MOBILE SLAUGHTER HOUSE FOR SHEEP AND GOATS
Technical Field
Invention is about the mobile slaughter unit for slaughtering sheep and goats in a hygienic environment.
The invention is specifically about the mobile slaughter unit separating the line where the animal is slaughtered from the line where the animal is skinned and therefore ensuring a more hygienic environment with more available space.
Prior Art
Today various animals are slaughtered for their meat on sacrifice holiday or due to other occasions. In addition, there are slaughter houses operating continuously during the year. Meat produced through slaughtering in a fixed place all the time in slaughter houses are transferred to sales points under cold conditions.
Sacrificed animals are slaughtered outdoor during special occasions like the sacrifice holidays. This creates environmental pollution and unhealthy environments. Municipalities provide slaughtering areas to prevent his situation but these areas remain insufficient. And this results in piling up. Moreover, it fails to meet many needs for sacrifice animal slaughtering. Various improvements are in progress to eliminate this situation.

In the aforementioned applications, there is a single line composed of both the slaughter line where sheep and goats are slaughtered and meat procession units where they are skinned, the internal organs like tripe, etc. is removed and the meat is chopped. Therefore, these applications can be shown as an example for some of the disadvantages mentioned above.
In conclusion, improvements are ongoing for mobile slaughter houses in parallel to the advancing technology and therefore new set-ups are required to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and address the current systems.
Purpose of Invention
The current invention is about mobile slaughter houses meeting the requirements above, eliminating all disadvantages with additional benefits.
The purpose of the invention is to facilitate transportation and assembly processes by improving carrying equipment.
Another purpose of the invention is to increase animal slaughtering capacity by separating the bleeding and processing lines. This will increase the production rate enabling slaughter of more animals in less time.
Another purpose of the invention is to prevent the mess and injuries by not allowing people in the slaughter house. Thanks to the system developed, customers can leave immediately after taking their meat from the exit section.

In order to fulfill the purposes above; a mobile slaughter house is developed equipped with an animal entrance gate from where the sheep and goats enter the system from the animal entry direction; an animal processing line where animals are skinned, etc. hanging from the animal processing hooks after slaughtering; a chopping table where the skinned animal's meat is chopped; an exit gate where the meat chopped in the said chopping table leaves the system from the meat exit direction; an animal lifting hook where animals entering from the said animal entrance gate are hanged; and an animal lift transferring the animal hanged on the animal lift hook to the bleeding line from the animal escalation direction.

Detailed Description of An Example of Invention In this detailed description, preferred set-ups for the subject mobile slaughter houses (100) are explained only for better clarification of the subject without any restrictive impact.
It is a mobile slaughter house (100) composed of an animal entrance gate (11) from where the sheep and goats (90) enter the system from the animal entry direction (A); an animal processing line (30) where animals are skinned, etc. hanging from the animal processing hooks (41) after slaughtering; a chopping table (70) where the skinned animal's meat (90) is chopped; a transportation gate (32) where the meat chopped in the said chopping table (70) leaves the system from the meat exit direction (B), featuring an animal lifting hook (21) where animals (90) entering from the said animal entrance gate (1 ) are hanged; and an animal lift (20) transferring the animal hanged on the animal lift hook to the bleeding line (10) from the animal escalation direction (C).

