Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dünnfilmbatterie mit erhöhter Lebensdauer und geringem Fluidgehalt, wobei ihr Fluidgehalt höchstens 2000 ppm, bevorzugt höchstens 500 ppm und besonders bevorzugt höchstens 200 ppm und ganz besonders bevorzugt höchstens 50 ppm beträgt, sowie weiterhin ein anorganisches, siliziumhaltiges, insbesondere silikatisches, im Wesentlichen fluidfreies Material sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Dünnfilmbatterie.
