本发明的至少一个实施例提供了一种照明装置、其专用眼镜、其检偏装置及照明系统,用以实现液晶显示面板的发光区域在裸眼状态下观看时作为照明灯具使用,当通过专用眼镜或检偏装置观看时可以看到液晶显示面板所显示的保密信息内容。
本发明的至少一个实施例提供了一种照明装置,其包括:支撑件,以及安装于所述支撑件上的液晶显示面板。所述液晶显示面板分为显示区域和发光区域;所述液晶显示面板在入光侧与所述显示区域和所述发光区域对应的区域具有第一偏光片;所述液晶显示面板在出光侧仅与所述显示区域对应的区域具有第二偏光片。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在无需创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本申请的发明人注意到,目前的照明产品往往只能实现普通照明功能,并不具备其他差异化的特殊显示功能。
本发明的至少一个实施例提供了一种照明装置,其包括:支撑件,以及安装于所述支撑件上的液晶显示面板;所述液晶显示面板包括显示区域和发光区域;所述液晶显示面板在入光侧与所述显示区域和所述发光区域对应的区域具有第一偏光片;所述液晶显示面板在出光侧仅与所述显示区域对应的区域具有第二偏光片。
在一个实施例中,所述液晶显示面板在出光侧与所述发光区域对应的区域可以具有四分之一波长片;所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第一偏光片的偏光轴之间成预设角,所述预设角大于或等于0度且小于或等于90度。例如,所述预设角可以为45度。
所述液晶显示面板包括:相对而置的阵列基板和对向基板,以及设置于所述对向基板和阵列基板之间的液晶层。在不同实施例中,所述对向基板面向所述阵列基板的一侧或所述阵列基板面向所述对向基板的一侧可以设置有黑矩阵层以及彩膜层;或,所述对向基板面向所述阵列基板的一侧或所述阵列基板面向所述对向基板的一侧可以仅设置有黑矩阵层。
在一个实施例中,上述照明装置还可以包括:设置于所述对向基板背离所述阵列基板一侧的透明衬底上的半透半反层。
本发明的至少一个实施例还提供了一种用于上述照明装置的专用眼镜,其包括具有第二偏光片的镜片。在一个实施例中,所述镜片还可以包括四分之一波长片,所述四分之一波长片和所述第二偏光片沿由所述镜片的入光侧指向出光侧的方向依次排列;所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与所述预设角相等,或者所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与所述预设角之和为90度。
本发明的至少一个实施例还提供了一种用于上述照明装置的检偏装置,其包括第二偏光片。在一个实施例中,上述检偏装置还可以包括:四分之一波长片,所述四分之一波长片和所述第二偏光片沿由入光侧指向出光侧的方向依次排列;所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与所述预设角相等,或者所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与所述预设角之和为90度。
本发明的至少一个实施例还提供了一种照明系统,其包括上述任一项所述的照明装置,以及上述任一项所述的专用眼镜;或,该照明系统包括上述任一项所述的照明装置,以及设置于与所述照明装置具有一定距离的上述任一项所述的检偏装置。在一个实施例中,当所述液晶显示面板在出光侧与所述发光区域对应的区域具有四分之一波长片时,所述专用眼镜包括具有四分之一波长片的镜片或者所述检偏装置包括四分之一波长片。
下面结合附图,对本发明实施例提供的照明装置、其专用眼镜、其检偏 装置及照明系统的具体实施方式进行详细地说明。
附图中各区域的形状和大小不反映照明装置的真实比例,目的只是示意说明本发明内容。
实施例一
如图1所示,实施例一提供的一种照明装置包括:支撑件30,以及安装于支撑件30上的液晶显示面板40。如图2a-图2d所示,液晶显示面板40分为显示区域a和发光区域b。
如图3所示,液晶显示面板40在入光侧与显示区域a和发光区域b对应的区域具有第一偏光片41,即在背光模组50发光的一侧具有均第一偏光片41。液晶显示面板40在出光侧仅与显示区域a对应的区域具有第二偏光片42。
在本实施例中以该照明装置作为壁灯为例进行说明,在具体实施时,如图1所示,可以利用照明装置中的支撑件30将液晶显示面板40固定于与地面10垂直的墙面20上。当然,本实施例提供的照明装置也可以作为顶灯等照明灯具,在此不做限定。
