拍摄功能几乎成为了各种终端设备的必备功能,包括专门用于拍摄的相机、摄录机等,还包括电脑、手机等。为了满足用户的需求,拍摄功能越来越丰富,目前出现了一种后台拍摄功能。所述后台拍摄,即通过后台服务控制相机模块在后台运行,不占用当前的显示界面,从而使得用户可以边拍摄边使用其它功能,极大的提升了用户满意度。
然而,在进行后台拍摄时,无论相机模块正在进行拍摄还是在等待拍摄,相机模块一直在后台运行,从而导致持续耗电,耗电量急速增加。实际上,后台拍摄时,真正拍摄的时间很短,大部分时间都是在等待拍摄,因此大部分耗电量是在等待拍摄时相机模块的持续运行而消耗掉的,因此造成了电量的极大浪费。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种后台拍摄方法和拍摄装置,旨在减少后台拍摄的耗电量,节省电能。

设置后台拍摄模式;
根据所述后台拍摄模式,控制相机模块在后台启动、运行和关闭。

本发明技术方案所提供的一种后台拍摄方法,在进行后台拍摄时,能够根据后台拍摄模式,自动控制相机模块在后台启动、运行和关闭。由于整个拍摄过程自动进行,且相机模块在后台运行,不占用当前的显示界面,用户可以实时查看、编辑和分享拍摄的照片或视频,也可以使用其它应用或功能,使得用户更加省心省力。同时,在后台拍摄过程中还通过各种策略启动或关闭相机模块,防止相机模块持续在后台运行而导致电能的无谓损耗,减小了电量损耗,节省了电能。

本发明的较佳实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例的后台拍摄方法,拍摄装置预先设置后台拍摄模式,然后根据后台拍摄模式,控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭。所述后台拍摄模式包括省电优选模式、延时关闭模式、定时拍摄模式、间隔拍摄模式等,所述相机模块的运行是指相机模块启动后等待拍摄和拍摄的过程。由于整个 拍摄过程在后台进行,不占用拍摄装置的当前显示界面,因此在后台拍摄过程中,不会影响用户使用拍摄装置的其它功能。
参见图1,提出本发明的后台拍摄方法第一实施例,所述后台拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S101:将后台拍摄模式设置为省电优先模式。
步骤S102:判断是否检测到预设的操作指令。
所述操作指令如相机启动指令、拍摄指令等,可以通过预设手势动作或功能按键来发布。
步骤S103:控制相机模块在后台启动并运行。
拍摄装置接收到操作指令后,随即在后台启动相机模块,并在后台运行,不占用当前的现实界面,用户可以继续操作拍摄装置的其它应用,使用其它功能。
具体的,以安卓系统为例,在普通拍摄模式下,通过Activity组件来实现拍摄和预览,其中Activity是一个应用程序组件,提供一个屏幕或交互界面,与用户进行交互来完成某项任务。Activity中所有操作都与用户密切相关,是一个负责与用户交互的组件,可以通过setContentView(View)来显示指定控件。在一个安卓应用中,一个Activity通常就是一个单独的屏幕,它上面可以显示一些控件也可以监听并处理用户的事件做出响应。Activity之间通过Intent进行通信。
在后台拍摄模式下,activity中的相机模块关闭,当前界面不再显示为拍摄界面。拍摄装置通过后台控制模块控制相机模块转为在后台服务(service)中运行,同时使用相机模块自带的setPreviewTexture()接口,而里面所需的参数SurfaceTexture则可以任意创建一个,由于不用显示预览画面,创建出来的类不需要做任何处理,这样就可以继续使用相机模块的拍摄功能。
步骤S103:相机模块完成拍摄。
相机模块启动后,根据拍摄指令进行拍摄,如进行摄像或照相。
具体的,当预设的按键被触发时,虽然在后台服务里无法得到响应,但在触发事件发生的原始地方框架层的PhoneWindowManager中有响应。因此 拍摄装置通过后台控制模块检测到预设按键被触发时,根据触发事件发布广播,以使用广播Intent来做响应事件让后台运行的相机模块接收。相机模块中预先注册了一个广播接收器,可以通过该接收器来接收广播,从而获取触发事件,并将该触发事件视为拍摄指令予以执行,如拍摄照片、开始拍摄视频、结束拍摄视频等。
步骤S104:关闭相机模块。
当完成摄像或照相后,拍摄装置随即关闭相机模块并返回步骤S102,由拍摄装置的后台服务等待下一次拍摄,当检测到操作指令时,再启动相机模块进行拍摄。
从而,通过每拍摄一次就关闭相机模块,待下一次拍摄时再启动相机模块进行拍摄,从而避免了在等待拍摄的过程中相机模块继续运行而导致不必要的电能损耗,节省了电量。
参见图2,提出本发明的后台拍摄方法第二实施例,所述后台拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:将后台拍摄模式设置为延时关闭模式。
在延时关闭模式下,预先设置了延时关闭的时间,即拍摄完多久后关闭所述相机模块,可以由用户自定义设置。
步骤S202:判断是否检测到预设的操作指令。
步骤S203:控制相机模块在后台启动。
步骤S204:控制相机模块在后台运行。
相机模块在后台运行,是指相机模块启动后在后台进行拍摄或者等待拍摄的过程。整个过程在后台进行,不占用拍摄装置当前显示界面,用户可以同时操作拍摄装置的其它应用,使用其它功能。
