优选地,获取所述虚拟设备的数据包括:向所述虚拟设备上部署的虚拟采样驻留模块发送数据收集指令,其中,所述虚拟采样驻留模块设置为采集虚拟设备的数据;接收响应数据,其中,所述响应数据为所述虚拟采样驻留模块依据所述数据收集指令采集的数据。
优选地,接收所述响应数据包括:收来自主机驻留模块发送的所述响应数据,其中,所述主机驻留模块发送的所述响应数据来自于所述虚拟采样驻留模块;所述主机驻留模块部署在节点上,设置为收集并上报所述节点上运行的虚拟设备的数据。

通过本发明,采用获取一个或多个设备的数据,其中,所述数据是所述一个或多个设备的根据对应的监控指标采集的数据,所述一个或多个设备包括至少一个虚拟设备;根据获取到的数据实现对所述一个或多个设备的监控,解决了相关技术中存在的由于无法对虚拟IT设备进行监控与管理,导致无法对整个数据中心的IT设备进行监控的问题,进而达到了实现对整个数据中心的IT设备进行监控的效果。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本实施例中提供了一种设备监控方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的设备监控方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,获取一个或多个设备的数据,其中,该数据是一个或多个设备的根据对应的监控指标采集的数据,一个或多个设备包括至少一个虚拟设备;
步骤S104,根据获取到的数据实现对一个或多个设备的监控;
通过上述步骤,获取一个或多个设备的数据,其中,该数据是根据对应的监控指标所采集的设备的数据,并且该一个或多个设备包括至少一个虚拟设备,以及依据获取到的数据实现对一个或多个设备的监控,从而能够根据获取的数据实现对虚拟设备的监控和管理,进而实现对整个数据中心的设备进行监控,从而解决了相关技术中存在的由于无法对虚拟IT设备进行监控与管理,进而导致的无法对整个数据中心的IT设备进行监控的问题,达到了实现对整个数据中心的IT设备进行监控的效果。
在一个可选的实施例中,可以依据如下的方法获取虚拟设备的数据:首先,向虚拟设备上部署的虚拟采样驻留模块发送数据收集指令,其中,该虚拟采样驻留模块是设置为采集虚拟设备的数据的,数据收集指令是用于触发虚拟采用驻留模块对虚拟设备数据进行收集的指令,并且,在进行数据收集时,可以按照预定的时间粒度进行收集,即,可以在预定的时间间隔收集虚拟设备的数据数据,其中,该时间粒度可以根据需求进行相应的调整,即,该时间间隔是可以进行不同的设定的;在该虚拟采用驻留模块收集数据完成后,接收该虚拟采样驻留模块返回的响应数据,其中,该响应数据为虚拟采样驻留模块依据数据收集指令所采集的数据。并且,该响应数据可以是由虚拟采样驻留模块直接上报给监控系统,也可以通过其他中间模块上报给监控系统,可以依据系统的配置决定由那个模块上报,大大增加了数据上报的灵活性。
在另一个可选的实施例中,可以通过主机驻留模块将响应数据上报给监控系统,该方法可以包括:主机驻留模块接收虚拟采样驻留模块发送的响应数据,其中,该主机驻留模块部署在数据中心的计算节点上,设置为收集并上报虚拟设备的数据,并且虚拟设备是运行在这些计算节点上的;在主机驻留模块接收了响应数据后,会将该响应数据上报给监控系统。需要说明的是,也可以利用其他模块作为中间模块将响应数 据上报给监控系统。监控系统依据这些响应数据可以实现对虚拟设备的有效监控和管理。
上述实施例中所涉及的响应数据是用来监控虚拟设备的数据,因此,可以在这些响应数据中分别携带虚拟设备的标识,用于区分不同的虚拟设备,这样就保证了监控系统能够根据虚拟设备的标识来识别响应数据分别来自哪些虚拟设备,进而实现对不同的虚拟设备的监控。
