步骤 S203 , 在录像的同时, 实时检测手机的握持状态是否满足设定的拍 摄需求, 若满足, 继续录制并播放, 执行步骤 S205; 否则, 执行步骤 S204; 步骤 S204, 将拍摄的视频片段 A删除, 并在手机的握持状态满足设定的 拍摄需求时, 开启自动摄像录取视频片段 B, 此时继续将显示装置作为视频 播放的通道, 将所拍摄的视频片段 B以减速 0.5倍的方式在显示装置上进行 慢速播放, 返回步骤 S203;
步骤 S205, 当检测到用户按下拍照快门时, 截取当前显示装置中的图像 帧 PicO, 同时对摄像头下达拍照指令, 获取当前摄像头实际拍摄的图片 Picn; 步骤 S206, 当取得了 PicO、 Picn后, 利用前置摄像头的人眼识别视线跟 踪技术, 判断用户在拍照时的眼睛是聚焦在屏幕上, 还是聚焦在屏幕以外, 如果判断到用户的眼睛聚焦在屏幕上, 则判断为用户是看着屏幕截取了想要 的图像, 因此保留截屏的图像帧 PicO, 如果是聚焦在屏幕以外的区域, 则判 断为用户是看到现实世界中想要的图像, 因此保留实际拍摄的图片 Picn; 步骤 S207, 当已经取得实际所要的照片时, 或者, 检测到手机退出照相 机时, 均将之前在緩存中保存的临时文件删除; 其中, 临时文件指录制的视 频信息。
实施例二
与实施例一相对应, 本发明实施例还提供一种摄像设备, 如图 3所示, 所述摄像设备包括:
检测模块 310, 其设置成当检测到摄像设备开启时, 启动录像模式; 中央处理模块 320, 其设置成控制显示器在录制时以设定的速率慢速播 放录制的视频, 并在用户触发拍照时, 截取触发时刻的视频画面, 得到拍摄 的照片。
也就是说, 利用本实施例所述摄像设备在进行拍照时, 优先启动录像模 式, 并通过慢速播放的方式对录制的视频进行实时播放, 由于播放速率慢, 使得老龄化用户更容易捕捉到想要的画面, 进而更容易满足老龄化用户的使 用需求。
基于上述实施原理, 下面给出在上述结构下的几个较佳实施方式, 用以 优化本发明实施例所述摄像设备的功能, 涉及如下内容:
可选地, 本实施例中,检测模块 310还设置成当检测到摄像设备开启时, 检测所述摄像设备当前的握持状态, 当所述握持状态满足设定的拍摄需求时, 启动录像模式。
其中, 所述设定的拍摄需求通常指用户正常拍摄时摄像头所处的位置状 态。 例如, 正常拍摄时, 摄像设备的摄像头平面位置通常为垂直于地面 -10 度到 10度夹角范围内, 那么, 当检测到握持状态满足该位置要求时, 才认为 是要进行拍照动作, 此时可以进行视频录制。 相反的, 当检测到握持状态不 满足该位置要求时, 例如, 摄像头尚处于与地面平行, 则认为用户还未准备 要进行拍照, 可以不进行录制。 这种做法可以避免摄像设备做大量的无用功, 节能效果显著。
可选地, 本实施例中, 中央处理模块 320还设置成当播放录制的视频时, 利用所述检测模块实时检测所述摄像设备的握持状态, 当所述握持状态不满 足设定的拍摄需求时, 将当前录制的视频删除, 并在所述检测模块检测到所 述握持状态满足设定的拍摄需求时, 重新录制。
也就是说, 本发明实施例考虑到由于慢速播放录制的视频, 使得实际录 制的场景与播放的场景存在时间差, 播放的场景存在滞后性。 当场景发生变 化时, 会导致播放的场景不是用户所需的场景, 此时, 若用户想要退出当前 的播放画面, 可以仅通过将摄像设备的握持状态调整为不满足设定的拍摄需 求即可, 此时, 当前播放的视频会被删除, 用户可以通过将握持状态重新调 整为满足拍摄需求, 就可以对当前所需的场景进行录制并播放。 这样的处理 能减少播放片段与实际场景之间的时间显示差以获取更为准确的拍摄效果。
可选地, 本实施例中, 中央处理模块 320还设置成当用户触发拍照时, 进行正常的照片拍摄, 得到触发时刻的实景照片, 以供用户在截取的视频画 面和实景照片间进行选择。 其中, 在视频画面和实景照片间进行选择的方式包括但不限于为: 中央 处理模块 320当得到摄取的照片后, 检测用户眼睛是否聚焦在摄像设备的屏 幕上, 若是, 以截取的视频画面作为最终拍摄的照片; 否则, 以拍摄的实景 照片为最终拍摄的照片。
可选地, 本实施例所述摄像设备, 还包括:
存储模块 330 , 其设置成存储拍摄的照片, 以及将录制的视频作为临时 文件存储;
中央处理模块 320还设置成当得到拍摄的照片后, 或者, 退出拍摄时, 将所述存储模块存储的临时文件删除。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件 结合。