步骤S205:判断是否在预设时间内未接收到拍摄指令。
当相机模块启动后,超过预设时间没有接收到拍摄指令,或者相机模块启动后进行拍摄,拍摄完成后,超过预设时间没有再接收到拍摄指令,则进入本步骤S206。否则,相机模块继续在后台运行,拍摄或等待拍摄。
步骤S206:关闭相机模块。
当长时间没有接收到拍摄指令时,为了节省电量,拍摄装置则关闭相机模块并返回步骤S202,由拍摄装置的后台服务等待下一次拍摄,当检测到操作指令时,再启动相机模块进行拍摄。
本实施例适用于不清楚具体拍摄时间,而拍摄时又需要拍摄多张图片的场景。例如,拍摄某些动物的动作,由于不知道具体拍摄时间,所以只能等待,而拍摄时要拍出连贯的动作则需要拍摄的照片越多越好,此时若拍摄完一次就关闭的话,那么下一次拍摄时再启动就会耽误一定时间,无法实现快速抓拍。延时关闭模式则可以很好的处理这种情况,在延时关闭模式下,拍摄前先设置好延时关闭的时间,比如设置1分钟无操作后就关闭相机模块,开始拍摄后,等所要拍摄的目标开始动作时进行拍摄,并可以进行连续拍摄,待目标停止动作后拍摄停止,相机模块处于等待拍摄状态,若1分钟没有对相机模块的任何操作,拍摄装置则关闭相机模块,等待下一次的启动。这样就可以省去长时间等待拍摄时运行相机模块所耗费的电量。
本实施例不是每拍摄一次就关闭相机模块,而是等待一段时间看用户是否继续进行拍摄,当用户长时间不拍摄时,才关闭相机模块,待下一次拍摄时再启动相机模块。从而,通过延时关闭相机模块,既节省了电量,又防止了频繁的开关相机模块而降低了拍摄速度,二者兼顾,提升用户满意度。
参见图3,提出本发明的后台拍摄方法第三实施例,所述后台拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S301:将后台拍摄模式设置为定时拍摄模式。
在定时拍摄模式下,用户预先设置了定时时间,包括第一预设时间点和第二预设时间点,其中第一预设时间点为启动相机模块的时间点,第二预设时间点为关闭相机模块的时间点。
步骤S302:判断是否到达第一预设时间点。
拍摄装置通过计时模块判断当前是否到达第一预设时间点,若是,则进入步骤S303;否则,不予响应。
步骤S303:控制相机模块在后台启动。
若到达第一预设时间点,拍摄装置则在后台启动相机模块。
步骤S304:控制相机模块在后台进行拍摄。
所述拍摄可以是拍摄照片或者拍摄视频,拍摄照片时可以每隔预设时间拍摄一张照片或者连续拍摄。由于拍摄过程在后台进行,不占用拍摄装置当前显示界面,用户可以同时操作拍摄装置的其它应用,使用其它功能。
步骤S305:判断是否到达第二预设时间点。
拍摄装置通过计时模块判断当前是否到达第二预设时间点,若是,则进入步骤S306;否则,继续进行拍摄。
步骤S306:结束拍摄,关闭相机模块。
当到达第二预设时间点后,拍摄装置则结束拍摄,关闭相机模块。
定时拍摄模式适用的应用场景为知道拍摄的确切时间,比如拍摄日出、拍摄各种赛事等。以拍摄日出为例,用户知道日出开始和结束的大致时间,设置好定时时间后,用户可以在拍摄装置上使用其它应用或功能或者观赏日出,到达第一预设时间后,拍摄装置自动进行后台拍摄,如间隔的拍摄照片,用户可以进入相册欣赏照片并实时对外进行发布于他人共享,当到达第二预设时间后,拍摄装置则结束拍摄,关闭相机模块。
在定时拍摄过程中,相机模块自动在后台进行拍摄,用户可以实时查看、编辑和分享拍摄的照片或视频,也可以使用拍摄装置的其它应用或功能,使得用户更加省心省力。同时,仅在真正需要拍摄时启动相机模块,其它时间保持相机模块关闭,避免了电量的无谓损耗。
在某些实施例中,也可以仅设置第一预设时间而不设置第二预设时间,第二预设时间即结束拍摄时间由用户手动控制。
参见图4,提出本发明的后台拍摄方法第四实施例,所述后台拍摄方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S401:将后台拍摄模式设置为间隔拍摄模式。
在间隔拍摄模式下,预先设置了距离上一次拍摄或者相机模块关闭的时间间隔。
步骤S402:开始进行间隔拍摄。
可以预先设置时间点,当到达时间点后自动开始进行间隔拍摄;或者,用户通过功能按键或预设手势动作开启相机模块,开始进行间隔拍摄。
步骤S403:控制相机模块在后台启动。
步骤S404:控制相机模块进行拍摄。
所述拍摄可以是拍摄照片或者拍摄视频,拍摄照片时可以每隔预设时间拍摄一张照片或者连续拍摄。由于拍摄过程在后台进行,不占用拍摄装置当前显示界面,用户可以同时操作拍摄装置的其它应用,使用其它功能。
步骤S405:拍摄完成后,关闭相机模块。
当拍摄持续一定时间后或者拍摄的照片达到预设张数后,结束拍摄,关闭相机模块。
步骤S406:判断是否结束间隔拍摄。
用户可以手动控制结束间隔拍摄,拍摄装置也可以自动判断是否达到结束间隔拍摄的条件,如是否达到结束间隔拍摄的预设的时间点或持续时长,或者是否达到了预设的间隔拍摄次数等。若判断结果为是,则进入步骤S408;若判断结果为否,则进入步骤S407。
步骤S407:判断是否间隔了预设时间。
拍摄装置判断是否距离上一次拍摄或者相机模块关闭间隔了预设时间,若是,则返回步骤S403,进行下一轮拍摄;否则,继续进行等待,等待过程中同时判断是否结束间隔拍摄。
