向网络学习装置下发教学材料之后,还包括:对网络学习装置进行监控;若监控结果不满足要求,则向所述网络学习装置发出告警或锁定所述网络学习装置。
对网络学习装置进行监控包括:同步获取网络学习装置的桌面并进行显示;判断网络学习装置的桌面显示内容是否与当前时刻的预设内容一致;若不一致,则监控结果不满足要求。
一种网络学习方法,包括:接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料,并同步接收网络教学装置实时获取的用户输入数据;对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
所述教学材料和/或用户输入数据包括测试题,还包括:接收用户的答题操作;向网络教学装置反馈答题结果。
接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料之后,还包括:执行网络教学装置的监控操作;接收网络教学装置在监控结果不满足要求时发出的告警或锁定命令;执行所述告警、锁定命令。
执行网络教学装置的监控操作包括:将桌面同步发送给网络教学装置。
一种网络教学方法,包括:网络教学装置向网络学习装置下发教学材料,并实时接收用户输入数据,将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置;所述网络学习装置接收所述网络教学装置下发的教学材料、用户输入数据,对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
本发明实施例提供的网络学习方法与装置及网络教学方法、装置与系统,网络教学装置向网络学习装置下发教学材料,并实时接收用户输入数据,将用户输入数据同步下发网络学习装置。因此,不但实现了教学材料的共享,还实现了用户输入数据的同步共享,在多媒体教学的同时,还实现了网络互动。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
图1为本发明一实施例提供的网络教学方法的流程图,请参考图1,包括如下流程:
S101、向网络学习装置下发教学材料,并实时接收用户输入数据;
S102、将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置。这样网络学习装置的用户便能够同步看到网络教学装置的用户实时输入的数据,实现教学过程中的网络互动。
其中,教学材料包括但不局限于预先准备的课件、预先准备的测试题等材料。而用户输入数据为用户在网络教学装置上实时输入的数据,具有实时性。按照数据类型划分,用户输入数据包括:图像数据、音频数据、光标数据、字符数据中的一种或多种。按照输入方式划分,用户输入数据包括:键盘输入数据、鼠标输入数据、麦克风输入数据、摄像头输入数据中的一种或多种。按照数据内容划分,用户输入数据包括:讲解、批注、课堂测试题、得分等实时输入的数据。
优选的,通过无线网络下发教学材料、用户输入数据。无线网络包括但不局限于:WIFI、蓝牙、射频。
在一些实施例中,在步骤S101之前,还包括网络学习装置向网络教学装置注册、签到的流程。其中。注册流程包括:网络学习装置向网络教学装置发送注册请求,注册请求中携带学生用户名和密码,网络教学装置判断是否允许注册,若允许则注册成功,并通知网络学习装置。签到流程包括:网络学习装置向网络教学装置发送签到信息,签到信息包括学生用户名和密码,网络教学装置对签到信息进行显示,并进行审核(例如签到时间是否在预设时间范围内,提前或滞后都导致审核不通过),审核通过 后则签到成功,审核不通过则签到失败,老师可以方便的查看是否有缺勤的学生以及缺勤学生的姓名。
在一些实施例中,若下发到网络学习装置的教学材料和/或用户输入数据中包括测试题,该网络教学方法还包括:接收网络学习装置反馈的答题结果;对所述答题结果进行保存、显示和/或根据预设规则进行统计分析。
其中,接收网络学习装置反馈的答题结果这一步骤,可以是实时地接收,或者定时地接收。例如有多到测试题,网络学习装置的用户每答一题就实时反馈给网络教学装置,或者等全部答完后一并反馈给网络教学装置。
对于客观题,指选择题和判断题,因为答案具有唯一性,因此可以将答题结果与预设答案进行比对,对比对结果进行统计,计算得分。对于主观题,可以将答题结果与预设的关键字、词进行对比,只要包含预设的关键字、词则认为答题正确。
在一些实施例中,向网络学习装置下发教学材料之后,还包括:对网络学习装置进行监控;若监控结果不满足要求,则向网络学习装置发出告警或锁定该网络学习装置。
对网络学习装置进行监控的方式包括但不局限于以下所列举的:同步获取网络学习装置的桌面并进行显示;判断网络学习装置的桌面显示内容是否与当前时刻的预设内容一致;若不一致,则监控结果不满足要求。优选的,同步获取网络学习装置的桌面并进行显示这一步骤具体为:同步获取至少一个网络学习装置的桌面,将获取的各网络学习装置的桌面以缩略图的形式排列显示在显示屏的一预设位置,当需要放大查看某个网络学习装置的桌面时,点击或触摸该网络学习装置的桌面缩略图,进行放大显示,然后进入判断显示内容是否与当前时刻的预设内容一致的步骤,该判断步骤可以人为主观判断,当监控结果不满足要求时,通过人为触发的方式,触发网络教学装置向网络学习装置发出告警或锁定该网络学习装置;该判断步骤也可以由网络教学装置来智能判断。
