However, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, if the tip of the container mouth portion is thinned, the rigidity of the container mouth portion is reduced. Therefore, when the resin cap is attached to the container mouth portion, The container mouth may fall down (falling into the interior) due to pressure.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and provides a resin cap that is less likely to cause the container mouth to fall down even when mounted on a container mouth with a thin tip. For the purpose.
A characteristic configuration of the resin cap according to the present invention is mounted on a container mouth portion, formed on the top plate portion, a cylindrical portion depending from the periphery of the top plate portion, and an inner surface of the top plate portion, and the container mouth An outer ring in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the portion, and an inner ring formed on the inner surface of the top plate portion and in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion, wherein the container mouth portion At least the tip portion is formed with a thin portion that is thinned by being cut out from the inner peripheral surface side, and the inner ring is in contact with the thin portion.
According to this configuration, the thin portion can be supported (reinforced) from the direction opposite to the pressure applied to the thin portion from the outer ring by bringing the inner ring into contact with the thin portion whose rigidity has been reduced by thinning. Therefore, it is possible to effectively suppress the internal fall of the container mouth.
A further characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the thin-walled portion is formed so that the thickness gradually decreases toward the tip.
According to this configuration, when the resin cap is opened, the contact time between the inner ring and the thin portion can be lengthened to prevent the container from being released early.

According to this configuration, the inner ring that contacts the main body portion is the contents of the container. Even if the inner ring is exposed, the inner ring that contacts the thin-walled portion is not exposed to the contents of the container, so that the sealing property of the container can be maintained well.
According to a further characteristic configuration of the present invention, the container mouth portion includes a first thin portion and a second thin portion having a shape different from that of the first thin portion and having a maximum thickness larger than that of the first thin portion. In this order from the tip, at least one of the plurality of inner rings is in contact with the first thin portion, and at least one is in contact with the second thin portion.
According to this configuration, the sealing property and tamper evidence property of the container can be improved while enhancing the effect of suppressing the inward collapse of the container mouth, as described above. Further, in the conventional configuration, the inner ring may be exposed to the contents of the container, so that the hermeticity of the container may be deteriorated. According to this configuration, the inner ring that contacts the second thin portion is not in the container. Even if it is exposed to the contents, the inner ring that contacts the first thin portion is not exposed to the contents of the container, so that the sealing property of the container can be maintained well.
According to a further characteristic configuration of the present invention, a convex curved surface portion protruding in a curved shape toward the radially outer side of the inner ring is formed at least at a tip portion of the inner ring, and the convex curved surface portion is the thin portion. It is at the point of contact.
Usually, the direction of the pressure applied from the inner seal to the container mouth is in the lateral direction. However, according to this configuration, the convex surface of the inner ring causes not only the lateral direction but also the longitudinal direction to the container mouth. Pressure can be applied to the container, thereby improving the hermeticity of the container. In addition, by using the convex curved surface portion, there is an effect of reducing resistance (capping resistance) when a resin cap is attached to the container mouth portion.
According to a further characteristic configuration of the present invention, a plurality of projecting portions are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring so as to project outward in the radial direction of the inner ring and to contact the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion. And at least one of them is in contact with the thin-walled portion.
According to this configuration, it is possible to increase the support force by the inner ring and enhance the effect of suppressing the internal fall of the container mouth. There is also an effect of improving the sealing property of the container.
According to a further characteristic configuration of the present invention, the container mouth part has the thin part and the body part that is not thinned in this order from the tip, and at least one of the plurality of projecting parts is It is in contact with the thin-walled portion, and at least one point is in contact with the main body portion.
According to this configuration, it is possible to improve the sealing property and tamper evidence property of the container while enhancing the effect of suppressing the internal fall of the container mouth. Further, in the conventional configuration, the inner ring may be exposed to the contents of the container, so that the sealing performance of the container may be deteriorated. Even if it is exposed to, the protrusion part which contacts a thin part is not exposed to the contents of a container, Therefore The airtightness of a container can be maintained favorable.
According to a further characteristic configuration of the present invention, the thin-walled portion has a first thin-walled portion and a second thin-walled portion having a different shape from the first thin-walled portion and having a maximum thickness larger than that of the first thin-walled portion. In this order, at least one of the plurality of protruding portions is in contact with the first thin portion, and at least one is in contact with the second thin portion.
According to this configuration, the sealing property and tamper evidence property of the container can be improved while enhancing the effect of suppressing the inward collapse of the container mouth, as described above. Further, in the conventional configuration, the inner ring may be exposed to the contents of the container, so that the sealing performance of the container may be deteriorated. According to this configuration, the protruding portion that comes into contact with the second thin-walled portion is provided on the container. Even if it is exposed to the contents, the projecting portion that contacts the first thin-walled portion is not exposed to the contents of the container, so that the hermeticity of the container can be maintained well.