在另外一个可选的实施例中,可以在获取一个或多个设备的数据之前,先对该一个或多个设备进行连接,在进行连接之前,可以先获取该一个或多个设备的配置信息,这些配置信息可以包括下述信息中的至少一个:一个或多个设备所属的节点类型、一个或多个设备的系统类型、一个或多个设备的接入方式、一个或多个设备的端口、一个或多个设备的IP地址、登录所述设备所使用的用户名与密码、登录所述设备所使用的登录方式,当然,配置信息还可以包括其他的信息,然后依据上述配置信息连接一个或多个设备。
在再一个可选的实施例中,还可以依据获取的一个或多个设备的数据来判断是否需要报警,可以依据预定的监控指标阈值判断获取到一个或多个设备的数据是否触发告警,在判断结果为是的情况下,即需要触发告警系统时,发送告警消息。通过触发告警以及发送告警消息可以自动展现整个数据中心的风险位置,便于用户及时发现和处理该风险,避免造成更大的损失。
在本实施例中还提供了一种设备监控装置,该装置设置为实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的设备监控装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括第一获取模块22和监控模块24,下面对该设备监控装置进行说明。
第一获取模块22,设置为获取一个或多个设备的数据,其中,该数据是一个或多个设备的根据对应的监控指标采集的数据,该一个或多个设备包括至少一个虚拟设备;监控模块24,连接至上述第一获取模块22,设置为根据获取到的数据实现对上述一个或多个设备的监控。
图3是根据本发明实施例的设备监控装置中第一获取模块22的结构框图一,如图3所示,该第一获取模块22包括发送单元32和接收单元34,下面对该第一获取模块22进行说明。
发送单元32,设置为在一个或多个设备包括虚拟设备的情况下,向虚拟设备上部署的虚拟采样驻留模块发送数据收集指令,其中,虚拟采样驻留模块设置为采集虚拟设备的数据;接收单元34,连接至上述发送单元32,设置为接收响应数据,其中,响应数据为虚拟采样驻留模块依据数据收集指令采集的数据。
其中,该接收单元34可以设置为接收来自主机驻留模块发送的所述响应数据,其中,该主机驻留模块发送的响应数据来自于虚拟采样驻留模块;主机驻留模块部署在计算节点上,设置为收集并上报计算节点上运行的虚拟设备的数据。
图4是根据本发明实施例的设备监控装置的优选结构框图一,如图4所示,该装置除包括图2所示的所有模块外,还包括第二获取模块42和连接模块44,下面对该装置进行说明。
第二获取模块42,设置为获取一个或多个设备的配置信息,其中,该配置信息包括以下至少之一:一个或多个设备所属的节点类型、一个或多个设备的系统类型、一个或多个设备的接入方式、一个或多个设备的端口、一个或多个设备的IP地址、登录所述设备所使用的用户名与密码、登录所述设备所使用的登录方式;连接模块44,连接至上述第二获取模块42和第一获取模块22,设置为依据配置信息连接一个或多个设备。
图5是根据本发明实施例的设备监控装置的优选结构框图二,如图6所示,该装置除包括上述所有模块外,还包括判断模块52和发送模块54。下面对该装置进行说明。
判断模块52,连接至上述监控模块24,设置为依据预定的监控指标阈值判断获取到的数据是否触发告警;发送模块54,连接至上述判断模块52,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,发送告警消息。
为提高对数据中心IT资源监控的有效性与可服务性,迫切需要发展一种技术或方法来使数据中心的实体资源与虚拟资源的监控统一起来,使对资源的管理更加便利与直观,能兼容不同类型软硬件环境,提供统一的性能指标与告警管理平台。对此,本发明实施例中提供了一种数据中心IT资源的统一监控方法,以实现对实体IT设备与虚拟IT设备的统一监控,提高监控系统的可用性,提高效率。这里的实体IT设备是 指基于Windows、UNIX或Linux操作系统,在其上运行虚拟化软件的IT硬件设备;虚拟IT设备是指基于Windows或Linux操作系统,在其上运行各种业务系统的IT虚拟设备。下文所述之实体IT设备及虚拟IT设备,均是指上述设备。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种统一的IT设备监控的系统,能够实现上述IT设备监控的方法。为达到上述目的,本发明实施例中提供了如下方案:
根据本发明实施例,提供了一种IT设备的监控系统,该系统包括:
界面显示交互模块、设备配置管理模块(对应于上述第二获取模块)、SSH/Telnet协议模块(对应于上述连接模块)、SNMP协议模块(对应于上述连接模块)、定时任务驱动模块(对应于上述接收单元)、主机驻留模块(对应于上述接收单元)、虚机采样驻留模块、通讯管理模块、告警管理模块(对应于上述判断模块、发送模块)、以及总体逻辑调度模块。下面对各模块进行说明:
界面显示交互模块,设置为展示监控的界面,显示已经添加的IT设备,显示设备下配置的监控指标,显示设备IP地址,显示设备属于何种设备类型,显示设备属于哪个机架;进一步的,用户可以通过界面操作,设置对每个设备的监控指标以及监控粒度,界面通过定期刷新的方式来展示设备的监控情况;也可以通过设备每个指标的告警阈值,启用告警的功能,从而在设备上展示告警的相关信息;
设备配置管理模块,属于界面功能的一部分,其主要功能是进行配置实体IT设备的设备信息,包括节点类型、系统类型、接入方式、IP、端口、用户名、密码等信息;
SSH/Telnet协议模块,设置为监控系统与IT设备(非Windows操作系统)之间的链接,进一步的,监控系统通过SSH/Telnet协议模块登陆到被监控的IT实体设备、执行指定命令、接收返回的对应信息;
SNMP协议模块,设置为监控系统与IT设备(Windows操作系统)之间的链接,监控系统通过SNMP协议模块向被监控的IT实体设备请求对应的数据、接收返回的对应信息;
定时任务驱动模块,设置为实现定时的数据收集功能,进一步的是指,进行数据采集的任务调度与管理,以及保存所采集到的数据;
主机驻留模块,部署在数据中心的计算节点上,设置为向监控系统提供本机上虚拟IT设备的相关信息,根据任务调度情况来收集并上报虚拟IT设备的采集数据;
虚机采样驻留模块,部署在每个活动虚机的实例上,并处于活动状态,设置为采集本虚机的指标数据,并向主机驻留模块上报所收集到的数据信息。
通讯管理模块,分别部署于主机与虚机上,嵌入到主机驻留模块与虚机采样驻留模块内,设置为进行主机与虚机之间的通讯,也可认为它是主机驻留模块与虚机采样驻留模块的子模块;
告警管理模块,根据所设定的指标阈值,进行告警分析与过滤,触发产生告警以及告警恢复,并于界面上进行展示、查询以及管理;
总体逻辑调度模块,设置为实现上述模块间的通讯和调度,更进一步的是指管理线程池和调度线程,使总线程数保持在计算机系统可接收的范围,协调各模块的处理;
上述系统除了上述模块的处理过程,还包括被监控设备的管理逻辑、前后台的数据交互逻辑等。
基于上述各模块的系统,本发明实施例还提供了一种数据中心IT设备统一监控的方法,该方法包括:
a、在监控系统配置需监控IT设备的相关信息,实现被监控设备的正常接入;
b、监控系统从配置界面获得被监控IT设备的配置信息;
c、监控系统连接被监控IT设备,执行相应的指令,按照指定时间粒度获取对应的指标数据;
d、对于属于计算节点的被监控IT设备,除了执行步骤c的动作外,还会向主机驻留模块程序发送一个指令,使主机驻留模块启动对虚机的数据收集任务,向其下运行的虚机发送数据请求消息,消息发送完成后,程序阻塞,等待各虚机的处理;
e、各虚机接收到上述数据请求消息后,开始启动数据收集:执行对应的数据采集指令,获取对应的数据,并对请求消息给以响应;
f、d步骤中的IT设备接收到响应数据后,将数据写入本地文件中,并通知d中被阻塞的程序进行数据的读取;
g、监控系统完成所有数据的获取后,将数据进行处理后写入数据库;
h、同时监控系统会根据所配配置的指标阈值,来决定是否触发告警以及告警恢复。若满足触发条件,则将告警相关的信息写入数据库,并向前台发送消息使其可以正常展示告警信息;