优选的,网络教学装置包括服务端,以及与服务端进行通信的教学端,服务端将教学材料下发到教学端和网络学习装置,老师在教学端进行操作,实时地产生上述用户输入数据,教学端将用户输入数据同步传输到服务端,服务端同步传输到网络学习装置。网络学习装置反馈的答题结果、桌面通过服务端传输到教学端。教学端、网络学习装置均向服务端进行注册和签到。教学材料、上述用户输入数据、网络学习装置反馈的答题结果、桌面等均可保存在服务端。
图2为本发明一实施例提供的网络学习方法的流程图,请参考图2,包括如下流程:
S201、接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料,并同步接收网络教学装置实时获取的用户输入数据;
S202、对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。这样网络学习装置的用户便能够同步看到网络教学装置的用户实时输入的数据,实现教学过程中的网络互动。

其中,向网络教学装置反馈答题结果这一步骤,可以是实时地反馈,或者定时地反馈。例如有多到测试题,用户每答一题就实时反馈给网络教学装置,或者等全部答完后一并反馈给网络教学装置。
在一些实施例中,接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料之后,还包括:执行网络教学装置的监控操作;接收网络教学装置在监控结果不满足要求时发出的告警或锁定命令;执行所述告警、锁定命令。
执行网络教学装置的监控操作包括但不局限于以下所列举的:将桌面同步发送给网络教学装置。
图3为本发明一实施例提供的网络教学装置的示意图,请参考图3,网络教学装置3包括第一接收模块31和第一发送模块32,第一接收模块31设置为实时接收用户输入数据;第一发送模块32设置为向网络学习装置下发教学材料,还设置为将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置。
优选的,该网络教学装置3还包括第二接收模块33,设置为接收网络学习装置反馈的答题结果。
优选的,该网络教学装置3还包括:保存模块34、第一显示模块35和/或统计分析模块36,其中,保存模块34设置为对第二接收模块33接收到的所述答题结果进行保存;第一显示模块35设置为对第二接收模块33接收到的所述答题结果进行显示;统计分析模块36设置为根据预设规则对第二接收模块33接收到的所述答题结果进行统计分析。
优选的,该网络教学装置3还包括监控模块37,设置为对网络学习装置进行监控。
优选的,该网络教学装置3还包括告警模块38和/或锁定模块39,其中,告警模块38设置为监控结果不满足要求时,向网络学习装置发出告警;锁定模块39设置为监控结果不满足要求时,锁定网络学习装置。
优选的,监控模块37包括获取子模块、显示子模块和判断子模块,其中,获取子模块设置为同步获取网络学习装置的桌面;显示子模块设置为对获取子模块同步获取的网络学习装置的桌面进行显示;判断子模块设置为判断获取子模块同步获取的网络学习装置的桌面显示内容是否与当前时刻的预设内容一致;若不一致,则监控结果不满足要求。显示子模块可以与上述第一显示模块35共用。
优选的,网络教学装置3包括服务端,以及与服务端进行通信的教学端,服务端将教学材料下发到教学端和网络学习装置,老师在教学端进行操作,实时地产生上述用户输入数据,教学端将用户输入数据同步传输到服务端,服务端同步传输到网络学习装置。网络学习装置反馈的答题结果、桌面通过服务端传输到教学端。教学端、网络学习装置均向服务端进行注册和签到。教学材料、上述用户输入数据、网络学习装置反馈的答题结果、桌面等均可保存在服务端。
图4为本发明一实施例提供的网络学习装置的示意图,请参考图4,网络学习装置4包括第三接收模块41和第二显示模块42,其中,第三接收模块41设置为接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料,并同步接收网络教学装置实时的用户输入数据;第二显示模块42设置为对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
优选的,该网络学习装置4还包括第四接收模块43和第二发送模块44,第四接收模块43设置为接收用户的答题操作;第二发送模块44设置为向网络教学装置反馈答题结果。
优选的,该网络学习装置4还包括执行模块45,设置为执行网络教学装置的监控操作;还设置为执行告警、锁定命令;所述第三接收模块41还设置为接收网络教学装置在监控结果不满足要求时发出的告警和/或锁定命令。优选的,执行模块45包括第三发送模块,设置为将桌面同步发送给网络教学装置。
本发明还提供一种网络教学系统,该网络教学系统包括上述任一项所述的网络教学装置和上述任一项所述的网络学习装置。其中,网络教学装置设置为向网络学习装置下发教学材料,并实时接收用户输入数据,将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置;网络学习装置设置为接收所述网络教学装置下发的教学材料、用户输入数据,对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
