Description

呼叫状态的反馈方法及装置、终端 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其是涉及一种呼叫状态的反馈方法及装置、终端。
背景技术
移动终端(例如,终端、平板电脑)发展迅猛,应用普及,已经成为人们日常生活中不可缺少的通讯工具,我们用终端打电话时,音频信号经过终端转换为高频率的电话信号,然后通过天线以电磁波的形式发射出去,此时,终端附近就会产生较为强烈的电磁辐射。电磁波辐射人体后被人体皮肤反射或被人体吸收,容易造成对人体的伤害。根据实验证明,在电话接通的瞬间,是终端辐射强度最大的时候。而辐射对人体的伤害,与终端天线与身体的距离有关。相同的辐射强度下,终端与身体的距离越大,身体受到的伤害越小。
所以,现在很多终端都内置了一个功能,主叫呼叫时,电话接通后,会有振动提示,如此一来,用户就可以在输入号码,点击呼叫键后,将终端远离头部,待对方接通,终端振动后,才将终端听筒贴近耳朵开始通话。但是,这样操作也一个问题,就是如果呼叫失败,如对方关机、不在服务区、用户欠费等,失败原因是通讯运营商在回铃音中返回,只在终端听筒中播报。如此情况,就又必须在呼叫过程中,用耳朵贴近终端听筒收听才能了解。上面的问题,也可以在拨号时使用扬声器外放、或者插入有线耳机来解决。但是这两种方法都与一定局限性,如果在不适宜外放的环境(如医院,图书馆等)或者没有佩戴(有线、蓝牙)耳机都无法解决。

与现有技术相比较,现有技术中,只在呼叫成功,对方接听时终端有振动提示,其他呼叫失败的情况,只能靠收听回铃音来确定失败原因。
实施例2

步骤S414-2:当呼叫请求失败时,终端的语音识别模块对回铃音内容,诸如“您所拨打的用户正在通话中”、“您所拨打的用户已经关机”,“您所拨打的用户暂时无法接通”、“您所拨打的用户已停机”、“您所拨打的是空号”等进行解析处理;
步骤S416:终端的语音识别模块根据回铃音语音内容解析出具体错误原因,并将其显示在终端显示屏幕上某一位置,使得用户可以直接看到呼叫失败的原因;
步骤S418:终端发起呼叫失败,等待用户操作;
步骤S420:终端用户看到失败原因,点击挂断键或者运营商网络返回回铃音结束后,断开空口链接;
步骤S422:结束呼叫。
上述实施例仅给出了在呼叫失败时解析回铃音内容并显示的技术方案,需要说明的是,在一个优选实施例中,还可以在呼叫成功时(即建立通话时)解析回铃音内容。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,采用主叫终端根据对回铃音的语音内容进行解析,并显示解析得到的呼叫终端的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,尚无有效地兼顾低辐射和方便知晓呼叫状态的解决方案等技术问题,在一定程度上可以让用户拨号后一定距离远离终端,降低辐射,又能知道呼叫失败的原因,提升了用户体验效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼叫状态的反馈方法,包括:
    在主叫终端发起呼叫后,所述主叫终端接收被叫终端的回铃音;
    所述主叫终端解析所述回铃音的语音内容,得到所述回铃音所对应的呼叫状态;
    所述主叫终端显示所述呼叫状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述呼叫状态,包括:呼叫失败的原因。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述呼叫失败的原因包括以下至少之一:
    所述被叫终端不在服务区、所述被叫终端处于关机状态、所述被叫终端处于无人接听状态、所述被叫终端拒绝接听、所述被叫终端欠费停机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述主叫终端显示所述呼叫状态,包括以下至少之一:
    所述主叫终端以文字的形式显示所述呼叫状态;
    所述主叫终端以光电显示的形式显示所述呼叫状态,其中,不同的光电显示状态对应不同的所述呼叫状态。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述主叫终端显示所述呼叫状态时,还包括:
    所述主叫终端播放所述回铃音。
  6. 一种呼叫状态的反馈装置,应用于主叫终端,包括:
    接收模块,设置为在主叫终端发起呼叫后,接收被叫终端的回铃音;
    解析模块,设置为解析所述回铃音的语音内容,得到所述回铃音所对应的呼叫状态;
    显示模块,设置为显示所述呼叫状态。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述解析模块,设置为解析得到以下所述呼叫状态:呼叫失败的原因。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述解析模块,还设置为解析得到以下至少之一所述呼叫失败的原因:
    所述被叫终端不在服务区、所述被叫终端处于关机状态、所述被叫终端处于无人接听状态、所述被叫终端拒绝接听、所述被叫终端欠费停机。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述显示模块,设置为按照以下至少之一方式显示所述呼叫状态:
    以文字的形式显示所述呼叫状态;
    以光电显示的形式显示所述呼叫状态,其中,不同的光电显示状态对应不同的所述呼叫状态。
  10. 一种终端,包括:权利要求6至9中任一项所述的装置。
