本实用新型涉及照明领域, 特别是涉及一种带独立移动电源的移动式充电 工作灯。 背景技术
现有室外工作场合越来越多, 在夜间工作, 需要照明系统进行支持。但室外 不一定有外接电源,所以现在市场上带充放电池的灯具也开始兴起, 国内国外对 这一块的需求也越来越广, 广泛使用在夜间户外活动、 户外运动、 海边度假、 交 警夜间事故现场勘査、 拍照、 摄影、 移动汽修、 电力、 公路、 桥梁抢修、 货运装 卸、 港口、 船舶作业、 建筑、 遂道施工、 农业、 渔业夜间作业及各种夜间户外工 作现场。
但是, 现有的带充放电池的灯具, 一般将三元锂电池或聚合物锂电池内置, 电池无法进行更换, 在电池电量耗尽时, 需要进行再次充电 4-5小时, 期间无法 继续工作, 同时电池寿命一般充放 300次到 400次左右, 电池寿命结束, 灯具 也必须报废, 影响产品的使用寿命, 报废灯具也会影响到垃圾的产生, 同时报废 后灯具分解也难处理, 电池产生的分解物, 会严重影响水质及土质。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足, 提供一种移动 式充电工作灯, 其包括灯体、 灯具, 灯具设置在灯体上, 其中, 在灯体上还设有 电源架, 所述电源架用于容纳移动电源。
所述灯体上方设有提手。
所述灯体为一支架。
所述提手与支架一体成型。
所述提手上设有防滑垫。
所述支架下方为底座。
所述电源架设有电源连接线, 所述电源连接线用于连接移动电源和灯具。 所述灯体上还设有电量显示装置, 用于显示电量。
所述灯体上设有亮度控制档, 用于控制灯具的亮度。 所述灯体上设有两个以上的电源架。
本实用新型的有益效果有: 电源架的结构用于设置移动电源, 电源架的设置 可供客户自由选择和组配移动电源, 其通用性高, 只需将移动电源设置在电源架 上, 然后连接电源线即可工作。移动电源的选择可不限制, 可选用市场通用的手 机移动电源。
如果客户使用时间长, 可以另购一个移动电源, 一边灯具上使用, 另一个手 机移动电源充电, 两都更替, 长时间使用。
本实用新型中, 供电系统采用手机移动电源供电, 一般情况下充放电大于
500次,电源可以更换,可以保证工作灯不间断工作,充电器的选择也不受限制。 如果电源寿命到了, 可以无拆解换用新的手机移动电源, 灯具的 80%以上大部 分主体还继续使用。 把对环境的影响降到最小。 附图说明

如图 1 所述, 本实施例提供的种移动式充电工作灯, 其包括灯体 16、 灯具 12, 灯具 12设置在灯体 16上, 其中, 在灯体 16上还设有电源架 15, 电源架用 于容纳移动电源。
本领域技术人员应该理解, 电源架的结构和形状并不限制, 可以是简单的框 架结构、也可以是盒装结构, 只要是可以容纳并稳固移动电源的结构均在本实用 新型的保护范围内。 电源架位于灯体的位置, 也并不限制, 可在灯体上方、 中间 或者底部等。
电源架的结构用于设置移动电源, 电源架的设置可供客户自由选择和组配移 动电源, 其通用性高, 只需将移动电源设置在电源架上, 然后连接电源线即可工 作。 移动电源的选择可不限制, 可选用市场通用的手机移动电源。
如果客户使用时间长, 可以另购一个移动电源, 一边灯具上使用, 另一个手 机移动电源充电, 两都更替, 长时间使用。 移动电源电池容量可以多种选择,可以使用 4000mAh, 4400mAh, 6000mAh, 8000mAh, 8800mAh, 10400m Ah, 从价格上做一个适用性互配, 什么样的条 件下使用什么样的移动电源组。
本实用新型中,供电系统采用手机移动电源供电,一般情况下充放电大于 500 次, 电源可以更换, 可以保证工作灯不间断工作, 充电器的选择也不受限制。 如 果电源寿命到了, 可以无拆解换用新的手机移动电源, 灯具的 80%以上大部分 主体还继续使用。 把对环境的影响降到最小。
同时原有灯具充放电时候,需要配合充放电线路板,一般只有 70%的转化率, 所以产品的能量消耗相对比较大, 而可更换电源后, 可省去充放电电路板。
灯体 16上方设有提手 11, 方便移动工作灯。
如图 1所示, 本实施例中, 灯体 16为一支架, 结构简介大方, 也大大节约成 本。灯具和电源架均设置在支架上, 也可以自由调节灯具和电源架的高度, 适用 于各种环境。
同时, 本实施例中, 提手 11与支架 16—体成型, 提手 11上设有防滑垫, 结 构美观大方。
电源支架 15设有电源连接线 14, 所述电源连接线 14用于连接移动电源和灯 具 12。
所述支架 16下方为一底座 13, 可以使得工作灯在工作时候, 更为稳定的放 置于各个地方, 不限于平地。本实用新型中底座的形状和样式不受限制。底座上 可以设置磁性装置, 用于吸附于车顶; 也可以设置真空吸附装置, 用于吸附固定 于较平整区域;也可以在底座上设置避震装置。因此,本领域技术人员应该理解, 附图中, 底座的设置只是示意性的, 在手持式工作灯, 对于底座要求较低或者无 要求的情况下, 底座也可以省略。
灯体上还设有电量显示装置, 用于显示电量。 在紧急使用下有个预判。
灯体上设有亮度控制档, 用于控制灯具的亮度。 可以进一步增加工作灯的工 作时间。
灯体上设有两个以上的电源架, 进一步延长使用时间。
本实用新型中, 电源架的设置, 并不排斥内置电池的设置。 即在现有工作灯的设 置思路上, 设置一个额外的电源架, 用于容纳内置电池, 也在本实用新型的保护 范围内。 在此情况下, 电源架是用于容纳备用电池, 当内置电池耗尽时, 可临时 采用备用的移动电源进行供电。
