为了满足人们记录生活的需求,目前具有记录功能的设备越来越多,包括相机、手机、摄像机、电脑、笔记本等,其中前述设备都是具有拍摄功能的拍摄装置,使用它们的拍摄功能进行拍照和录像也就成为了最方便也是最直观的记录方式。
现有技术中,拍摄装置在进行拍摄时,屏幕上都会显示拍摄界面供用户预览,一旦用户退出拍摄界面,则拍摄停止或结束,并且不能使用拍摄功能。虽然中国专利CN201310343019.1提出了一种可以关闭相机预览的拍摄方法,即拍摄时屏幕上不显示拍摄界面,而是显示为黑屏状态。但上述方法在进行拍摄时,拍摄界面还是要占用屏幕,只不过此时的拍摄界面不是预览界面而是黑屏。
综上所述,现有的拍摄装置在进行拍摄时,其相机模块只能在前台运行,并占用当前屏幕,一旦从当前屏幕退出,则不能使用拍摄功能。因此,现有的拍摄装置在进行拍摄时不能同时使用其它功能,不利于提高操作效率;每次拍摄时,均需要启动相机模块或将相机模块切换到前台才能进行拍摄,抓拍速度慢。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种拍摄方法和装置,旨在实现边拍摄边使用拍摄装置的其它功能,提高操作效率。
为达以上目的,本发明实施例提出一种拍摄方法,包括步骤:
启动相机模块,进入后台拍摄模式;
在所述后台拍摄模式下,控制所述相机模块在后台运行;

参见图1,提出本发明的拍摄方法第一实施例,所述拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:启动相机模块
对于相机设备,开启设备时则自动启动相机模块;对于具有摄像功能的终端设备,当开启相机应用或程序时,启动相机模块。
步骤S102:进入普通拍摄模式
所述普通拍摄模式,即在屏幕上显示拍摄界面(包括拍摄前或拍摄过程中的预览画面),将拍摄界面作为拍摄装置的当前界面,此时,相机模块在前台运行。

具体的,以安卓系统为例,当退出普通拍摄模式后,activity中的相机模块关闭,当前界面不再显示为拍摄界面。后台控制模块控制相机模块转为在后台服务(service)中运行,同时使用相机模块自带的setPreviewTexture()接口,而里面所需的参数SurfaceTexture则可以任意创建一个,由于不用显 示预览画面,创建出来的类不需要做任何处理,这样就可以继续使用相机模块的拍摄功能。
步骤S105:相机模块接收拍摄指令并执行
用户可以通过触发预设的按键来发布拍摄指令,如利用相机键、耳机键、音量键、蓝牙键等物理按键,单击或双击其中一个按键或多个按键的组合来实现。所述按键包括拍摄装置自带的按键或外接的按键。当相机模块在后台运行时,处理模块同时处理用户对其它应用或程序的操作。

由于在后台拍摄模式下,相机模块在后台运行,所以不需要预览界面,这样用户就可以一边拍摄一边使用拍摄装置的其他功能。例如,在需要长时间持续拍摄大量图片来进行图片合成,制作gif、短视频时,使用间隔连拍,如设置间隔时间为30秒(想要越精细则间隔时间越短),这时候如果使用普通拍摄模式,则要等待拍摄完毕后才能进入图库来选择图片进行合成,制作效率较低。而如果在拍摄过程中切换到后台拍摄模式,此时由于相机模块在后台运行,用户则可以进入图库挑选拍摄的照片,实现一边拍摄一边挑选,等拍摄完成时照片也挑选完毕,直接进行图片合成,制作gif或短视频即可,提高了制作效率。
同时,由于相机模块在后台运行,也不要求必须点亮屏幕,因此具有快速拍摄的优点。例如,当启动相机模块后,用户又熄灭屏幕并收起拍摄 装置,此时相机模块自动进入后台拍摄模式并在后台运行,当用户需要抓拍某一景色或物体时,直接拿出拍摄装置触发预设按键进行拍摄即可,无需再通过点亮屏幕、解锁、启动相机模块这几个步骤,极大的提高了抓拍速度。
由于在后台服务中运行的相机模块是一个服务,设置开关的地方也就不需要只在相机模块里面,完成可以在任意的地方设置,比如放在系统设置里面。