下面对本发明实施例一提供的上述照明装置的原理进行说明。
在本发明实施例一提供的照明装置中的显示区域a可显示正常图像,用于修饰照明装置的外观。在具体实施时,显示区域a显示的内容可根据用户需求进行适时设计,例如,显示的内容可以是静态图案如花纹、景色、画卷等,也可是动态图案如卷龙飞舞、金鱼闲游等。并且,显示区域a和发光区域b的形状可以根据显示内容的需要进行设计,例如,可以是如图2a至图2d所示的各种形状,在此不做限定。
为便于对照明装置的发光区域b的有益效果进行描述,在此引入了本发明实施例一提供的用于上述照明装置的专用眼镜,该专用眼镜包括具有第二偏光片的镜片。或引入本发明实施例一提供的用于上述照明装置的检偏装置,该检偏装置包括第二偏光片。在具体实施时,专用眼镜可以随着使用者移动;检偏装置可以设置在与照明装置相距一定距离的固定位置。在下文中不再单独对该专用眼镜和检偏装置进行描述。
在本发明实施例一提供的照明装置中,如图4a所示,所示区域A和所示区域B分别为亮态和暗态,液晶显示面板40在发光区域b只具有第一偏 光片41,光线经第一偏光片41偏振成线偏振光,线偏振光透过液晶显示面板40后射出。由于未经第二偏光片的滤光,其包含的信息在裸眼状态观看时无法示出而发出白色光线,可作为照明灯具使用。
如图4b和图4c所示,当通过专用眼镜60或者检偏装置80观看液晶显示面板40时,由于专用眼镜60或检偏装置80中第二偏光片的滤光作用,可以看到液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所显示的保密信息内容。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例一提供的上述照明装置可以应用于会场或者展厅中。例如可以在展厅中设置一排上述照明装置作为壁灯,对普通参观者而言,照明装置仅起到照明作用,而工作人员可以佩戴特殊的具有第二偏光片的专用眼镜,或者工作人员可以通过固定的检偏装置,从照明装置上观看到通知或客户信息等。
由于在上述照明装置中的液晶显示面板40作为照明灯具使用,因此对于面板显示的色域并没有苛刻的要求。在一个示例中,当需要显示的保密信息对于色彩无相关要求时,即显示的内容仅为具有灰度等级的黑白画面信息时,可以将液晶显示面板40中的彩膜层省去。这样一方面可以简化液晶显示面板40的制作工艺,另一方面也可以增加液晶显示面板40作为照明灯具的发光亮度。
例如,如图3所示,液晶显示面板40可以包括:相对而置的阵列基板43和对向基板44,以及设置于对向基板44和阵列基板43之间的液晶层45。对向基板44面向阵列基板43的一侧或阵列基板43面向对向基板44的一侧设置有黑矩阵层以及彩膜层;或,可以省去彩膜层,即对向基板44面向阵列基板43的一侧或阵列基板43面向对向基板44的一侧仅设置有黑矩阵层。
本发明实施例提供的上述照明装置在不工作时,一般为黑色,为了增加该照明装置的实用性以及美观性,在一个示例中,还可以在液晶显示面板40的出光侧设置半透半反层,使该照明装置在不工作时能反射周围的环境光作为镜面使用。
例如,在液晶显示面板40的出光侧设置的半透半反层可以采用镀膜金属或者增光膜(DEBEF)膜材实现。
例如,如图3所示,半透半反层70可以设置于对向基板44背离阵列基板43一侧的透明衬底71上。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例一还提供了一种照明系统,其包括本发明实施例一提供的上述照明装置,以及用于该照明装置的专用眼镜;或者该照明系统包括本发明实施例一提供的上述照明装置,以及设置于与该照明装置具有一定距离的用于该照明装置的检偏装置。该照明系统的实施可以参见上述照明装置和其专用眼镜或检偏装置的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的上述照明装置、其专用眼镜、其检偏装置及照明系统,采用液晶显示面板作为可显示图案和信息的灯具,将液晶显示面板分为显示区域和发光区域,在入光侧与显示区域和发光区域对应的区域均设置第一偏光片,在出光侧仅与显示区域对应的区域设置第二偏光片,即在发光区域不设置第二偏光片。这样,液晶显示面板在工作时,背光模组的光线经过第一偏光片变为线偏振光。线偏振光透过液晶显示面板后在发光区域由于未经第二偏光片的滤光,其包含的信息在裸眼状态下观看时无法示出而发出白色光线,可作为照明灯具使用;线偏振光透过液晶显示面板后在显示区域由于经第二偏光片的滤光,其包含的信息在裸眼状态下可被观看到,从而在显示区域可以设计图案和简单的共享信息以提高显示装置的美观效果;通过配戴设置有第二偏光片的镜片的专用眼镜,或通过与照明装置相距一定距离设置的具有第二偏光片的检偏装置,由于第二偏光片的滤光作用,可以看到液晶显示面板在发光区域所显示的保密信息内容,实现了照明装置的特殊显示功能。
