the second fixing portion 42b2 is pulled toward the inner side in the longitudinal direction inputted to the innermost portion 42b1p of the first fixing portion 42b1.
- a pulling force F2 greater than the force F is input, whereby the innermost portion 42b2p of the second fixing portion 42b2 is pulled more inward in the longitudinal direction than the innermost portion 42b1p of the first fixing portion 42b1.
- the innermost part 42b2p of the second fixing part 42b2 is located on the outer side in the width direction and the inner side in the longitudinal direction than the innermost part 42b1p of the first fixing part 42b1.
- the central portion in the width direction of the pocket-shaped space SP is formed in a substantially arc shape that protrudes further outward in the longitudinal direction.
- the magnitude relationship can effectively contribute to making the pocket-shaped space SP conform to the shape of the buttock.
- Fastening tape 61 is provided at the outer end in the width direction of the pair of back side flaps 1bsf, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2A.
- the fastening tape 61 has a flexible substantially rectangular sheet as a tape base 61a, one end of the tape base 61a in the width direction is joined to the outer end of the back side flap 1bsf, and the other end is the back side. Projecting outward in the width direction from the outer end of the flap 1bsf. At the other end, there are protrusions 61ap that protrude further outward in the width direction at two portions in the longitudinal direction.
- One male material 61m of a hook-and-loop fastener is fixed to each of the skin side surfaces of the two protruding portions 61ap.
- This male material 61m is an engaging portion that engages the fastening tape 61 with the target tape 65 in the state where the diaper 1 shown in FIG. Specifically, a plurality of engagement projections (not shown) are provided on the skin side surface of the male material 61m (engagement portion), and the engagement projections are caught on the non-skin side surface of the target tape 65 of the ventral side portion 1a. Thus, the fastening tape 61 is engaged with the target tape 65.
- a male material 61m a well-known one can be applied as a hook-and-loop fastener.
- a hooking protrusion or a T-shaped protrusion can be used as appropriate.
- a suitable material for the tape base material 61a a flexible sheet material such as a nonwoven fabric can be exemplified. In this example, a nonwoven fabric is used, but the material is not limited to this.
- the target tape 65 is provided on the non-skin side surface of the exterior sheet 31 that is the non-skin side surface of the abdominal side portion 1a.
- the tape 65 has a substantially rectangular shape that is long in the width direction, and the tape 65 is packaged by a hot melt adhesive or the like while aligning the center position in the width direction with the exterior sheet 31. It is fixed to the sheet 31.
- a material suitable for the target tape 65 include a film on which a female material is disposed, an air-through nonwoven fabric, and the like, but is not limited thereto. Further, instead of using a target tape, a material such as a nonwoven fabric that is easily caught by a locking projection may be used.
- the waistline elastic member 71 is provided at the longitudinal back end 1 kbeL of the main body 1 k of the disposable diaper 1 so that the waistline opening HB of the backside 1 b can be expanded and contracted in the width direction.
- it is a member that imparts contraction force in the width direction.
- a plurality of thread rubbers 71 along the width direction are provided in the longitudinal direction as the waistline elastic member 71 at the end 1 kbeL.
- five 940DTEX thread rubbers 71 are arranged extending along the width direction, and each thread rubber 71 extends in the width direction, for example, twice the natural length.
- each rubber thread 71 can be quickly expanded in the width direction until the heel is fully extended, and as a result, the waist opening HB can be expanded and contracted in the width direction.
- the contraction force of the waistline elastic member 71 is set as follows, for example. First, the full length dimension in the width direction of the back end 1 kbeL before the waistline elastic member 71 is provided, that is, the full length dimension in the width direction without the above-described wrinkles is defined as a reference length of 100%. To do. Then, when the back end 1 kbeL provided with the waistline elastic member 71 and contracted in the width direction is expanded to 93% in the width direction, a contraction force of 2N to 8N is generated in the waistline elastic member 71 in total. The stretched state of the waistline elastic member 71 when it is fixed to the back end 1 kbeL is determined.
- five 940 DTEX thread rubbers 71 are used as the waistline elastic member 71. Therefore, by setting the stretched state in the longitudinal direction of the five thread rubbers 71 to twice the natural length and fixing the stretched end 1 kbeL to the back end 1 kbeL, the contraction of the five thread rubbers 71 when stretched 93%.
- the total value of the force is in the range of 2N to 8N.