According to a further characteristic configuration of the present invention, the outer ring is cut obliquely from the inner peripheral surface side so that the thickness gradually decreases toward the tip, and the inner side in the radial direction of the base portion of the outer ring in a plan view The end portion of the container is configured so as to be inside the end portion on the radially outer side of the distal end portion of the container mouth portion.
According to this configuration, since the outer ring comes into contact with the container mouth portion, the pressure applied from the outer ring to the container mouth portion can be increased to improve the sealing performance of the container. Further, in the conventional resin cap, when the pressure from the outer ring applied to the container mouth portion is increased, the container mouth portion tends to fall inward, but in the present invention, the container mouth portion that tends to fall inward is thin. Since the portion is supported by the inner ring, even if the pressure from the outer ring applied to the container mouth portion is increased, the container mouth portion is unlikely to fall down.

Hereinafter, the resin cap of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[Embodiment 1]
As shown in FIG. 1, the resin cap 10 according to the present embodiment is used for a resin container mouth portion 20. The container mouth part 20 has a thin part 20a which is thinned by being cut out from the inner peripheral surface side, and a main body part 20b which is not thinned in this order from the tip. The thin portion 20a is formed so that the thickness gradually decreases toward the tip.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the resin cap 10 according to the present embodiment is formed on the top plate portion 11, the cylindrical portion 12 hanging from the periphery of the top plate portion 11, and the inner surface of the top plate portion 11. An outer ring 13 in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth portion 20 and inner rings 14 a and 14 b formed on the inner surface of the top plate portion 11 and in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion 20 are provided.
The material and manufacturing method of the resin cap 10 are not particularly limited. For example, a resin such as polyethylene or polystyrene is used, and the top plate portion 11, the cylinder portion 12, the outer ring 13, and the inner rings 14 a and 14 b are attached. It can be manufactured by injection molding integrally.
The top plate portion 11 of the resin cap 10 is formed in a disc shape in accordance with the shape of the container mouth portion 20, and the outer periphery of the container mouth portion 20 is provided with a thread 12 a on the inner peripheral surface of the tube portion 12. The resin cap 10 is attached to the container opening 20 by screwing with a screw thread 20a formed on the surface.
The outer ring 13 and the inner rings 14 a and 14 b have a shape protruding from the inner surface of the top plate portion 11. The container is sealed when the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 13 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the container mouth portion 20 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the inner rings 14a and 14b are in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion 20, respectively.
The inner ring 14a is configured to be in contact with the thin portion 20a, and the inner ring 14b is configured to be in contact with the main body portion 20b. Since the inner ring 14a comes into contact with the thin wall portion 20a, the thin wall portion 20a having reduced rigidity is supported by the inner ring 14a, and therefore the container mouth portion 20 can be prevented from falling down. Further, since the inside of the container is double-sealed by the inner rings 14a and 14b, the hermeticity of the container can be improved.
The length of the inner rings 14a and 14b (vertical distance from the top plate portion 11) may be set as appropriate according to the shape of the container mouth portion 20, but the length of the inner ring 14a contacting the thin wall portion 20a is set to be thin. It is preferable to make it shorter than the inner ring 14b which contacts parts other than the part 20a.
In the present embodiment, the outer ring 13 has a shape in which a part of the outer peripheral surface is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion 20. Without limitation, various shapes other than the shapes shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 can be adopted. The same applies to the inner rings 14a and 14b.
Although it does not specifically limit as a container which has the container opening part 20, For example, it can apply to the resin-made containers for drinks manufactured from synthetic resins, such as a polyethylene phthalate. In particular, it is suitable for resin containers used for fruit juice drinks, sports drinks, teas, and the like, in which the contents are filled at a high temperature.
[Other Embodiments]
As shown in FIG. 4, the outer ring 13 is notched obliquely from the inner peripheral surface side so that the thickness gradually decreases toward the tip, and is a radially inner end of the base portion of the outer ring 13 in a plan view. The portion may be configured to be inside the end portion on the radially outer side of the distal end portion of the container mouth portion 20. Thereby, it can be made to contact so that the outer ring 13 may bite into the container opening part 20, and the sealing performance of a container can be improved.
In the above embodiment, the case where the container mouth portion 20 is configured by the thin portion 20a and the main body portion 20b is illustrated, but the configuration of the container mouth portion 20 is not limited to this, and the entire container mouth portion 20 is thinned. In addition, the container mouth portion 20 may be composed of only the thin wall portion 20a.
