Abstract

一种增大屏幕有效显示区的结构,包括触摸屏(10)、显示屏(30)和框架(20),框架(20)上设有隔离块(201),其上设有互相平行且水平的上端面和下端面,上、下端面分设于隔离块(201)的上下两侧,触摸屏(10)底面与上端面紧密贴合,显示屏(30)顶面与下端面紧密贴合。本方案通过增加隔离块(201)的方式使触摸屏(10)与显示屏(30)分开装配,二者的无效区域(101,301)彼此重叠,减小了无效区域面积,增加了屏占比;同时因为二者分开安装在隔离块(201)上,当其中某一项损坏时可单独更换,避免了因二者不可分离而导致的浪费。

Description

一种增大屏幕有效显示区的结构和触控电子设备
技术领域
本发明移动终端领域,尤其是涉及一种增大屏幕有效显示区的结构;本发明还涉及一种触控电子设备。
背景技术
随着触控技术的发展,越来越多的移动终端出现在人们身边,例如手机、平板电脑及笔记本电脑等。为了得到更好的使用感受,人们自然是希望屏幕有效显示区的宽度与手机整体宽度的比值(即所谓的屏占比)越大越好,这样,在有效屏幕大小相同的情况下,屏占比大的手机整体尺寸会更显小巧。
如附图2所示,现有技术中,显示屏30是直接粘贴或者通过泡棉间接粘贴在触摸屏10上的,触摸屏10的无效显示区域101包括用于固定在机架上的一部分外,还包括用于固定显示屏30的无效显示区域301,这样就增加了无效显示区域101的宽度,即减小了屏占比,目前的无效显示区域101最小也只能做到2.5mm;另外,因为显示屏30与触摸屏10是一体连接的,所以他们之中任一个损坏都的意味着要将二者一起替换,会造成极大的浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种增大屏幕有效显示区的结构;本发明还提供一种应用此结构的触控电子设备。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种增大屏幕有效显示区的结构,包括触摸屏、显示屏和框架,框架上设有隔离块,其上设有互相平行且水平的上端面和下端面,上、下端面分设于隔离块的上下两侧,触摸屏底面与上端面紧密贴合,显示屏顶面与下端面紧密贴合。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,触摸屏与显示屏之间的间隙不小于0.3mm。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,隔离块的伸出长度不大于1.5mm。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,触摸屏通过粘接的方式与上端面贴合。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,还包括底板,显示屏通过底板限位并与下端面贴合。
一种触控电子设备,包括上述方案中所述的结构。
作为上述方案的进一步改进方式,触控电子设备是手机。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过增加隔离块的方式使触摸屏与显示屏分开装配,二者的无效区域彼此重叠,减小了无效区域面积,增加了屏占比;同时因为二者分开安装在隔离块上,当其中某一项损坏时可单独更换,避免了因二者不可分离而导致的浪费。

具体实施方式
参照图1,示出了本发明一个实施例的装配示意图,包括有触摸屏10、框架20、显示屏30和底板40,其中,框架20上设有隔离块201,其伸出长度不大于1.5mm,优选的,长度是1mm。隔离块201上设有上端面和下端面,上端面和下端面互相平行且水平设置,触摸屏10固定在隔离块201上,优选的,是采用粘接的方式进行连接,这样触摸屏10的底面与上端面紧密贴合,能起到固定并防尘的作用。触摸屏10与隔离块201的连接区域落入其无效显示区域101内,一般的,其无效显示区域101的宽度为1.2~1.5mm。
底板40与手机壳配合,限位并固定显示屏30,使其顶面与下端面紧密贴合,因为隔离块201的存在,触摸屏10与显示屏30之间形成宽度为0.3~0.6mm的间隙,避免了将操作触摸屏10时产生的应力传递到显示屏30上,同时也隔绝了外界粉尘,类似的,显示屏30与隔离块201的连接区域也落入其无效显示区域301内,其宽度略小于触摸屏无效显示区域101,为1.0~1.2mm。因为触摸屏10及显示屏30的无效区域通过上述方式重叠在一起,则屏幕整体的无效区域为二者中较大的一个,即1.2~1.5mm。
图2是现有技术的装配结构示意图,其是在机架50上开有台阶面,触摸屏10与台阶面连接,显示屏30直接粘贴或者通过泡棉间接粘贴在触摸屏10上,因此,屏幕整体的无效显示区域是台阶区域及显示屏无效显示区域301的叠加,一般来说,现有技术最窄的无效区域也只能做到2.5mm,超过了本方案的1.2~1.5mm。
本发明还提供一种包括上述结构的触控电子设备,特别的,是一种手机,在屏幕有效显示区域相同的情况下,该手机的整体尺寸会更小,从而更加适合于使用。
以上是对本发明的较佳实施进行了具体说明,但本发明创造并不限于所述实施例,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可做出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种增大屏幕有效显示区的结构,包括触摸屏、显示屏和框架,其特征在于:所述框架上设有隔离块,其上设有互相平行且水平的上端面和下端面,所述上、下端面分设于隔离块的上下两侧,所述触摸屏底面与所述上端面紧密贴合,所述显示屏顶面与所述下端面紧密贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的结构,其特征在于:所述触摸屏与所述显示屏之间的间隙不小于0.3mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的结构,其特征在于:所述隔离块的伸出长度不大于1.5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的结构,其特征在于:所述触摸屏通过粘接的方式与所述上端面贴合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的结构,其特征在于:还包括底板,所述显示屏通过所述底板限位并与所述下端面贴合。
  6. 一种触控电子设备,其特征在于:包括上述权利要求1至5任一项所述的结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的触控电子设备,其特征在于:所述触控电子设备为手机。