- the shape of the edge part 11eb on the back side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 11 is such that the central part 11ebc in the width direction is longer than the end part 11eb in the width direction. It has a curved shape protruding outward in the direction (back side) (that is, the end edge portion 11eb is formed in an arc shape).
- the shape of the pocket-shaped space SP when viewed from the skin side in the thickness direction can be made into a curved shape. That is, since the rigidity of the absorbent core 11 is generally high, when the non-existing portion 1 kbn is pulled by the pulling force F directed inward in the longitudinal direction, the vicinity of the back side end portion 1 kbeL (the back side end portion) 1 kbeL and non-existing portion 1 kbn) are easily bent along the end edge 11 eb at a position adjacent to the end edge 11 eb of the absorbent core 11.
- the shape of the end edge portion 11eb is a curved shape
- the vicinity of the back end portion 1 kbeL can be bent along the curved shape, and the pocket-shaped space SP can be formed into a curved shape.
- this curved shape is also a shape that follows the shape of the collar portion that is generally substantially arc-shaped. Therefore, the pocket-shaped space SP can be provided along the buttocks, and urine / feces leakage can be more effectively prevented through improved fit to the buttocks.
- the size in the longitudinal direction of the non-existing portion 1kbn adjacent to the edge 11eb is: Although it changes according to the position in the width direction, including such a case, the size of the non-existing portion 1 kbn in the longitudinal direction is preferably set in the following range. That is, at the position P1 kbn1 where the size in the longitudinal direction is the smallest (in FIG. 4, the central position P1 kbn1 in the width direction), for example, an arbitrary value in the range of 10 mm to 40 mm and the position P1 kbn2 where the size in the longitudinal direction is the largest ( In FIG.
- the position P1kbn2) of the edge in the width direction of the absorbent core 11 is preferably set to an arbitrary value in the range of 20 mm to 50 mm. If it is set in such a range, the size of the pocket-shaped space SP can be made a size suitable for damming the urine flowing to the back side. For example, when it is larger than the above range, the pocket-shaped space SP is easily crushed and difficult to function as a weir. On the other hand, when it is smaller than the above range, the height of the pocket-shaped space SP in the thickness direction is reduced. , And in this case, it becomes difficult to function as a weir.
- the back side portion 1b is arranged on the back side waist portion of the wearer in a state where the fastening tape 61 provided on both sides in the width direction is pulled left and right.
- region of the back side part 1b is pulled by the width direction outer side in this way, it is made not to produce a local wrinkle in the non-existing part 1kbn which is a low rigidity part.
- the non-existing portion 1 kbn is sufficiently applied with a force acting on the outer side in the width direction so that the non-existing portion 1 kbn is evenly extended, and the pocket-shaped space SP is formed cleanly when the diaper 1 is worn. To do.
- FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining the positional relationship between the male material 61m (engagement portion) of the fastening tape 61 and the non-existing portion 1 kbn.
- the center position in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined position wp in the width direction of the male material 61m (engagement portion) is defined as a center position hcp.
- the center line CL that connects the center positions hcp of the pair of male members 61m, 61m provided on both sides in the width direction along the width direction is the non-existing portion 1kbn in the center portion in the width direction of the diaper 1. It is a positional relationship that passes.
- a force (tensile force) can be efficiently applied to the outside in the width direction. That is, since a tensile force acts along the center line CL connecting the center positions hcp of the engaging portions provided on both sides in the width direction, the center line CL is disposed so as to pass through the non-existing portion 1 kbn. A force outside in the width direction can be directly applied to the non-existing portion 1 kbn.
- the diaper 1 of this embodiment has the protrusion part 61ap in two places of the longitudinal direction of the fastening tape 61, and the male material 61m (engagement part) is each provided in each protrusion part 61ap. Accordingly, it becomes possible to engage the two pairs of engaging portions with the target tape 65, and when the diaper 1 is worn, the fit of the waistline portion is enhanced and the force acting on each engaging portion is dispersed. Can do. Thereby, it can suppress that an engaging part peels unintentionally at the time of mounting
- the center line CL is set for the male material 61m (engagement portion) of the protrusion 61ap on the outer side in the longitudinal direction. Then, the center line CL passes through the non-existing portion 1 kbn in the center portion in the width direction. - a center position hcp is set for 61 ap (engagement portion), and a straight line connecting the center positions hcp is a center line CL.