i、前台界面根据用户的请求以及定时的界面刷新,来展示对指定设备的指标监控情况;
此外,虚机的状态需要被监控系统感知到,主机驻留模块会定期扫描虚机的状态,并在虚机状态发生改变的时候,向监控系统主动发送消息,监控系统会根据此消息更新虚机的状态等信息。
其中,步骤a中的IT设备,是指实体IT设备,正常接入是指可以正常登录与连接,并可以执行一些命令;
步骤b的被监控IT设备的信息包括但不限于被监控IT设备的IP地址、登陆用户名与密码、登陆方式等信息,配置界面是指可以添加、删除和配置被监控设备属性的一种程序界面;
步骤c中的时间粒度,可以通过界面根据需求进行调整,由于执行命令获取数据需要一定的时间,建议值是5分钟以上;
步骤d中的计算节点,是被监控IT设备的一种类型,该类型设备上运行着虚拟的IT设备,一台主机上可以运行多个虚拟的IT设备;向主机驻留模块程序发送的指令包括指标类型等信息;
步骤e中的响应信息中,会添加自身虚机IT设备的标识,以便于区分不同的虚拟机;
步骤g获取采集数据的结果是指:巡检系统通过SSH/Telnet/SNMP链接接收被巡检设备上执行脚本的标准输出字符流,以及计算节点上虚机所返回的文本数据;
步骤i中的定时的界面刷新,通过前后台的异步技术进行实现,界面可以采用图表等媒体方式进行展现,以提高用户的感知度。
通过上述实施例中的技术方案可以达到如下有益效果:
1)本发明实施例监控系统中的指标条目可以灵活配置,并且可以方便扩展;
2)本发明实施例监控系统中的告警功能可自动展现整个数据中心的风险位置,便于用户的及时发现与处理;
3)本发明实施例监控系统可以更全面的对整个数据中心的IT设备进行监控,部署该监控系统可提高数据中心的可服务性。
本发明的基本思想是:设计一种IT设备的监控系统,通过后台自动连接被监控的IT设备,收集指标数据结果,并进行数据整合与处理,给用户展示出来。
图6是根据本发明实施例的监控系统链接示意图,如图6所示,该监控系统安装在计算机上,通过TCP/IP网络与被监控设备链接,被监控设备可以为N台,IT设备可以是UNIX/Linux系统设备或Windows系统设备。
图7是根据本发明实施例中监控系统各模块功能以及处理过程示意图,如图7所示,监控系统的处理过程包括:
步骤S702:总体逻辑调度模块读取设备配置管理模块的配置信息。
读取配置信息,是指获取设备的接入方式、设备的节点类型、地址、端口、用户名、密码等信息。
步骤S704:总体逻辑调度模块通过与数据库的交互,向用户展示用户所需要的信息,包括指标数据、告警等。
步骤S706:告警管理模块对采集到的数据进行分析与处理,经由总体逻辑调度模块向界面显示交互模块传递告警情况的信息。
步骤S708:定时任务驱动模块驱动总体逻辑调度模块去定期地连接被监控的IT设备,采集对应的指标数据。
步骤S710:SSH/Telnet/SNMP协议模块接由总体逻辑调度模块的指定,向被监控主机发送命令并接收返回的数据流;
步骤S712:被监控的主机在接收到数据采集命令后,执行相应的指令以获取相应的指标数据,然后响应给协议模块。
步骤S714:通讯管理模块接收主机驻留模块的消息,并将消息传递给虚机采样驻留模块;通讯管理模块作为主机驻留模块与虚机采样驻留模块的通道而存在,这二者之间的通讯都以其为媒。
步骤S716:被监控的计算节点上的主机驻留模块接收到命令后,向虚机采样驻留模块发送消息,以进行数据采集;此外,主机驻留模块还会将获取到的虚机采集数据,响应给总体逻辑调度模块进行处理与入库。
步骤S718:虚机采样驻留模块接收主机驻留模块的命令,适时启动数据采集任务;采集完成后,将采集到的数据通过通讯管理模块反馈到主机上,供主机读取。
步骤S720:虚机采样驻留模块通过执行指定的命令,进行指标数据的采集
其中,上述步骤阐述了监控系统处理步骤以及对应于各模块的功能和相互关系,在本监控系统中,可以添加多个被监控设备。