The said mobile slaughter house (100) is equipped with an animal entrance gate (11); blood collection platform (13) and bleeding channel (12); animal lift (20); animal bleeding line (10); double rail line (40); water tank (50); compressor (60); chopping table (70). The said components are fixed on the chassis (80) and this chassis (80) can be demounted when desired. During the assembly, the chassis (80) and therefore the slaughter house (100) are placed on the ground with the chassis stands (81).
Working principle
The animal entrance gate (11) of the mobile slaughter house (100) installed is opened. Sheep or goat to be slaughtered (90) is allowed to enter from the animal entrance gate (11) through the animal entrance direction (A). Then the sheep or goat (90) is hooked from its feet on the animal lifting hook (21) in the animal lift (20). The animal lifting hook and so the slaughtered animal moves
through the animal escalation direction (C) thanks to the push palettes (22). During this process, the lifting hook (23) slides on the hook profile (24). Animal (90) moving in the animal escalation direction (C) is transferred to the animal bleeding line (10) to be slaughtered. The bleed is left to be drained in the animal bleeding line (10) and then the animal is transferred to the processing line (30). The blood of the animal slaughtered (90) is collected in the blood collection platform (13) without spreading around to be discharged from the animal bleeding line (10) through the bleeding channel (12). Figure 3 clearly shows the carrying process of the animal lift (20) while Figure 4 shows the animal lift (20).
The skin of the animal (90) is inflated before transferring to the animal processing line (30) using the air gun (14). This helps skinning process to be easier. The air gun (14) is supplied with air by the compressor (60).
Animal to be fed to the animal processing line (10) is hanged on the animal processing hook (41) from its feet. Skinning and removal of organs such as tripe, liver, etc. are completed at this stage, respectively. Animal moving in the animal processing direction (D) arrives before the chopping table after it is fully cleaned. Figure 5 shows the animal (90) processed in the animal processing line (30). As it will continue bleeding, the liquid waste on the floor like blood, etc. is discharged through the waste water channel (35) thanks to the water drained from the water outlets (34). Solid waste such as tripe, liver, etc. is discharged from the offal exit gates (31) on the back of the animal processing line (30). Water is supplied to the animal processing line (30) from the water tank (50).
Animal processing hook (41) is connected to the double rail profile (45) with the hook handle (44). In addition, the hook pulley (42) is placed on the double rail profile (43) under the double rail profile (45). This ensures easy and manual movement of the animal processing hook (41) in the animal processing direction (D). The double rail line (40) is composed of the aforementioned double rail main profile (45) and double rail profile (43), and Figure 6 provides a two dimensional view of the said double rail line (40).
Animal moving in the animal processing direction (D) after completion of skinning and offal removal processes is carried in the meat exit direction (B) to be transferred to the chopping table (70) as described above. Here the meat is chopped as desired by the meat owners and delivered to the meat owners from the transfer gate (32). Figure 2 provides a two dimensional top view of the ready-to-slaughter mobile slaughter house (100) in the application.
When the slaughtering is fully completed, the mobile slaughter house (100) is demounted or animal entrance gate (11), meat exit gate (32) and windows 833) are closed after being fully washed using the water supplied from the water tank (50) to be carried to another place by a truck.
The protection scope of this application is defined in the requests section and cannot be deemed limited to the examples detailed above. It is clear that a technical expert may apply this innovation used in the invention in other areas with similar purposes. Therefore, it is apparent that such set-ups lack the criterion of overcoming the given condition of the innovation and especially the technique.
Claims
1. A mobile slaughter house (100) composed of an animal entrance gate (11) from where sheep and goats (90) enter the system from animal entry direction (A); an animal processing line (30) where animals are skinned, etc. by hanging from animal processing hooks (41) after slaughtering; a chopping table (70) where skinned animal's meat (90) is chopped; a transportation gate (32) where the meat chopped in said chopping table (70) leaves the system from meat exit direction (B), characterized in comprising an animal lifting hook (21) where animals (90) entering from said animal entrance gate (11) are hanged; and an animal lift (20) transferring the animal hanged on the animal lifting hook (21) to bleeding line (10) from animal escalation direction (C).
2. A mobile slaughter house (100) according to Claim 1 , characterized in comprising a hook profile (24) to which the animal lifting hook (21) is hanged.
3. A mobile slaughter house (100) according to Claim 1 and 2, characterized in comprising push palettes (22) which enable the animal lifting hook (21) to move on the said hook profile (24) in the animal escalation direction (C).
4. A mobile slaughter house (100) according to Claim 1 and 2, characterized in comprising a lifting hook pulley (23) which enables easy movement for said animal lifting hook (21) on said hook profile (24)
5. A mobile slaughter house (100) according to Claim 1 , characterized in comprising offal exit gates (31) which enable discharging leftover offal from the mobile slaughter house (100) after the animal (90) processed in said animal processing line (30).