- the “predetermined position wp” that serves as the reference position in the width direction when determining the center position hcp of the male material 61m (engagement portion) is normally the center position in the width direction of the male material 61m. However, it does not have to be exactly the center in the width direction, and may be a position shifted from the center in the width direction. Further, the predetermined position wp may be the inner end in the width direction or the outer end in the width direction of the male material 61m.
- the male member 61m has a rectangular shape, but may be a circular shape, a triangular shape, or other shapes as long as the center position hcp can be set.
- the innermost portion 42b1p which is the inner end portion in the longitudinal direction of the first fixed portion 42b1 exists outside the longitudinal direction from the position where the center line CL passes. In other words, it is desirable that the first fixing portion 42b1 does not exist on the line through which the center line CL passes.
- the rigidity of the main body portion 1k is high in the fixing portion.
- the outward pulling force in the width direction that should act along the center line CL is less likely to act on the portion of the first fixed portion 42b1, and the non-existing portion 1kbn is reduced. It becomes difficult to stretch evenly.
- the innermost portion 42b1p of the first fixing portion 42b1 on the outer side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the center line CL, the pulling force toward the outer side in the width direction can easily act on the entire non-existing portion 1kbn. It is easier to suppress the occurrence of problems such as wrinkles in the non-existing portion 1 kbn.
- the position of the outer end in the longitudinal direction at the predetermined position wp in the width direction is set to the outer end position hop for the male material 61m (engagement portion)

- the outermost position in the longitudinal direction of the male material 61m may be set as the outer end position hop.
- the fastening tape 61 is pulled outward in the width direction, a pulling force is easily applied to the waistline elastic member 71, and the waistline elastic member 71 is extended outward in the width direction without loosening. Therefore, the non-existing portion 1 kbn formed adjacent to the waistline elastic member 71 can be easily extended in the width direction without slackening.
- the position of the longitudinal direction inner side end in the predetermined position wp of the width direction about the male material 61m (engagement part) is set to the inner end position hip, a pair of male materials 61m provided on both sides of the width direction of the diaper 1, It is desirable that the straight line IL connecting the inner end position hip of 61 m along the width direction passes through a portion where the absorbent core 11 is disposed.
- the innermost position in the longitudinal direction of the male material 61m may be set as the inner end position hip.
- the fastening tape 61 when the fastening tape 61 is pulled outward in the width direction, a tensile force is easily applied to the absorbent core 11 and the absorbent core 11 is extended outward in the width direction without loosening. - the pulling force when pulling the fastening tape 61 outward in the width direction is likely to act on the three-dimensional gather forming portion. That is, as the waistline elastic member 71 extends outward in the width direction due to the pulling force on the outer side in the width direction, a force that opens outward in the width direction acts on the pair of three-dimensional gather forming portions. The part is prevented from falling inward in the width direction. That is, the three-dimensional gather forming portion is easily raised in that region, and it is easy to suppress excrement and the like from leaking out of the diaper 1.
- the back side flap 1bsf and the fastening tape 61 are configured as different parts, and the fastening tape 61 is joined to the outer end in the width direction of the back side flap 1bsf by a hot melt adhesive or the like. .
- the two sheet members constituting the back side flap 1bsf and the fastening tape 61 are overlapped in the thickness direction.
- the fastening tape 61 is sandwiched between the three-dimensional gather sheet 47 and the exterior sheet 31, and there are three sheet members in the thickness direction of the joint portion. Therefore, the strength at the overlapping portion (that is, the joint portion) between the back side flap 1bsf and the fastening tape 61 is increased, and even when the fastening tape 61 is pulled strongly to the left and right, the joint portion is prevented from being broken or peeled off. .
- the back side flap 1bsf and the fastening tape 61 are configured by one member.
- stress is applied at a boundary portion (corresponding to a portion represented by 61e in FIG. 6) between the portion forming the back side flap 1bsf and the portion forming the fastening tape 61. May concentrate and the fastening tape 61 may tear from that portion.
- the strength of the boundary portion can be increased to such an extent that the tensile force by the fastening tape 61 can be withstood.
- the disposable diaper 1 can be used in combination with another absorbent pad (not shown) such as a urine absorbing pad.