一般情况下,相机模块启动后首先自动进入普通拍摄模式,然后再根据预设规则切换到后台拍摄模式。在某些实施例中,相机模块启动后则自动进入后台拍摄模式,然后再根据操作指令切换到普通拍摄模式。
后台控制模块:用于当相机模块进入后台拍摄模式时,控制相机模块在后台运行。
相机模块在后台运行时接收拍摄指令具体通过以下方式实现:
用户可以通过触发预设的按键来发布拍摄指令,如利用相机键、耳机键、音量键、蓝牙键等物理按键,单击或双击其中一个按键或多个按键的组合来实现。所述按键包括拍摄装置自带的按键或外接的按键。当预设的按键被触发时,虽然在后台服务里无法得到响应,但在触发事件发生的原始地方框架层的PhoneWindowManager中有响应。因此后台控制模块在检测到预设按键被触发时,根据触发事件发布广播,以使用广播Intent来做响应事件让后台运行的相机模块接收。相机模块中预先注册了一个广播接收器,可以通过该接收器来接收广播,从而获取触发事件,并将该触发事件视为拍摄指令予以执行,如拍摄照片、开始拍摄视频、结束拍摄视频等。
需要说明的是,上述方法实施例中的技术特征在本装置均对应适用,这里不再重述。
据此,本发明的拍摄装置,通过增设一后台拍摄模式,将相机模块置于后台运行,同时后台运行的相机模块接收拍摄指令并执行。从而,使得用户可以一边拍摄一边使用拍摄装置的其它功能,二者互不冲突,提高了操作效率;并且在处理大量实时拍摄的照片时,可以一边拍摄一边处理,提高了效率,节约了时间和精力。同时,由于相机模块在后台运行,拍摄时无需点亮屏幕,因此可以实现快速抓拍。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的拍摄装置在进行拍摄时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将拍摄装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的拍摄装置与拍摄方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序来控制相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质可以是ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。
应当理解的是,以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,不能因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其他相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:移动存储设备、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种拍摄方法,包括:
    启动相机模块,进入后台拍摄模式;
    在所述后台拍摄模式下,控制所述相机模块在后台运行;
    所述相机模块在后台运行,接收拍摄指令并执行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述进入后台拍摄模式包括:
    相机模块启动后,自动进入后台拍摄模式;或,
    相机模块退出拍摄界面后,自动进入后台拍摄模式;或,
    相机模块根据操作指令进入后台拍摄模式。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述相机模块在后台运行,接收拍摄指令并执行包括:
    触发预设按键,后台控制模块根据所述触发按键的事件发布广播;
    在后台运行的相机模块接收所述广播,获取所述触发按键的事件,将所述触发按键的事件视为拍摄指令并执行。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的拍摄方法,其中,所述方法还包括:当相机模块在后台运行时,处理对其它应用或程序的操作。
  5. 一种拍摄装置,包括:处理模块、相机模块和后台控制模块;其中,
    处理模块,用于启动相机模块;
    相机模块,用于进入后台拍摄模式,以及在后台运行时,接收拍摄指令并执行;
    后台控制模块,用于相机模块进入后台拍摄模式,控制相机模块在后台运行。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述相机模块用于:
    启动后,自动进入后台拍摄模式;或,
    退出拍摄界面后,自动进入后台拍摄模式;或,
    根据操作指令进入后台拍摄模式。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述后台控制模块,用于触发预设按键,根据所述触发按键的事件发布广播;
    所述相机模块用于:在后台运行时接收所述广播,获取所述触发按键的事件,将所述触发按键的事件视为拍摄指令并执行。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的拍摄装置,其中,所述处理模块还用于:当相机模块在后台运行时,处理用户对其它应用或程序的操作。