In said embodiment, although the case where the thin part 20a was a shape which notched the inner peripheral surface of the container opening part 20 so that a longitudinal cross-section may become linear form, the shape of the thin part 20a is this It is not limited. For example, the inner peripheral surface of the container mouth portion 20 may have a shape that is notched so that the longitudinal section is curved inward, or the shape that is notched so that the longitudinal section is linear. It may be a combination of a portion and a portion that is cut out so that the longitudinal section has a curved shape that protrudes inward.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the thin-walled portion 20a is different in shape from the first thin-walled portion 20a-1 and the first thin-walled portion 20a-1, and has a larger maximum thickness than the first thin-walled portion 20a-1. The second thin portion 20a-2 may be formed in this order from the tip. In this case, it is preferable that the inner ring 14a is in contact with the first thin portion 20a-1 and the inner ring 14b is in contact with the second thin portion 20a-2.
As shown in FIG. 5, in the case where the container mouth portion 20 is composed of a thin portion 20a composed of a first thin portion 20a-1 and a second thin portion 20a-2, and a main body portion 20b, The inner ring 14a may be brought into contact with the first thin portion 20a-1, and the inner ring 14b may be brought into contact with the main body portion 20b.
Alternatively, three inner rings may be formed, and one inner ring may be brought into contact with each of the first thin part 20a-1, the second thin part 20a-2, and the main body part 20b.
In the above embodiment, the case where two inner rings are formed or the case where three inner rings are formed is illustrated. However, the number of inner rings is not limited to this, and may be one or four or more. May be. When the number of inner rings is one, the inner ring has a shape in which a convex curved part that protrudes in a curved shape toward the radially outer side of the inner ring is formed at the tip, or a plurality of inner rings are integrated. It is preferable to use a different shape.
FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of a main part showing a case where the inner ring has a shape in which a convex curved part protruding in a curved shape toward the radially outer side of the inner ring is formed at the tip part. In FIG. 6, the inner ring 14c has a convex curved surface portion 14c-1 formed at the tip, and the convex curved surface portion 14c-1 is in contact with the thin portion 20a. Thereby, it is possible to apply pressure to the container mouth 20 not only from the lateral direction but also from the vertical direction.
The convex curved surface portion 14c-1 only needs to be formed at least at the tip of the inner ring 14c, and the convex curved surface portion 14c-1 may be formed over the entire outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 14c.
FIG. 7 shows an example of an inner ring having a shape in which a plurality of inner rings are integrated (integrated inner ring). The inner ring protrudes outward in the radial direction of the inner ring and It is a principal part enlarged view which shows the case where it is set as the shape by which multiple protrusion parts which contact a peripheral surface were formed in the outer peripheral surface. In FIG. 7, on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 14d, two projecting portions 14d-1 and 14d-2 projecting outward in the radial direction of the inner ring are formed, and the projecting portion 14d-1 is formed as a thin portion 20a. And the projecting portion 14d-2 contacts the main body portion 20b. Thereby, both the thin part 20a and the main-body part 20b can be contacted by one inner ring 14d, and the container opening part 20 can be supported and the inside of the container can be sealed.
The lengths (horizontal distance from the base) of the protrusions 14d-1 and 14d-2 may be set as appropriate according to the shape of the container mouth part 20, but the length of the protrusion 14d-1 that contacts the thin-walled part 20a Is preferably longer than the protrusion 14d-2 that contacts a portion other than the thin portion 20a.
When the inner ring 14d is used for the container mouth portion 20 having the thin portion 20a composed of the first thin portion 20a-1 and the second thin portion 20a-2 as shown in FIG. It is preferable that the protrusion 14d-1 is in contact with the thin portion 20a-1 and the protrusion 14d-2 is in contact with the second thin portion 20a-2.
Further, the inner ring 14d is a container composed of a thin portion 20a composed of the first thin portion 20a-1 and the second thin portion 20a-2 and a main body portion 20b as shown in FIG. When used for the mouth portion 20, the inner ring 14a may be brought into contact with the first thin portion 20a-1, and the inner ring 14b may be brought into contact with the main body portion 20b.
Alternatively, three protrusions may be formed on the inner ring, and one protrusion may be brought into contact with each of the first thin part 20a-1, the second thin part 20a-2, and the main body part 20b.
It should be noted that the shape of the integral inner ring that has been described so far is merely a preferred example, and the shape of the integral inner ring is not limited thereto. For example, like the inner ring 14e shown in FIG. 8, the outer peripheral surface is cut out from the tip side, and the cut-out portion is arranged so as to face the boundary between the thin portion 20a and the main body portion 20b. The outer peripheral surface of the inner ring 14e may be brought into contact with both the thin portion 20a and the main body portion 20b.
Although not shown, on the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring, one protruding portion that protrudes radially outward of the inner ring is formed, and this protruding portion is brought into contact with the thin portion (or the first thin portion), The outer peripheral surface other than the protruding portion of the inner ring may be brought into contact with the main body (or the second thin portion).