- the urine absorbing pad is used by being placed on the skin side surface of the top sheet 21 of the disposable diaper 1. In that case, it is preferable to insert and hold the end of the urine absorbing pad in the longitudinal direction in the pocket-shaped space SP. If it does in this way, it will become easy to position, when mounting a urine picking pad on the skin side of top sheet 21. Further, since the end of the urine absorbing pad is inserted into the pocket-shaped space SP, the urine placed on the skin side of the top sheet 21 when the disposable diaper 1 is laid under the wearer's body. The edge of the pad does not touch the wearer's skin.
- the center of the width direction of the disposable diaper and the center of the absorbent pad in the width direction are set using the vicinity of the end on the back side formed in a shape close to an arc as a mark. Positioning becomes easy.

- the three-dimensional gather forming portion has a base end portion that cannot stand up and an upright portion that can stand up on the skin side in the thickness direction with the base end portion serving as a fulcrum in the width direction.
- the standing portion contracts in the longitudinal direction, so that the standing portion stands on the skin side in the thickness direction
- a fixing portion that fixes the end portion to the body portion is formed at the end portion in the longitudinal direction of the standing portion, and the innermost portion in the longitudinal direction among the fixing portions.
- the part of is located in the said non-existing part,
- the absorbent article characterized by the above-mentioned.
- the absorbent article is characterized in that no contractive force in the longitudinal direction is generated in a portion of the elastic member located in the non-existing portion.
- FIG. 11A is a diagram for explaining a slit provided in the disposable diaper 1.
- FIG. 11B is a longitudinal sectional view of the diaper 1 in a state of being folded in three.
- the absorbent core 11 may be provided with a low-weight area such as a slit.
- slits S1a to S1c are formed in the central region of the absorbent core 11 in the width direction.
- the slit S1a is formed in the ventral side 1a.
- the slit S1b is formed in the crotch part 1m.
- the slit S1c is formed in the back side portion 1b.
- Slits S2a to S2c and slits S3a to S3c are formed outside the central region in the width direction.
- the slit S2a and the slit S3a are formed so as to sandwich the slit S1a in the ventral side 1a.
- the slit S2b and the slit S3b are formed so as to sandwich the slit S1b in the crotch part 1m.
- the slit S2c and the slit S3c are formed so as to sandwich the slit S1c in the back side portion 1b.
- Each slit has a lower basis weight than the other region of the absorbent core 11. That is, at least the central region in the width direction of the absorbent core 11 is formed with a lower basis weight than the other regions of the absorbent core 11. In this way, by forming the center area (a part of the center area) in the width direction of the absorbent core 11 with a low basis weight, it becomes easy for wrinkles to enter the low basis weight part.
- the absorbent pad 11 has a larger basis weight than the central region as it goes to the side in the width direction, so that the position of the absorbent pad is less likely to shift, and cracking of the absorbent core can be prevented even during the manufacturing process.
- the diaper 1 before use is folded in the longitudinal direction.
- the diaper 1 is provided with three folds, a first fold line F1 to a third fold line F3.
- the first fold F1 is formed so as to pass through the region of the nonexistent portion 1 kbn along the width direction.
- the second fold line F2 is formed so as to pass through a region between the slit S1c and the slit S1b in the longitudinal direction along the width direction.
- the third fold line F3 is formed so as to pass through a region between the slit S1b and the slit S1a in the longitudinal direction along the width direction.
- the non-existing portion 1 kbn where the first fold F1 is formed has low rigidity as described above.
- the second fold line F2 and the third fold line F3 are formed in a smooth region without the slits S1a to S1c, the resistance when bent in the longitudinal direction is small. Therefore, it becomes easy to fold the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction by using these folds as base points.
- the unfolded diaper 1 is folded at the back end 1 kbeL on the non-skin side in the thickness direction with the first fold F1 as a base point.
- the part of the back side part 1b of the main-body part 1k may face the part of the crotch part 1m and the skin side surfaces in the thickness direction with the second fold F2 as a base point.
- the skin surface side part of the abdominal side part 1a of the main-body part 1k may overlap with the non-skin surface side of the back
- the diaper 1 can be folded in a compact state as shown in FIG. 3B. Further, since the first fold F1 is formed so as to pass through the region of the non-existing portion 1 kbn among the plurality of folds, the non-existing portion having low rigidity is likely to be creased. Thereby, when the diaper 1 is put on, the pocket-shaped space SP can be easily formed.