发明的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要 求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。
工业实用性 本发明实施例所述方案对普通的拍照技术进行改进, 在进行拍照时, 优 先启动录像模式, 并通过慢速播放的方式对录制的视频进行实时播放, 由于 播放速率慢, 使得老龄化用户更容易捕捉到想要的画面, 满足了老龄化用户 的拍照使用需求。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种拍照的方法, 包括:
当摄像设备开启时, 启动录像模式, 并在录制时按设定的速率慢速播放 录制的视频; 以及
当用户触发拍照时, 截取触发时刻的视频画面, 得到拍摄的照片。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当摄像设备开启时, 检测所述摄像 设备当前的握持状态, 当所述握持状态满足设定的拍摄需求时, 启动录像模 式。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 当播放录制的视频时, 所述方法还 包括: 实时检测所述摄像设备的握持状态, 当所述握持状态不满足设定的拍 摄需求时, 将当前录制的视频删除, 并在所述握持状态满足设定的拍摄需求 时, 重新录制。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当用户触发拍照时, 所述方法还包 括: 利用摄像设备进行正常的照片拍摄, 得到触发时刻的实景照片, 以供用 户在截取的所述视频画面和实景照片间进行选择。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 还包括:
当得到摄取的照片后, 检测用户眼睛是否聚焦在摄像设备的屏幕上, 若 是, 以截取的视频画面作为最终拍摄的照片; 若否, 则以拍摄的实景照片为 最终拍摄的照片。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其中, 所述录制的视频作为临 时文件存储于所述摄像设备中; 以及
当得到拍摄的照片后, 或者, 退出拍摄时, 将存储的临时文件删除。
7、 一种摄像设备, 包括:
检测模块, 其设置成当检测到摄像设备开启时, 启动录像模式; 以及 中央处理模块, 其设置成控制显示器在录制时以设定的速率慢速播放录 制的视频, 并在用户触发拍照时, 截取触发时刻的视频画面, 得到拍摄的照 片。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的摄像设备, 其中, 所述检测模块还设置成当检测 到摄像设备开启时, 检测所述摄像设备当前的握持状态, 当所述握持状态满 足设定的拍摄需求时, 启动录像模式。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的摄像设备, 其中, 所述中央处理模块还设置成当 播放录制的视频时, 利用所述检测模块实时检测所述摄像设备的握持状态, 当所述握持状态不满足设定的拍摄需求时, 将当前录制的视频删除, 并在所 述检测模块检测到所述握持状态满足设定的拍摄需求时, 重新录制。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的摄像设备, 其中, 所述中央处理模块还设置成 当用户触发拍照时, 进行正常的照片拍摄, 得到触发时刻的实景照片, 以供 用户在截取的所述视频画面和实景照片间进行选择。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的摄像设备, 其中, 所述中央处理模块还设置成 当得到摄取的照片后, 检测用户眼睛是否聚焦在摄像设备的屏幕上, 若是, 以截取的视频画面作为最终拍摄的照片; 若否, 则以拍摄的实景照片为最终 拍摄的照片。
12、 如权利要求 7至 11任一项所述的摄像设备, 还包括:
存储模块, 其设置成存储拍摄的照片, 以及将录制的视频作为临时文件 存储; 以及
所述中央处理模块还设置成当得到拍摄的照片后, 或者, 退出拍摄时, 将所述存储模块存储的临时文件删除。