优选的,网络教学装置包括服务端,以及与服务端通信的教学端;服务端将教学材料下发到教学端和网络学习装置,老师在教学端进行操作,实时地产生上述用户输入数据,教学端将用户输入数据同步传输到服务端,服务端同步传输到网络学习装置。网络学习装置反馈的答题结果、桌面通过服务端传输到教学端。教学端、网络学习装置均向服务端进行注册和签到。教学材料、上述用户输入数据、网络学习装置反馈的答题结果、桌面等均可保存在服务端。
本发明网络学习装置可以是PC、笔记本电脑、PAD等。教学端可以是定制化的PC,服务端可以是服务器。当然,教学端和服务端还可以为同一物理实体。下面以老师给学生讲课为例,对本发明进一步详细说明,主要包括以下流程
一、注册流程
包括网络学习装置、教学端分别向服务端注册的流程。网络学习装置向服务端发送注册请求,注册请求中携带学生用户名和密码,服务端判断是否允许注册,若允许则注册成功,并通知网络学习装置。教学端向服务端发送注册请求,注册请求中携带老师用户名和密码,服务端判断是否允许注册,若允许则注册成功,并通知教学端。
二、签到流程
网络学习装置向服务端发送签到信息,签到信息包括学生用户名和密码,服务端收到签到信息后传输给教学端,教学端显示给老师看,老师人为主观地进行审核。或者,服务端或教学端还智能地对签到信息进行审核(例如签到时间是否在预设时间范围内,提前或滞后都导致审核不通过),审核通过后则签到成功,审核不通过则签到失败,并将审核结果反馈给网络学习装置和教学端。
三、网络教学及互动流程
服务端向教学端和网络学习装置下发教学材料(该教学材料事先由老师通过教学端或其他终端上传到服务端),教学端实时接收用户(老师)输入数据,并同步传输到服务端,服务端同步下发到网络学习装置。
若下发到网络学习装置的教学材料和/或用户(老师)输入数据中包括测试题,则服务端还接收网络学习装置反馈的答题结果,对所述答题结果进行保存并传输给教学端,教学端进行显示;或者,服务端或教学端还根据预设规则对答题结果进行统计分析。
四、网络监控流程
服务端向网络学习装置下发教学材料之后,同步获取网络学习装置的桌面并传输给教学端,教学端排列显示各网络学习装置的桌面的缩略图在显示屏的一预设位置,当需要放大查看某个网络学习装置的桌面时,老师点击或触摸该网络学习装置的桌面缩略图,进行放大显示,然后老师可以人为主观判断显示内容是否与教学端当前桌面显示内容一致,若不一致,则在教学端进行操作,通过服务端向网络学习装置发出告警或锁定该网络学习装置。或者,由教学端或服务端智能判断网络学习装置的桌面显示内容是否与教学端当前桌面显示内容一致;若不一致,则向该网络学习装置发出告警或锁定该网络学习装置。
五、结束流程
教学端向服务端请求退出,或者教学端异常退出,则服务端会通知网络学习装置进行退出。或网络学习装置向服务端请求退出,则服务端会通知教学端有学生请求退出,教学端根据老师的操作反馈允许退出或拒绝退出的通知给服务端,服务端转发给网络学习装置,网络学习装置若收到允许退出的通知则可退出。若网络学习装置异常退出,则服务端会通知教学端。
本发明不但实现了教学材料的共享,还实现了用户输入数据的同步共享,在多媒体教学的同时,实现了网络互动;还进一步实现了对网络学习装置的网络监控。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

如上所述,本发明实施例提供了一种网络学习方法与装置,及网络教学方法、装置与系统,具有以下有益效果:不但实现了教学材料的共享,还实现了用户输入数据的同步共享,在多媒体教学的同时,还实现了网络互动。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种网络教学装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为实时接收用户输入数据;
    第一发送模块,设置为向网络学习装置下发教学材料,还设置为将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的网络教学装置,其中,还包括:第二接收模块,设置为接收网络学习装置反馈的答题结果;
    还包括:保存模块,设置为对所述答题结果进行保存;第一显示模块,设置为对所述答题结果进行显示;和/或统计分析模块,设置为根据预设规则对所述答题结果进行统计分析。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的网络教学装置,其中,还包括:监控模块,设置为对网络学习装置进行监控;
    还包括:告警模块,设置为监控结果不满足要求时,向所述网络学习装置发出告警;和/或锁定模块,设置为监控结果不满足要求时,锁定所述网络学习装置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的网络教学装置,其中,监控模块包括:
    获取子模块,设置为同步获取网络学习装置的桌面;
    显示子模块,设置为对获取子模块同步获取的网络学习装置的桌面进行显示;