步骤S408:结束间隔拍摄。
本实施例通过预先设置好间隔时间,开始间隔拍摄后,自动在后台启动相机模块进行拍摄,拍摄完成后再自动关闭相机模块,待间隔预设时间后再进行下一轮拍摄,如此循环往复自动进行拍摄。在间隔拍摄过程中,用户可以实时查看、编辑和分享照片或视频,也可以使用拍摄装置的其它应用或功能,使得用户更加省心省力。同时,间隔拍摄过程中,只有拍摄时相机模块才会耗电,而在等待拍摄的间隔时间里因相机模块关闭而不会耗电,减少了电量损耗。
参见图5,提出本发明的拍摄装置一实施例,所述拍摄装置包括后台控制模块501、设置模块502和相机模块503。
设置模块502设置成:设置后台拍摄模式。其中,后台拍摄模式包括省电优选模式、延时关闭模式、定时拍摄模式、间隔拍摄模式等。
相机模块503设置成:拍摄照片或视频,并在后台控制模块的控制下进行后台拍摄。
后台控制模块501设置成:根据后台拍摄模式,控制相机模块在后台启动、运行和关闭。
当后台拍摄模式为省电优选模式时,后台控制模块检测到预设的操作指令后,控制相机模块在后台启动并运行;当相机模块完成拍摄后,关闭相机模块,并等待下一次拍摄的操作指令。

需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的拍摄装置在进行后台拍摄时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成。另外,上述实施例提供的拍摄装置与后台拍摄方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。

  1. 一种后台拍摄方法,包括如下步骤:
    设置后台拍摄模式;

    检测到预设的操作指令后,控制所述相机模块在后台启动并运行;
    一旦所述相机模块完成拍摄,就关闭所述相机模块,待下一次拍摄时再启动所述相机模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的后台拍摄方法,其中,
    所述后台拍摄模式为延时关闭模式,
    所述根据后台拍摄模式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭的步骤包括:
    检测到预设的操作指令后,控制所述相机模块在后台启动并运行;
    检测到预设时间内无拍摄指令时,关闭所述相机模块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的后台拍摄方法,其中,所述检测到预设时间内无拍摄指令时,关闭所述相机模块的步骤包括:
    当所述相机模块启动后,超过预设时间没有接收到拍摄指令,则关闭所述相机模块;或者,
    所述相机模块拍摄完成后,超过所述预设时间没有接收到所述拍摄指令,则关闭所述相机模块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的后台拍摄方法,其中,
    所述后台拍摄模式为定时拍摄模式,
    所述根据后台拍摄模式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭的步骤包括:
    检测到到达第一预设时间点后,控制所述相机模块在后台启动并拍摄;
    检测到到达第二预设时间点后,关闭所述相机模块。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的后台拍摄方法,其中,所述第一预设时间点为 启动所述相机模块的时间点,第二预设时间点为关闭所述相机模块的时间点。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的后台拍摄方法,其中,
    所述后台拍摄模式为间隔拍摄模式,
    所述根据后台拍摄模式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭的步骤包括:
    每隔一段预设时间,控制所述相机模块在后台完成一次启动、拍摄和关闭的动作。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的后台拍摄方法,该方法还包括:预先设置距离上一次拍摄或者所述相机模块关闭的时间间隔。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的后台拍摄方法,该方法还包括:预先设置时间点,当到达时间点后自动开始进行间隔拍摄;或者,用户通过功能按键或预设手势动作开启所述相机模块,开始进行间隔拍摄。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的后台拍摄方法,该方法还包括:在拍摄过程中判断是否达到结束间隔拍摄的条件,如果达到结束间隔拍摄的条件,则结束拍摄。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的后台拍摄方法,其中,所述结束间隔拍摄的条件是指间隔拍摄的时间点达到结束间隔拍摄的预设的时间点或持续时长,或者间隔拍摄达到了预设的间隔拍摄次数。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的后台拍摄方法,其中,所述控制相机模块在后台启动、运行和关闭的步骤包括:
