本实用新型属于工程建筑技术领域, 涉及一种可拆卸塑料墙砖。 背景技术
日常生活中, 房屋建筑会使用砖块, 比如通过施筑墙砖以间隔房 屋内的建筑使用空间, 并起到优化结构受力分布的作用, 墙砖具有广 泛的运用领域和巨大的用量,在筑墙过程中必须在墙砖之间涂设石灰、 水泥浆等拼合剂, 工作量较大而且复杂, 在改造时更加麻烦, 其实, 生活中很多地方都只是需要起简单隔离作用的的墙壁,仅仅隔间或美 化作用, 并不需要墙砖的更高要求, 现在的建筑垃圾也是极不易处理 的环境污染源。
我国专利 ( CN 202483054 U ) 公开了一种墙砖, 授权公告日为 2012年 10月 10 日, 该实用新型公开的一种墙砖包括墙砖绞合面, 墙砖用废弃发泡塑料颗粒与混凝土相混合制成,墙砖可以互相自然绞 合, 在墙砖左右两侧设有互相可以绞合的挂钩, 来稳固墙砖。
上述专利虽然左右面可以绞合, 但是上下面仍然不稳, 需要水泥 粘合, 这样增加了工作量, 又破换了其可拆卸性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种 可拆卸塑料墙砖, 本实用新型的所要解决的技术问题是: 如何使墙砖 可拆卸重复利用且保证装接牢靠。
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种可拆卸塑料
墙砖, 其特征在于, 所述墙砖包括砖体, 所述砖体呈正方体, 所述砖 体左右两侧设有对称的凸起一和凸起二,所述凸起一和凸起二的厚度 小于砖体的厚度,所述砖体上下两侧设有与所述凸起一和凸起二相配 合的对称凹槽一和凹槽二。
其原理如下: 本可拆卸塑料墙砖包括砖体, 砖体呈正方体, 砖体 左右两侧设有对称的凸起一和凸起二,凸起一和凸起二的厚度小于砖 体的厚度,砖体上下两侧设有与凸起一和凸起二相配合的对称凹槽一 和凹槽二。在进行墙壁堆砌过程中, 将多个砖体依次插接起来, 即凸 起一和凸起二插接到凹槽一和凹槽二中扣紧即可, 此过程操作简单, 勿需专业技术, 砖体依次插接, 保持紧密无缝状态, 即能保持墙壁的 垂直度和水平度; 正方形的砖体左右对称, 上下对称, 将凸起对准凹 槽即可拼砌, 保持高度一致, 只需要开发一套模具, 节约了成本。
在上述的一种可拆卸塑料墙砖中,所述墙砖为塑料注塑而成的一 体式结构。 墙砖为塑料注塑而成的一体式结构, 工艺简单, 凸起一和 凸起二不易断裂。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的墙砖通过在砖体开设凸起和凹槽 来拼砌墙壁,墙砖拼砌相互匹配,保证拼砌后的墙砖能够规则、整齐, 完成对墙体高质量、 高效率的施筑。 由于无须在墙砖之间涂设石灰、 水泥浆等拼合剂, 优化工序, 节约墙体的施筑时间, 并且避免了大量 施工残渣的出现, 节省了施工后的清理工作, 更加环保, 也方便了后 续的装修处理。 同时, 本实用新型的墙砖为标准化工件, 拼砌施工过 程简单方便, 节省了现有墙砖铺设工艺中必须的测量, 划线、 打边等
繁琐歩骤,从而极大地提高了墙砖铺设施工过程中的施工效率和质量, 加快了整个墙体拼砌和后续装修施工进度。

以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技 术方案作进一歩的描述, 但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 本可拆卸塑料墙砖包括砖体 1, 砖体 1呈正方体, 砖体 1左右两侧设有对称的凸起一 2和凸起二 3, 凸起 一 2和凸起二 3的厚度小于砖体 1的厚度,砖体 1上下两侧设有与凸 起一 2和凸起二 3相配合的对称凹槽一 4和凹槽二 5。 在进行墙壁堆 砌过程中, 将多个砖体 1依次插接起来, 即凸起一 2和凸起二 3插接 到凹槽一 4和凹槽二 5中扣紧即可,此过程操作简单,勿需专业技术, 砖体 1依次插接, 保持紧密无缝状态, 即能保持墙壁的垂直度和水平 度;正方形的砖体 1左右对称,上下对称,将凸起对准凹槽即可拼砌, 保持高度一致, 只需要开发一套模具, 节约了成本。 墙砖为塑料注塑 而成的一体式结构。 墙砖为塑料注塑而成的一体式结构, 工艺简单, 凸起一 2和凸起二 3不易断裂。

本墙砖砖体 1的形状和大小还可以根据实际要求制作,一体成型, 容易加工, 并且可以采用不同的颜色, 塑料墙砖的上表面可以做成平 面, 比如光滑的平面或是粗糙的平面:也可以做成吸塑和注塑所能的 任意曲面, 比如光滑的曲面或是粗糙的曲面:使得产品的形状多变, 具有更广的使用范围。在塑料面板的上表面还可以设有以印刷方式制 成的纹路或图案构造, 也可以复合有含有纹路或图案构造的薄膜层, 比如在面板的表面可以用印刷的方式产生各种术纹、大理石等天然材 质的颜色,也可以复合具有各种木纹、大理石等天然材质颜色的薄膜, 形成很强的纹理变化特征。
尽管上面参照本实用新型的优选实施方式具体描述了本实用新型,但 是要理解的是, 本实用新型并不局限于上面描述的实施方式, 而是在 不背离本实用新型的精髓的前提下,本领域技术人员可以做出各种修 改和变化,而这些修改和变化都应落入所附权利要求及其等价物限定 的范围内。

1、 一种可拆卸塑料墙砖, 其特征在于, 所述墙砖包括砖体(1), 所述砖体呈正方体, 所述砖体左右两侧设有对称的凸起一(2)和凸起 二 (3), 所述凸起一和凸起二的厚度小于砖体的厚度, 所述砖体上下 两侧设有与所述凸起一和凸起二相配合的对称凹槽一 (4)和凹槽二 (5)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种可拆卸塑料墙砖, 其特征在于, 所述墙砖为塑料注塑而成的一体式结构。