    判断子模块,设置为判断获取子模块同步获取的网络学习装置的桌面显示内容是否与当前时刻的预设内容一致;若不一致,则监控结果不满足要求。
  5. 一种网络学习装置,包括:
    第三接收模块,设置为接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料,并同步接收网络教学装置实时的用户输入数据;
    第二显示模块,设置为对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的网络学习装置,其中,还包括:
    第四接收模块,设置为接收用户的答题操作;
    第二发送模块,设置为向网络教学装置反馈答题结果。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的网络学习装置,其中,还包括:
    执行模块,设置为执行网络教学装置的监控操作;还设置为执行告警、锁定命令;
    所述第三接收模块还设置为接收网络教学装置在监控结果不满足要求时发出的告警和/或锁定命令。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的网络学习装置,其中,执行模块包括:
    第三发送模块,设置为将桌面同步发送给网络教学装置。
  9. 一种网络教学系统,包括如权利要求1至4任一项所述的网络教学装置,以及如权利要求5至8任一项所述的网络学习装置,
    网络教学装置设置为向网络学习装置下发教学材料,并实时接收用户输入数据,将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置;
    所述网络学习装置设置为接收所述网络教学装置下发的教学材料、用户输入数据,对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的网络学习系统,其中,网络教学装置包括服务端,以及与所述服务端通信的教学端;教学端设置为实时接收用户输入数据,并传输给服务端;服务端设置为向网络学习装置下发教学材料,以及设置为将所述用户输入数据同步下发到网络学习装置。
  11. 一种网络教学方法,包括:
    向网络学习装置下发教学材料,并实时接收用户输入数据;
    将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的网络教学方法,其中,所述用户输入数据包括:图像数据、音频数据、光标数据、字符数据中的一种或多种。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的网络教学方法,其中,所述用户输入数据包括:键盘输入数据、鼠标输入数据、麦克风输入数据、摄像头输入数据中的一种或多种。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的网络教学方法,其中,所述教学材料和/或用户输入数据包括测试题,所述网络教学方法还包括:
    接收网络学习装置反馈的答题结果;
    对所述答题结果进行保存、显示和/或根据预设规则进行统计分析。
  15. 如权利要求11至14任一项所述的网络教学方法,其中,向网络学习装置下发教学材料之后,还包括:
    对网络学习装置进行监控;
    若监控结果不满足要求,则向所述网络学习装置发出告警或锁定所述网络学习装置。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的网络教学方法,其中,对网络学习装置进行监控包括:
    同步获取网络学习装置的桌面并进行显示;
    判断网络学习装置的桌面显示内容是否与当前时刻的预设内容一致;
    若不一致,则监控结果不满足要求。
  17. 一种网络学习方法,包括:
    接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料,并同步接收网络教学装置实时获取的用户输入数据;
    对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的网络学习方法,其中,所述教学材料和/或用户输入数据包括测试题,还包括:
    接收用户的答题操作;
    向网络教学装置反馈答题结果。
  19. 如权利要求17或18所述的网络学习方法,其中,接收网络教学装置下发的教学材料之后,还包括:
    执行网络教学装置的监控操作;
    接收网络教学装置在监控结果不满足要求时发出的告警或锁定命令;
    执行所述告警、锁定命令。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的网络学习方法,其中,执行网络教学装置的监控操作包括:
    将桌面同步发送给网络教学装置。
  21. 一种网络教学方法,包括:
    网络教学装置向网络学习装置下发教学材料,并实时接收用户输入数据,将所述用户输入数据同步下发到所述网络学习装置;
    所述网络学习装置接收所述网络教学装置下发的教学材料、用户输入数据,对所述教学材料、用户输入数据进行显示。