    控制所述相机模块在后台启动后,在后台进行拍摄或者等待拍摄,所述相机模块的整个过程在后台进行,不占用该相机模块所在的拍摄装置的当前显示界面。
  13. 一种拍摄装置,包括设置模块、相机模块和后台控制模块,其中:
    所述设置模块设置成:设置后台拍摄模式;
    所述后台控制模块设置成:根据所述后台拍摄模式,控制所述相机模块在后台启动、运行和关闭。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其中,
    所述后台拍摄模式为省电优选模式,
    所述后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式根据后台拍摄模式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭:
    检测到预设的操作指令后,控制所述相机模块在后台启动并运行;
    一旦所述相机模块完成拍摄,就关闭所述相机模块,待下一次拍摄时再启动所述相机模块。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其中,
    所述后台拍摄模式为延时关闭模式,
    所述后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式根据后台拍摄模式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭:
    检测到预设的操作指令后,控制所述相机模块在后台启动并运行;
    检测到预设时间内无拍摄指令时,关闭所述相机模块。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的后台拍摄装置,其中,后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式检测到预设时间内无拍摄指令时,关闭所述相机模块:
    当所述相机模块启动后,超过预设时间没有接收到拍摄指令,则关闭所述相机模块;或者,
    所述相机模块拍摄完成后,超过所述预设时间没有接收到所述拍摄指令,则关闭所述相机模块。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其中,
    所述后台拍摄模式为定时拍摄模式,
    所述后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式根据后台拍摄模式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭:
    检测到到达第一预设时间点后,控制所述相机模块在后台启动并拍摄;
    检测到到达第二预设时间点后,关闭所述相机模块。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的拍摄装置,其中,
    所述后台拍摄模式为间隔拍摄模式,
    所述后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式根据后台拍摄模式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行或关闭:
    每隔一段预设时间,控制所述相机模块在后台完成一次启动、拍摄和关闭的动作。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的后台拍摄装置,所述设置模块还设置成:预先设置距离上一次拍摄或者所述相机模块关闭的时间间隔。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的后台拍摄装置,其中,
    所述设置模块还设置成:预先设置开始间隔拍摄时间点;
    所述后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式控制所述相机模块开始所述间隔拍摄:当到达该时间点后控制所述相机模块开始进行间隔拍摄;或者,用户按下功能按键或预设手势动作后,控制所述相机模块开始进行间隔拍摄。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的后台拍摄装置,所述后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式控制所述相机模块结束所述间隔拍摄:在拍摄过程中判断是否达到结束间隔拍摄的条件,如果达到结束间隔拍摄的条件,则控制所述相机模块结束拍摄。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的后台拍摄装置,其中,所述结束间隔拍摄的条件是指间隔拍摄的时间点达到结束间隔拍摄的预设的时间点或持续时长,或者间隔拍摄达到了预设的间隔拍摄次数。
  23. 根据权利要求13-22中任一项所述的后台拍摄装置,其中,所述后台控制模块设置成按照如下方式控制相机模块在后台启动、运行和关闭:
    控制所述相机模块在后台启动后,在后台进行拍摄或者等待拍摄,所述相机模块的整个过程在后台进行,不占用该相机模块所在的拍摄装置的当前显示界面。
