目前,通讯产品普遍都会有大量的线缆引出,例如,对于服务器产品,后面的出线较多,但一般服务器产品机柜后部的走线空间却很有限;而且,对服务器的维护通常是像拉抽屉一样抽出服务器来维护,这样,服务器后面的线缆也需要跟着服务器一起进行伸缩运动,会对线缆产生较大磨损。

在一实施例中,所述连接设备的固定件471、472为固定孔,相应的,可在所连接的设备上设置螺钉或固定孔,当在所述设备上设置螺钉时,可以通过所述螺钉将连接拖链的固定架42与设备连接在一起;当在所述设备上设置固定孔时,可通过螺钉等将所述拖链固定架42与所述设备连接;如此,当对设备进行抽拔的时候,拖链和线缆跟随设备一起运动。
图5为本实用新型实施例三柔性布线结构的立体视图,如图5所示,本实用新型实施例柔性布线结构包括:拖链固定盘51、拖链固定架52、以及拖链53、拖链54、拖链55;其中,
所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55由多个链节531依次拼接而成,所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55内部分别形成有承载线缆的空腔;所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55的一端固定在所述拖链固定盘51上,另一端连接拖链固定架52;
所述拖链固定盘51两侧设置有用于固定线缆的线缆固定机构561、562、563、564;
所述拖链固定架52两侧设置有连接设备的固定件571、572;
这里,所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55拥有相同的组成结构且长度相同;
所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55分别由多个链节531拼接而成具体为:所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55分别由一个个链节531卡接而成;
所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55的长度可以依据线缆的长度灵活的进行设定;所述链节531的宽度和高度可以依据线缆的多少灵活设定;
所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55各自的一端固定在所述拖链固定盘51上,另一端连接拖链固定架52具体为:所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55的一端通过螺钉固定在所述拖链固定盘51上,另一端通过螺钉连接在所述拖链固定架52上。
在一实施例中,所述拖链固定盘51的两侧还设置有用于固定所述拖链固定盘的固定孔581、582,如此,可通过所述固定孔将所述拖链固定盘51固定在设备机柜的立柱或其它地方,以保证拖链固定盘51不会随着抽拔设备而发生移动;这里,可以在拖链固定盘51的每侧设置两个固定孔。
在一实施例中,所述线缆固定机构561、562、563、564为线缆固定卡扣,以实现对线缆的固定,所述线缆固定卡扣可以有多组,本实用新型实施例中每侧设有两组。
在一实施例中,所述链节531通过塑胶模具加工成型,每个链节为含有中空部分的塑胶模具零件,重量轻、外形美观;
所述拖链53、拖链54、拖链55的内部分别形成有承载线缆的空腔具体为:多个链节依次卡接,使得每个链节的中空部分相连接,以使整个拖链内部形成具有承载线缆的空腔;如此,可以将线缆整齐的布放在所述空腔里,当拖动设备时,线缆可以跟随拖链一起运动,既不占用设备后部空间,又实现了对线缆有效的固定和保护;这里,所述设备可以为带有线缆的任意设备,如通信设备,服务器等。
在一实施例中,所述拖链固定盘51及拖链固定架52可采用钣金件,这样,加工方便、成本低、强度高。
在一实施例中,所述连接设备的固定件571、572为固定孔,相应的,可在所连接的设备上设置螺钉或固定孔,当在所述设备上设置螺钉时,可 以通过所述螺钉将连接拖链的固定架52与设备连接在一起;当在所述设备上设置固定孔时,可通过螺钉等将所述拖链固定架52与所述设备连接;当对设备进行抽拔的时候,拖链和线缆跟随设备一起运动。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种柔性布线结构,所述柔性布线结构包括:拖链固定盘、拖链固定架、以及至少一组拖链;其中,
    所述拖链由多个链节依次拼接而成,所述拖链内部形成有承载线缆的空腔;所述拖链的一端固定在所述拖链固定盘上,另一端连接拖链固定架;
    所述拖链固定盘两侧设置有用于固定线缆的线缆固定机构;
    所述拖链固定架两侧设置有连接设备的固定件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述柔性布线结构,其中,所述拖链由多个链节依次卡接而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述柔性布线结构,其中,所述拖链固定盘的两侧还设置有用于固定所述拖链固定盘的固定孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述柔性布线结构,其中,所述线缆固定机构为线缆固定盒。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述柔性布线结构,其中,所述链节通过塑胶模具加工成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述柔性布线结构,其中,所述拖链固定盘及拖链固定架均为钣金件。
  7. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述柔性布线结构,其中,所述连接设备的固定件为销钉或螺钉或固定孔。