实施例二
本发明实施例一提供的上述照明装置,在实际应用中,有可能出现因为观看者的观看角度(例如观看者歪头等)不当导致专用眼镜漏光的现象,或者因为检偏装置与照明装置在安装时固定的位置不当导致观看的漏光现象。为了增强通过配戴专用眼镜或采用检偏装置观看液晶显示面板在发光区域b所显示保密内容的显示品质,本发明实施例二提供了一种照明装置,如图1所示,其包括:支撑件30,以及安装于支撑件30上的液晶显示面板40。如图2a-图2d所示,液晶显示面板40包括显示区域a和发光区域b。如图5所示,液晶显示面板40在入光侧与显示区域a和发光区域b对应的区域具有第一偏光片41,即在背光模组50发光的一侧具有均第一偏光片41。液晶显示面板40在出光侧与显示区域a对应的区域具有第二偏光片42;在出光侧与 发光区域b对应的区域具有四分之一波长片46,该四分之一波长片46的快轴与第一偏光片41的偏光轴之间成预设角,该预设角大于或等于0度且小于或等于90度。
在本实施例中以该照明装置作为壁灯为例进行说明。例如,如图1所示,可以利用照明装置中的支撑件30将液晶显示面板40固定于与地面10垂直的墙面20上。当然,本实施例提供的照明装置也可以作为顶灯等照明灯具,在此不做限定。
下面对本发明实施例二提供的上述透明显示装置的原理进行说明。
在本发明实施例二提供的照明装置中的显示区域a可显示正常图像,用于修饰照明装置的外观。在具体实施时,显示区域a显示的内容可根据用户需求进行适时设计,例如,显示的内容可以是静态图案如花纹、景色、画卷等,也可是动态图案如卷龙飞舞、金鱼闲游等。并且,显示区域a和发光区域b的形状可以根据显示内容的需要进行设计,例如,可以是如图2a至图2d所示的各种形状,在此不做限定。
为便于对照明装置的发光区域b的有益效果进行描述,在此引入了本发明实施例二提供的用于上述照明装置的专用眼镜,该专用眼镜包括具有沿由其入光侧指向出光侧方向依次排列的四分之一波长片和第二偏光片的镜片,四分之一波长片的快轴与第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与预设角相等,或者之和为90度。或引入本发明实施例二提供的用于上述照明装置的检偏装置,该检偏装置包括沿由其入光侧指向出光侧方向依次排列的四分之一波长片和第二偏光片,四分之一波长片的快轴与第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与预设角相等,或者之和为90度。例如,专用眼镜可以随着使用者移动,检偏装置可以设置在与照明装置相距一定距离的固定位置。下文中不再单独对该专用眼镜和检偏装置进行描述。
在本发明实施例二提供的照明装置中,如图6a所示,所示区域A和所示区域B分别为亮态和暗态,液晶显示面板40在发光区域b只具有第一偏光片41,光线经第一偏光片41偏振成线偏振光,线偏振光透过液晶面板40后射出到四分之一波长片46。四分之一波长片46可以将与其快轴或者慢轴的偏振方向成45度角的线偏振光转换为圆偏振光;将与其快轴或者慢轴的偏振方向成非45度锐角的线偏振光转换为椭圆偏振光。因此,经过四分之一波 长片45度角调制的液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所包含的信息在裸眼状态下观看时无法示出,这使液晶显示面板40发出白色光线,从而可作为照明灯具使用。
当上述预设角为90度或0度时,透过第一偏光片41的线偏振光在透过液晶面板40时,其偏振方向旋转90度或者0度,与四分之一波长片46的快轴的夹角为0度或者90度,因此,透过四分之一波长片46的光仍然为线偏振光,此时,如图6b所示,专用眼镜60或检偏装置(图中未示出)中的四分之一波长片的快轴与第二偏光片的偏光轴之间的夹角为0度或者90度,当第二偏光片的偏光轴与第一偏光片41的偏光轴之间相互垂直或平行时,通过专用眼镜60或检偏装置能够看到液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所显示的保密信息内容;