图8是根据本发明实施例中监控设备管理逻辑示意图。如图8所示,被巡检设备管理分3个逻辑层次:
层次1:微模块层,每个数据中心会有多个微模块,每个微模块包括十多个机架,每个机架上又会有多个IT设备。
层次2:设备层,IT设备是监控系统的监控对象,这一层管理设备的属性,包括设备名称、设备IP以及设备下面配置的指标条目以及告警阈值。
层次3:虚拟设备层,数据中心的虚拟设备是镜像的实例,运行于设备层的计算节点上,依赖虚拟化技术与其宿主进行通信。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

  1. 一种设备监控方法,包括:
    获取一个或多个设备的数据,其中,所述数据是所述一个或多个设备的根据对应的监控指标采集的数据,所述一个或多个设备包括至少一个虚拟设备;
    根据获取到的数据实现对所述一个或多个设备的监控。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取所述虚拟设备的数据包括:
    向所述虚拟设备上部署的虚拟采样驻留模块发送数据收集指令,其中,所述虚拟采样驻留模块设置为采集虚拟设备的数据;
    接收响应数据,其中,所述响应数据为所述虚拟采样驻留模块依据所述数据收集指令采集的数据。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,接收所述响应数据包括:
    接收来自主机驻留模块发送的所述响应数据,其中,所述主机驻留模块发送的所述响应数据来自于所述虚拟采样驻留模块;所述主机驻留模块部署在节点上,设置为收集并上报所述节点上运行的虚拟设备的数据。

    依据所述配置信息连接所述一个或多个设备。

    依据预定的监控指标阈值判断所述获取到的数据是否触发告警;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,发送告警消息。
  7. 一种设备监控装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为获取一个或多个设备的数据,其中,所述数据是所述一个或多个设备的根据对应的监控指标采集的数据,所述一个或多个设备包括至少一个虚拟设备;
    监控模块,设置为根据获取到的数据实现对所述一个或多个设备的监控。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块包括:
    发送单元,设置为在所述一个或多个设备包括虚拟设备的情况下,向所述虚拟设备上部署的虚拟采样驻留模块发送数据收集指令,其中,所述虚拟采样驻留模块设置为采集虚拟设备的数据;
    接收单元,设置为接收响应数据,其中,所述响应数据为所述虚拟采样驻留模块依据所述数据收集指令采集的数据。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述响应数据中携带有所述虚拟设备的标识,所述标识用于区分不同的虚拟设备。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为获取所述一个或多个设备的配置信息,其中,所述配置信息包括以下至少之一:一个或多个设备所属的节点类型、一个或多个设备的系统类型、一个或多个设备的接入方式、一个或多个设备的端口、一个或多个设备的IP地址、登录所述设备所使用的用户名与密码、登录所述设备所使用的登录方式;
    连接模块,设置为依据所述配置信息连接所述一个或多个设备。
  12. 根据权利要求7至11任一项所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    判断模块,设置为依据预定的监控指标阈值判断所述获取到的数据是否触发告警;
    发送模块,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,发送告警消息。