当上述预设角为45度时,透过第一偏光片41的线偏振光在透过液晶面板40时,其偏振方向旋转90度或者0度,与四分之一波长片45的快轴的夹角为45度,因此,透过四分之一波长片46的光为圆偏振光;专用眼镜60或检偏装置中四分之一波长片的快轴与第二偏光片的偏光轴之间的夹角为45度,此时,专用眼镜或检偏装置中第二偏光片的偏光轴与液晶显示面板40中第一偏光片41的偏光轴之间的角度为任意值时,均可以通过专用眼镜60或检偏装置看到液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所显示的保密信息内容;
当上述预设角为其他锐角时,透过第一偏光片41的线偏振光在透过液晶显示面板40时,其偏振方向旋转90度或者0度,与四分之一波长片45的快轴的夹角为锐角,且不为45度,因此,透过四分之一波长片46的光为椭圆偏振光,此时,专用眼镜60或检偏装置中的四分之一波长片的快轴与第二偏光片的偏光轴之间的夹角与上述预设角相等,因此,当两个四分之一波长片的快轴垂直时可以通过专用眼镜60或检偏装置看到液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所显示的保密信息内容;若专用眼镜60或检偏装置中的四分之一波长片的快轴与第二偏光片之间的夹角与上述预设角之和为90度,则,当两个四分之一波长片的快轴平行时可以通过专用眼镜60或检偏装置看到液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所显示的保密信息内容。
因此,仅当通过具有四分之一波长片和第二偏光片的专用眼镜60或检偏装置观看照明装置时,才能看到液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所显示的保密 内容并且,通过分别在液晶显示面板40和专用眼镜60或检偏装置上设置四分之一波长片的方式,可以提高照明装置与专用眼镜60或检偏装置的匹配效果,防止因观看者的观看角度导致专用眼镜60或检偏装置漏光的现象,增强了配戴专用眼镜60或通过检偏装置观看液晶显示面板40在发光区域b所显示保密内容的显示品质。
在具体实施时,本发明实施例二提供的上述照明装置可以应用于会场或者展厅中,例如可以在展厅中设置一排上述照明装置作为壁灯,对普通参观者而言照明装置仅起到照明作用,而工作人员可以配戴特殊的具有四分之一波长片和第二偏光片的专用眼镜,或者工作人员可以通过固定的检偏装置,从照明装置上观看到通知、或客户信息等。
由于在上述照明装置中的液晶显示面板40作为照明灯具使用,因此对于面板显示的色域并没有苛刻的要求。在一个示例中,当需要显示的保密信息对于色彩无相关要求时,即显示的内容仅为具有灰度等级的黑白画面信息时,可以将液晶显示面板40中的彩膜层省去。这样一方面可以简化液晶显示面板40的制作工艺,另一方面也可以增加液晶显示面板40作为照明灯具的发光亮度。
例如,如图5所示,液晶显示面板40可以包括:相对而置的阵列基板43和对向基板44,以及设置于对向基板44和阵列基板43之间的液晶层45。对向基板44面向阵列基板43的一侧或阵列基板43面向对向基板44的一侧设置有黑矩阵层以及彩膜层;或,可以省去彩膜层,即对向基板44面向阵列基板43的一侧或阵列基板43面向对向基板44的一侧仅设置有黑矩阵层。
本发明实施例提供的上述照明装置在不工作时,一般为黑色,为了增加该照明装置的实用性以及美观性,在一个示例中,还可以在液晶显示面板40的出光侧设置半透半反层70,使该照明装置在不工作时能反射周围的环境光作为镜面使用。
例如,在液晶显示面板40的出光侧设置的半透半反层70可以采用镀膜金属或增光膜(DEBEF)膜材实现。
例如,如图5所示,半透半反层70可以设置于对向基板44背离阵列基板43一侧的透明衬底71上。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例二还提供了一种照明系统,其包括本 发明实施例二提供的上述照明装置,以及用于该照明装置的专用眼镜;或者,该照明系统包括本发明实施例二提供的上述照明装置,以及设置于与该照明装置具有一定距离的用于该照明装置的检偏装置。该照明系统的实施可以参见上述照明装置和其专用眼镜或检偏装置的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
本发明实施例二提供的上述照明装置、其专用眼镜、其检偏装置及照明系统,采用液晶显示面板作为可显示图案和信息的灯具,将液晶显示面板分为显示区域和发光区域,在入光侧与显示区域和发光区域对应的区域均设置第一偏光片,在出光侧仅与显示区域对应的区域具有第二偏光片,即在发光区域不设置第二偏光片,在出光侧与发光区域对应的区域还设置四分之一波长片。由于四分之一波长片可以将与其快轴或者慢轴的偏振方向成45度角的线偏振光转换为圆偏振光;将与其快轴或者慢轴的偏振方向成非45度锐角的线偏振光转换为椭圆偏振光。因此,在发光区域经过四分之一波长片调制的液晶显示面板所包含的信息在裸眼状态下观看时无法示出,这使液晶显示面板发出白色光线,从而可作为照明灯具使用。在本发明实施例二中,仅当通过具有四分之一波长片和第二偏光片的专用眼镜或检偏装置观看照明装置时,才能看到液晶显示面板在发光区域所显示的保密内容。并且,通过分别在液晶显示面板和专用眼镜或检偏装置上设置四分之一波长片的方式,可以提高照明装置与专用眼镜或检偏装置的匹配效果,防止因观看者的观看角度导致专用眼镜或检偏装置漏光的现象,增强了配戴专用眼镜或通过检偏装置观看液晶显示面板在发光区域所显示保密内容的显示品质。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种照明装置,包括:支撑件,以及安装于所述支撑件上的液晶显示面板;其中,
    所述液晶显示面板包括显示区域和发光区域;
    所述液晶显示面板在入光侧与所述显示区域和所述发光区域对应的区域具有第一偏光片;
    所述液晶显示面板在出光侧仅与所述显示区域对应的区域具有第二偏光片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中,
    所述液晶显示面板在出光侧与所述发光区域对应的区域具有四分之一波长片;所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第一偏光片的偏光轴之间成预设角,所述预设角大于或等于0度且小于或等于90度。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,其中,所述液晶显示面板包括:相对而置的阵列基板和对向基板,以及设置于所述对向基板和阵列基板之间的液晶层;其中,
    所述对向基板面向所述阵列基板的一侧或所述阵列基板面向所述对向基板的一侧设置有黑矩阵层以及彩膜层;或,
    所述对向基板面向所述阵列基板的一侧或所述阵列基板面向所述对向基板的一侧仅设置有黑矩阵层。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的照明装置,还包括:设置于所述对向基板背离所述阵列基板一侧的透明衬底上的半透半反层。
  5. 如权利要求2-4任一所述的照明装置,其中,所述预设角为45度。
  6. 一种用于如权利要求1-5任一项所述的照明装置的专用眼镜,包括具有第二偏光片的镜片。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的照明装置的专用眼镜,其中,
    所述镜片还包括四分之一波长片,所述四分之一波长片和所述第二偏光片沿由所述镜片的入光侧指向出光侧的方向依次排列;
    所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与所述预设角相等,或者所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光 轴之间所成的角与所述预设角之和为90度。
  8. 一种用于如权利要求1-5任一项所述的照明装置的检偏装置,包括第二偏光片。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的检偏装置,还包括:四分之一波长片,其中,所述四分之一波长片和所述第二偏光片沿由入光侧指向出光侧的方向依次排列;
    所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与所述预设角相等,或者所述四分之一波长片的快轴与所述第二偏光片的偏光轴之间所成的角与所述预设角之和为90度。
  10. 一种照明系统,包括如权利要求1-5任一项所述的照明装置,以及如权利要求6或7所述的专用眼镜;或,
    如权利要求1-5任一项所述的照明装置,以及设置于与所述照明装置具有一定距离的如权利要求8或9所述的检偏装置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的照明系统,其中,
    当所述液晶显示面板在出光侧与所述发光区域对应的区域具有四分之一波长片时,所述专用眼镜包括具有四分之一波长片的镜片或者所述检偏装置包括四分之一波长片。
